We had a young nun here in Italy, Suor Cristina, that became famous because she sang in an edition of X-Factor (I think she won, but I am not sure tbh). Now she has left the religious life, work as a waitress in Spain but is still very devoted, she just understood that being a nun wasn't the path God intended for her.

Well, on social media we had two types of equally disgusting comments. The first one, you can imagine, is by other catholics who angrily and harshly judge her because she left the order accusing her of the most horrible things, because OF COURSE you can't leave religious life if you understand it's not your path and God wants you to do something else.

The second type is by atheists. They don't even read the articles about her still being happily religious. They just like to comment how brave she is for "finally understand it was all a fairytale", that now she is cured because she is not anymore part (at least they think) of the "evil mysoginistic Vatican cult" and is finally being able to be sexually promiscued and free. Disgusting.

Stop judging women based on sex.

I love seeing other people experiences and how these lead them to be prolife.

For me personally, one of the main reason is that i am a womb twin survivor.

I was supposed to be a triplet, but when I was 10 weeks in the womb old, my mom miscarriaged my two siblings. I discovered this only in recent years, since nobody even thought of saying this to me, but it lead to having so many explanations for why my mental health had always been not okay since I was a child.

I always experienced grief, sense of loss, loneliness, sadness and I never known why. My mom's pregnancy also wasn't easy and that had ripercussion also on my mental health as well. I am diagnosed with depression, ocd and anxiety.

So it hurts me personally to see people saying that babies are "clumps of cells" until 24 months, that they would remember absolutely nothing of being in the womb and it would never affect them because it's simply not true.

Babies are live being. And they matter.

while i am also put off by the insistence to at all times use the most inflammatory, insulting, and condescending language towards anybody who disagrees with their fringe beliefs, the primary reason i just cannot engage with T/ERF bullshit even for the sake of trying to break down why they believe the things they do is the utter and complete lack of unbiased sources. seriously, every single time its like, transwomenareevil.com and every article is talking about a crime some random trans woman committed using the most libelous language possible. they legitimately read like a list of crimes read out before a mob before someone is shot in the head. no statistics, not even unbiased analysis of anecdotal examples, the vast majority of scientific articles they do attempt to cite, usually regarding medical transition, are meta analysis that do not actually support their claims if you, yknow, fucking read them (as always its 'more data needed'). it's all based on kneejerk disgust reactions or fear stemming from personal trauma. not the kind of thing im inclined to humor as a basis for how i want to conduct my life or what laws i want passed. and the entire time they're all convinced they're the only real feminists and the rest of us are idiots who have never heard of systematic oppression before.
