i have no spirit to work today but we still gotta get this bread so. i'm listening to fanta's old radio episodes in the background while working and gonna list them here for my own memo:
*will be updated as i listen
this episode with Sawanatsu + Horinacchan + Leiya is so fun!!! it's so nice listening to them together!! i like the relaxed atmosphere they have as fanta's adult members (not the leaders, not the youngsters). they talked about how horinatsu came to be called Nacchan (talked about Shota too), got excited over their local supermarket, xmas episode as jsb3 support dancers and all of them being mad at a listener's no good boyfriend. Leiya especially got heated up. Sawanatsu voice: "if you can't understand a woman's feeling, there's no saving you anymore. don't you dare make a girlfriend ever again!"
Sekai+Horinacchan+Sota. Sekai ofc have to take a jab at taiki as soon as he's mentioned. Taiki never sends the dogeza emoji apologetically, he always does it ironically. Horinacchan openly confesses that he has a mother-complex so he never had a rebellious phase. Sekai told how during his youth, someone pointed out that its obvious that he had a crush on one of his girl friend, and he just admit it. (OMG SEKAI LOVE STORY????) and he also had a rebellious phase. The three of them also have pets at home so they started talking about that too
nowadays fanta radio only has a 2-person format so its nice change listening to 3 and more members talking. and fanta members have gotten better at talking on radio so it's not a headache trying to listen who's overtalking who and their words are easy to understand even when they're being excited

Falloutober 2022 Prompt 25: Mending
“Don’t worry, kid, it’ll heal quick,” Deacon said to Shaun as he finished putting the band-aid on the kid’s knee.
“Because I’m a synth?” Shaun asked. The tears had already dried up, mostly because of Deacon’s stories, but his eyes were still a little red.
“Sure,” Deacon said. “Synths get better real quick. But kids get better quick, too. You know, I used to be a kid once.”
Shaun laughed. “You’re too old.”
Deacon’s jaw dropped, then he laughed too. “I know it’s hard to believe, kid, but it’s true. And I’m not that old.” Deacon looked around conspiratorially lowered his voice, making Shaun scoot a little closer. “In fact, back when I was a kid, I used to live in this place called Rivet City, down in the D.C. area, and I’d get cuts and bruises all the time, running up and down those old halls. And every time, the guy that always seemed to find me and make sure I was okay was this syth named Harkness.”
“Wow,” Shaun said. “There are synths in D.C. too?”
“Just one that I know of,” Deacon said. “But you have to keep it a secret. No one can know about it, okay?”
Shaun nodded quickly. “Promise.”
Deacon stared at him for a moment, then nodded once. “Alright. Anyway, Harkness was always the one who would find me in some random part of the ship. He’d make sure I was okay, put on a band-aid if I needed, and would bring me back to the rest of the ship. And he never told my dad that I wandered out in the bowels of the city so much.”
“You used to live in a ship?”
“Yep.” Deacon stood and helped Shaun to his feet. “But no one needs to know that either, right?” He gave Shaun a wink.
Shaun gave him a mischievous smile and nodded.
“Alright, let’s go find your mom.”
“I know where she is!” Shaun said and ran off to find Nora.
Deacon chuckled and followed the kid.

His friend was like a fire.
Burning energy, engulfing everything he touched into a frenzy of chaos - smoke and fire creating a haze of activity. Fire was trouble; it had a habit of getting quickly out of hand, and if you got too close the consequences could be dangerous.
His friend was no different; full of pranks and schemes and boundless ideas, but he always tended to toe the line. Always pushed boundaries, always one small action away from disaster.
Really, sometimes it was better off to simply douse the flames, relegate the fire to a single match. Controlled, easily snuffed if nerves got too high.
But even so… he couldn’t help but want to get closer.
As dangerous as fire was, like most things, it had it’s separate sides. Sure, it could become an uncontrollable inferno set to engulf everything in its path; but, if you were careful enough, a fire would warm you in the night. It would cook your food, it was a source of light - paradoxically, it was a source of safety. His friend was as much an authority as an arsonist; as much a taskmaster who cleaned up his messes and directed the people around him in times of disorder as a person who set the world ablaze and watched it fall to the destructive conflagration in breathless laughter.
And, well, he couldn’t help himself; the flames were mesmerising. He could watch the dancing light until there was nothing but ash, he could watch the flames of a spontaneous prank burn everything it touched and it would fascinate him. It made him want to replicate it; abandon all care and throw caution to the wind - recreate that deathly orange inferno, plant pranks and goofs and gags and join in.
He supposes that, despite the danger, he was always doomed to follow the fire. To trail his friend as he blazed a path ahead, and contribute his own fuel to the burn. Maybe this was why he readily included his friend in his creeper prank. Maybe this was why he was the closest to his friend and first to follow when he announced his plan to enter the rift - something that would bring them somewhere they had no hope of knowing.
As much as the conflagration had a tendency to burn out of control, to hurt, to harm, to damage; there was something beautiful in the destruction. Something that kept him coming back, that made him wish to keep his friend close.
Something that told him he’d never miss this for the world.

idk found this in the basement (huge google doc i update when i have Thoughts) and felt it was a bit wasted sitting there for my eyes only for the rest of eternity. especially since it doesnt even have its own dedicated document lmao

Sorry to be this person, but I haven't seen many others talking about it and I'm concerned by the positive reception it's recieved.
The Muca/Art Nouveau Gideon and Harrow by Mariellavee that have been doing the rounds on the tlt fandom circuit are very much AI Generated.
Here are the pieces. You may zoom in at your own discretion, but I will post a few especially egregious segments.
Some zoomed in segments:
The smudging, the strange stray lines with no clear human intent behind them, the strange fingers of course, and that one buckle that almost looks to have been generated in the shape of letters.
The "artist" of course does not disclose anywhere in her original post or tags that the work is AI generated, and its clear from the comments and tags that many people are not realizing.
It's clear Mariellavee drew over some parts to modify whatever the original generated piece looked like, but the meat of this piece is heavily ai.
This is not okay. The Locked Tomb is a beautiful piece of art, and the fandom contains so many fantastic and talented fan artists. I don't want to see the community poisoned with this nonsense. Support real artists and real art.
