New Game Announcement: Honor Bound, Crème de la Crème Series Book 4

Honor Bound is a standalone game that takes place four years after Royal Affairs, with a brand new player character.

The story so far: I started working on this game in March 2023. I'm currently writing the first draft of Chapter 4.

Chapter 1 is publicly available for everyone to play. Chapter 2 is going up on Patreon on 1st August. I also hope to post (roughly) fortnightly progress updates.

Future ch2 releases : thoughts

I kinda always felt like Jimin was not just working on Face in 2022. There were more songs. I mean it was a pretty long time period that pdogg and the producers spent together. Not to mention Jimin's posts with western producers.

I think Jimin recorded the MV(s) for his second album after Face was released. And we all noticed he got quite buff after Face. (Lord have mercy, because shirts are gonna be discarded)

And blonde Jimin?? Hotspring MV shot in Japan? I wonder if that is part of pjm2 or a different single?

I'm just sad when i think about how nerve wracking it must be to not be there in person when an album is getting released. How does someone feel about the work you did a year ago, while you are in military and can do nothing but trust the company to release it well?

And namjoon's project? It has been a year and a half since he released Indigo. He has been teasing the next album since beginning of 2023. And there's no sign of its release yet. We might even get pjm2 before rm's album.

Jin's album will definitely be in 3rd quarter of 2024. (I hope he does rock ballads, or just rock.)

I doubt Tae has any other album lined up. Maybe singles. (Maybe an acting stint?)

Suga definitely doesn't have anything lined up till he is discharged from service.

Jungkook may have things lined up for sure, because he was busy as hell. (And Bangpd won't let him rest, since he gotta use scooter)

don't worry theres no fanservice~ ...the protagonist was so ashamed thinking of his crimes against Keito Hasumi to even look at him~ chapter 4 is finally out! hm~ hold on something...mysterious is happening- what could this be? gasp? lore?! Eichi what's going on here~? (tldr for those who don't know, this is my fanfic about some poor fricking enstars (though especially keito..rei...wataru. etc...they aren't handling it well) fangirl getting isekaied into being the most unfortunate person possible. Eichi Tenshouin. Follow their disasterous attempts to fix Eichi's crimes not being exactly sure when and what crimes have already been comitted and comitting a few of her own! Meanwhile everyone around Eichi has come to their own ...fascinating conclusions about whats' wrong. Especially Shu who's PRETTY SURE that Eichi's a freaking parasite, which he's actually pretty happy about- so he's not complaining. it's not quite to its 100k full length yet as im still posting chapters. and...im not actually done with it yet. but as i send it through grammarly and get my beta to check it out and try to help me keep everyone in character as much as possible, im posting~)

I'd say hotsprings or lakes, since the heat won't make much difference: oh, and they need to be a bit spread out."

BLIZZARDCLAN

The Stalwart and Steady.

High in the perilous peaks and steep upper slopes of Mt. Solstice is where BlizzardClan mark their territory and border. Cold wind rushes through the fur of these cats as they race along the ridge, chasing down prey on precarious precipices. Their territory is made up of the peak of Mt. Solstice all the way down to the base on the lower slopes. The land is made up of rocky outcrops, hardy prairies with toughened wildflowers and snowy pine forests. The Clan makes their home in the hotsprings near the peak, which keep the Clan warm and watered in all seasons. Cats make dens among the rocks and under hollows that the water has whittled away over time.

BlizzardClan cats are, especially in recent moons, cats of pride and seriousness. They work to keep an air of nobility, believing themselves stewards of the mountain and the land and project themselves with poise and grandeur. The cats of BlizzardClan have an insular, familial culture where everyone is expected to earn their keep to ensure the Clan continues to survive in their harsh climate. Leaders here are not just supported by a deputy, but also by the Clan's Keepers. Keepers have a variety of roles, including husbandry with the Clan's colony of mice to ensure a food source during moons of scarcity, watching out for avalanches along the slopes during the snowmelt seasons and being the leader's right-paw cats to enforce order and peace. Though fluffy pelts and cooler colours are common here, no pelt is considered more beautiful over another. BlizzardClan have garnered themselves a reputation for being brutes, running cats out of their borders with deep gashes to remember them by and enforcing their rules with iron paws. Their closed borders reinforce the idea that BlizzardClan are close minded and bigoted, but this isn't true for every cat.

In recent moons, Dovemoon has begun changing the rules in BlizzardClan to enforce more control and delivered stricter punishment. He says it's for safety and security after BlizzardClan faced persecution at the paws of BloomClan, but many believe his rule is becoming more and more untenable, though they're unlikely to admit it when he's supported by the deputy, Snowfall and the keepers. It's uncertain how long Dovemoon will let the peace between Clans last, but BlizzardClan, the Stalwart and Steady, will face the future head on.

on my way home now. i was surprised that my parents suggested i take the train bc like since when are we millionaires lol trains are so expensive! but turned out they forgot that train tickets were expensive and were v shocked to find out. but it was all so last minute so i ended up taking the train anyway. it was 80 bucks! like dude!

anyway ive been obsessed with the idea of having a swiss german boyfriend. i feel like that would fix me.

i feel like the issue with me and B wasn't that we were different. on the contrary, we're too similar. and we can't give the other what we really need i.e. stability, normality, sanity… we always dreamt about having a family and a house in the country side and kids who are normal and do team sports and go to music school and we're this regular family with family values. but it doesn't happen with people like us. i mean look at us. my dad's an alcoholic. when i was a teenager i had convinced myself that regular relationships weren't for me oh no no no i had to go to clubs underage and get groped by perverts. and then date a guy 10 years my senior and cry myself to sleep every night convincing myself that it was love. and B wasn't any better. his family was torn apart by war. and then he didn't want to date anyone normal either. he would pick up girls on the train and then had a long distance relationship with a girl in turkey whose dad had just died.

normal people, like andre, like a bunch of my other friends, whose parents never divorced, who grew up with family values, they have normal lives. they date and hold hands in highschool, they get into relationships with their classmates in uni. and then they get married and have kids and buy a house in the countryside just like their parents had done. it's all a cycle. and for B and i that kind of scenario would be unattainable.

it's like both of us are in wheelchairs and we want to teach our children how to walk, you know what im saying. meanwhile if we find partners who can walk i.e. partners who grew up normal, we can achieve our respective dreams of a house in the countryside and normality. and that's what we need. not going to the balkans to visit my dad who walks around with a bottle of slivovica in one hand and a baby (that he had at 55 with his alcoholic wife who kept drinking thoughout pregnancy) in the other. and then being like ahh shit do we go on the muslim hill or the orthodox hill. like no. we need to find peace and not continue this whole délire. bc if we did stay together and had a family we would've raised children who were just like us, frustrated and not knowing their place in the world.

so yeah im gonna get a normal swiss german boyfriend and have a normal life. and try not to get obsessed with the dysfunctionality of my family like i had been before. bc sure it's fun and entertaining, but it's not mature, it's not what i need.

and i feel bad for B bc he thought that i was the normal one. he'd tell me that he was so happy that i was a balanced person and that i was well raised. and sure, that's the vibes i give off i guess. and plus he projected a lot of things onto me and didn't see how dysfunctional i really was. he needs someone who is truly normal, just like i need the swiss german boyfriend. someone who has values and who knows how a family is supposed to function, not me who's just doing guesswork.

so my plan is: finish uni, work on the family business, do a masters degree in like business or something, meet a swiss german guy at like 27-28 and then have kids after 30 and try to be as normal as possible. and then i'll move to like zurich or luzern or zug or something. and raise my kids there and drive a bmw, vw or audi like all of them do. and my kids will go to a regular public school in the area and do sports and then go to uni in st gallen and work at a bank. and we'll all be happy and normal. and my husband and i will go to the hotsprings on holiday. and i'll think about B and my dad and the balkans and cringe at how bad it was.

BEHOLD! Me rambling about an idea I had for a while. Originally was a self indulgent idea for a lego game but thought it be too big. So... an AU, I guess?

Long post so the idea will be under the Keep reading line.

With how long I had this idea, I’m surprised I didn’t write it down sooner.

The concept of this is a mixture of Lego Dimension, Lego Bricktales and Lego Brawls… in terms of plot with the first two. Lego Brawls is just added because of the franchises it has.

The two main protagonists of this game are both Custom Characters, who I will call CC1 and CC2. You can customise their appearance, combat style, personality (CC2’s anyway, not sure about CC1) and their job that they coincidentally had a day off at the same time. The relationship between CC1 and CC2 are that they are best friends since childhood that have a fun/chaotic sibling vibe between them. Oh, and they like the same type of music.

 Now for the plot!

CC1’s grandpa is a scientist and an inventor who may or may not pull some strings to get CC1 and CC2 their day off from work and on the same day. He invites them to his home and asks them if they would like to go explore other Lego worlds out there through this portal he finished making this morning. The two friends agree and go on their adventure.

They go to worlds like Ninjago, Monkie Kid, Hidden Side and more (like Pirates, Nexo Knights and Western).

 Note: This list came from me looking at the list in Lego Brawls, aside from Nexo Knights

The two protagonists are also sent to a city or world where different parts are dedicated to certain theme, like the harbour south of the city is a lego pirate theme. This is also the protagonists’ new home and a place where they can invite new inhabitants to live in this world (AKA; ocs galore). You can also invite canon characters too because why not. You will also have big projects that everyone would put their studs and materials in; projects like a jazz club, a few dojos, a tavern and a huge bathhouse or hotspring.

 The villain? Not exactly sure.

 Things that the CCs can do in their new home: cook, learning how to cook, read in the library, training, relax in the bathhouse/ hotspring, sing at karaoke, eat at a diner or restaurant, and dance during the various festivals held there. That’s all I can think of for now… and drive.

Day/ night cycle and well as seasons. Home World looks very pretty during Christmas and impressively scary during Halloween.

 Actually, I think the two are dropped off in the Home World first as this “assignment” will take a very, very long time and they do need a place to stay.

 That’s all I have on this idea and I feel like making a fanfic out of this.

The Pale-Chested Faun

 "This creature has the unique habit of always having a fresh heart in its tight grasp. It harvests the heart from various animals in its territory, and doesn't seem to use it for anything besides squeezing until all the blood spills out.    Although its legs are strong and graceful, they gradually become slower and stiff as the faun ages. Sometimes the creature seems in pain, and I have spotted entire families huddled around a hotspring with their legs submersed in the water, to presumably soothe the aching. Fights occasionally occur when two clans seek the same hotspring. Although not aggressive, this creature can be highly territorial and these fights can turn deadly.    The clothes it wears are made with rudimentary sewing tools. Each faun creates its own pattern, which may indicate social status and clan alliances. Clothes are passed down from generation to generation, so the same patterns stays in the family." Part of 'Those Who Live in the Heart' project, a bestiary that represents heart diseases as creatures, this monster represents Peripheral Artery Disease.

(Somewhere between Promises Kept and One Life for One World)

Looking at the main touches of her apartment she felt satisfied with herself, above her door the guarding flame burns quietly, she had Thancred lit that in a storm lamp for her before carrying the flame over to her new apartment.

The act had puzzled the man greatly until she told him that it was a Miqo’te tradition to have someone close to start the fire of the watchful eye that guard those in residence, ideally that would have been her mate, her aunt or her closest huntsmates. The look on his face at the realization that she regarded him so was beautiful. It had been a while since she last saw him smile.

In turn he tried to cajole from her a promise to organise a housewarming party when she was ready, as much as she tried weakly to convince the dashing rogue that the apartment is but a vanity project until she could bring her mate home.

And that promptly set the man off into further dramatics as he turned the full power of his charms onto her in order to convince her that it was all the more reason why she should organise a housewarming party! It may be a vanity project but it was still her little hideaway to rest her weary feet.

Does she not want her mate to come home knowing that in his absence she was well loved by her friends and not suffering alone? Therefore her friends needed to know where she would go to rest and that she would be safe. She would not want to make her dear old Thancred worry now, would she?

Or has she forsaken him now that he was no longer as pretty as he used to be? For he was naught but a poor grizzled Hyur and could not compare to her ruggedly handsome Miqo’te, her dashing engineer with his own airship, or a stately Lord Speaker nor has he the cool beauty and radiance of the current Commander of the Temple Knight. Does she not love her poor Thancred anymore?

And then following it up with an extremely feigned emulation of concern, in a sing-song voice that rivalled the most silver tongued of court bards, he pleaded with her that he needed to know if she was able to keep her horrible hoarding tendencies in check.

Oh the horrors! It would not do well for Eorzea if her Champion was to be found crushed dead under a landslide of her collection of bows, great swords, amours, lumbers, fabrics, and various bits and bobs of her travels.

The embers for her hearth fire were a simpler task, taken from the kitchen fire of Fortemps Manor much to amusement of Lord Edmont and Artorial who she had insisted that they both preside over its simple gifting. 

Much consideration had been taken in terms of where she would stay. She was not fond of Ul'dah’s landscape and the potential of the Flame General taking proximity as an excuse to invite her for rematches. That and she know she would be constantly watched.

Ishgard, as much as the people loved her, the weather was not kind to her sinus nor does she favour the view of the grey jagged mountains, even if the city of cold grey stones hides a warm hotspring. Of course Fortemps Manor kept a room for her but considering her frequent comings and goings at unusual hours and the company she tends to keep. She made it a point not to sully the House Fortemps’ name. Theirs was a debt she could not repay.

The Lavender Beds felt very much like The Shrouds that she grew up in, yet something gnawed at her to avoid picking it even though most of her guilds and Grand Company are in Gridania and she was very fond of the calmness of the Elder Seedseer.

So here she was, perhaps to spread her actual alliance, she ultimately ended in the Mist and two ferry rides away from Costa del Sol. Her Rogue Guild knows about this place, they were ever her eyes and ears and they would ensure no one comes along asking the wrong questions about her.

Therefore in the Mist of Limsa she would stay, unless Idyllshire opens up for residence, it had seem like the kind of frontier town that her mate and her had discussed about starting a life in before his disappearance.

Note – Thancred has a habit of stealing the limelight and running away with it. He and my Miqo’te hit it off well and ended up with this weird senpai-kouhai relationship. That if she were male, Thancred and her would be brothering each other all the place like Itadori and Toudou. You can blame Yda for dumping the Miqo'te on Thancred to babysit after the recruitment drive. Have to work on his self deprecating humour, he's on a weird downward spiral since ARR.

Fortemps men are strictly off limits to joke about and his information is restricted to what Tataru tells him and what he can sieve from the half truths of The Foundation and Camp Dragonhead. He's aware that she's affected mentally and has trouble processing her feelings. That group therapy with Master Jehantel would be nice.

Much thanks to her crazy ass retainers for a good chunk of the furniture. Much as I prefer Garuda theme colors, RNG keeps tossing Shiva at me. And thus my Miqo'te honor a fallen sister. And short of someone buying her Aymeric's portrait off the marketplace for the price of a small house, she refuses to moved to Ishgard

The lofts took a while to figure out when no youtube videos tells you to switch from gamepad mode to mouse mode to get the rotate function in layout mode to prevent the floated items from falling back to ground. Other than that, the videos were very helpful.

Fixing that hole in the floor and much toggling of grid/snap and everything....

It ain't perfect, but it will do for now. Short of being able to invite her NPC crew for Triple Triad or mahjong. Estinien and Biggs would probably have to hunch down when on the loft.
