Over the years living with Ice and Mav being together (Wingmen, Best Friends, Lovers, Partners, Married Spouses happily) Ice encourages Mav to have as many hobbies as his heart desires whether or not it’s odd or strange (not usually hobbies others, society would think a navy military man like Mav/Pete would have or be into hobby wise.)

So Mav take up quiet hobbies of either being or all hobbies of: Knitting/Crochet/Miniature Model or Diorama making houses or model airplanes or ships/Handsewing or Hand Embroidery sewing embroidery hoop art.

Ice proudly wearing or displaying in their house’s walls or rooms Mav’s various masterpieces or finished projects. (Little Ship Dioramas or Planes displayed in Ice’s office at the base. Hoop embroidery portraits of Navy dressed Geese. Or knitted/crochet stuffed animals or blanket throws everywhere.)

All the gang of their 86 Fly Squad, Their Baby Goslings/Kids of the Dagger Squad, Bradley “Rooster” Baby Goose, Viper, Jester, Carole, and even Penny and Amelia all own a gifted craftily handmade gift made by Mav (Everyone loves/covets said item made with love and special for them by Mav/MavDad/Uncle Mav!)

Thoughts? What do you think Mav would enjoy doing as a unexpected hobby or craft besides working on repairing/fixing/building his and Ice’s bikes, cars, planes?

Aemond Targaryen- I feel like aemond would kinda just let you do your thing and just push the trolley, helping you if you need it. he just wants you to get what you need done. he isn’t horrible company though, he’s just kinda there. he wouldn’t get distracted.

Billy Taylor- Billy is an S tier person to tagalong with you shopping. extremely helpful, pushes the trolley, helps you reach for stuff. i mean he is a bell boy and customer service is the main part of his job. i personally think his love langauge is acts of service and gift giving but that non applicale so he fully enjoy just helping you. it’s safe to say he won’t be distracted as he’s just giving you all his help,

Michael Gavey - he would be the most help with math. he would be comparing prices on name brand and knockoff finding the best price. he would also be the best while shopping to tell you how much you’ve spent. pretty much a human calculator.

Osferth- pretty much like billy taylor, an amazing person to tagalong with you. also great company. i will say he would get distracted in the lingere and the sexual wellness section (we literally have a section at walmart that has different vibrators but in order to get one you have to ask for assitance since it’s locked up) looking at different toys, thinking very unholy thoughts because that boy is kinky

Billy Washington - he wouldn’t mind going if it meant spending time with you but he wouldn’t choose to go. mainly because he’s jobless and doesn’t have the money to spend so why would he go to the store. when he does come with you, he’s not the worst company he kinda just tags along behind you like a puppy.

Tom Bennett - he’s would be great company but he is a little shit (affectionately). he would be distracting you to the point you end of having to go back afterwards because he made you forget some items. he has you push the trolley but that’s because he wants to have his arm around your waist or shoulder. of course sarcastic comments but thats just Tom lol.

Genyen- He wouldn’t be horrible to bring with you, like he’d be helpful but youre bound to have shit you didn’t purchase in your shopping bags at the end. Bro the whole time is just stealing shit and trying to hide it. that’s all if he isn’t already banned from the store.

Ettore- his is the worst to bring along. Ettore should not be allowed to be in society. makes you push the trolley so he can look at your ass from behind, makes you grab items you cant reach so he can see your shirt ride up, touches you innapropiately.

the only character not here is Abraham because i honestly don’t even know.

Some thoughts on writing in mainstream entertainment: (Just a few; I have MANY thoughts on this topic.)

Writers and producers who become obsessed with either 1) giving fans more of what they want rather than serving the story and characters well or 2) with trying to subvert fan expectations rather than striving for internal consistency really lose sight of what makes storytelling wonderful.

There’s a lot of confusion in mainstream writing when it comes to fan service. Fan service isn't just having things in your story that your fans recognize and like. Fan service is honoring the characters and their world. Fans are fans because they love the characters and the world those characters move in. Rather than writers trying to do things because they think the fans will enjoy them, writers should try to remain true to the characters' natures and established traits, and not contradict the established rules of the world those characters live in. If the story serves the characters well and remains true to the established rules of the world, fans are probably going to like the story. And if they don't enjoy it, they will be more likely to at least respect it, because even if it isn't what they would've wanted, it still makes sense within the world and for the characters in those circumstances.

You can introduce shocking events and twists that haven't been played out in that world before, but the characters need to react to those things in ways that are true to their established nature, otherwise you tend to lose fans. Logical consistency increases emotional resonance. If your characters have to behave in uncharacteristically stupid ways for your story to work, write a better story.

Y’all...what is Heartbreak High...I’m truly asking because episode 4 was SUCH a DOOZY, oh my lord. 

First of the all, the police brutality that Malakai endured was rough to watch, especially as a black woman who has seen it happen so many times to people who look just like me. But THEN, Malaki ends up in a THREESOME with HARPER AND DUSTY??!?! I mean...truly...WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??? XD On one hand, I guess I could maybe understand that Malaki was trying to cope with his trauma, but... it was so WEIRD of Dusty and Harper to...man, I almost want to say that they took advantage of him while he was in a really vulnerable state. I mean, he was already struggling with his relationship with Amerie (from what I remember...I watched episode 4 in two sittings), and THEN the police brutality event happened. Like he was going through so, SO much. Like why would they do that, of ALL the things they could do to try and comfort him... they could have bought delicious food and watched a lighthearted movie, like Shrek or something. But instead...they had a whole threesome. And now, Amerie is going to be so heartbroken once again because Harper stole not only her crush of 5 YEARS, but she also stole her bae! This show is wild as hell. I don’t know what to think honestly, except that Amerie and Harper should never be friends again. They are so toxic for each other. I almost don’t want to continue watching, but I’m too far in and I need to know how this all ends. 

I love this man's ass but let's take some time to appreciate his tits🙏

Another song I listen to from Prince of Egypt is Through Heaven’s Eyes, which is sung by Brian Stokes Mitchell. Aka the guy who plays the Nowhere King in Centaurworld. And I can’t really marry those two ideas in my head, other than my brain making an au where the Nowhere King is just like, a nice guy. Like, he’s still the Nowhere King, like that’s his name, but he’s more like a guy that takes in those with nothing and gives them a home with him and is generally far more happy than he is in canon
