All the asks about my monkie kid au is making me think about it again so I dig up some old art and refurnished it a bit!
It's MK, the silly guy. I love drawing him with the staff but he sadly doesn't get it for a while if not at the end 😔
Also, some more doodles I made recently!
While I first designed him almost a year ago, I meant for him to be wearing a hanfu but I'm not sure how well I actually translated it. There are people who know way more about this than me, though, so if they want to they can scream at me while I continue to do my own research lmao. Gonna be redesigning him to some extent tho most definitely

I watched Starship Troopers tonight.
#personal#dumb#my art#immediately after finishing i was pumped to watch some analysis vids on it#cuz i heard a lot of the drama about the original author being a pro military fascist and the director going “fuck that” and making a satir#scrolling through youtube search results was not promising. lots of male film buffs i would Not trust even on a first glance.#“The Critical Drinker” (pfp of a bearded man drinking alcohol) lol.#and then I saw cinemawins did a video on it and was like oh nice i haven't seen his stuff in a while but he's a pretty leftist creator#scrolled through the comments#second panel face#this sucks i'm outta here.#just leagues and leagues and leagues of anime pfps and right leaning people dogpiling on him for “not understanding what fascism is”#idk it's pretty alien and weird to me watching this movie and going “wow yeah that was pretty obvious huh” like literally the from opening#to the teacher preaching militance and only giving voting rights to “those who serve their nation first and earn it”#and then seeing droves of people online going#WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? It's not anti-fascist and even if it was it's#the director's fault for desecrating heinlein's incredible sci-fi epic vision. ermm media literacy is dead.

Since the illustration of my TES oc, Vakna featuring Hircine popped off, I decided to finally design her werewolf form. She's already 6'5" as a human, so you know her Beast Mode version is gigantic lol
Still, I wanted to find a balance between "intimidating monster" and "can actually be kind of huggable when not snarling and rampaging", hence the inclusion of the spots on her nose and her pink toe beans

Finally able to post this! Gonna say straight out the bat; don't look at the consistency of injuries before this point. Just straight up don't. They are NOT consistent at all (but then again this comic was never consistent art wise to begin with, so....)
The turtles have eye colors now! Cause I thought that was cool :)

They did not, in fact, tell April or Cass about the whole "Leo may be turning into a kraang zombie" situation.
