and hhhhh oh good gods.... karmic!zhongli.... hurting from all the souls he killed... ough.... see, considering what karmic debt did to xiao in canon, for me karmic!zhongli is just.... pitiful. he's haunted by the lives he's taken and yet he puts on such a serene mask that you don't suspect anything's wrong. it's a heartbreaking sight for sure.
HOWEVER, eroded zhongli, on the other hand.... eroded!zhongli is one of my favorite headcanon branch for yan!zhongli and i love love love the concept so much because we know canonically how much effect it has on adepti and dragons alike, how much it can distort one's perception to the point that it changes one's memories.
eroded!zhongli could be downright delusional sometimes, and oh how it hurts to see your once humbled and gentle husband revert to his none-the-wiser self that's brasher, instinct-driven, and a whole lot more bloodthirsty - but even worse. because this time, he can't seem to listen to reason at all. and even if you succeed in taming him one day, everything seems to go up in vapors the next day. the struggle of watching your loved one slowly sinking into madness and there's nothing else you could do but cradle him close as he scrambles to drag you down along with him, talons digging into your form like a lifeline, black sclera highlighting dull ambers that shone with both unspoken horrors and the stare of a devout follower looking at his only salvation. was it out of sheer desperation? was it survival instinct coming into play? did he remember the times how you would always comfort him when he was at his lowest? ..... no matter.
at least this way the geo dragon won't be lonely.

Well both of them took off their masks to reveal they were alhaitham. one red and the other is green. The right one is actually your real boyfriend the other was your corrupted boyfriend. What you functionally did was say to Al haitham and his corruptes twin. you would love him no matter what so both of them pulled out a wedding ring and slipped it on one hand. Rin, the reason why was they were dressed like that was the fact you suggested roleplay to your boyfriend. He went along with it. Until you were kidnapped by bandits. Luckily, a band of eremites were actually hunting with them. they also know the bandit camp is but they'll only let Al haitham join if he dresses like them as well. Evil Al haitham stalking the real Al haitham the camp and kidnapping one of the eremite members that looks the closest to undercover alhaitham after he heard the mission. This lead to them getting into a brawl about you until they settled on you choosing them.
The question is will you accept consummating this marriage while both a dressed as eremites(you can imagine what type of giant eremite they are but I chose to believe they were dressed as an eremite sunfrost).

Rin if you want lore for the fatui zhongli au. You have a power that helps grant someone some control against karma but not remove it. You are a reincarnation of an adeptus that had the ability to remove karma. Xiao feels warm and safe when he's beside you.
Zhongli actually has fully been corrupted by Karma and his personality is that of a much more evil young morax. You know in his archon outfit his arms look like it has geo power flowing through him. Yeah imagine it through his whole body. The only reason why his face looks normal is because he chooses for it to be like that but he can make it cover his whole face to scare you. He changes his name to Жадность or Zhadnost when In public.
In this au, Xiao was raised as a weapon his whole life and the only love he has ever seen was between you and Zhongli. He thinks this what love was. Maybe you can teach him a different kind of love. Xiao being an adeptus has two delusions which electro and geo. When he uses those delusions, he actually wears a mask that looks like the Yaksha that matched that element. (Electro-Bosacious, Geo Menogias)
Xiao in this au has karmic corruption that effects his arms, eyes and face. It coated his arms in a black color and his eyes glow green and his face starts to have grown horns and it looks like his mask starts to become his face on the top half of his face. Your husband has a special ceremony for Xiao if his karma fully corrupts him. This ceremony is when he either becomes a harbinger or takes Zhongli's place as he has just become like his father and embraced the corruption. His name becomes Испорченный or Isporchennyy.
You can convince your husband to sign adoption papers for xiao but your husband as he says Xiao is too old for that.
Nakazanie has some differences between him and Al haitham. Al haitham has some morals Nakazanie doesn't. Nakazanie is a better fighter than Al haitham. You see scars on Nakazanie'd body. Nakazanie is much quieter too the point you might he is a statue. You also can see something weird with his eyes, his eyes actually switch colors. Your husband has a special control over him that instantly makes him follow orders from Zhongli only.
He has one other mask besides the one you chose the design of. This mask is when you have done something wrong.
When you did something wrong, He is forced to wear this mask which has a voice modulator that makes him sound exactly like Zhongli. The mask that has an eye that has the exact hue and eyeshape of Zhongli's but with a much bigger size Zhongli's. The patterns around the eye are similar to that of king desheret's symbol but with chains. It also has a built in camera where Zhongli can watch you with.
Weird thing that happens in lore, If Zhongli is jealous that Nakazanie is getting too much love. He makes Nakazanie put on the mask (the one you didn't design) on and makes him watch when you and Zhongli display affection silently. If you make zhongli extra jealous, Zhongli does it with his (Nakazanie 's) mask on and makes Nakazanie wear his (Zhongli's) mask on as he clearly thinks you love him more than your first husband.
The eye colors dictate his mode with Nakazanie

Red alhaitham-he suggests this you know those abyss monsters like those abyss lector, heralds and the black serpents. Red alhaitham found away to wear their clothes without being corrupted and no side effects besides voice distortion when wearing it.
Wriothesley--He though if Treasure hoarder outfits He was able to get because the fortress has them around sometimes.

He is the sibling ascosciated with games and knowledge. He is kinda crazy as he went insane with the death of the 5th sibling. In a yandere Zhongli au , the reason why the reason most of your children are normal is this. All the yandere ness is transferred to him around 75% of his father's yandere energy.
Meet the sixth child Shu. She is the sibling ascosciated with farming and she grows rice. She acts as the mom of the siblings. She has the highest authority among the siblings as everyone is afraid of an angry Asian mother. She is the one who cooks the most food and the second best cook among the siblings as the youngest is canonically the best chef among the siblings as that is his domain. She is incredibly smothering and spoils people by giving them so much food.
Meet the Ji. He is the seventh child. He looks up to his second sibling. He is the sibling ascosciated with weaving; probably the best business man among the siblings. In yandere zhongli au, he has around 10% of the yandere.
Rin if you want to know your children's birthdays. The month and day are the same as the order they are born in.
For example, Eldest Jan 1, Youngest December 12.
this is both endearing and concerning at the same time hsdfusdhf it amuses me greatly that the child who's literally named 'king' takes after his dad lol

Maybe what is going down is you are being punished by Zhongli for escaping. Maybe he thinks removing something you love for a while. Maybe he a punishment he could do for you is make sure you can never see a human face every again as everytime him or Xiao visits you they always have a mask on or maybe he removes your sight by blindfolding you for a whole month.

yandere!zhongli as a fatui harbinger.... hmmm. i wonder what kind of harbinger he would be if he weren't an archon and somehow went to that route.... would he be as cold as the snezhnayan winters, then? in which case i am. imagining him being stoic enough to lock you in a white room with no entertainment or visitors whatsoever. i imagine in that situation he never really grew out of the 'ruthless' phase as morax, but he would be tempered by the cold snow and the environment of the harbingers instead of the warmth and wisdom he received in liyue with his friends... and since he's an immortal, he would be one of the oldest harbingers out of potentially all of the current ones(?). he's canonically the strongest one in the archon war, so would he be stronger than tsaritsa even in this au? ohoho.

You are in a ball, there are two people. A choice between the snarling wolf or the emotionless crow. The man in the snarling wolf mask has black hair with streaks of Grey and white. When you see into the man's face you see that his eyes are only a black void and mask always makes him have a perpetual snarl. If you have chosen the wolf, You have to be prepared as the crow will watch and steal the jewel that the wolf holds. If you choose the crew, The wolf will be on the prowl ready to take the rabbit from the crow. If you choose neither, be prepared to be hunted by the wolf and watched by the crow. The crow will snatch you back to his nest while the wolf will bite and drag you bag to the den and if both catch you well the crow has a nest right beside the den. If you choose both, we'll you will brought to the den in a less painful manner and you hear the wolf howl and the crow caw about how they finally caught their prey. Rin will you be killed not.
i'm not sure who the crow is so imma choose the woofer- i mean wolf i guess? wriothesley can lock me up in his nest idc choosing both sounds like a safer option but i'm not much of a fan of crows bc of personal reasons jakdjskdj
