☾ request: hello, I'm a reader of your works and I really like it, although I'm new to the app, ah sorry for the english, english is not my first language, anyway can i ask if i'm not a ukyo saionji x reader? I almost can't find fanfic of this angel, he deserves more love in dr stone Anyway if you can, if not ignore ok <3

You and Ukyo are like an old married couple.

Not the ones who bicker childishly that others made fun of, but those sweet, domestic couples with a seemingly very rare, special connection. Many people could only aspire to have a relationship half as loving and kind as yours, but if you were asked (which you definitely were), there really was no big secret. You simply loved one other and put in the work to make it show, and shown it was through small acts of love and service.

Those small acts made up your relationship. Hairline kisses. Finishing each other's food. Staying up together watching a show. Learning something new together. Reading together. Hello and goodbye kisses. Nightly walks with your arms intertwined. Resting your heads atop each other.

He’d help you get ready for bed when you accidentally let your work take you into the early hours of the morning. You’d treat him to a relaxing night when he’d come back from an exhausting job. You took turns running different errands. It was these small things stacked atop one another, this balance and mutual effort that led to such a harmonious relationship everyone envied.

The small things still lingered even after reuniting in the stone world. Stealing his hat, learning archery with him, sleepy conversations as the two of you drifted off to sleep. Learning to navigate your way through your new life as the two of you once navigated your way through your old one.

Both of you had your respective lines of work, and Ukyo refused to do his unless you were by his side doing yours. Everything he did, he did for you, and Ukyo never wanted you to live plagued by fear. In your large, intimidating and unpredictable worlds, at least there was the stability of your relationship that took form in those small acts.

He’d open up to you about his doubts, his fears, his insecurities, as did you. Especially when he acted as part of the Tsukasa Empire out of fear, you simply held his hand and told him how incredible it was that even in this harsh world he’s maintained his kind heart. You let yourselves be vulnerable, trusting that the other would reach out a comforting hand to hold. It wasn’t all that easy, and it certainly took time to build up that unwavering trust, but all the setbacks only reinforced that bond you have today, because you still stayed together through the ugly bits those envious people never saw.

He’d finish your leftovers when you accidentally ordered too much food. You’d comb through his hair to help him relax at night. The two of you listened to one another free of judgment, and gave nothing but truthful advice when asked for it. All of these things were simply reminders that the balance was there. The love, the trust, the effort was all always there.

And so when you were to depart with Ukyo after Ryusui declared that he was needed overseas, the two of you didn't worry. Instead, you smiled and bid him farewell- making sure that he knew he was a dead man if anything happened to him- and waved him off, confident despite your joke that he would return to you with the rest of his crew a hero, as he had always been in your eyes.

Ukyo Saionji x reader

Ukyo Saionji, the sonar operationalist, always had his eyes on you. Well, actually, he always had his ears on you.

Through all of the noises that occupied the Tsukasa Empire, no matter how loud or how quaint, he could always pick out the sounds that came from you.

You laugh, your voice, you little chirps, tics, and hums, all of them sounded more beautiful than a symphony playing in perfect harmony to him.

He always wanted to listen to you. He would ask about the smallest things just to get you to speak to him. When he's stressed, nothing is more therapeutic than just listening to you. And they was he recepted it's as if he heard a ukulele's strum chiming though his ears than the voice of a human.

He didn't realize that every time he went to chat with you he was getting closer to you, he didn't realize that every excuse he used to hear you voice actually had more impact on him then just changing his mood.

The sound he loved his ears to observe the most was your heart beat, the one thing he always wanted to clang against your chest.

Resting with you, he'll lay his head on the middle of your chest, and he'll listen to the music of your body, and lull him into the peaceful place of sleep. Letting the lub of the pump in your chest pulse against his eardrums, through his ears, and into his mind where he can know as long as that rhythmic thump is there you're okay. He can still rest with you, talk with you, be with you, and he can still hear you.

Because all he wants to do is listen to you be you.

"Love is illogical, love is heartbreaking. This is why I hate falling in love"

Senku Ishigami, a man who often says that love wasn't a thing he was interested on. But that my folks is the biggest lie he has ever told, and it managed to convince everyone in the Ishigami Village.

All except one.

The mentalist, Asagiri Gen.

Gen knew that lie whenever he sees Senku looking at you with you passion wherever you helped him out. His eyes filled with sincere and love whenever you two talked. And of course the mentalist approved of the ship.

But at some point Gen also figured out.

That Y/N had a thing for Ukyo.

The boy who was freed by Tsukasa, the boy who had great hearing skills. The boy who had the bow and arrow as a weapon, but never dared to kill a human being with it.

Those two suddenly became close after the invasion in the Tsukasa empire. And Ukyo took a liking to the girl that the Chief of Ishigami Village was having a thing for too.

Playing cupid was hard.

Who to support? Who to go for?

Gen fully understood why Senku thought that love is illogical for him, how it was entirely useless to him. But that didn't mean he can't fall in love too.

Senku was human, and humans somehow find their way in the love road.

"Gen, have you seen Y/N?"

The mentalist jumped at the voice, turning around to see Senku with an annoyed face. His usual pinky on his ear as he looks at him irritated.

"T-the usual..."

An irritated tongue click was heard from the said scientist as he looked around the area for the two. Only to find them near Chrome's place laughing and talking like they were the only people in the world.

With a sad gaze, he sighs walking away to find Chrome. This however did not fail to be unnoticed by the mentalist, as he looks at the scientist with a pity look once he walks away

"Senku!" he huffs looking at the girl with a small smile, but soon faltered to see a blushing Ukyo being dragged behind her.

"What is it shortie?"

"Gah! Your hair just adds to your height! I call hacks!"

He chuckles before asking her "What is it?" as usual, his hands on his hips.

"Oh right um..." she drags Ukyo beside her, both their faces red in embarrassment on whatever they were going to say.

Ah, so this it huh?

"Ukyo and I...are dating..." she nervously fiddles with her fingers while Ukyo faced to the side in embarrassment.

Keeping his posture Senku gives a small smile and a pat on your head "Good job." It was unusual to you really, no snarky remark was coming from the man. And before you had to ask him something he practically shooed you away, saying that he was currently busy and no couples should be disturbing his experiments.

"Love truly is fucking illogical" Senku chuckles sadly trying to keep his posture and not letting the tears flow before Chrome arrives. "But yet, I still found someone to love who couldn't be mine"

"I hate falling in love"
