This is my little Christmas present. It's a magical time because it's Christmas time! Today I'm going to show you my building "Gothic Christmas". I'm a fan of Wednesday Addams. That's why I wanted something gothic so I built a house in Gothic revival style. Merry Christmas!

A quick preview of the new mansion with the stables I am currently working on. Was thinking about something like French style chateau, ended up with the Gothic Revival somehow😁Couldn't resist, because Maxis's new theme for horses is gorgeous!

Good evening!

We here at Grimms-Fairy Sales Estate would love to welcome you to Claude-Rene Manor on 666 Gothgraham Lane!

So what do you say we have a look?

Built some time in the 1860s, and renovated in 1925. This beautiful manor has been a staple in Moonwood Mill for nearly two centuries.

The house is two stories, it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Originally built by a Henford-on-Bagley couple planning to retire from their farm, it went on to be sold to ancestors of the Goth family, where it stayed in ownership for at least three generations. later, being sold to a young single man who claimed to be a psychic interested in the manor's history.

He was drafted into the military during the great sloth invasion and was sadly killed in battle. As a well loved memeber of the community, the locals unofficially named the house Claude-Rene Manor.

The manor has sat undisturbed since his death, and his niece is very motivated to sell the house completely as is, including the furniture.

The house also features a kitchen with a bar, a lovely fireplace, two covered balconies, two uncovered porches, and a spacious yard complete with garden, relaxing fountain area, as well as an outdoor recreational area.

It's located in a rather remote space with lots of privacy, though the neighborhood is lively and the neighbors are interesting!

We are aware of the rather unflattering rumors surrounding the property, as we pride ourselves on honest realestate, potential buyers should be aware of the following.

While there have been multiple deaths on the grounds, all have been of natural causes and had absolutely no nefarious coalitions whatsoever.

Everything is up to date and more than safe, but note that the house is very old and is known to make strange noises due to the fact.

In part to the large windows and lack of air conditioning/heating, there are noticiable cold spots throughout the property.

You should also note that Lt. Guidry was a very creative man and as a result, the house does have some very interesting features, but you are more than welcome to remove and renovate to your hearts content (once the check clears).
