When was the last time you cried, and why? Uhhh, I think last week? I’m not sure whether it’s because I’m so sick until I feel so frustrated or when I was having a huge row with my parent LOL

Do you prefer staying at home or hanging out at your friends’s place? Depends, really. When I’m in the mood for going out and socialize, I’d rather hanging out at my friend’s place. Though there’s one friend of mine where I can totally relax and because my house is not so peaceful right now I think I’d rather be there kkkk. Though, mostly I prefer to be at a coffee shop alone with my laptop :)

If you were in a situation where your fav SLBP character and your 10 yrs old child with him are at the brink of death. You are given the chance to save only one of them. Who would you choose? My child. Well, I’ll love both of them, obv, but I think even my Lord will prefer me saving my child, and... well, in Sengoku it’s not like our life expectancy will be that high, as a wife of a Lord HAHAHHA *morbid thought*

Its your first night with your SLBP bae, who’s gonna be dom and who’s gonna be sub? Can I choose Nobuyuki? LOL. He will be Dom, obv. I have a headcanon that Nobuyuki will be like, killing his partner slowly and sweetly with pleasure and that serene smile and tone he has LMAO

What would you give to your SLBP bae as a memento if they are going to war? Hmmmm this is hard. I’ll probably give them a scabbard for their katanas, or what is it for archer? an arrow holder? I don’t know, just something that can be used practically, most likely. I don’t really like decorative things so...

Your bae had struck a faustian contract with (demon!au) you for the price of his soul and you finished your services after some time. If you chose not to consume him after the contract, it would cost you your life but he would live, while if you consume him his soul would be with you forever in your body (but you can never touch him or hear him again). Which would you prefer? Why? LOL HAHAHA Kuroshitsuji AU! I’ll die. If I can only have one bae, that is. If it’s me though, who has, like tens of them, I’ll just consume him until I found my last one that I like the most and just die. Or can I just kill myself after I consume everyone? LOL

What kind of wedding would you like with your bae? Ugh. Well, since currently my number one is Sirius from Kakumei... I’d like a private one, with only closest friends and family... And the flowers will be from Sirius’ family’s flower shop ofc LOL. It’s a simple one... I’ll be very picky about the dress though, I love dresses when the occasion calls for it haha!

If you were to adopt one of the SLBP guys as your children, who would it be? Uh.... children? Hmmm this is haaaard. Well, maybe Masa, and I’ll just spoil him so much :’)

Do you ship yourself with any of the voltage men? Or do you have any favorite, who? I don’t usually ship myself... I can’t even write in first person pov sometimes LOL. my favorite... ugh. I don’t play much Voltage rn... Ren, maybe? I don’t really play MFW nowadays though... I still love Ren a lot in Love Scramble though. Or maybe Saizo, just because... I just love angsty thing that’ll make you almost dead but not quite dead

Would you really date them if they exist in your life and is interested in you? Ren? Most probably. I like him, really. Saizo... now that’s a no, I think. If it’s in real life, I think Nobuyuki will be the one I date, since I need someone who can patiently listen to my rant, calm but still spicy since I love to argue and debate without end up fighting, and a little vindictive streak since i sometimes... can be cruel in my imagination LOL

Your top three SLBP lords. Or any game from your choosing. But you can only choose three guys from one title. One title huuuuh.... Ugh, my ‘like’ is so spread out in SLBP... Well, it changes as easily as my mood, but currently it’s probably Kojuro, Saizo, and Kenshin. or exchange Kojuro with Nobuyuki if I can LOL

Now, fuck marry kill from those choices : ) I’m satan incarnate, y’know. uhhhhhhhh. Marry... Kenshin, since I’m weak at cleaning up and Kojuro will kill me if I marry him LOL. Fuck... Kojuro. What’s the last thing you daydream about? Uhhhh... I rarely daydreamed, really. If I do, it’ll be something that connected to my fics anyway LOL. The latest one is about Yasu who’s having a flashback of his past when he’s got locked in the gym storage room because of @cottonballwithmustache‘s reblog, a few days ago. Fran, you know about this already lol

Do you prefer hugs or kisses and are you the kind of person who would initiate them? Hugs... Well, I’m a bit awkward at romantic skinship, so it’ll be most likely my boyfriend who started it and I’ll be the one who set how much LOL

A song you’re really into these days and a song you associate to your fav lord/prince/character (idk, i mean what if slbp isnt ur fav game, im giving you options here bc im a sainttan) uhhh... let’s see my playlist XD It’s the soundtrack of Kakumei, Tsuki ga Michiru Mae ni by Fuki Commune, music wise and game character-wise. Well, the lyrics just fits the game characters so much (and just ignore the fact that I’m totally biased towards Kakumei, just ignore it okay?) Personally, the lyrics that hits me the most is You Only Live Once from Yuri on Ice! Ending.

Do you love Oyamada Nobushige? Why... this is so random LOL. I... like him? He’s okay, not my fave but I don’t hate him either so... if I have to choose, I like him.

What’s your favorite food and to what length will you go to get it? Uhhh I love a lot of things. Well, I love durians so much that when I went to Spore I searched for them, and when I went to Lampung too....

If you can time travel to any period and any country, where would you go? Why that period/country? Hmmmm probably the Victorian Era, England? I just like their dresses, though I’m sure it’s uncomfortable LOL I was always drawing a puffy princess dresses when I was a child, with laces and frills. Even now, while I’d like to wear a casual and sporty style, I’m still fond of them though I don’t want to wear them most of the time

And lastly would you consider donating pearls to me? LOL NO IM JOKING last question is, late at night and you’ve been feeling out of it for a while and your bae (your 2D bae ofc) text messages you. Who’s your bae and what does the message say? LOL NO. Sorry, darling, friends are friends, but pearl is different matters... out of it? like... how? in an extremely bad mood? Or just depressed? Text, huh... Since Sirius will be more like a type who shows up and makes me pancake to cheer me up without many words, like he’ll just smile and watching me eat that...

Nanno Villain God/Goddess!Reader, crack

Tw: Slight gore but not much, since it’s our platonic bae @weakestpoint who’s gonna write the hardcore gore ehe~ New AU let’s goooo~ Characters: Morax, Barbatos, Raiden Shogun, Zhongli, Venti, Ei

“Please, you guys are so uninventive! That’s a boring execution. Such despair.” You swing your legs on the high roof ledges of the Shogun’s mansion and shout below.

“Wha-“ the massive following of cultists look up as they flinch from the all-too-familiar voice.

Hadn’t they cut off your tongue already? No, you should be dead, you are finished, and their eyes were witnessing the mangled corpse they were beating the shit out of. Then where and who was the voice coming from?

As they crane their necks looking up to no avail of locating you, you leapt down.

You have unlimited spare bodies to use anyway. You picked the right body data plan, after all. That was expensive, so it’d better be worth it.

You accessed your anemo power to lessen the fall damage and stood right on top of ‘your’ dead body. “Hi!” You grinned.

The crowd cowardly shrunk away, as usual, some crouching down, kneeling, and some of the foolish ones were pointing their weaponry towards you.

One of them shot their arrow straight to your head. ‘You’ died again, and the crowd released their held breaths.

“Hoorah! Am I right?” You chortled like Santa Clause in the Evil AU. You reappeared on the rooftop, but then decided to teleport again.

This time, you teleported right to face the back of the one who ‘killed you’.

“Well. That was rude.”

You put one of your ghostly cold hands on his shoulder and whispered breathily, like a howling wind spirit, into his ear. He fainted, and so did some of the crowd.

✨Pathetique✨. They could’ve been more aesthetically-pleasing with passing out. Hmph. The disrespect.

You dislocated both of the offender’s wrists, feeling somewhat merciful from your almost giddy mood. They were like a babble of clowns that amused you.

The asshats apparently didn’t learn anything, because Baal immediately started pulling out her booba sword. You turned to her and unequipped her weapons, including her sister’s sword. “Step the eff up, Raiden.” You said, mocking her (in the same way Kyle was mocked in the legendary vine).

Baal was left stunned as she sees herself no longer holding a weapon. You also snatched all of the Archons’ weapons, talent books, artefacts, everything. Maybe you would loot the other vision-bearing acolytes later.

Equipping yourself with those times, you visibly noticed your attributes/stats go up.

“Ei. I’m confiscating your Dango desserts and milk bottles.” Doot doot. You yoinked it and noticed Raiden’s puppet façade fade away, in place for the true Ei herself.

“🥺”

“I don’t speak in bottom. (Not today. I would but I’m kind of pissed, you know?)” You then switched from the valley girl accent to a booming Chad accent. “Speak up, Raisin Ei.”

“😭” Again, she attempted to guilt-trip you as she did to your first body. That was not very fetch of her.

“Nawww girlie, you killed me. I’m not amused right now. Hand over your vision.” You continued to speak in a very ‘manly’ way.

“I… don’t have a vision?” She attempted to fool you with her cat-like eyes and submission.

“You very much know what I mean. Your gnosis and the visions you haven’t returned yet. GIB ME VEE SHIOUN.” You deadpanned in a serious voice. You changed your tone to sound like a disgruntled history teacher.

You noticed Sara flying above, aiming an arrow at you. Ah, the crow-like general.

“I SAID, BE CREATIVE-“ you teleported Sara next to you and promptly disabled her wings with a snap of your fingertips.

“Huh-? My wings-“ You flicked your wrist idly. “Honey, you’re lucky I just locked them inside your body. They’re still here.” Before she could fully let out a sigh, you continue. “For now!” You loved how surprised and horrified she looked. It was almost worth the times your other bodies suffered, from her carrying out Baal’s orders.

“Y’all- I’m mad just because you guys didn’t even bother to kill me in a fun way. I’m disappointed. I’ve seen better in other worlds.” You’re straight up lying about only being mad for that reason, but that’ll make things more fun.

You sighed in the iconic drama kid font and twirl around to face Ei.

“Raisin. Gib me veeshion. Nawr.”

Zhongli took the opportunity to lunge at you with a spare shard of glass, this time aimed at your heart. You knew before he struck, but you mock-gasped instead of ducking from the attack.

“The betrayal! But the clapping of your booty cheeks had alerted me already. Such a shame.” ‘You’ died dramatically again.

They heaved as ‘you’ finally died, ‘your’ eyes fading out of focus. You’d feel bad for the cheering crowd if you weren’t slightly iritated.

“Oh dear, it’s getting boring~” you whistled. Your unlimited body package deal worked like a charm. It kind of is one, but it’s ingrained into your soul. You’re now reformed and standing on top of Zhongli’s head.

It was almost fun feeling him tense up under you, his fists visibly clenched like the Arthur meme. His geo colour scheme would’ve worked if his sleeve was yellowish. Pity.

The crowd felt invisible and that’s because they’ve been giving you unsurprising reactions. They’re starting to bore you.

“What the fu-“ Eh, classic Venti. You revelled in your twisted sense of humour, as you gazed at his dropped jaw.

“No, not the archon with the Wendy-ass haircut swearing at me.” He opened his mouth but you reached out with your electro powers to buzz his lips and hold them shut.

“SHUT. No. That’s an off-topic question. Permission denied. NEXT.”

You floated up and formed a skyscraping geo structure stronger than any of Zhongli’s attacks. You stood there menacingly, t-posing. Zhongli was tall, but not enough for you to see the whole scene with a bird-eye view.

‘It’s over, Anakin. I have the high ground. You underestimate my power.’ You think to yourself.

You continued your ‘speech’.

“Raisin. Visions now. Ven-tea, your apples. Shlong-li, your osmanthus wine. If I have to hear you wax about your wine again, I will bonk you in the face with Guizhong’s lock.” You paused as they attempted to absorb the absurd events that happened. Zhongli almost looked traumatised, as if he didn’t abuse your other selves. Your compassion had been going on a hiatus and it won’t be coming back anytime soon. Reasonably so. It didn’t help that the other times you tried to care resulted in your untimely demises.

“Oh, and kill me in creative mode this time!” You gave them encouraging thumbs-ups, reminiscent of a parent encouraging their toddler. You clapped mockingly when they finally managed to step forward under the increasing pressure of your now negative aura. “Good job! Don’t trip, little ones!” You sat on the geo tower and watch in amusement. If they could prove themselves to be fun enough, maybe you would let them try out new killing ideas on your body, before you ‘return the favour’.

You hope they would invent new death methods in your honour. Ehe~

"Yato why are you asking me this?" Hiyori said, as Yato held a cellphone up to her face.

"'Cuz Bishamon is biased and Kazuma's too embarrassed to ask, which is why I'm recordin' this."

"But can't you just ask Kofuku-san?" Hiyori said

"KOFUKU?! No way! She'll just say something that'll make Kazuma cry just so she can have a laugh!"

"Uh..."

"So Hiyori." Yato held up the phone, videotaping her. Her eyes darted back and forth on the screen. "Who do you think is hotter? Kazuma or Kazuma's brother?"

"Are you sure it's safe to identify them as brothers in this? What if Daikoku-san finds this?"

"Oh yeah, you're right." Yato deleted the video. "Okay! Second take. Who do you think is hotter? Kazuma or Shioun?"

"Um. I'm not really attracted to either of them--"

"But if ya had to pick! Like if ya had to strip one of 'em naked like in your wrestling doujins! Who wouldja pick?"

"I guess I'd say Shioun," Hiyori said.

"WHAT?!"

"Well because I know Kazuma-san too well, I wouldn't want to see him naked!" Hiyori said. Yukine shook his head.

"I told you, Yato, this wouldn't help."

"Daikoku!" Yato said. Daikoku grunted irritated and looked up from the stove. "Who's more attractive?! Kazuma or Shioun?!"

"The hell are you askin' me for?" Daikoku said. Yato shoved his phone in his face. "Fine. I'd have to say Shioun," he said.

"Take?! Kiun?!" Yato whirled around to Takemikazuchi and Kiun, who were sitting for an augury.

"My master is most attractive," Kiun said. Takemikazuchi shot him a look.

"TOMONE!" Yato said.

"Oh god," Mayu said. Yato started videotaping her on his phone.

"Who do you think is hotter? Kazuma or Shioun?"

"Shioun," Mayu said. Beside her, Ayu nodded.

"Yes, I agree, Shioun," Ayu said.

"Well you two are no help."

"Yo Tenjin! Who do you think's hotter, Kazuma or Shioun?!"

"Well Shioun certainly looks more virile," Tenjin said.

"Yo Aiha! Mineha!"

"Ew, definitely Shioun," Aiha said. Mineha nodded.

"Kinuha?" Yato said. Kinuha looked at her nails.

"I am a plume spirit. The leaves of a tree cannot cast judgement on what is attractive."

"BISHAMON!" Yato said, and he zoomed in on her shocked face. "Who do you think is hotter?! Kazuma or Shioun?!"

"Well objectively, certainly it is Shioun," Bishamon said.

"HAH?! You stupid skank! What about your stupid boyfriend?!"

"Partner, Yatogami. And yes, I do enjoy his body, but you were asking me to be objective and Shioun is more fit and muscular."

Kofuku laughed her ass off after she showed the clips to Kazuma.

She kept kissing him in bed, hugging his chest and curling her leg around his hip, squeezing him.

"Veena what is this?" Kazuma beamed happily as Bishamon pressed little kisses on his chest and neck before softy kissing his lips. "You are being much more affectionate."

She hugged his chest again, slipping her arms under his back. "I was just thinking you're like a sweet pet."

"Pet?"

"Like kissing bunny rabbits. One just loves to kiss them and hug them."

"I don't know that I follow, but I like it."

Kofuku was cracking up as she showed him the rest of the video.

"My Kazuma is 'cute'," Bishamon said. "He is like a baby animal you want to pick up and protect! Shioun looks like he can take care of himself, so physically speaking, I would have zero interest."

"I guess I'll take it," Kazuma said.

Tenka Wedding Event (in the Lords’ POV) - Hideyoshi

If you’d like to read the original event from december to catch up, please refer to this post. I indicated the same scenes with italics (there's some rewording and added bits here and there tho).

Spoiler warning - read at your own discretion!

Part 1

MC should be up already, but Hideyoshi can’t find her anywhere. He thinks this strange and has a bad feeling so he looks for her in her room, but he finds it empty. There’s a letter on her desk and he reaches for it with shaking hands. Its contents are the same as before. “This is just like that time”, he thinks. That time before he proposed to MC, Lord Nobunaga ordered him to take Lady Kodera(?) as his wife for strategical reasons and MC left him. [Note: I’m guessing this is referencing a past event? I’d love to read it D:] This is just a dream, he realizes, and yet his heart still hurts. The scenery suddenly changes and he finds himself outside, running. Even the gloomy rain clouds in the sky seemed to reflect MC’s heart at that day. It starts to rain and it soon turns into a downpour. He notices MC running away and he desperately chases her and calls her but can never reach her and it’s as if she couldn’t hear him.

Hideyoshi wakes with a start and MC’s worried face fills his vision. She apologizes for waking him up but it seems he had a nightmare. When Hideyoshi realizes she’s really there with him and everything is all right he strongly embraces her to calm himself.

The next morning, in the mids of the usual lively atmosphere while MC serves breakfast, Hideyoshi remembers again how much he moved up in the world, from peasant to a lord with a castle and how much he’s thankful for the people around him.

Nobunaga calls Hideyoshi to his castle and gifts him a delicate tea set for married couples. Hideyoshi looks up at him with surprise, as he thought they were going to discuss his appointment as general but Nobunaga only smirks and tells him to use the set when he gets married with MC. Leaving Nobunaga’s chamber he meets with Nagaharu on the hallway. Since Nobunaga appointed Hideyoshi as commander for the chuugoku region and not him, their relationship became strained and awkward. “I won’t accept this” is the only thing he says to him before leaving Hide behind.

Back at Nagahama castle they celebrate Hideyoshi’s appointment as general. It’s late at night when it’s over and MC and Hide prepare for sleep back in their room. He wishes these peaceful days would just continue. While knowing full well that in these troubled, warring times it’s a naive thought, he still can’t help thinking it. As if reading his thoughts, MC snuggles up to him and he puts an arm around her in return. He tells her he wants to support Nobunaga in making a peaceful world without wars and MC promises she will support him along the way. Then he says that on way to Himeji castle they could also visit her mother in Kyoto and how nervous he is about it which MC founds cute and laughs a bit. With a playful smile on his face Hideyoshi pushes her down on their bedding and peppers her face with kisses. “I want to make you my wife soon” he murmurs sweetly, to which MC answers she wants to become his wife too. As they strongly embrace their kisses gradually become deeper and they make love until daybreak~

Part 2

As promised, they arrive at MC’s family restaurant, where Hideyoshi formally introduces himself and they eat dinner together. Watching MC surrounded by family warmth makes him feel lonely but he doesn’t let it show on his face. He can’t help but feel himself an “outsider” after all. While MC and her mother are back washing the dishes Yahiko addresses him with a serious expression. He tells him that he promised their father that he will protect his mother and sister, then asks Hideyoshi if he will protect MC from now on instead of him. Hideyoshi answers just as seriously that he will protect her with his life. To solidify this they make a pinky promise. Hideyoshi and MC spend the night in her old room. Hide confesses that her family reminds him of the warmth of his own family he lost in the past to which MC replies his relationship with Mitsunari and the others seems like a family and feels just as warm to her. Waking up early before MC, Hide goes down to drink something where he meets MC’s mom. She tells her the MC talked about him so happily to her and that she would be pleased if Hideyoshi would consider them his family too. Before leaving for Himeji castle MC’s mom gifts them a tea set for married couples which MC happily accepts.

Since moving to Himeji castle their plans to capture the region were coming along nicely however they recieve a report that Houzuki castle got attacked by the Mouri. They have fewer numbers than the enemy army but Hideyoshi still decides to go to their rescue while asking Nobunaga for reinforcements.

Part 3

They suffer great losses at Kouzuki castle but Hideyoshi still waits for reinforcements. They eventually receive a missive from Nobunaga with only one word in it: “retreat”. Hideyoshi thinks up all kind of excuses for Nobunaga but Nagaharu is very angry about this and yells at him. “Are you Nobunaga’s little lap dog?!” Hideyoshi still decides they can’t go against a direct order and leave the soldiers at Kouzuki castle to their fates.

As they return to Himeji castle, Hideyoshi secludes himself in a room and remembers Nagaharu’s cold and disappointed gaze on him when he left the main hall previously. “I misjudged you” Hide recalls his words with intense regret when a timid voice calls for him. Coming to himself, he forcibly puts on his usual demeanor as if nothing happened, but he still can’t bring himself to look into her worried eyes. “What is it?“ he asks, intending to sound cheerful, but it still comes out as snapping at her coldly. She excuses herself and tells him to call her when he needs her.

When he hears her leaving he automatically reaches out to her, but just as he would stop her he remembers Nagaharu’s retreating back as he stormed out of the main hall. “I’m alive while we left them all for dead at Kouzuki” he said. He let so many people die. Is it alright for him to touch MC with those hands? He lets her leave and lets out a self-deprecating laugh.

A few days after Kouzuki’s fall they recieve a report that Nagaharu betrayed the Oda clan for the Mouri and Nobunaga orders Hideyoshi to use starvation tactic on Miki castle. This causes a big uproar among his retainers, especially Kiyomasa is against the idea. That evening nobody appears for dinner at the main hall. MC brings their meal to their room instead and Hideyoshi notices with surprise that she used the set for married couples they received from her mom. MC asks him if he already decided what he wants to do “to protect the things he finds precious, the things he can’t give up”. When he hears this he sees his retainers and MC in front of his eyes. And that’s when he realizes when he thinks about the important people he wants to protect, Nobunaga is no longer among them. He gratefully hugs MC to himself while burying his face in her shoulder. Just thinking that whatever happens she’ll always stays beside him fills his chest with sweet feelings.

Part 4

Hideyoshi wants to spare Nagaharu so instead of using starvation tactic he decides to offer a chance to surrender themselves. Their plan succeeds as they manage to infiltrate Miki castle, however Hideyoshi can’t stop Nagaharu from committing suicide. Hideyoshi is so regretful that later he confesses to MC it made him start to think there’s a different road to unification apart from Nobunaga’s after all. MC promises to follow him whatever might happen and they embrace.

After things have settled down, they return to Nagahama castle to finally celebrate their wedding. The night before, Kiyomasa calls Hideyoshi to the main hall where they all throw him a bachelor party~ They’re all drinking when Kiyomasa asks Hide what is it that made him fall in love with MC. Just as he would answer, he notices a shadow at the door and he instantly recognizes it as MC. He starts to list her good points in a deliberately loud voice so she would hear it well. When Kiyomasa asks how many more does he want to list Hide chuckles. “I can’t decide, I love everything about her. But most of all” he continues to the shadow, “she regards you guys as a family just as me.“ At that he sees the shadow quietly leave.

Eventually Hideyoshi slips out from the party and returns to their room, where he teases MC for eavesdropping on them. (”I have a lot more things I love about you, do you want to hear them?”) Then asks her if she’s nervous about their wedding and shows her how fast his heart is beating. They kiss and spend a sweet night together~

They hold their wedding the next day and after it’s over, they take a walk together in the garden when it suddenly starts snowing. Hideyoshi holds an umbrella above them and looks down at MC with a loving smile. “From now on we’re husband and wife. Let’s make a warm family.” He cups her cheek and in return she places her hand on his and they share a kiss under the gently falling snow~

After you finish the route you receive a letter from Hideyoshi:

“You probably don’t even know how much your presence has saved me. You’re really unreplaceable and more important to me than anyone and I am no longer capable letting you go. I’m a blessed man that we became husband and wife, a family. I love you, Toyotomi Hideyoshi”

SLBP introduction

1. WHAT GOT YOU INTO SLBP, AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN THROWING MONEY AT VOLTAGE? Well, I’ve played BMPP for a very long time, but then quit playing it for some months. When I logged in again, I saw it was discontinued and was very upset about it. Then I’ve read all those amazing things on tumblr, like drabbles etc. and saw posts about SLBP again and again. The game was quite new then and I remember always having seen Kojuro haha. Then I thought, well, it seems to be in the style of BMPP, not like the other voltage games, so why not give it a try? Then I downloaded it and as I saw Francisco I was like yiiiah Jean Pierre, thanks for not letting me alone! I’ve started playing it with the 4th event, before Ieyasu’s release.

2. WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTER, AND WHY? WHAT FIRST DREW YOU TO THEM? Oh no hahahha. Well, my favorites are Nobunaga, Kenshin, Shigezane and Hideyoshi, but as the question is “favorite character” and I clearly have to chose, I’ll tell you why I fell for Nobunaga, my #1. Actually, the one who caught my attention first was Masamune and I thought yeah well, Nobunaga is the rude one who never quits talking alright. But I fell for him pretty soon, with the first event I’ve played. Especially the pinky finger scene, if you remember, got me. I love about him that he is so ruthless but is ready to do anything for the ones he loves and that has so much value! And also that he always protects the MC. Actually I started playing this while having had tough times and it’s a world that I can escape to. Nobunaga and his stories were always so comforting, everthing he says and does are very meaningful. I could go on for many more hours haha, but lastly I just want to say that he really grew on me and that I got used to him the most.

3. ARE YOU STILL PLAYING THE GAME ITSELF, OR ARE YOU JUST ACTIVE IN FANDOM? Yes, both!

4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THE VOLTAGE FANDOM? I love how encouraging everyone is. The fandom is full of warm people who really care. Apart from that, I also love how everything I write is read so carefully. I mean I put much time and effort into everything I write and the fact that it is really appreciated and recognized, fills me with joy and excitement. I can put the smallest details in the scenarios I write and can be sure, that they will be noticed!

5. WHAT DO YOU WISH YOU’D SEE MORE OF IN SAMURAI LOVE BALLAD PARTY? I always love when the lords say things about each other, like when Katsuie and Tadatsugu talk about Nobunaga’s and Ieyasu’s childhoods or when Nobunaga describes Kenshin as “two-faced”. So I’d definitely love to see more of it, but also about relationships that aren’t that obvious. Like maybe Masamune making a comment about Nobunaga or what Saizo thinks about Kojuro. And now something more unrealistic: SPECIAL STORIES FOR NPCS PLS And yes I’m thinking of Yasumasa and Fuma. (with CGs pls, thank)

6. END WITH A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF I’m a fucking mess yo

Compliments | SLBP {Shigezane x MC}

A/N: Shigezane fluff. This was supposed to be dirty, but, whoops, it went to fluff instead and I’m okay with that and hope you will be too! That said, they’re naked, so, maybe don’t read this at work? As always, the wordsmithing queen and tremendously talented @juniperotome is wonderful and edited this for me! So, thank you!

“Hey.” Though they had been closed in a brief moment of embarrassed hesitation, you opened your eyes at the gentle tone of Shigezane’s voice. The hand he wasn’t using to support himself cupped your cheek. His thumb stroked smooth skin once, twice, before he withdrew his hand and leaned in to nuzzle your nose. His touch was light and slowly, he pulled away from you to sit back on his heels. Whatever you had expected, it wasn’t a retreat, not from him, and not after what you had both just started, and you cursed your earlier moment of hesitation, knowing that was why he paused now.

“Listen,” His voice was still light, but gentle where teasing was usually to be found, and though his hand darted up to tweak your nose, his tone betrayed an earnest need to be heard for the truth it contained, “You need to know, whether we do this or not, that I think you’re beautiful.”

Your cheeks burned, knowing he’d caught it, your moment of insecurity that came from knowing he’d had others, far fancier and more experienced; you’d seen them yourself, leaving the room Lord Masamune kept available for his use when the nights stretched out too late to travel. “Hey, I mean it!” He said, grinning. You believed that he meant it, but couldn’t keep from pulling a face in response.

The humor in his smile faded to simple sweetness. The bright mischief in his gaze warmed to sincerity, as though when he looked at you he saw something familiar and loved, like the hearth of a home he’d been away from for too long.

“It’s not just me, Doll.” His head lolled to the side, allowing an exaggerated, exasperated sigh to escape. Then he sat up straight, his eyes meeting yours. “Kojuro thinks you’re just precious, and even Masamune—who, you may recall, isn’t the world’s biggest fan of the fairer sex at all—would tell you the same.” Shigezane reminded himself that he’d have to deal with his lingering guilt over that particular point later, and instead, for now, focused completely on you.

He leaned forward and insisted, “We could do a survey. Ask everyone in the castle, and the results would be unanimous. ‘Oh her’? They would say, ‘She’s as lovely as the moon!’”

You snorted, slightly indelicately, but he ignored it.

Imitating another retainer, he pressed, “'Stunning creature, really. Puts Izumi no whatsit to shame.”

You giggled, unoffended by his hyperbole, and your mirth elicited his in return. Shigezane’s hands reached, gently pulling you upright—his hands first featherlight on yours before wrapping around your waist and pulling you into his lap.

Shigezane then continued in a grandiose voice, “She has eyes that sparkle like a thousand shining jewels in the sky.” Nasally, with enthusiasm, “And hips to send a man to his knees.” He squeezed them gently for emphasis, adding an appreciative groan.

Amused, you swatted his shoulder and wrinkled your nose in indication that he should hush, lips curling onto one another as you tried to keep them closed, muffling the laughter that threatened to escape.

But this only caused the sparkle of mischief in his gaze to grow brighter. A bellow of sound, from the belly, then high and sweet as fine lady’s, his voice conjured pictures of friends and imaginative strangers alike, alongside the rather colorful commentary, “She has grace to make a tiger weep in envy! She has hair with the enviable shine of…” he trailed off, blinking, and turned to ask you in his normal voice, “Aaaah, I already used shine, didn’t I?”

You were giggling too hard to confirm, attempting to gasp that you were quite certain it had been sparkle, actually, but he continued without the confirmation, nonplussed.

“Doesn’t count, those were eyes!” Shigezane drew a great breath before pronouncing, in a pitch with the gentle rasp from years of a kiseru pipe’s use “Her hair, now, her hair shines with the enviable glisten of Bontenmaru’s shell in the morning dew—”

“What?” You manage to interject, utterly off-guard. But oh! A turtle! And to imagine—but he was still going, and you had no time to linger on the image his imitation produced.

“—She has legs that stretch to the heavens!” His hands traveled down them now, then back up, tickling mercilessly in a way that had you helplessly lost to laughter. “Skin that glows like fireflies in the night, breasts that—”

You whirled in his lap, straddling him to clap a hand over his mouth, quite certain that if your hair shone like turtleshells, then you could certainly do without whatever descriptive comparison your breasts might warrant. There was a moment of stillness, then his hands flew from your legs to the area in question, content to playfully explore for himself if he was going to be denied an opportunity for verbal description. His hands remained there, cheerfully occupied until you leaned in against him, still lost in waves of laughter. Somehow, you manage to get out, “Shigezane—enough! Stop!”

You meant his words, but his hands stopped too. He drooped like a scolded puppy, pulling his hands sulkily away from your chest, only to send them up to cradle the hand of yours that was claiming his silence— capturing and turning it with aching gentleness to brush his lips against its back. He kept his lips against your skin as his eyes held yours, quiet and still. You felt your laughter catch and stop in your throat, silent.

Shigezane pressed a final kiss to your hand, before pulling it over his heart and holding it there, “She carries the sun in her heart, and shares it freely. And all her warmth in this world gives yearning to weak men that covet her kindness for their own, in fear of being abandoned to starless night, should she leave.”

“Oh…” You hadn’t expected that, “Oh, Shigezane,” Your voice rasped, barely sound at all, and if your heart stopped in that moment, it only meant you could feel his with even greater clarity, fluttering in nervous truth against the fingers he held warmly against it.

And then he winked, moment gone, and mouthed in a too-loud stage whisper, “Psst, this is the part where you say, 'Take me, Shigezane! Take me now!’”

You gaped, barely recovered from the last swing in tone. But he only barreled on, voice light and eyelashes fluttering, “You could add, 'you’ve set my maidenly heart aflutter!’” He wrapped you in a hug, flopping to his back and pulling you along as you dissolve once more into helpless fits of giggles. In an even higher pitch he persisted, “Shigezane, you charming, gloriously handsome and sweet-tongued man, you, you’ve stoked the flames of desire, oh! Ravish me!”

“Ravish me?” Equal parts astonished and amused, you still couldn’t help but imagine it, and your cheeks burned, though not unpleasantly. This hardly escaped Shigezane’s notice, ardent eyes sharply watching yours and catching when they darkened.

His hands took their pleasant time sliding back down to your hips, pulling them to meet his, and he raised his eyebrows, waggling them with suggestive enthusiasm. “I,” he announced proudly, “Am an excellent ravisher. Date Shigezane, professional and proficient ravisher, expert services rendered include virulent, lustful bodice-ripping—"

“Stop!” You could barely breathe, laughter or lust at this point you didn’t know, or you did, you supposed, because it was both, because both were him. Shigezane rolled, flipping your positions. His body was above yours, letting you bear just enough of his weight to know he was real, though he held the rest off with chaste patience lasting precisely a second. Then he was nibbling on your collarbones, warmth in his lips, clearly unwilling to wait for you to finish your fits of laughter. It was only when he found the space where the curve of your neck went hollow, and bit, that a moan mixed with the high, gasping humor, and, grinning wickedly, he pulled back once more. He rested on his elbows for a moment, gazing softly at your shaking frame, hands clapped over your own mouth now in futile attempts at stifling sounds from his words and actions alike.

“Want me to ravish you, Doll?”

Oh, but what else was there to say? You pulled him down for a kiss, feeling as breathless as the laughter preceding it, and right before his lips met yours you murmured, as clear and bright as the light in your lover’s eyes, “Oh yes.”
