DSMP Place-Name Suffixes and Meanings
kind of maybe accidentally some prose? I DIDNT MEAN TO I SWEAR
L’manberg and Manberg———
The suffix, “-berg,” or, “-burg,” comes from the German word for castle or fortress. Since many castles ended up becoming starting points for greater civilization/urbanization, the suffix became almost a synonym for city.
L’manberg was a small patch of land, defined by it’s towering walls. It was built with the intent of protecting its inhabitants. It evolved, over time, to be a sprawling mess of homes and shops, roads and churches, museums, plazas- it grew to be a town. Open without it’s walls, a fortress no longer. Then, a crater. The citizens it swore to protect having fled, having abandoned it if they could, lest they help bring it down.
Pogtopia———————————
“Topia,” essentially just means any geographical place. It isn’s a civilization, town, city, anything, just a place. It could also be used to indicate a paradise.
This name feels like a sick irony. It was just a place. First, it was a campaign, a political group aiming for their version of utopia. Then, it was a ravine. It was a time period, defined only by it’s geographical separation from home. It devolved, festering mania and unwellness, self destruction and spiraling, all the while bearing the name of paradise.
Snowchester-————————-
When a place-name ends in -chester, it indicates a military camp or fort. Chester meaning, “place of soldiers.”
Snowchester itself was a last-ditch attempt at safety. It’s secluded and armed, the base of operations for nuclear weaponry. Truly, it was a place of soldiers. A place of Tubbo and Jack, two weary and sharp war veterans, trying to feel safe. Equally, it was a place of protection and family. Of, “I will be strong so you can be safe.”
Logstedshire-————————
Stead means, “enclosed pasture,” in Old English. A place-name ending in, “shire,” indicates that it is owned or governed by a government official. It is also the French word for, “county.” The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a shire as, “a town where a court of superior jurisdiction…sits.”
Logstedshire; an enclosed pasture. A plains biome, sprawling and open, but so muted. So closed. Confined. Trapped. A place of harsh discipline, with a, “superior jurisdiction,” looming over its lonely occupant. How mocking to call it a county, an extension of a homeland, when it’s sole purpose was to be separate from it. Enclosed pasture, ruled by a superior jurisdiction, with a feeble string tying it to L’manberg in the form of the title, “county.” Enclosed forevermore, harboring the abuse like a time capsule, ash and dust undisturbed.
Boomerville and Rutabagville—
“-ville,” is a suffix used to indicate a village/town, or in the Middle Ages, a farming community.
Two towns, built for the purpose of getting away from the chaos, of having a small, peaceful land. Built so the few inhabitants could say, “I live here, I work here, the sun is gentle on my front porch.” So far out of the way that no one would notice if they just…disappeared. No one would bother check. One town abandoned, one town robbed. Both lay empty, at the end of the day.

Dream SMP Recap (March 18/2022) - Free Real Estate
Seapeekay is looking for a place to settle down. Bad tours him around the server to show off the various available properties. Ponk joins in and the three of them kidnap a demigod.
Tubbo and Eryn begin their new base, laying foundations in the mushroom biome.

---
- Seapeekay and Dream log on, Seapeekay still at Eryn’s stables. CPK navigates back to the hub with his new horse. Dream is running around on the New World portal, but CPK doesn’t notice
- Bad logs on and finds CPK. CPK tells him that he needs a place to sleep, so Bad shows him Boomerville. Nobody lives here as the previous residents went missing
- Bad is a well-respected real estate agent and offers to tour CPK around to find a house for him to live in. Boomerville is a convenient location right next to a theme park and a school taught by KSI
- Next, Bad takes him to Doozer HQ, which is currently unoccupied. 100 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, currently listed at “1 book of Death”
- With a lovely scenic view, the L’Cast pond was built by designer HBomb and is the set of a podcast, very cheap at only 1 human soul 1 new pencil
- Bad shows CPK Eret’s castle, which has some upstairs space to rent, though he notes it’s in a very high crime area
- Bad then shows CPK Alyssa’s house, the owner of which also went missing. CPK asks to see properties where no one has gone missing
- CPK and Bad head over to Kinoko, which Bad informs him is run by a bit of a cult. He also shows off the space available in Niki’s city
- Next, Bad takes CPK to Snowchester, mentioning that the area recently had a kidnapping. He shows CPK Tubbo’s house, where the tenant moved out recently. He changes his mind outside and tells CPK the previous owner will be coming back, so unfortunately the house is no longer for sale
- He also shows CPK the definitely-furnished mansion.
- He explains that Ranboo used to live here until the prison warden killed him, and sometimes you can still hear Ranboo’s voice around the area. This area also has a neighborhood watch for the two people responsible for the kidnapping
- Bad then takes CPK to a little ranch far away, Sam’s mega island and house. The listing just says the price is “freedom”
- Nearby is another getaway vacation home that recently came on the market with the French name of “Logstedshire.” CPK, an empath, thinks there may have been some emotions here
- They go to the Arctic commune. The qualification to live here is to also be anti-government. Tubbo also logs on. He says CPK could probably take the mansion for free, but no one wants to live there
- Bad has another property to show CPK. He warns CPK that making friends usually leads to them dying
- Eryn logs on. Bad takes CPK to one of the oldest and cheapest properties, Dream’s old house. The previous owner was convicted. There are also some apartments rented out by a bald man. Bad mentions that the previous owner of the underground home got tortured
- Ponk logs on. Bad asks how CPK feels about gambling. He takes CPK to Las Nevadas and CPK dies along the way and Bad shows him the Punzo chunk apartments Bad has available
- Near Las Nevadas there’s even a little food truck!
- The best property has been saved for last: Foolish’s summer home! Bad tells him Foolish is looking for new people to build on his land. CPK likes the idea of building here
- Foolish logs on. Ponk comes over. Ponk is from the Board of Inspectors of Bucket and Fish and inspects CPK and Bad’s fish. He tickets Bad
- Foolish arrives, sounding exhausted from Bad’s shenanigans. They bicker, and Ponk shows them his house. Puffy logs on
- They go to the Nether and put Foolish, AFK, in a box. Bad has the idea to bring Foolish to the prison and box him there
- Ponk, CPK and Bad use fishing rods to bring Foolish all the way to the prison. Once there, they box him in with obsidian
- Later, they make the box even bigger. They also box CPK in with some stone and interrogate him. Bad takes Ponk aside
Bad: “Ponk, listen. I think he knows too much. I think – I think we have to take care of him if you know what I mean.”
- They look at him dancing
Ponk: (whispering) “Bad. Bad. We should take him to the thing and see if he reacts, you know.”
Bad: “Which thing?”
Ponk: “To test his vibes!”
Bad: “What thing?”
Ponk: “You know that thing that happened that, you know, people don’t really talk about no more in that place–”
Bad: “No no no!”
Ponk: “Just – look look, a little drive by! Not even go through!”
- Bad lags out and disconnects for a coffee break. Ponk starts drowning CPK with a fish and takes away the water. CPK saves the fish, which earns him some respect
- Ponk asks if CPK likes pain au chocolat. Bad returns and they let CPK out. HBomb logs on and Foolish comes back
- Ponk and Bad offer a deal with Foolish for ownership of the summer home in return for freedom. Foolish is not a fan of the idea and keeps trying to get out
- Ponk has the idea to put pufferfish near the block Foolish is trying to mine to stop him
Foolish: “I hope you lose your other arm.”
- Foolish rejoices as he’s managed to break a block. Ponk and Bad dig into the box to place pufferfish and CPK blocks up the entrance behind them with sand. Bad lags out and Ponk pearls to escape, drinking milk to break the sand
- Ponk goes back in and CPK blocks the entrance with obsidian. They notice that Foolish’s nametag isn’t there and realize that Ponk is the one now stuck inside
- Bad logs back on, now stuck in the box and being attacked by pufferfish. Bad and Ponk pearl out to escape. This has backfired horribly
- Later, Foolish sees the Callahan face on the statue. He has more than enough reason to kill Bad over and over again. Bad is online, so he lets Bad know that the next time Foolish sees him, he will die
- Tubbo and Eryn log on to work on their new mushroom biome base project
- Bad arrives at the summer home and, as promised, Foolish jumps off the scaffolding and hunts him. Bad gets away, so Foolish threatens the cactus tower
- Bad suggests they chill and goes to clean up the statue. He explodes a small hole in it and Quackity briefly logs in just to tell him to shut up
- Foolish threatens the cactus tower again, but Bad says he’ll fix the statue as he didn’t mean to break it. In return for sparing the cactus tower, Foolish wants him to die once. He lets Bad set his spawn
- Foolish kills Bad. Bad respawns and Foolish feels like doing it again, so he does. And does again. And again. Many, many times. For the almost-last death, Foolish makes Bad prick himself to death on a cactus. It’s very therapeutic for him
- Bad notices that the statue is hollow and wonders if it would be nice to live in it (Foolish is very against this idea). Bad’s memory blanks again for a bit, but he returns
- While Bad is occupied, Foolish sets fire to the spruce trees and accidentally burns one of the palm trees
- The two continue to hang out at the summer home and also talk a bit about the lore out of character

Breaking the Peace (a Dream SMP au)
possibly a fanfic prompt; basically a self-indulgent alternate storyline—may make more posts if you guys are into it
The third attempt to resurrect Wilbur Soot goes wrong, as it also implicated Jschlatt, and that the two ended up coming back to life in an alternate universe/timeline. Until they find a way back to their universe/timeline of origin, the newly revived are forced to come to terms with their individual issues due to the nature of the place they’ve been displaced in. Wilbur and Schlatt learn to be good to each other too.
Several factors caused this displacement to happen, but it is assumed that it is one or a weird combination of:
The Crimson growing in the server, as the universe they ended up in also has a Crimson infestation
The mysterious implications of Foolish’s totem powers
Karl Jacobs deciding to time travel around the exact same time as the resurrection attempt
The Wilbur that came back is an unholy cacophany of traits found between Alivebur and Ghostbur—he is indecisive and frustrated, now tasked to deal with his relationships with people, and how he feels unable to drop his pride for accountability.
Jschlatt comes back with a body that doesn’t take substances as well as it used to—he returns with a bit more clarity and vulnerability, a stronger need for self-love and people, but also a hungrier ambition to simply have.
The timeline in question is distinctly different from canon but also similar because of several more factors occurring in this timeline. I haven’t gotten to the proper nitty gritty build up to it, just know that:
The Exile is prevented
The Butcher Army is never established
The Green Festival + Doomsday never happen
A series of different big events and significant choices led to the preservation of L’Manburg and the ending of the Disc Saga once and for all on the 6th of January. This timeline takes place sometime in late January to early February.
Ghostbur/Alivebur/Wilbur of this timeline finds peace by the end of the final Disc War, and thus was never seen again since then
Glatt never appears in this timeline
While there is no intent for resurrection in this timeline, Dream is still jailed for the same reasons as the canon
Anyway, here’s this timeline’s official territorial lands and factions:
The Greater Dream SMP
- basically the whole server, whose dominion has been placed in the hands of King Eret since the imprisonment of Dream after the Final Disc War
- ruled by a King, the powers of which are now deliberated by the forces that run the server aka fate decides the next King
- Eret’s rule, as of this point in the timeline, is defined by the establishment of a Roundtable, seated by his most trusted allies and knights:
Captain Puffy (knight)
Hbomb94 (knight)
Punz (knight, secretly allied with the Badlands in service of the Crimson)
Sapnap (ally, w/ citizenship in El Rapids)
GeorgeNotFound (ally, w/ citizenship in El Rapids)
Awesamdude (secret ally, willing spy for the King due to his aversion towards the Crimson)
Factionless members are subject to his power and authority, as they do not live within any other recognized territories:
Callahan
Alyssa
Ponk
Purpled
Technoblade (his anarchist sentiment will resist this power anyway; Eret has no reason to threaten Techno however)
Vikkstar (Boomerville exists like a faction)
LazarBeam (However it is not recognized)
Foolish Gamers
Hannahxxrose
- Pandora’s Vault has been under the powers of Eret and Awesamdude after the Final Disc War; it’s also built in Dream SMP territory rather than in the Badlands
- people who wish to establish stores or businesses on land within the King’s territory must consult the King directly; they have the power to grant this permission for any reason they deem necessary
- the same goes for claiming property and establishing states altogether (as for this, they also need the recognition of all the other factions)
- The King has the power to make anyone build for them—the only exceptions to this rule are those who are legal and recognized citizens of any recognized states/factions in the server
The Federal Commune of L’Manburg
- L’Manburg, just not destroyed. After a significant skirmish (from several, this particular one during the 16th of December) between L’Manburg and Dream, Tubbo resigned his position and dismantled the current cabinet. After further deliberation, conversation, and an impromtu election, Ranboo was elected President. He then used his newfound powers to get the aid and favor of the rest of the server to rally against Dream’s manipulation, of which was easy to do given his preestablished friendships and allies. He, and the other faction leaders at the time collaborated on a strategic plot to aid Tommy and Tubbo for a sure victory in the Final Disc War. Dream was imprisoned and had lost to the collective will of all of those he had desired to control. After this, Ranboo immediately restructured the government of L’manburg, currently resembling an amalgamation of the structures seen in Snowchester and The Syndicate.
- Ranboo is still referred to as President of L’Manburg, but the powers that come with this title are significantly different, merely the name of the chosen representative for the territory. Everyone is free to do as they wish, actions being the responsibility of individuals alone. No one is obligated to the territory’s people except when the physical territory is agreed upon to be protected when threatened. There are no laws, but basic courtesy is still being maintained, the standards of which are established by everyone who is a citizen.
- Some of L’Manburg’s citizens have started stores and establishments, both within territory and in other spots in the Greater SMP
Citizens:
Ranboo (President)
Tommyinnit
Tubbo
Fundy
Niki
Philza
Karl Jacobs (w/ dual citizenship in El Rapids)
Technoblade (offered citizenship by Ranboo and Phil; he is debating this)
El Rapids
- first conceptualized by Quackity and GeorgeNotFound, was founded and recognized directly after the Final Disc War along with the witness of Sapnap and Karl Jacobs; a collective group of friends who happened to make a territory; it’s a proper city in the sky that can only be accessed by its rapids or by Nether portal
- George plays as an ambassador to Eret and representative figurehead but Quackity does all other executive, legislative, and judiciary powers
- it’s very private and intimate, though its members have a habit of initiating server events in collaboration with the SMP’s leaders
Citizens:
Quackity
GeorgeNotFound
Sapnap
Karl Jacobs (w/ dual citizenship in L’Manburg)
The Badlands
- an faction whose goals to conquer the server have been amplified by the Crimson Egg growing in their territory; every member has a say, but BadBoyHalo is the de-facto leader and final word of the group
- The treaty they established with Eret has been broken ever since relations with the King have soured—the Greater SMP and its allies refuse to respect the Badlands unless it gets rid of the Egg. There are rumors of a war if one party decides to cross a line.
Members:
BadBoyHalo (de-facto leader)
Skeppy
Antfrost (w/ dual citizenship in Manifoldland)
Awesamdude (secretly a traitor due to his aversion towards the Crimson)
Punz (honorary member, though this position is known only to himself and BadBoyHalo for the purpose of serving the Crimson)
Little Penis Land
- a territory informally recognized by the entire server and claimed by ConnorEatsPants; it’s the plot of land under the infamous sign, which as of this timeline, has small but really good housing
- it’s been a viable events place, as well as L’Manburg’s major competitor in the server’s drug market
- It is currently embroiled with land disputes involving L’Manburgian Tommyinnit and the infamous, factionless real estate agent Purpled
Inhabitants:
ConnorEatsPants
Slimecicle
Manifoldland
- country founded by Jack Manifold and only gained recognition after the Final Disc War, and after Antfrost cemented his dual citizenship
- doesn’t have a proper government yet as it is two people, but Jack intends to get more people into his country
- Jack goes around with the title of “President of Manifoldland” but insists the power his title describes is far more than it lets on
Citizens:
Jack Manifold (President)
Antfrost
Foolish Gamers (considering citizenship)

Dream SMP Chinese Translations Part 3: Factions and Groups
Since no one was going to give me suggestions for what to translate next, my third translation post, as I have decided, will be the names of the factions and groups on the SMP.
Note that this is not an official translation in any sense, and should not be treated as such. The translations are also subject to change if I decide I have found a better translation, so nothing is set in stone. I have also added some of my translators’ notes on why I chose particular Chinese-characters or translations.
The pinyin (official Mandarin romanization) will be included as well, in case anyone wants to see it (the pronunciation of the pinyin isn’t English-based, though).
For anyone wondering, I apologize to my fellow Cantonese speakers about the translations, because these translations cater to Mandarin speakers rather than Cantonese.
If you have any suggestions for what I should translate next, please tell me in the tags/reblogs/DMs!
To read this on AO3, click here.
(Greater) Dream SMP 德利姆國 - (Délìmǔ Guó) roughly translated as 'Dream's country' because the entire SMP (as in the server) would have a different translation
The Badlands 惡地 - (È'dì) it's... literally the translation for the biome name
The Eggpire 緋蛋帝國 - (Fēidàn Dìguó) lit. 'crimson egg empire' because it's impossible to do portmaneaus in Chinese
Snowchester 雪切斯特 - (Xuěqièsītè) the 'Chester' part is directly based on the real life location
Boomerville 老人村 - (Lǎorén Cūn) lit. 'old people village' because 'boomers' don't literally translate to 'baby boomers' in this context
The Syndicate 辛迪加 - (Xīndíjiā) direct translation
Kinoko Kingdom 蘑菇王國 - (Mógū Wángguó) lit. 'mushroom kingdom' because I can't translate the Japanese
L'Manburg 拉曼堡 - (Lāmànbǎo) the 'burg' part is taken from the names of European cities with the component, which is why I prefer the '-burg' spelling over the '-berg' spelling, and the 'man' part doesn't really translate across, so I had to stick to transliterations because (it sounds better)
Manburg 曼堡 - (Mànbǎo) instead of the country not taking L's, in the Chinese translation, it would be that the country doesn't get dragged around by others (because 拉 means 'pull' in Chinese), and the reason I'm doing this at all is because the pun doesn't translate across very well
Pogtopia 泊格托邦 - (Pōgétuōbāng) there's no direct translation for 'pog' so I had to transliteration, and the '-topia' part is taken from the translation for 'utopia'
Rutabagville 露特貝格村 - (Lùtèbèigé Cūn) lit. 'Rutabaga village', because it's named after the cat, really
New L'Manburg 新拉曼堡 - (Xīn Lāmànbǎo) similar to the OG L'Manburg, but with 'new' added in front for the Tubbo administration
Logstedshire 洛斯特郡 - (Luòsītè Jùn) the 'shire' part is based on the Chinese names for British counties, I tried to add a 'log' pun but it doesn't sound as good
El Rapids 艾爾拉皮茲 - (Àiěr Lāpízī) the 'El' part is based on the Taiwanese Mandarin translation of cities like 'El Paso' (since Mainlanders, HKers, and Taiwanese folks all use different translations), the 'rapids' is taken from Cedar Rapids
Dry Waters 乾沃特國 - (Gānwòtèguó) the 'dry' part is translated and the 'waters' part is transliterated without the 's' at the end to make it more streamlined (and not directly translated because otherwise it would sound like 'dry fruit' in Mandarin), full name Smokey-Corn-on-The-Cob Waterville-Dry-Hands-Desert (煙熏玉米棒沃特村乾手沙漠) or Smkccobwdtrytown (熏玉棒沃乾小鎮), is the world's biggest pain in the ass to translate due to how long the name is
Little Penis Land 小陰莖國 - (Xiǎoyīnjīng Guó) it's so awkward to write the Chinese translations of scientific terms of... you know...
Manifold Land 曼尼弗國 - (Mànnífú Guó) mostly direct translation
Arctic Anarchist Commune 北極無政府主義公社 - (Běijí Wúzhèngfǔ Zhǔyì Gōngshè) implied to be named after the Antarctic Empire (南極帝國) from SMP Earth
Butcher Army 屠夫軍 - (Túfū Jūn) not a faction but still a group
Pro-Omelette 煎蛋卷派 - (Jiāndànjuǎn Pài) lit. 'omelette party (as in political party)', not a faction but still a group, I initially translated the 'pro' part as well but cut it away to make it more streamlined
Las Nevadas 拉斯內華達斯 - (Lāsī Nèihuádásī) based on the transliterations of 'Las Vegas' and 'Nevada' in Chinese, and since Vegas is more commonly known as "Gambling City" (賭城) in Chinese, it might gain that nickname in the future, but for now, only time will tell
L'Sandberg 拉沙堡 - (Lāshābǎo) direct transliteration, directly punning on the Chinese word for sand (沙), which coincidentally fits into this whole thing

DSMP Pokemon AU
My brain's back on its bullshit with another AU that i'll never finish I've started plotting out.
- Benchtrio goes gallivanting around the region on their journey
- Gym leaders are Phil, Vikkstar, Drista, Fundy/Ponk, Jack Manifold, Skeppy/BBH, Quackity, Karl, Wilbur, with champion Technoblade (Yeah I know this is 9)
- The region is notoriously weird, with seemingly incompatable biomes right next to each other with their own weather patterns that don't affect their neighbors (my attempt at incorporating Minecraft mechanics lmao)
- We've got Snowchester, Boomerville, Logsteadshire, Pogtopia, ManifoldLand, Badlands, Las Nevadas, Kinoko Kingdom, L'Manburg, and the Tundra.
- Snowchester is a gentle snowy plains. Phil's ice gym is here, and he's the first in the gym challenge
- Boomerville is on top of the highest cliff that Vikkstar and Lazerbeam could find (trying to keep this like dsmp but also make it make sense), overlooks L'Manburg. Vikkstar's flying gym is here.
- Logsteadshire is a beach town, built mostly of log cabins (hence the name). Top relaxing vacation stop in this region. Drista's water gym is here.
- Pogtopia is in a ravine, made much safer by Fundy and Ponk. They lead the gym here, and depending on the day/season, its either a fairy type or fighting type gym.
- ManifoldLand is a giant theme park/town, run by Jack Manifold himself. The entire town is the gym challenge, and many of the citizens like to watch Manifold's matches against challengers
- the Badlands are a mesa biome. The Prison is a big feature in this town, and as a result not many people choose to live here. Skeppy is a steel type leader while BBH uses fire types.
- Las Nevadas is much like Vegas, but turned up to 11. Quackity's casino/electric type gym is the main feature of this town, and it's considered the city that never sleeps.
- Kinoko Kingdom by contrast is a sleepy mushroom themed town, with an extensive library. This is also where Karl's grass type gym is.
- L'Manburg is considered the oldest city in the region, and the home to many a conflict. The ground around the place is covered in craters. Wilbur is the head of the rock type gym, and he's certainly the toughest leader to beat.
- the Tundra is a pretty isolated place, in fact besides a village some miles away, Technoblade's cabin is the only thing there. the Tundra has many snowstorms blowing through it, and anyone who doesn't figure out how to make it through isn't considered worthy of challenging Techno.
- The "team x" in this game I'm thinking is headed by JSchlatt, and he's using Las Nevadas as a kind of headquarters. Quackity claims to know nothing about it, but we all know he's secretly funding the team. I dunno what Schlatt's goal is yet, I haven't gotten that far yet lol

Dream SMP Recap (December 5/2020)
It’s the aftermath of yesterday’s exile, and everyone is still reeling. Though a calmer day, it’s going to take some time to get used to the new status quo.
(Disclaimer: As always, I may be missing or messing up information)
---
- Ranboo grinds for resources
- (Youtube Stream) Badboyhalo finds Logsted during his stream to prank the SMP. He leaves them a present.
- Tommy logs on and sees Bad. Also, Logsted has gained a lovely campsite cabin built by Ghostbur off-stream.
- Sam has been paid 64 diamond blocks by Dream to build a maximum-security prison that no one would be able to escape from...it’s unknown who Dream is planning on imprisoning.
- Bad and Tommy listen to the music disc Bad gave him - Chirp. Tommy says it reminds him of death. They spark a new friendship. Could this be a continuation of Bad’s potential alliance with Mexican L’manburg against Dream? As Sam is working for Dream on the prison, and the Badlands still have plans to get the contract signed with Eret, it seems the Badlands are still having conflicts of interest.
- Dream shows up, explodes the present. Tommy tosses Bad the Chirp disc back and tells him to take it and run. Dream threatens Tommy again and robs him. Sapnap joins the call as well. Tommy asks Dream why he’s being tortured. Dream says that Tommy is the only person who refuses to listen to him, a little bug that he has to get rid of, but also says that just because he exiled Tommy doesn’t mean that they aren’t friends.
- Sapnap comes over and Dream and Sapnap bully Tommy together. Meanwhile, Wilbur logs on. Dream gives him a book as a gift, and Wilbur gives it to Tommy (who immediately starts writing How to Sex 3)
- Tommy builds a tent outside the campsite so that he can look over the sunset.
- Ghostbur, who isn’t fully banished, goes back to L’manburg to take some pictures of the city to show Tommy
- Tommy goes to the ruined portal and asks Dream if he’s allowed in the Nether. Dream says yes, but he can’t go through the portal back home or else Dream will have to kill him. Tommy gets some diamonds, mines obsidian, repairs the portal and steps inside.
- Since he’s only a couple thousand blocks away, the Nether Hub is very close by. Tommy builds a bridge and pathway to it as he’s followed by Dream and Sapnap. He makes it to the Nether Hub as they tell him about Puffy’s Christmas decorations. Ghostbur takes a picture of the tree with Sapnap. Tommy can hear them laughing joyfully and having fun, but he can’t join them. Tommy stares longingly at the portal but doesn’t go in.
- Dream enters the portal to join Ghostbur and Sap. While they laugh, Tommy steps just out of the hub onto the bridge and stares down at the lava, silent.
- Dream comes back through and pushes Tommy back, building a dirt platform at the edge. He tells Tommy it’s not his time to die yet.
- Tommy returns back to Logsted, asking the others, “Guys, how do you know when it’s too much?”
- Everyone almost forgets, but they have to leave to attend Fundy’s wedding, which Wilbur is officiating --
-- I’ve seen some people confused about this but the wedding isn’t in the Dream SMP which is why Tommy is there. Dream and Fundy have made the wedding canon within the SMP but it isn’t an SMP-specific event.
- A Mooshroom named “Mushroom Henry” is dropped off by Ant at Logsted
- Technoblade streams!! He meets with Vikk and Lazar to tell them his side of the story, as they are building their retirement home as well. Technoblade shows them his house in the Arctic.
- Technoblade and the Boomervillians then head to Logstedshire.
- So it turns out Technoblade sometimes dies...of fall damage...
- Vikk and Lazar talk about the retirement home with Hbomb94 and offer him a property in Boomerville.
- Sam shows the Boomervillians his base and Ponk’s Thiccatron.
- Punz, Eret and Ponk all work on their various building projects.
- Karl’s brother logs into the server on Karl’s account and messes around Sapnap, Quackity, George and Dream. They build a monstrosity of a house above George’s house.
- Dream spawn kills Sapnap a crap ton of times, George’s house gets griefed again
- They check their death counts. Dream has 118 deaths, Karl has 353 deaths, Quackity has 592 (at the middle of the stream at least) Poor Quackity
- He repeatedly asks George if George truly cared about being king. George is hesitant to answer and mostly just says “king is pretty cool” and that’s it.
- 593
- George makes Sapnap apologize. He does so, emphasizing the fact that George is an “ex-king” and claims he only did it because he had some “Dreamon blood” in him and was possessed (this was a joke lmao don’t worry) and says that they should put their differences aside for the good of M.L.
- Karl fishes for people and catches a Sapnap. 594. Quackity sacrifices his life for George via fishing pole execution. 595.
- They all argue over George having to die in return for Sapnap dying as well. George says he doesn’t want to die but Dream says he’ll die either way, now or later.
- George misses the countdown. Dream says he made up his mind. George will die later and Sapnap will get all his things. He says he’ll tell Punz and Awesamdude to hunt for George whenever he logs back in as well and they’ll be coming for George too.
- George finally gives in. He logs in while The Last Post plays in the background and is slaughtered by Dream as o7′s spam the chat. (o7)
- Dream says he wants to kill whoever destroyed George’s house and take all their loot.
- The George dethronement wasn’t part of the script, George just didn’t want to be involved in the lore so Dream was confused at why George was pretending to be sad.
- Sapnap: “Friends don’t lie.” (still too soon...)
- Karl’s brother gets officially exiled from the SMP
