i got a goose tattooed on the inside of my forearm today and it was a flash piece but it's my favorite tattoo already it means everything to me i could sob
#i love geese so much and so deeply i named my dog after them#goose is my black dragon dog and my loyal faithful companion and my entire world#i just love these birds#they are so misunderstood as aggressive and scary when really they just are sensitive to spatial pressure#and they need a wider diameter than humans are often willing to give#but they are so beautiful i love their long graceful necks and how i can recognize their sounds anywhere#and that no matter where i live i see their little v's in the sky#and of course wild geese by mary oliver is one of the first poems i fell in love with#my english teacher deborah read it aloud to us in high school and it made me want to go outside and to stay alive#and when my gf and i first started dating i knew i loved her for lots of reasons but one of them was that she also loved geese#she told me she had a shared folder with her family members titled “geese i've seen” that she would put her goose photos in#so her entire family could witness them with her#i remember when i was sick with anorexia a few weeks before i was hospitalized a v of canadian geese flew over me on my way into work#and these big fluffy snowflakes were falling down and i could hear them calling#and it made my eyes well up#and i hoped they would get somewhere warm enough for winter#whether or not people have respect for them is a wonderful metric for gauging somebody's character#at the grocery store i worked at when i was 18 the only coworker i grew close to had a similar affinity for geese#she had a necklace of one#a little silver glinting goose in flight :'')#personal

idk idk idk I just don’t get why some fans took this album as a personal attack!! Even in the songs where she alludes to people judging her in general I really took it as “wow she must trust us so much to share this with us.” And if you took it personally then you either need to take a step back or maybe you should actually take it personally and maybe realize why your invasion into Taylor’s personal relationships can actually cause harm to her.

i cannot describe how desperate i am to actually get this one written
basic set up is as follows:
lena, upon gaining access to her trust fund, also officially inherits a ship lionel bought and remodeled into a yacht (basing it on bd down under s2’s ship)
in the interest of having nothing to do with the family business, lena studies environmental sciences for her many degrees and ultimately begins sailing the yacht to various parts of the world for research and running yacht seasons in route to help keep funding her work against climate change
the crew changes season to season but it’s mostly made up of our familiar faces
kara is still a journalist (no powers in this one btw) but she is determined to tell whatever story in the world matters so she’s very much a bit of a nomad and happens to be traveling (not for work) nearby when alex (1st officer) calls because they need a new deckhand
it would break from below deck in that, no one is filming them, but the structure of the ship and season would be the same
#just occurred to me this and food truck involve lena cutting most ties with the luthors lmao guess we know my personal bias#tho shes still in somewhat contact with them in this one. they’re less evil more unhinged wealth in this#and i’m planning a bunch of bullshit mods for the ship to make it not terrible for the environment while she does this#oh and lena always opts to be the second stew even tho she owns the ship and pays the crew. she just doesn’t want to be in charge like that#i have very elaborate notes and plotting to get it naturally to a point of kara and lena sharing the cabin#if it wasn’t in a notebook it’d look like that charlie day always sunny pic#wip title game#happypugstuff#appropriatelyasked#stupidlyanswered

how do we (pokespe yuri fans) feel about green/crys is there a general consensus about this
Heehee the name for this is lazurite ... ive seen likr. SOME posts out there, but not a lot... since yellow pairigns are more popular.. tbh i think they could actually have a very fun dynamic, but they interact likr. Under five times and its SO sad. Canonically, they seemingly have a good relationship by the time of... emerald-ish? since Crys seems to respect her a lot, and Blue's helped her with the pokedex, but theres not really a. Regular Conversation between them. (Which is kinda a bummer tbh i wish there was more on crys' dynamics with gen 1 dexholders aside from yellow, because i think theres a lot of potential but WHATEVER..)
Since Crys kind of has a very strict black n white view of the rules and authority and. What she perceives as . Wrongdoing, for a while, i think there'd probably be a bit of headbutting at first tbh. Especially since Blue would absolutely not give a shit. So i doubt Blue would take her seriously at first. But I do think their personalities clash in a way thats very fun? Beyond the whole, goodytwoshoes and a con artist thing.
I think they would get along after getting over the initial problems though. But I'm kind of ass at describing HOW.... Likr, Blue isn't the Most open person and imo i don't think she's been in a relationship before either, due to having a LOT of shit going on..... But Crys is pretty honest about her care for people close to her, and i think she'd be understanding of the act she sometimes puts on. While Blue would push her to stick up for herself more, and to take more time for herself. I DO think they could work, they'd just have a couple problems to work through........ also blue would find her loser fail nerd tendencies endearign i think.
I think it's cute! Some other people seem to think similiarly, since there's some art of it out there but it's like. Really rare

Kim's Album || Chay's Album
So the concept behind this is that Kim releases a post-canon album and Porchay releases an album of his own in response. I love the idea of how the songs on each of these would affect the other person listening to them, as well as giving both characters the ability to use songs to communicate feelings that they can't express openly in person.

A big mixture of both KimChay albums + some extras that didnt fit either album but fit KimChay as a whole or inspired me while writing.

VegasPete Shoot Me || VegasPete Let it Out
I love both these VP moods but struggled with mixing them in a single playlist! The vibes were too all over the place - so now theres one for the emotional stuff and one for the self-destructive decisions bourne from hedgehog funerals and bisexual lighting
SO! Thoughts on playlists:
The concepts behind the KimChay playlists are my favourite and they're the ones I put the most thought into! - I started them back in july and I'm still adding to them now! They're not necessarily all about Kim and Chay's relationship per-se, there are a couple that I think really fit Kim's relationship with his brothers for example, or the way that Porchay feels living in the compound with his lack of autonomy. I've tried to keep a consistent sound/vibe throughout and match both the lyrics and the sound to the melancholy post canon situation!
My absolute favourite is Chay's album (lovingly referred to as the chaylist). Picturing the absloute breakdown Kim would have listening to some of these songs sang by Chay is so delicious to think about. Hopefully these would be the catalyst to a KimChay resolution!
There are a couple of other less developed/experimental playlists like for KinnBig, Tankhun (sad lol) and KimBig on my spotify profile! (as well as some other non KP playlists)

Does Jiro has ghost like abilities (possession, ability to levitate things, etc etc) or does she just live in Shiro's head?
when i created this au, i thought the best option would be for her to be unable to interact with the physical world in any way(including possesion), beacuse i really wanted to lean into her isolation and how it affects her....... and while thats something i still want to emphasise here, lately ive been toying with the idea of jiro being able to impact the physical world somehow(though it still being fairly limited). i think letting her have some control could have a lot of potential! buuuut i also have no idea what abilities i want her to have lol
For now i think im not gonna give her any telekinetic abilities, bc i feel like it would be giving her too much power......... if she could throw shit, shed go APESHIT with it. it would made things too easy for her. i'm sorry babygirl but i'm NOT giving you the possibilty to throw knives and other sharp objects, i dont trust you to not kill someone:/
i really like the idea of her being able to temporarily posses her old body in certain circumstances tho- maybe when shiros uncouncious?? or like when hes is very tired or heavily injured she can kind of 'squeeze through' and take control back for a few minutes???? idk. i think this could be a very cool ability to give her- it cant be frequently used but can also be very helpful, and also theres so much potential for ✨shenanigans✨here>:) oh god i could put these fuckers in so many Situations with this..........
uhhh. so basically i think all of her influence on the physical world are through shiro. shes here bc of her connection to her old body, and thus its the only way for her to interact with anyone besides him- and shes NOT HAPPY about this(neither is shiro).
