Unlocking the Power of Ayush: A Comprehensive Guide to Ayush License Registration
Tumblr media
Introduction
In India, the traditional systems of medicine, such as Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (collectively known as Ayush), have been an integral part of the healthcare landscape for centuries. To ensure the quality and safety of Ayush products and services, the government has mandated the requirement of Ayush license registration. In this blog, we will explore the process, cost, and benefits of Ayush license registration, along with how to apply online, the role of consultants, and the associated fees.
Ayush License Registration: A Necessity
Ayush license registration is a crucial step for individuals and businesses involved in the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathic medicines and products. It serves several purposes:
Quality Assurance: Registration ensures that the Ayush products meet the required quality standards and are safe for consumption or use.
Consumer Confidence: A registered Ayush product carries the trust and confidence of consumers, which is vital for the growth of the Ayush industry.
Legal Compliance: Operating without a valid Ayush license is illegal and can lead to penalties or even closure of the business.
Ayush License Registration Process
Eligibility: To apply for an Ayush license, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective state or central Ayush authorities.
Documentation: Prepare the necessary documents, which may include identity proof, address proof, proof of educational qualifications, and details of manufacturing facilities.
Choose the Appropriate License: Determine the specific type of Ayush license you need based on your business activities. There are different categories such as manufacturing, sale, or distribution licenses.
Online Application: The process for Ayush license registration can often be initiated online. Visit the official website of the Ayush department in your state or at the central level to start the application.
Verification and Inspection: After applying, authorities may conduct inspections of your premises to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Fees: Pay the requisite fees, which can vary depending on the type of license and the location of your business.
Approval: Once your application is reviewed and found to comply with the regulations, you will receive your Ayush license.
Ayush License Cost
The cost of obtaining an Ayush license can vary significantly based on the license type, the scale of operations, and the state in which you are applying. Generally, the fees for Ayush licenses are reasonable, but it's essential to budget for this expense when setting up an Ayush-related business. Detailed information on fees can typically be found on the official Ayush department websites.
Ayush License Apply Online
Applying for an Ayush license Registration online has become more accessible and efficient with the digitalization of government services. To apply online:
Visit your state's official Ayush department website or at the central level.
Look for the online application portal or registration section.
Create an account if required and fill in the necessary details and documents as per the guidelines.
Pay the application fees online.
Submit your application.
Utilize the online portal to monitor the progress of your application.
Ayush License Consultants
Navigating the complexities of Ayush license registration can be challenging, especially for newcomers to the industry. Ayush license consultants are professionals who specialize in assisting individuals and businesses in the registration process. They can provide expert guidance, help prepare the necessary documents, and ensure your application meets all regulatory requirements. While hiring a consultant may incur additional costs, their expertise can streamline the process and reduce the chances of errors or delays.
Ayush License Fees
The fees associated with Ayush licenses can vary depending on the type of license and location. Typically, fees range from a few thousand to several lakhs of rupees. It's essential to check the official fee schedule provided by the Ayush department to understand the specific costs for your application. Be prepared to budget for these fees as part of your business setup expenses.
Conclusion
Obtaining an Ayush license registration Online in India is a critical step for individuals and businesses looking to operate in the Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy sectors in India. It ensures the quality and safety of products and services and builds trust among consumers. While the process may seem complex, following the guidelines provided by the Ayush department and, if necessary, seeking assistance from consultants can make the registration process smoother. Remember to budget for the associated costs, which can vary based on the type of license and location, to ensure a hassle-free registration experience.

Inspiration:Yoga and Tantra, the five elements correlate with the 5 lower chakras (above). Neo tantrics & occultist practices relating to the chakras have less effect without the purification techniques which have been used by Yogis & Tantrics for centuries. Long-term focus, applying the proven and sound Kriya practices, is needed to purify the elemental principles within the aspirant. The goal of life is realization of the inmost self and this is reached through the comprehensive use of hatha yoga, mantras, Kriya Kundalini Pranayam, prescribed Kriya practices, and the vast toolbox of tantri& yogic techniques. These most certainly include meditation (dhynam), concentration, (dharanam), and the active workings of the teacher lineage (guru parmapara). In addition, the grace-flow from the Siddhas is rightly understood as essential, as they are the quintessential masters of the bhutas. The practices of Kriya, Tant &Yoga are directed to expand consciousness and develop unconditional love to the point of experiencing the universal bliss-vision (vinjnana samadhi)As the inner Goddess, Kundalini Shakti, reaches a given chakra, that vortex vibrates intensely until she, the great Goddess, rises up. Her departure from a given center in her upwards climb results in a profound sense of void at the point of her departure, a void which morphs into pure awareness at that center. It is as if the purification has increased the vibration of that center to the level of attunement to the cosmic nature principle (prakriti) and that it becomes reabsorbed in the vast fabric of universal consciousness, at least for the time span that she remains above it. In due course, we discover Devi can both transcend & be established permanently in each of these centers. She ascends to the consciousness of Godhood and then descends with the universal consciousness into the lower planes. The nature of soruba samadhi, the golden body, is such that rare souls are permanently established in the relative plane and yet fully transcended as well. Inevitably this means physical immortality, the physical light-body which is not subject to the usual rules of nature. Swami Giri

Carnatic Music and Spirituality
Did you know that Carnatic Music is essentially spiritual in nature? Did you know that Carnatic music has the potential to activate your Kundalini? This understanding has unfortunately been lost to a great extent, so this can come as a surprise to many of you.
Tumblr media
Have you visited some of the great South Indian temples? If you have, you must have noticed gigantic pillars and carvings depicting characters from Puranas/Itihasas made of stone and metal in many of those temples, vibrating with musical notes.
Tumblr media
Look at Hindu deities to see how our fine arts and culture are inextricably connected. While Lord Nataraja portrays the evolution of life through his cosmic dance, Lord Krishna captivates all creation with his flute whereas Goddess Saraswati carries a Veena in her arms.
Tumblr media
Thanks to our great ancestors, Indian classical music was woven into the texture of Hindu culture, religion, and yoga sadhana. The great composers of Carnatic music were men and women of saintly character, mystics, Siddhas, and bhaktas.
Tumblr media
The goal of every life is God realization/mukthi or moksha. Our ancestors knew this more than anyone else, and so all activities were dedicated to the service of God. In their search for efficient sadhana to achieve this objective, our ancestors discovered that music had great disciplinary value and power to sublimate passions and attune the mind.
Tumblr media
They also found that music could kindle the various subtle forces in the human body like the Kundalini. Something as powerful as this, needed to be given an elevated status. Carnatic music, therefore, started being referred to as Upa Veda, Gandharva Nada Vidya, Nada Upasana and so on. The learned men in ancient India developed Carnatic music as a tool to assist a man in his quest for Moksha.

Navigating the Ayush Certification Journey: A Comprehensive Guide
Tumblr media
Introduction
In recent years, there has been a significant surge in the popularity of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy, collectively known as Ayush. As these traditional Indian healing systems gain recognition worldwide, practitioners and businesses are seeking Ayush certification to ensure credibility and compliance with regulations. In this blog, we will explore the key aspects of Ayush certification, including Ayush registration, fees, certification processes, registration forms, and the significance of an Ayush drug license.
Ayush Registration: The First Step Towards Certification
Before delving into the certification process, one must understand the importance of Ayush registration. Ayush registration acts as a foundation for obtaining certification and permits businesses and practitioners to operate legally. It establishes the credibility and authenticity of the Ayush practices and ensures compliance with government regulations.
Ayush Registration Fees: Understanding the Cost Structure
While embarking on the Ayush certification journey, it is crucial to be aware of the associated fees. Ayush registration fees vary depending on the type of certification and the scope of your Ayush practices. These fees are used to cover administrative costs, inspections, and quality control measures carried out by the regulatory bodies.
Ayush Certification: The Mark of Authenticity
Ayush certification is a testament to the quality and safety of Ayush products and services. It assures consumers that the practitioner or business adheres to the prescribed guidelines and standards. Certification enhances trust, credibility, and marketability, enabling Ayush practitioners to reach a wider audience.
The Ayush Certification Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for certification, ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective Ayush regulatory body.
Document Preparation: Gather all the necessary documents such as educational qualifications, proof of experience, and any other required certifications.
Application Submission: Complete the Ayush registration form, providing accurate information and supporting documents. Submit the form to the designated regulatory body along with the prescribed fees.
Inspection and Assessment: Upon receiving the application, the regulatory body will conduct an inspection to evaluate the compliance of your practices with the specified standards. They may also assess the safety, efficacy, and quality of the products used.
Certification Decision: Following the inspection and assessment, the regulatory body will make a decision regarding your certification. If all requirements are met, you will be granted the Ayush certification.
Ayush Drug License: Ensuring Quality and Safety
In addition to Ayush registration and certification, obtaining an Ayush drug license is imperative for businesses involved in manufacturing or selling Ayush medicines. The drug license ensures that the medicines produced or sold comply with quality control measures and safety standards. It is granted by the state-level drug control authorities and serves as a regulatory mechanism for maintaining the integrity of Ayush medications.
Conclusion
The Ayush certification journey involves several crucial steps, starting with Ayush registration and culminating in the acquisition of the certification and drug license. By following the outlined processes and meeting the prescribed guidelines, Ayush practitioners and businesses can enhance their credibility, gain consumer trust, and expand their reach. Embracing Ayush certification demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and effective Ayush products and services, thereby contributing to the growth and recognition of these traditional healing systems on a global scale.

"Much has been made of the fact that the 64-unit code of DNA occurs in the I Ching, an ancient Chinese tool of divination, but the variable 20-22-base systems such as the Celtic tree alphabet may be equally significant in indicating that the ancients had direct knowledge of the structure of life down to the molecular level. In 'The Cosmic Serpent', anrhropologist Jeremy Narby shows that Peruvian ayahuasca shamans claim direct access to the processes of molecular biology, a claim corroborated by their intimate knowledge of pharmacology which in some aspects surpasses that of modern technicians working in fully equipped laboratories. Instruction by the Mystery Light would have afforded Pagan initiates similar knowledge. Herbology and medicine, including dreamhealing techniques, were essential parts of the Mystery school curriculum. Names such as Aesculapius and Hygeia applied less to individuals than to honorific titles conferred on the headmasters and headmistresses of the initiatory colleges.
Tumblr media
Infrasensory perception at the molecular level was common among siddhas, accomplished yogis of Asia. Patafljali calls the capacity ro see microscopically, anima, "microcosmic vision." In his book on the Yoga Sutras of Patafljali, Mircea Eliade highlights the empirical nature of yogic training: "By achieving samadhi [full and flawless concentration] with regard to a specific object or a whole class of objects, the yogi acquires certain occult 'powers' [siddhis] with respect to the object or objects involved in his experiment." Sir John Woodruffe asserted that as late as 1900 yogis in India had an exact and complete knowledge of human anatomy, down to the minute details of nerve structure, surpassing that of trained Western physicians. The Sanskrit word siddha, "accomplished person," is the exact equivalent to adept, which derives from the Greek adipisci, "attained," "accomplished," as already noted. Gnostics and their Europan counterparts, the initiates in the Mysteries, were siddhas who would have possessed a range of trained occult capacities allowing them to make firsthand observations of the most intimate process of biology, physiology, and chemistry."
