New poll, second part. The best Duck Female in the Disney Duckverse. Who do you think is the best female duck character from the Duckverse?
Since unfortunately not everyone could fit in the previous poll who is the best female Duckverse character from the Donald Duck franchise (comics and cartoons), I will add another poll with the best female characters from the Duckverse, so the best from this poll and the previous ones will go head to head in the final. And you should decide who you think is the best female character from the Duckverse. This is the second part and this is just for fun. The best passes at the end. Although it has passed, I certainly wish all women a happy women’s day! And this month has been declared the month of women! Yes, it is celebrated on March 8! There are certainly a lot of female characters from the Duckverse, and I will leave only the most important ones from various franchises (cartoons, comics) and you have the choice to choose who you think is the best female Duck character from the Duckverse in general. Happy Women’s Day once again and this is just a poll for fun and a little play!
The previous poll about female duck characters see here: https://ducklooney.tumblr.com/post/745243822575042560/new-poll-the-best-duck-female-in-the-disney

Daisy Duck and Rosinha Maria Vaz dance a Latin dance - Louie Duck cries along with Tanya Mousekewitz and Princess Ariel - Tribute to Chita Rivera and Erika Robledo - Quack Pack and crossover voice tribute
Usually I don't publish drawings related to the death of famous and dear people, except for All Souls' Day, but I was partly affected by this news when I found out about it on Instagram, so I dedicated two drawings to famous people who died these days.
The first drawing shows Daisy Duck and Rosinha Maria Vaz dancing a Latin American dance modeled after the famous Broadway dancer, singer and actress, Chita Rivera. Chita Rivera was born in 1931 and is really famous for many things especially when she acted on Broadway. Unfortunately, she died yesterday, that is, on January 30, 2024. Many thanks for the great performances as well as learning how to dance, and Daisy and Rosinha in my headcanon are definitely big fans of her, and I used these versions as a fusion of Quack Pack with Ze Carioca Brazilian comics in my own way. Yes, considering that Daisy is Donald's girlfriend and Rosinha Vaz is Jose's girlfriend, and Donald and Jose have been together for a while, it wouldn't be bad to see the two of them together.
The second drawing shows a tribute to Latin American Spanish actress Erika Robledo who has voiced various characters in the Latin American Spanish dub, but especially Louie Duck from the Quack Pack, Princess Ariel from The Little Mermaid (mainly the Disney TV series) and Tanya Mousekewitz (in their dub Tanya Ratonovich) from the movie An American Tail and other characters. Yes, unfortunately she died last week at the age of 48. So I drew Louie from the Quack Pack, Tanya and Princess Ariel hugging each other and crying and grieving for being abandoned by the actress who played them. And to be honest, even though I haven't watched that many Latin American Spanish dub videos, at least as much as I have watched Quack Pack in Latin American Spanish dub she wasn't bad and she was great at her job. Many thanks for the great acting. Of course, other persons and people who died recently, may their souls rest in peace.
Rest in peace, Chita Rivera and Erika Robledo! Amen.
Feel free to like and reblog this, but don't use these ideas without mentioning me, thanks. However, it is sad when some loved ones leave early. May God grant them the Kingdom of Heaven! Amen.

Happy 80th birthday, José Carioca (Zé Carioca)!
On this day, August 24, 1942, a Disney film called Saludos Amigos was shown, which shows exotic places in South America, primarily Brazil. Yes, although the film had propaganda content in which Brazil entered World War II on the side of the Allies, there was certainly an educational and entertaining content. That film brings something else special. In that film, a character named José Carioca appears for the first time, a parrot from Brazil who is very attractive and friendly and becomes Donald's best friend. Yes, Donald was the then ambassador for making new friends in South America. Later, in the movie The Three Caballeros, Donald will make another best friend, Panchito Pistoles from Mexico. And so the famous trio, The Three Caballeros, was born.
Nevertheless, José Zé Carioca, who first appeared in the movie Saludos Amigos, celebrates his birthday today. And the 80th birthday. Also, I wish him a happy birthday.
One of my favorite Duckverse characters and one of the best fictional parrots, he certainly has a long history as well. After two films, José Carioca also appears in Melody Time, Carnival Time, Mickey Mouse Works, House of Mouse, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, Mickey Mouse Cartoons by Paul Rudish, Ducktales reboot and finally, of course, in Legends of the Three Caballeros. Although he often appears with Panchito in the animation, he is still a separate character. He certainly retained the classic personality he had in the original film. He certainly ended up being great in Mickey Mouse Cartoons and The Legend of the Three Caballeros. Yes, watch out for the accent on his name, he is from Brazil, and Brazilian Portuguese is spoken there.
Apart from animation, José Carioca often appears in comics specially published in Brazil, where he has a different and big role. Besides being a friend of Donald and Panchito, he certainly has his own friends in Brazil such as Nestor, Pedrão Feijoada, Afonsinho and others, also he has his own girlfriend named Rosinha Maria Vaz, who is similar to Donald's girlfriend Daisy. Just like Donald has his nephews, José also has nephews named Zico and Zeca Carioca. Yes, I'm not talking about his family, especially he has a lot of relatives, and he also has his grandmother. I have to admit that I'm not that familiar with Brazilian comics, as well as with the José Carioca family, but I'm certainly gaining more knowledge about them on the Internet lately, and I'm grateful to my friends who introduced me to this world of Zé Carioca comics.
Yes, apart from comics, José is also present in video games and as a mascot and in various Disney merchandise and is quite popular in Latin America, primarily in Brazil and Mexico, but also outside Latin America, such as in Japan. And not to forget, also Jose's very mischievous friend, Aracuan Bird who lives in the Amazon Rainforest.
Certainly, there is a lot to say, and this is more than enough. Now the most important pictures of José Carioca from the beginning until today, with his friends and his family. Happy 80th birthday, José Carioca!
If you love this Brazilian parrot, as well as his friends and his family, feel free to like this and reblog this!

Quack Pack in Zé Carioca way - Squawk Pack - Zé Carioca Comics and Quack Pack AU
Yes, I drew this on the occasion of Zé Carioca's 80th anniversary, that is, his 80th birthday.
Yes, this has to do with the modern Zé Carioca comics so I drew this but added something of my own. Yes, I didn't read a lot of Zé Carioca comics, but I saw some things that reminded me of a show that reminds me of it in terms of dynamics and comedy. Yes, it's Quack Pack, and I know a lot of people don't like it, but I still enjoyed it. And yes, I plan to make my own Quack Pack AU (which I'm currently doing), but in my headcanon it's based more on the comics than the actual show. Yes, even though Quack Pack is not based on the comics, it certainly had a lot of elements from the comics and had a dynamic similar to it. Especially the relationship between Donald and his nephews. So the Zé Carioca comics from the 1990s and 2000s remind me of that, so I decided to draw a redraw, but related to the Zé Carioca world. I've already drawn related Quack Pack poses for Donald, Daisy, Huey, Dewey and Louie as well as April, May and June and you can check it out here: https://ducktoonsfanart.tumblr.com/post/666638356269121536/this-time-the-same-drawing-but-colored-this
To return to the topic, yes in his Quack Pack AU, José Carioca (also known as Zé Carioca) is certainly present as well as his family and friends. But Zé Carioca also has similar problems as his best friend Donald, as far as taking care of his nephews Zico and Zeca, his girlfriend Rosinha Maria Vaz, as well as his friends such as Nestor, but also his rival Ze Gallo. So in this case this Quack Pack can be called, as far as Zé Carioca is concerned, the Squawk Pack, because parrots say squawk, while ducks quack. Here too, the roles are well known. Zé Carioca plays Donald Duck (if you think Uncle Donald is a terrible uncle, then you don't know what Zé Carioca is really like), of course in his 1990s outfits and with his personalities, Rosinha Maria Vaz plays Daisy Duck, Zico and Zeca Carioca as teenagers play the Donalds nephews ( in the Zé Carioca comics they are shown as 10 year old boys and they cause all kinds of trouble for their uncle, but here they are teenagers who also cause trouble and that Zico is like Huey and Dewey, while Zeca is like Louie in my headcanon and they are HDL peers ), Nestor probably plays Gwupki or some friend, I'm not sure, and additional guest Aracuan Bird, since he lives in the Amazon jungle, so he should come, and he causes a lot of problems. Of course there are also additional guests Zé Carioca's relatives, partly relatives from Nestor, partly relatives from Rosinha, Zé Gallo, Afonsinho, Pedrão and other friends of Zé Carioca. Yes, they are in the world with humans, but other anthropomorphic animals are also present. At least according to my headcanon. And it happens in Brazil, mainly in Rio de Janeiro and its surroundings. Yes, Nestor and Ze Carioca are secretly in a relationship.
I hope you liked this drawing and this idea and once again I wish a happy birthday to José Carioca (Zé Carioca)! And don't be angry that I did this. And don't worry, there will be more surprises.

Day 25: Pool
Embellishing on a really funny idea I had-
DuckTales and its characters copr. Disney. All I own is my own writing. Copyright abuse is unintended.
“...You’re not.”
“Yeah~”
“You wouldn’t-.”
“Hehe-”
“Della, are you sure, pumpkin-?”
“Of course, she’s sure, mates!” Just like that, José opened up the trunk of Clara’s car to reveal the measly box of bubble bath in the corner. Already, Della was giddily hopping in excitement, and her brother groaned in agitation. “Rosita managed to get us a cabin with a Hawkuzzi, it only makes sense to try this out!”
“No,” Donald said right away, “it’s a terrible idea. We’ll get in so much trouble!”
“Ah, cool it, Donald,” chuckled Della in English, before returning to the group’s common language, “it’s okay, we can clean it up.”
“Everyone?” Rosinha started tapping her foot as she asked this, to which her boyfriend’s sheepish smile immediately evaporated. “I thought so. I won’t help you if you do this, and you know my dad will kill you if you break it, really, this is so stupid.”
José’s eyes shifted from the bubble bath, back to Rosinha and Donald, back to the bubble bath...then he simply hitched his bag up. “You’re right.”
“Hey, it’s alright, buddy,” said Donald, “I think that there’s foosball in there, if you're interested in playing.”
“That sounds good. ‘Brigado.”
Panchito faltered a bit for his answer. He’d met her father. And heard her stories about him. And he knew how his amiable, green-feathered friend felt about him, as well. It made him start to think about it a bit more.
Later in the evening, Clara and Donald were heating the frozen dinners they’d collected on the ride to the mountains. Rosinha and José had elected to take a break from the immersion and were now watching a reality show and having a relaxed conversation in Portuguese over it. As tempted as Clara seemed to break and start speaking English to Donald, she stuck to reading the Spanish instructions to the side.
However, upon hearing Della and Panchito laughing outside, the duck hung his head down. They did it anyway, he just knew it. He was just about to storm out to the front deck and chew them out until his friend barely stopped him short of the door. From the window, they could see that two were just in the hot tub. No bubbles in sight. Seeing them, they waved and gestured for them to get in, to which Clara nodded, calling to the two on the couch to change into their swimsuits. Eh, why not? It was a getaway!
Soon, everyone had made it out to watch the sun finally disappear. Panchito and Della made their peace with the rest of the party, promising that the bubble bath was back in the car. From there, they all carried on with the night, playing, cracking jokes, touching up on each other’s Spanish, discussing what sorts of mischief they would be allowed to get up to in the week ahead.
Donald really couldn’t take his friends anywhere, could he? To be honest, though, he wouldn’t have had it any other way.
