Welcome all, to the fuck-you-up music bracket!
Ever had a song you can't get out of your head, a song that strips you down to your very being and leaves you with nothing? A song that you project onto your angstiest of blorbos? A song that hits you smack where you live? Or how about a song that you just really enjoy?
Then this tournement is for you! Here you can submit your favourite song that fucks you up the most, and battle it out to see which ballard will be named the ultimate fuck-you-up song of tumblr!
Submission Rules
Submissions will stay open for a week, but if I get a crazy amount of submissions, then it'll close sooner.
Alternatively, if I don't get as many, I might leave it open longer so there's a good amount :)
This probably goes without saying by this point, but don't do multiple re-submissions of the same song. It just makes the sorting process so much more difficult for me
Yes, you can submit songs from musicals and TV shows. However, I won't be including more than 2-4 songs from each media, depending on how long that particular soundtrack is.
Song must be at least remotely fuck-you-up-ish. You must be able to justify its place within the tournement
Instrumentals are allowed
You can rant a bit about whatever blorbo you may project the song onto. It'll help me understand it better
You're allowed to submit a song by a problematic artist, however I am not in control of how quickly that gets voted off
Propaganda is allowed and encouraged! No slander though
Submissions close on Friday 26th of May at 5.00pm (UK time)

This is the place for all your favorite characters named Steve to fight! Rules listed below the Google Form.
Rules about submitting:
1. Your character must be named Steve in some way. This includes: Steve, Steven, Stephen, Stefan, Stefano, Stevie, and Steph. Asks will be open and if anyone has any other form of Steve, they can ask if it’s okay.
2. No DreamSMP or Harry Potter characters.
3. Real people are allowed. However, they have a much lower chance of getting in, in favor of fictional characters.

Have you ever wanted to see your favorite Matts fight it out? If so, then this is the place for you! Rules for submitting are under the form link.

battle of the battle themes
I've been following these poll tourneys very closely and got an idea for one of my own! I love video game OST's and thought it'd be fun to make one about that, especially since music has been a less explored venue than characters.
Qualifications:
Must be from a video game
Must coincide with some kind of battle with the video game's enemies. Something that hypes you up and makes you feel unstoppable!
General battle themes or boss fight themes welcome
Some examples I had in mind: With Twilight of the Gods from Shadows of Valentia, God Shattering Star from Fire Emblem Three Houses, Song of the Ancients (Fate) from Nier Replicant/Gestalt
Y'all can submit those or whatever you want! In fact I'm excited to find new OST's to listen to!
Rules:
I won't tolerate any rudeness or toxicity. Any offenders will be blocked.
No botting/cheating either, please. Let's just have a fun time here.
No video games that are very NSFW in nature please!
You can only submit your song once but you are free to send in multiple. Basically, no flooding with a repeat confession.
Propaganda is welcome, especially during the submission phase if you want a song submitted- though for the most part the music will be speaking for itself I think!
This is something very new for me and I don't rlly know much about tournament seeding or w/e so it'll probably be randomized. Please be patient with me!

Zuko Tournament
You've seen Avatar The Last Airbender (or maybe you haven't, but if that's the case-- why? get to it), I've seen Avatar The Last Airbender, and I think we can all agree that Zuko has many Forms, many Styles, many Moments (TM).
The ultimate question is: which one of these is peak Zuko? That's the very question this tournament is here to answer! Which Zuko will prevail? that is up to you
I'm currently compiling various Zuko moments, but it's a big show-- I can't do it all on my own. Please submit your favorite Zuko moments in the google form, or in my ask box. I'll try to include as many Zukos as I can in the bracket-- the more the merrier!

Welcome to the Best Fictional Husband Bracket! Submissions are now (re-)open!
This is a bracket to determine which fictional character is or would make the best husband. You can interpret this as either being the best husband to a reader insert or to an existing character from their franchise.
Submission Guidelines:
All potential husbands MUST be over 18
Fictional characters only!
Submissions do not need to be male as long as they have big husband energy
Once again, feel free to interpret the prompt as either best husband to a reader insert OR best husband to an existing in-universe character, so don't worry about "X wouldn't make a great husband because he's already in love with Y"
