There's just something very specific about homoerotic character-enveloping friendships from around 2010 where they're semi-aware that gay people exist but queerbaiting isn't quite a thing yet sp their relationship consumes the narrative and changes them both irrevocably forever and they end in tragedy but the ending is JUST open enough for the fic writers to wriggle into that just makes me go fucking FERAL

i love angelhusk/huskerdust not just because it's cute and because I like their dynamic (ok ok i like that too but who wouldn't) but because of the way they bring out the most dormant parts of each other??? The way that angel quickly realizes he can be casual and feel safe with husk, the way he doesn't feel pressured to perform or be as sexual with him like he does with almost everyone else?? The way that husker smiles more around angel in that one song than to anyone at any other point in the series (other than when he was getting a back message which, ya know, fair enough), the way he can just have fun and mess around, and doesn't have to be drunk to be happy around him??

I blame discord for this: as in everyone was in such great agreement that it would be very cool and full of great symbolic potential if Paz was a Zabrak under the helmet, meanwhile I decided to double down on a joke and make him big and blue within his shell as well. So he is a Pantoran now with a fantastic pastel beard (and Din got the full update finally too!)

after hearing the story about Catherine always accidentally wandering into David's trailer on the DW set, I kinda very much want fic about the doors to the Doctor and Donna's rooms being in different spots after the TARDIS remodel so she keeps walking into his, particularly when she's tired or distracted, and then standing there wondering why there's a spanner on the floor instead of registering that it's not her room

accidentally crawling into his bed is of course the ultimate payoff of this premise

I love the idea of Wolfwood stealing Vash’s coat for season two of Tristamp in general, but I also adore it because he could spout some bs like, “Well of course I took it, it’s bulletproof. Absolutely no other reason, shut up,” and no one would buy that excuse
