no the fuck they wouldn’t???
extremely poor taste on his part to listen to a room full of vulnerable older people crying and saying they don’t know how they’re going to survive this winter, then come out and say ‘well the companies making record profits in the billions HAVE to charge you this much, there’s no other option.’

Happy Eclipse!
I SAW IT, BABEY!!!
Woke up at 6:30 am this morning, looked at every weather model and source I could fine, and took a gamble trying to find the clearest skies. It paid off! Almost completely clear, 4 mins 8 seconds of totality. Beautiful setting. No traffic problems on the way up or way back home.
It was....seriously the coolest thing I've EVER seen. Idk how to really describe it. It looked like it was fake, like it belonged straight out of a sci-fi movie but it's natural. It went dark like the night. The birds stopping chirping. We could see STARS!
Just stunning experience.

ESA to launch Arctic weather satellite in June
The European Space Agency (ESA) announced on 4 April that it would launch a satellite to improve weather forecasting in the Arctic, a region heavily impacted by global warming, in June, according to Euractiv.
The Arctic Weather Satellite (AWS) has been under development by European aerospace company OHB for three years. It will be launched from California via a SpaceX rocket.
Swedish Education Minister Mats Persson stated that the mission was particularly important for global warming research as the Arctic was warming up faster than the rest of the planet.
Mitigating climate change is a priority and space data is essential for analysing the changes and identifying the effective solutions.
The satellite is expected to operate for about five years, supporting other satellites already in orbit. It will “provide accurate short-term weather forecasts for the Arctic region,” according to the ESA.

3. В России сохранится иго. Максимум случится дворцовый переворот, и то не факт.
4. Протесты, по призванию оппозиции в изгнании, будут малочисленные.
5. Экономика будет находится там, где её и положено находиться. Но до голода не дойдёт.

Okay I’m not a meteorologist or weather expert (I studied history!). But I have to get this shit out NOW!
I am SICK of hearing people bitch about how “ThE weaThERMAn iS ALWays wrONG¡”. Despite the fact that meteorologists and climatologists spend their entire lives researching the world’s climate, weather and atmosphere.
To add to this weather forecasting models today are MUCH more accurate than they were a decade ago.
Sure it’s mainly about probabilities and stuff. So it’ll never be 100% accurate, admittedly. But they can get pretty damn close in spite of that fact!
I keep hearing people say Met Eireann should be shut down for “making bad weather”. Oh yes, they think they actually CONTROL AND CREATE the weather! Yes! These people are that stupid! And they can VOTE as well! Grown adults believing this shit! (And trickle-down economics) Can you believe that!
It’s bum-brained ignorance combined with dangerous stupidity and magical thinking. It sickens me to no end.
It’s like when idiots in America bitch up a storm and blame the President for gas prices going up. Despite the fact that there’s precisely DICK that they can do about it!
They seriously believe that weather agencies and institutes deliberately lie about the weather, while also making and controlling it.
As if the fucking NOAA is deploying tactical fucking hurricanes! For fuckness fucking sake, people!!!!
Get some perspective!
Read a fucking book!
Anyone what still thinks like that needs to be kept away from crayons and other people (never mind sharp objects) and shouldn’t be allowed to have kids!
