It's time for another episode of "I dig too deep into things that don't need to be dug into!!!"

Today's topic: The inaccuracies on the Cecilos dress up magnets (actual canon material, not bringing up fanon obviously)

The additional rose-gold lame cravat on Carlos' Karl Lagerfeld-designed lab coat is credited from #136, which is Mudstone Abyss Pt. 2, it's actually Charles' cravat

There is no UOWII sweatshirt mentioned in #55

The phone left in the pocket of the jeans from #113 is referring to Cecil's jeans, not Carlos' (even though they're on Carlos' page and are credited as the jeans from #25)

There is no hazmat jacket in #159

There are no hazmat pants in #72 or #127

The helmet mentioned in #145 is most likely a space helmet, not a hazmat helmet, and neither of them wear it

There is no barber shop cape in #3

The best rabbit fur coveralls are from #136, aka Mudstone Abyss Pt. 2, aka they're Kevin's

#i did out of nowhere research this to send to a friend #i was trying to convince myself not to buy them and i noticed the rabbit fur coveralls and thought “those are kevins??”#other grips:#the professional radio hosting unitard and opera tights are the same thing in this #but the sponge clogs from the opera are merged with the leather pants from fashion week #so you cant put the tights and sponge clogs together #also the cat ear headband and handcuffs are not labelled with their episodes #i get that a lot of these they were just trying to fill space but i feel like there has to be enough actual outfits to do that #what about cecils wedding outfit?#i kinda just like complaining and researching though. dont make this stop you if you wanna buy it #i just needed concrete evidence to not buy it since theyre going out of stock #cecil certainly looks like leonard burton here though imo #wtnv #welcome to night vale #hello again nv tumblr hows summer break treating yall?

i dreamed last night that i was in my hometown at the spot by the railroad tracks where you could hide in the abandoned construction and get high. nothing particularly significant ever happened to me there and i have no important memories associated with it but for some reason it made me cry when i woke up. i think if i ever went there and the construction had been finished i would cry for real

#i cant articulate why ummmm well we've all read a book. life is impermanent everything fades you can never go home again etc #but i hated it there i hated home. this is just like what they say about radio static #diary entry #you had to climb up the concrete to get to this platform with walls but no roof i always was like god. ew #suddenly i want to be laying down there and pretending to know anything about astronomy why. it hurt my back i have scoliosis
