Also why didn't I draw Wilbur's costume with a jabot, that's like the most theather kid drama liking hamilton stan thing he could wear.

Yooo your description for siren (Wilbur) and the talk of Greek mythology made me think of the Greek god Pan! And specifically the myth that Panic is derived from his name because his shout could drive people to madness

Yes! Pan was actually one of the few names I've been looking at for c!Wilbur, but in the end decided to leave it. The line up was Apollo, Pan, Moros and Siren. To be honest I wasn't so keen on Pan firstly, because the rest of what he represents wasn't what I had in mind for c!Wilbur and secondly, because he's depicted as a satyr/faun in most cases, it reminded me too much of c!Tubbo's design for some reason XD

Also the word 'pan' in Polish means 'mister/lord/sir' so personally I feel weird saying it in English :')

Although the part of his myth you mentioned would be spot on for the character.

What I sometimes imagine, is that apart from controling people with direct commands, he might also be able to put them under some trance if he sings. Imagine cops or heroes holding their postition and looking for the villain, when suddenly they hear echos of soft humming or singing and it clouds their mind and they become dazed until he stops. And then before they can even fully come back from the spell he uses his full power and tells them direct orders. It's not even like a full trance, like they can't do anything, but more like as if you were under the water or suddenly everything feels as if you were moving in slow motion.

Mostly I just want to use the fact that Wilbur can sing and so will all the characters based on him XD

Im not giving you unwanted advice (hopefully) but just wanted to say that Apollo still could've been used for Wilbur! Just in a bit of a twisted way and a bit of changed power. Did you know that Apollo was considered a god of sudden death of warriors (especially from plague)? He was a plague god in some cultures that eventually merged into the whole Greek Pantheon, as well as an archer god (so, "killed by the Feb's arrow" had its connotation)

I think it gives him a fun connotation of either 1) someone trying to renounce their evil past

Or, and this one is for Wilbur 2) someone beautiful and captivating but deadly and cruel (bc oh there are quite a lot of myths about his cruelty)

Hi! Sorry but there are no fanfics from me :') Only some snippets or vague ideas of what is the lore behind the sbi villain au I'm drawing.

But I do have others' people fanfics that inspired my drawings, I've put them in my au art descriptions. So if you want, I highly recommend reading those :D
