FUYUHIKO X READER HEADCANONS

Growing up in the Kuzuryu clan, Fuyuhiko has especially learnt to internalise his lone wolf mannerisms.

So it was a shock to him when he found out he liked you.

“The fuck, no I don’t!”

“Yess you do!”

“Okay...so what if I happen to want to be around you all the time and think that annoying voice of yours is the highlight of my day? So what? That doesn’t mean jackshit.”

“Actuaaally, it means you’re in love.”

“Fucking damn it.”

Don’t expect him to do a lot of things lovey dovey; he has a reputation to uphold.

But as we all know, he’s a real sweetheart underneath.

He calls you daily to make sure you’re safe and that no one’s upset you.

When you do get around to sharing the same bed as him, he is reluctantly the little spoon.

He only likes to hold hands in private. No PDA from him!

(Not so) secretly, he changed his wallpaper on his phone to his favourite photo of you.

Fuyuhiko won’t be caught dead directly asking you out on dates. So it’s your responsibility to pick up on his cues.

Otherwise, he’ll write it on a piece of paper and leave it hanging around somewhere he knows you’ll look at.

Even then, he won’t classify it as a date.

He can be romantic nevertheless! The type of guy to put thought into gifts he believes you’ll like based on your interests.

Fuyuhiko wouldn’t like kissing on the lips whatsoever; he’d prefer to kiss your cheek.

Will say he hates the concept of nicknames yet yearns for you to call him one.

Surprisingly, you rarely get into arguments with him.

Overall, he still thinks the whole idea of love is corny, but is a lot more willing to give it a chance because of you. 💛

your father had always kept you out of any gang related business, so barely anyone from his gang knew your face, nor did any rival gangs knew anything about you

so when you ran into fuyuhiko one day, none of you knew who the other one really was

you were just a pretty girl he bumped into and who he exchanged phone numbers with

it wasn't until a few weeks later, that your father wanted to know who that boy was you were talking with on the phone

when he heard fuyuhiko's voice, he immediately ended the phone call

but by then, fuyuhiko had heard his voice as well and realized what was going on

of course, your father took away your phone, deleted the boys number and forbid you from ever speaking a word to him again

but you still weren't willing to give up

with no other way to contact fuyuhiko, you returned to the place you first met him

you tried again the next day. and the day after that. and eventually, a few days later, you two crossed paths there

you explained what happened to fuyuhiko, that your father didn't want you to see him anymore

but that despite that, you wanted to keep seeing him. you didn't care about what your father said, you actually liked him!

fuyuhiko felt the same way. it was risky to keep seeing you, but he really liked you. he could imagine a future with you. one where he's able to end the unnecessary violence between your families

you two planned to keep meeting up, a different spot each week so nobody would find out about the two of you...
