Дуплекс на две семьи, данная постройка состоит из двух домов, каждый из которых предназначен на семью состоящую из родителей и одного ребёнка. У каждого домика так же есть не большой задний двор где можно провести совместное время с семьёй. Так же хотелось выдержать определённый стиль в каждом из домиков, по этому первый дом выполнен в современном стиле, а второй в стиле бохо.

Duplex for two families, this building consists of two houses, each of which is intended for a family consisting of parents and one child. Each house also has a small backyard where you can spend time together with your family. I also wanted to maintain a certain style in each of the houses, so the first house is made in a modern style, and the second in a boho style.

The Pastel Ladies - A Delightful Duplex by Harlequin Eyes

I built this duplex a few years ago, inspired by a house I drive by occasionally. In my mind the homes are occupied by two elderly sisters. Each side has a living room, kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, main bedroom, secondary bedroom/study/bonus room, small back yard, and a tiny front porch off the main bedroom where the sisters sit and chat over tea and coffee. It's definitely got a lot of "cool grandma" energy but you can make it over however you want.

This has been in my game for a while, and I've modified it slightly to work with the upcoming Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack. More pictures under the cut!

my first ever build... on tumblr....

it's been a while, 3 weeks in fact since for rent came out but sure look we move. anyways, when the pack first came out i was really inspired to build a grungy duplex, so here it is!

includes two townhouses, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms fitting a total of six sims.

fully playtested ;) all jokes aside i don’t envy anyone who builds a lot, playtesting is a painful process...

built on the 20x15 lot in the middle of the town in tomarang i cant remember what it’s called.

i didn't test how much it is to rent, but judging by what i've seen online i'd say it'll be somewhere in the region of §4 billion, a steal if you ask me...
