La "lección especial" en el Rabbichat y en el texto del arte de la tarjeta es literalmente "escuela intensiva de instrucción".
La historia sobre Riku e Iori trabajando con nutrias de río se mencionó por primera vez en un Rabbichat anterior, creo que fue uno de los de Navidad de 2021.
Lo traducido como "deambular por la ciudad" es 街ブラ, un término del argot para el acto de deambular casualmente/sin rumbo fijo por una ciudad/barrio por diversión.
Okayu es un plato de gachas de arroz que a menudo se prepara para personas enfermas en Japón. Las bebidas deportivas como Pocari Sweat también son una bebida común para las personas enfermas, y Google me dice que calentarlas “hace que sus nutrientes sean más efectivos” y es un remedio para el resfriado común.

Just thought I'd post some random Pixiv recs for my fellow enjoyers of ZOOL shenanigans~
カキ has some really cute illustrations. This is one of my favourite collections, and I particularly love the how it started vs how it's going pic of Touma being all, "uhh, guys???"
猿川円 also does some lovely illustration collections. One of my favourites is a collection of stuff from APOZ and Beyond the Period, partly for this lovely scene of Minami being reminded of Haruki before rejoining the rest of the group.
ymd does a lot of gen stuff as well (along with some ToraMina if you like that sort of thing), and their art is super pretty. This comic collection is very amusing, especially this one. Very rough and short translation...
Haruka: This is hilarious. They’re saying ZOOL get along so well, the four of them should just live together and marry each other. Do we really seem that buddy-buddy?
Touma: M-marry?! Why would they say that!?
And then Haruka, Minami and Torao are like lol sounds like fun, let's do that, live in a crazy expensive Midou residence and buy a really big rice cooker, while Touma eventually just kind of goes along with it and is all

And then there's U, my absolute favourite ZOOL fanartist, who draws the most hilarious comics. I did a rough translation of this collection here when I sent an ask to @always-a-joyful-note, so I'll repost it here for good measure.

Like the last comic when they finish up work early so Touma asks the others if they want to grab dinner together but they all play hard to get, so he's like, whatever, guess I'll invite Riku instead, and they're like WHY AREN'T YOU TRYING HARDER TO ASK US OUT??? and he's like GOD YOU'RE SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS.
I also greatly enjoyed this collection and this comic of the rest of ZOOL getting jealous of Touma's interactions with Riku the most.

So if the focus is matching it with the song and then dance, I’m thinking if the fans would be happy

Since we couldn’t decide, me and Iorin wrote in a notebook on what kind of a person Yama-san is during lunch break 👍
Iori: We went back to the drawing board, and listed the things of our image of Nikaidou-san

Tamaki: Even though he’s trying to look good by treating us to ramen, he spoils us very much.

We narrowed down our search on our usual path and found a studio that lets us film on the rooftop.

Yamato: I was surprised that there’s such an open space within the city
Even though it’s surrounded by buildings, we could see the vast sky above us. It really felt so special.
Yamato: Tama is the one who definitely suggested using a water gun, right? (lol)

Keema is a type of Indian curry with minced meat and vegetables.
The literal translation is something like “Have you done something?!” but with the context of his reply, I went with “Do you have experience?”
I assume he’s talking about Banff, Canada? Since it’s a resort town that is commonly used for a wedding destination.
Side note: I was actually curious if “Morino” was the name of the friend that introduced Banri and Yuki since that was a classmate we knew about, but I don’t think he ever got a name since I couldn’t find one lol

Glad you enjoyed the random Pixiv recommend! The artist who I linked to has a veritable goldmine of ZOOL goodness, so do feel free to check out the rest of their stuff. I also had to lol at the following comic collection (https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/79521271), this time featuring oblivious Touma and jealous ZOOL. Again, super rough translation for the first comic:
Q: Which entertainer do you message most on Rabbichat?
Minami: I... (Inumaru-san...)

SORRY THIS IS LATE. I did this earlier and accidentally closed my art program right as I was opening this ask so. Yeah. I'm going to put my thoughts below a cut like last time just to not flood any dashes <3
Riku Nanase: (IDOLiSH7, normal canon)
Riku's...really interesting to me in a few ways. Like, he is not my favorite by any means, but I think his character is one that I really enjoy digging into because of all of the small parts that go into making him him. He's been sick his entire life and wants to get past that and seen as a person rather than a weak little animal that's a burden, but he's also reckless and bull-headed. He starts fights and doesn't even realize it. He's selfish in a manner that is so innocent, and he's silly in a way that's deeply charming. I think he's a lot more than just the :D face you see him making a lot of the time, but he also is just very silly sometimes. And he can canonically see ghosts??? So there's that.
Tsumugi Takanashi (IDOLiSH7, normal canon)
Chitra this is your blorbo prime. You automatically won her a bingo square just by being my friend <3. Anyways! This is for anime/Rabbichat Tsumugi, since technically she isn't supposed to have much of a personality in the game and I think the anime does a lot for her character. She's really great! God is she fun! She's a workaholic freak that loves her boys dearly but man is there a lot more than just that. I would love to dig more into her as a character one day, but for now, I will just say BANGER female supporting character. I'm glad the boys are with her
Hope: (IDOLiSH7, Hoshimeguri no Kansokusha)
HOPE MY BELOVED. OH MY GOD. Well first of all, I'm not going to write a novelization of a story if I don't fuck with the main character. Like. I may not like them as a person, but I have to at least like them as a character. And Hope is just an excellent bildungsroman protagonist for this space fantasy adventure story. He's earnest and loving, and as the emotional core of the entire story, you NEED to understand why his personality is so integral to how things end up, and I think the writers did an excellent job with that in the original story. He's a deeply charismatic character in that I never want to stop writing things with him and all of his friends in it. I'm ill.
Arme: (IDOLiSH7, La Danse Macabre)
MY FIRST BINGO!! Arme my belarme. I roleplay him in one of my friend's multifandom servers. I have so many headcanons. He's a fucked up little creature and baby boy in a way both parallel and perpendicular to Haruka. I want to squish him and also watch him from a distance. The fact that you can choose his biggest decision in Danmaca is INSANE and speaks a lot to how his character progressed in the story without progressing too much. It's just. Ough. I know danmaca was long but honestly I would have loved it to be doubly as long just so I could see more of all the characters and more of Arme's development, especially post canon.
Momiji: (IDOLiSH7, Ayakashi Mangekyo Karatogaokuri)
I have to be real here. I have not read Karatoga in a recent enough time for me to remember a lot of Momiji's character. I remember thinking this was one of the weakest Kujis, but also, I'm not a big fan of tournament arcs and a lot of this Kuji is just one big tournament arc. I liked the central dynamic he was involved in and how a lot of Momiji's character background shared similarities with Sougo's in canon, but he's not really a stand out Kuji protagonist from what I can remember! If I go back and re-read, I'll reblog this with an updated opinion!
