NAUTICAL-STYLE APARTMENT

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I'm sharing the nautical-style apartment I've decorated for a young couple and their toddler in the Sims 4. It's a pretty small apartment but I wanted to give these parents some privacy by adding an additional bedroom for their baby. Also I wanted this apartment to feel cozy, fresh and rustic.

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in the place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.

AGAVE APARTMENT - MAXIS-MATCH CC BUILD

I'm finally sharing an apartment! I chose to build in Oasis Springs and opted for the smallest lot available. There are three units in total, but I've only fully decorated one. I designed it with Johnny Zest in mind. Also, I really wanted to use these two new, coolest sets: Neighborly and Cheap&Chipped by @syboubou. I really loved all the items — especially the empty toilet paper roll; it's my new favorite! LOL.

Additionally, due to some glitches in my game following the For Rent patch, I've labeled this build as "Residential" to avoid any potential issues with saving files. Vito’s dream apartment

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I'm sharing Vito's dream apartment that I've decorated in The Sims 4 for my friend Vito. It has a lot of his personality and design ideas in it. This apartment is inspired by historic central European buildings so I wanted to honor that by combining modern and rustic furniture with the beautiful tall paneled walls.

If you have a sim who studied law, but he ends up working as a creative person, who likes to travel the world, create music, watch a bunch of good movies, who likes to play hide and seek with himself, and who is a bit peculiar on the best possible way, then this is the apartment for you!

Berlin apartment block

The Berlin Apartment Block is a 50x40 detailed lot. There are 8 apartments in different sizes and with different features.

1st apartment: two-storey, one bedroom + space for a cat

2nd apartment: run-down apartment, with moving paraphernalia in it

3rd apartment: two-storey, one bedroom, roof terrace

4th apartment: two-storey, very modern

5th apartment: semi-detached house one, one bedroom, one guest room, space for two home offices, small dressing room and fitness room, small garden

6th apartment: semi-detached house two, one bedroom, one teenager room, one children's room with a bunk bed, small garden

7th apartment: three-storey, stylish, one bedroom, gallery, large office

8th apartment: two-storey, loft, small and artistic

In addition, there are many communal spaces that may become properly playable with other mods to come. There is a laundromat, a pottery studio, a bubble teas store, a cafe, a wine store, as well as a typical Berlin "Späti" (grocery store) and a newspaper kiosk.

//on the first floor there are cozy studio apartments; there is more space on the second floor, so you can safely move up to four sims here (two apartments are empty with the exception of a built-in kitchen unit and plumbing - ideal for moving!); the third floor a paradise for athletes and lovers of an active lifestyle - a common area for residents of the residential complex; and on the -1st floor you can leave your car and also wash things in case the washing machine in the apartment has become unusable :)
