I have a Naruto (Boruto) headcanon, but first I gotta say: I never watched Boruto and I know no sh!t about the show/manga, I just have this very vague idea of Naruto adopting a third child (Kawaki if I am correct) and then turns out that the boy ends up like the main antagonist or something.
Having said that, the headcanon is: Naruto grew up as an orphan, so he knows how f*cked up that sh!t is, and even if he tries his best for Konoha's orphans' wellbeing as Hokage, he wants to do (and feel like he's doing) more. So he talks to Hinata about adoption and she as the good girl she is says yeah why not. And then they adopt this boy and actually changes his life for better and Naruto and Hinata loves him just as much as they love their biological kids and the boy ends up beign just a normal boy and they are a happy family without weird aliens or plot twists or whatever. Just give Naruto a f*cking break and let that ninja world have some peace for a few decades at least.
Yeah, the headcanon was just the happy ending that Naruto deserved and that's it. I'm kind of mad at Boruto's (as a show/manga) existence.

happy winter time! naruto, dealer's choice. thank you!
a continuation of 1
Sakura is terrified that she’s going to mess this up.
Naruto’s never been mean to her, and has complimented her hair several times, but they’re not really friends. Back when she was friends with Ino, she’d see her at the Yamanaka compound sometimes and they’d play together, but she doubts Naruto remembers that.
Sakura doesn’t think she and Sasuke have ever had an actual conversation. He used to be the center of all their competitive crushes, to his hilarious dismay, but then he got betrothed to Naruto and no one was willing to piss off the hokage’s daughter by flirting with her fiance.
Well, besides Ino, but everyone knows she does it just because Sasuke hates it and Naruto feels duty bound to defend him.
Also because Shikamaru ended up taking Sasuke’s place as Cutest (and Available) Boy and Ino would rather stab herself in the eye than bat her eyelashes at Shikamaru, even if that means there’s a social game she can’t win.
Sakura's on a team with son of the Uchiha clan head and the hokage’s daughter, Rookie of the Year and Top Kunoichi, and their sensei isn’t even some normal jounin, but the Inuzuka clan head.
Tsume-sensei seems dismayed when they pass, although Sakura thinks she should have expected this. Naruto and Sasuke have been working as a team for even longer than they’ve been engaged.
Maybe she’s just surprised that they folded Sakura in with them instead of leaving her behind. Honestly, she’s pretty surprised by that too.
“Does this mean we get a dog?” Naruto asks brightly as Sasuke picks twigs out of her hair. “Mom says I only get one pet and doesn’t believe me that the frog doesn’t count.”
“No,” Tsume-sensei snaps, then, “Maybe, I don’t know. I hadn’t actually expected that I’d have to train you, fuck.”
Sakura can’t see this going well.
~
Naruto walks home with Sasuke, because her mother is working late to avoid her father and her father is working late to avoid the fact that her mother is working late to avoid him.
She wishes they’d just get a divorce. Maybe they will now that she’s legally an adult. Maybe she’ll move out and take herself out of the equation.
She won’t. But she thinks about it a lot.
“Maybe it’s good that it’s Tsume,” she says. “Sakura’s biggest weakness is her conditioning and you know that Tsume will train us into the dirt.”
Sasuke hums. “Maybe we should introduce her to Gai.”
She stares. “Do you hate Sakura?”
“She’s fine,” he says dismissively. “It’s too bad we didn’t get Hinata, but both my father and hers would have thrown a fit and gone to complain to yours. He’s the best at taijutsu, if she joins Team Nine’s morning workouts then she’ll be up to par in no time.”
“If it doesn’t kill her,” Naruto says dryly. “Why don’t we see what Tsume cooks up first, yeah? The first chunin exam is months away. She has time.”
“How do you know Tsume will sign us up for that one?” he asks, although by the glint in his eye he already knows.
Naruto answers anyway. “Tsume is going to take the first opportunity to get rid of us that she can, which would be the chunin exams. She’ll be praying for us to either pass or die.”
He laughs, a breathy sound that wouldn’t qualify coming from anyone else.
They arrive at the Uchiha compound and she stares at it wistfully. After helping uncover the almost betrayal, every Uchiha is nice to her now. The compound is so warm and bright and everyone is happy to see her and there’s always somewhere she can go.
“You can join me,” Sasuke says. “Mom always makes extra.”
Just in case she shows up.
“They’ll be expecting me to be home after the test,” she says, trying not to sigh. “I’ll see you tomorrow, yeah?”
Sasuke nods, a pinched look on his face that she pretends not to notice.
When they get married, she hopes they live in the compound.

Married life
Sasuke x reader, just a little bit of fluff
Tumblr media
Contrary to popular belief, being married to an Uchiha isn’t like the dreams of little school girls.
He doesn’t bring home flowers every day or serenade you under the stars. He doesn’t buy you fancy jewelry or take you out to dinner every week.
The reality was a lot less impressive.
Most of the Uchiha estate had been destroyed in Pain’s attack and restoring what was left gobbled up your savings faster than Naruto could scarf down a bowl of Ramen.
It had taken Sasuke a whole year to prove himself worthy of taking on something above a D-Rank Mission, his earnings barely paying the bread you put on the table.
And it took a toll on him, you could tell, that his contributions were so small.
He had never been a romantic and living as a nomad for so long had stolen what had been left of his inclinations. Why should he buy you flowers if they would only wilt on the table? Why buy jewelry you would not be able to wear during work?
Luckily for the two of you, you’d never been one to compare.
“Thank you.” You tell him when he opens the door for you, leaning in to kiss him. “I’m so happy to see you.”
Sasuke smiles softly. He doesn’t remind you that you’ve only been gone for the day, he likes your little routine.
“I found something today.” He tells you as you unload the groceries you’ve got on the way. Without asking he picks up the fruit and places them in the bowl on the table where they are always in sight, a nice little remember to eat a bit more healthy.
“Really?”
“Yeah. You’ll like it. How was your mission?”
“Boring, but I guess that’s fine once in a while. I’m free tomorrow, do you want to sleep in?”
He throws you a smile from where he’s putting the meat in the fridge.
“Always. Ready for your present?”
“Always.” You copy him and let him take you by the hand, guide you through the house onto the unfinished patio.
“Wait here. I’ll be back in a second.”
Despite his efforts, you hear the soft mewling before he even opens the door.
You turn with a smile to him awkwardly holding a calico kitten, the cat desperately trying to escape.
“I found her in the bushes.” He explains as he drops the kitten into your waiting hands. “Knew you would love it.”
“She’s so cute. Have you given her a name yet?”
“I’m not good with names.” He laughs softly when the kitten starts gnawing on your thumb, his own hand softly caressing the kitten’s tiny head. “You name her.”
“How about Yuki?”
“Like Snow?”
“No, like Happiness.”
“I like that.” He gifts you a smile that’s carefree and open and so rare on his face. It makes him look just as young as he still is, as innocent as he once was.
“Thank you.” You lean up to kiss him. “You’re the best.”
It’s not the first pet Sasuke has brought home.
Around and beneath your house live a lizard, a turtle, and a finch, all animals he’s found and brought home to nurse back to health. Maybe the cat will stay in the house, maybe it won't, but every time he brings home another stray and claims that it’s a present for you, it reminds you how much love he’s still left to give.
Being married to Sasuke is not a glamorous feat nor the carefree life some might have thought at age 12.
It’s a calm and gentle adventure, but an adventure nonetheless.
And one of these days you’ll ask him to add another soul to the potpourri of your life when the patio is finished and the kitten has learned that the bedroom is off-limits.
Or maybe, like those things often go, it will happen when it happens.

Tumblr media
Becoming a war hero almost overnight sounds like a dream come true for every shinobi. All the years of pain, sweat and blood finally being recognised and appreciated by the people was something that rarely happened through history, and even when it did, most of the time it didn't last long.
But Naruto was no ordinary war hero - he was once the most hated person in Konoha, who despite everything remained loyal to his village and his friends. Filled with hope and ambition for the future, he proved himself as an excellent shinobi and most importantly, a good potential leader. So when Kakashi gave up his position as the Hokage, there was no question about who should be his successor.
Everything in his life fell into place pretty quickly after that - he bought a house, he started volunteering at the academy and the hospital during weekends, and also became the best man to Shikamaru and Temari's wedding. The boy that was once called a "freak" was now the "man of progress" - a symbol of prosperity and inspiration to many children across the Land of Fire. Tales and songs were already written in his name, and to him, it still felt unreal.
With fame came also attention. In the beginning, he loved it. Having women competing for his affection was fun and also very new for him - never has anyone asked him out on a date or given him gifts before. It did stroke his ego and for the first months after he became a Hokage, he entertained such advances. After all he was a single man, so why not? Perhaps one of these women would one day turn out to be the one.
Days became months, months became years and soon he found that almost all of his friends were either married or engaged. So far it never bothered him, but after Sakura and Sasuke came back carrying a child in their arms, he started to seriously think about what he wanted.
Years ago, if anyone has asked him what he seeks in a partner, his answer would've easily been his teammate. But since then a lot has changed, including him. He was more mature and level-headed now, and looking back, he realised what he felt toward the pink-haired kunoichi was not real love, but rather a childish crush. She was his best friend and he had deep respect for her, but even he realised how incompatible their personalities were and how his teenage self had an unrealistic idea of who she actually is.
Naruto was the definition of fire. He often acted based on his emotions and while he was better at self-control than he was before, there were still moments when he slipped up and let his inner thoughts take over his rationality. The last thing he needed was someone who had the same burning soul. Quite the opposite - he yearned for calmness. His heart needed to be both loved and protected by someone who can balance him.
This realisation felt heavier with each day. To have someone by his side soon became a mirage - no matter how often he attempted to give a chance to someone, the spark was just never there. All these women looked differently and talked differently, but ultimately they all gave him the same feeling - emptiness.
"Everything comes with time", Kakashi said to him, when he noticed him sitting by himself at Ino and Sai's wedding. The blonde man just smiled, weakly nodding at his sensei, not having the energy to oppose him. At this point, he wanted nothing more than to just finish his drink and head home to rest for the early morning meeting he had the next day.
Like almost everything in his life, however, this didn't go to plan. He was just about to stand up from his place, when his eyes locked with yours across the room. "She is definitely not from here", he thought, as you directed a small smile at him, lifting your glass in the air, before returning your attention to Ino, who was eagerly explaining her honeymoon plans to you. Naruto assumed you were not a shinobi as well, as he was sure he would've remembered you if he had encountered you in the past.
Before he can think about what he was doing, he was already walking toward the table where you and the bride were sitting. Pulling the chair next to Ino and opposite you, he slumped on it, his eyes dancing between you two.
"Can I join you, ladies?", he asked, despite the fact he already had. You both nodded and he grinned in response, before turning toward Ino and laying his hand on her shoulder:
"Congratulations on your marriage, Ino! Sai is a lucky guy!"
"You bet he is!", she laughed, nudging you with her elbow. Expecting such a response from her, you only rolled your eyes, shaking your head with a small smile. There was no room for disagreement, however - while Ino had quite a personality, she was one of the most kind and sincere people you have ever met. No wonder you became friends so quickly after she was sent to a mission in your village and you preserved that friendship despite the distance and all the years that have passed.
"Oh!", the bride suddenly exclaimed, grabbing your hand and almost shoving it into the blonde man’s face, "Naruto, this is Y/N. She has been my friend for... How many? Almost 10 years now! She is originally from the Curtain Village, but has been travelling for a while now."
"The Curtain Village? Isn't that the capital of Land of Silence?"
"It is", you confirmed, shaking his hand once he put it in yours. Noticing the slight furrow of his brows, you were quick to add with a smirk: "I am not a criminal that is here to blow up a wedding, if that is what you are thinking."
Letting out a scoff, Naruto looked a few times between you and Ino, before laughing nervously. He still hadn't let go of you, continuing to shake your arm up and down.
"What? I-you... I didn't-", he stammered, looking over to the bride for help. It was true a very brief thought of suspicion flashed through his mind hearing where you were from, but how can anyone blame him? The Land of Silence was a country of lawlessness, full with criminals and terrorist, all of them sharing the same hatred for Five Great Shinobi.
"Oh, don't listen to her, she is joking!", Ino laughed, before turning toward you and gently slapping you on the shoulder. Her eyes moved to the middle of the table, above which the Hokage was still holding your hand, his whole face flushed bright red. The minute of silence must have caught the man's attention, because soon after he let go of you, moving his fingers behind his body and nervously scratching his neck.
"Not weird at all", your friend muttered, before turning toward you, "Y/N, this is Naruto! A childhood friend, a war hero, the current Hokage... and also a man who does not know how to act like a normal human being in front of a beautiful woman."
He immediately opened his mouth to protest but was stopped the second your laugh reached his ears. This has to be the most melodic and beautiful sound he has ever heard. Too lost admiring it, he didn't pay any attention to Ino, who excused herself, giving you both a knowing look. He noticed only a few minutes later your shared friend is missing and he mentally cursed himself of how he was behaving. His teenage years were long gone, why couldn't he compose himself like the grown man he is?
"So, Hokage...", the title sounded almost seductive from your lips, "What was a man of such importance doing by himself at the bar? One would think you would be the centre of attention tonight. After the bride and groom, of course."
The tone of your voice combined with the sparkle in your eyes was enough for him to be able to barely keep focus on what you were actually saying. Squirming in his seat, he nervously laughed, wondering for how long were you watching him before he approached you. He must have looked like a complete fool sitting by himself ordering glass after glass and only occasionally being spoken to by the passing guests. Definitely not the impression he wanted to leave.
"I just... needed some time away from people. I didn't know Ino and Sai had THAT many friends", his words made you laugh and he instantly beamed at the sound, happy he was the one causing it.
"What about you? You here with someone?"
The slight nod of your head made his heart drop to his stomach and the corners of his mouth moved downward into a frown. Was it surprising? You were a beautiful woman after all, of course the chances for you to be taken were high. He sure as hell was disappointed though. A tiny part of him was hoping that you were here by yourself and that maybe, just maybe, he would have the chance to get to know you more.
Seeing the way his whole expression darkened, you bit back a smile, nodding your head to the end of the large room. There, in a corner, one baby boy and two little girls, one of which was Sarada, were enthusiastically smashing plastic toys around, being supervised by smiling Sakura.
"I am accompanied by the fine gentleman over there", you pointed to the boy, before laughing, "But I think he may be too occupied at the moment to even remember I exist."
Naruto followed the direction of which your finger was pointing and he suddenly felt his body relax. Oh. You were talking about that type of company.
"Is that your brother?"
Raising your brow at him, you gave him a small smirk, finding his question cute. There was something about this man that was both extremely sweet, yet attractive - perhaps it was the innocence he radiated, while looking so strong and masculine.
"You are flattering me", your attention moved back to the child, who was now trying to communicate something with Sarada, "This is my son, actually."
"Your son?", his voice came out louder and squeakier than expected and he immediately added, "It's just... you look so young, heh. Not that is a bad thing, you know? You are beautiful! Your son is also beautiful... Not in a creepy way, I mean he looks a lot like you and-"
The words suddenly got stuck in his throat and he loudly gulped, already fearing the disaster he just created. Expecting you to stand up and leave, or maybe even slap him, he was shocked when all you did was to just grab his hand and give it a little squeeze.
"You sure blabber a lot for a Hokage", you joked, before standing up, "Excuse me just for a minute."
Blue eyes followed your body across the room, curiously watching how you picked up the small boy in your arms and placed it on your hips, before making your way back. Now that he was getting closer, Naruto could fully appreciate the striking resemblance the child had with you. You had dressed him in a little blue shirt and black pants, which was complementing your dress with the same colours.
“Wow! He is literally your twin! Dad must be jealous”, he laughed nervously once you were just few feet away. The mention of he word “dad” made your body stiffen and you adjusted your baby’s position, so you can both sit comfortably.
“I doubt that - that man didn't even have the decency to show up for his child's birth, let alone acknowledge his existence .”
The blonde almost chocked on his drink, hitting his chest a few times. Was it bad to feel so good after hearing you say these words? He would never dream of wishing any child to grow up without a father, yet something inside of him felt almost relieved.
"Oh?", his posture relaxed and he raised one eyebrow, "So you are single mother?"
The answer was obvious, but he needed to be 100% sure - the last thing he wanted was to ruin someone's relationship, especially when there is a child involved. The nod of your head and the small smile were the final assurance he needed and without further word, he moved to the seat next to you which was previously occupied by Ino.
The sudden movement startled the baby in your arms and it immediately turned its head to the side, curiously observing the man.
"Hi, little one! My name is Naruto. Oh my, you are very cute!"
Uzumaki was good with kids. Maybe it was because of his friendly appearance or the fact he was full with energy, just like them, but there has not been a single child so far that didn't adore him from the moment they laid their eyes on him. Even Sarada, much to Sasuke's dismay.
The look that your son was giving him, however, was anything but impressed. Staring at him with his big eyes, he didn't even move a muscle, as if he was challenging him to a staring contest.
Can babies even challenge someone? Naruto never thought so, but he could swear the boy's brows furrowed just a bit, enough for him to send a clear message: "I may be cute, but you are not and neither is your attempt to impress my mom."
"He is very shy", you said, bouncing him on your lap. As a result to your constant travels due to your job, he didn't had a lot of interactions with other children or with people in general. Growing up without a father, he was very attached to you and any unknown person was always treated with suspicion.
To you he was just being cautious. To the man to your right, however, he was protective. The look he has given him was not one of a timid child, quite the opposite - he may be small, but he loved his mama and was not about to let a random man come and sweep her off her feet. Even if he was the Hokage himself.
"Well, I would love to get to know him", the man smiled, before lifting his eyes to yours, "and you, of course! Maybe... I can take you out on a dinner or something?"
"No", the word fell out of your child's mouth, before you can even start replying. Naruto looked at him, noticing the small pout that was now formed on his chubby face. Biting his lip, the Uzumaki tried his best to contain his laugh and remain serious. Not that he didn't respect the little man and how he tried to protect you, but he was so small and cute, it was hard to take him seriously.
"Hey, that is not nice!", you said to your son, giving him a look. He, however, didn't even acknowledge you, his whole attention trained on the man next to you.
"I am sorry, he just learned the word "no", and now he keep saying it at the most random times."
The blonde nodded with a smile, knowing that this was definitely NOT a random time.
"But to answer your question, WE would love to go on a dinner with you!", you adjusted the baby in your arms and the shift finally made him look at you. With a smile, you pressed a kiss to his temple, before looking back at the Hokage: "I am staying with Ino for the next three weeks. Pick us up tomorrow at 8?"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next day Naruto was half an hour early to the arranged time. Too scared to knock on the door and look way too eager to see you, he decided to wait outside, almost giving Ino a heart attack once she opened the door and nearly bumped her head in his chest.
"Naruto, what the hell are you doing just standing in front of my door?"
"Uh... Waiting?", he scratched the back of his head nervously, wishing there was a hole in the ground that can swallow him whole. It was not like this was his first date ever, why was he nervous about?
Deep inside he knew the answer - it was not you who was making him anxious, but your son. The way their first interaction went woke something competitive in him and now he was determined to prove himself as a man, good enough to be a partner and a father.
Being the village's hero he hasn’t faced a challenge like this for a while, so while he thought a bit of smooth talking and play time with your child were enough to win your son over, it seemed to make the situation even worse. The child refused to play with him and instead was clinging to you the whole time, giving Naruto such a look, which could only be described as a glare.
"He is not usually like this", you said at the end of your date, when you were both saying your 'goodbyes' in front of Ino's house, "I am really sorry if it made you uncomfortable or-"
Before you can finish, big calloused fingers pressed themselves to your lips, silencing you. You were glad that your son was now asleep, as he saw the gesture, he would surely cry, just like he did every time Naruto tried to grab your hand or touch you in any way during dinner.
"Hey, I think it is completely normal", the blonde let out a short breathy laugh, moving his eyes between the child and your face, "He just want to protect his mother. If I was him, I would be the same..."
Looking down, you carefully considered his words. You avoided dating after your ex left you once he found you are pregnant, so you never had the chance to observe your baby boy around men. But looking at his behaviour now, the Hokage's words made sense.
Thankfully for you, the Uzumaki was not a man who gave up easily. Pressing a kiss to your cheek, he invited you both to go and visit him the next day in the Hokage tower. He promised to give you a tour around and grab a lunch with you during his break.
For the three weeks you were in Konoha, you spend every single day with Naruto. He started going to work extra early, just so he can leave on time to pick you up and show you another one of his favourite spots around Konoha. For everyone around you, it was obvious you were absolutely whipped for one another and all this extra effort from his side seemed almost unnecessary in their eyes. For him, however, it was more than necessary, especially since your shared future was depending on it.
As a teacher, you built your job around travelling - you loved sharing your knowledge with the world, as well gaining new one from each place you visited. Such life was busy and demanding, especially for a single parent, but the pros outweighed the cons significantly.
Naruto refused to directly ask you to move to Konoha permanently, but his intentions were pretty clear - he never missed a chance to point out how good the Academy is, how there is a higher education institution being build right now and how gifted the kids in the village were. In the beginning, you didn't give any indication you were even considering staying, but after a while you started to show your interest in your own way - mainly by asking questions about the job market, the teachers in the Academy and in general the life in Konoha.
His relationship with your son also improved drastically. At first, the child stopped "glaring" at him and actually trusted him to come near you. Then, a few days later, he agreed for the first time to play ball with him and at the end of your walk in the park, he even fell asleep in Naruto's arms. By the time you had to leave, your son was so attached to the blonde, he refused to let go of his neck and go in your arms.
"We need to go, darling", you muttered tiredly, trying to detach him from the Hokage.
"No", he cried even louder, "Mama - bye!"
Letting out a loud laugh, Naruto adjusted the little boy in his arms, so he frees one hand and takes yours in it.
"Maybe mama would consider staying", he said, his grin transforming into a soft smile. Squeezing your fingers between his, he tugged you toward him, wrapping his free hand around your waist.
"I won't force you to stay if you do not want to... but I really, really wish you would consider it! I know we have been knowing each other for weeks, but damn, I am in love with you! And I love this little guy here", he looked over the child in his arms, that was now snuggling in his chest, giving you the biggest puppy eyes, "He does feel like my son. And if you leave... I may have to follow you till you agree to come back. And believe it, I do have some experience with making people come back!"
Letting out a giggle, you raise your brow at his words, the bag on your shoulder already falling down.
"Yeah? You would travel around the whole world just to bring us back to you?"
Closing the distance, he leaned his head to the side, so he can lay a small kiss on your lips. He pressed his forehead to yours, letting out a breath of relief once he heard your bag falling to the floor.
"I will travel to the end of the universe, if it means you will be with me."

"he never..." sakura trails off. the way ino is looking at her makes her blush. it's embarrassing to talk about. sakura clears her throat and tries again. "you know. went down on me, i guess."
ino blinks. "he what? never? not even once?"
sakura knew she was going to regret this conversation. "well, I mean. he was never really home. and after we had sarada there was never really time and it just never happened-"
"sakura, honey." ino places her hand on sakura's thigh and sakura's heartbeat jumps. "that is no excuse."
"well, things didn't work out with him anyway," she mutters and looks away. maybe they should have stayed in the living room. but when ino took her hand and dragged her up into her bedroom, and practically threw sakura onto the bed, sakura couldn't argue.
actually. sakura had long ago become the stronger of the two and could have easily fought ino off. and, well, maybe she didn't want to.
she had always liked the attention from the pretty girl. and her original crush on sasuke was an attempt to keep ino's attention. but where had the whole relationship and even marriage of sasuke gotten her? it was a pathetic, unfulfilling relationship. naruto always held sasuke's full attention. sakura doesn't know why she tried to compete. why had sasuke even agreed to anything with her in the first place?
a soft hand on her cheek pulls sakura out of her thoughts. "hey, stay with me, darling," ino says softly.
when did she get so close? sakura's face flushes bright red. "it's just hard," sakura mumbles. she always feels the need to explain herself when it comes to sasuke.
"i get it," ino says, her thumb gently strokes sakura's cheek. a softness sakura never knew she craved until this very moment. "i get it. don't worry."
sakura doesn't know what washes over her. doesn't understand the intense urge to lean into ino's every touch, doesn't get why she keeps glancing at ino's lips. it's not a want, no, its far stronger than that. a need, a necessity.
she wants ino's hands all over her, to touch and feel. she wants ino's lips on hers, on her neck and chest.
instead, sakura just stares wide-eyed at ino. a little dumb. a little naive. she's been missing out on so much for so long, all over a childhood crush she didn't let go of.
"ino," sakura says softly. there's a desperation in her voice she's never heard before.
ino blushes. face going bright red. it's pretty. it looks good on her. "yeah, sakura?"
sakura doesn't know where she finds the confidence to say it, but she's glad it was there.
"i need you."
and like ino has been waiting for sakura to say those three words for her whole life, she kisses sakura deeply.
sakura wishes she could say she's been kissed like this before. she wishes she could say she's been held like this before. ino's hand on her hip and holding her cheek is all sakura can focus on.
and god, her kisses. intense, yet soft and gentle. slow and careful. it's all sakura can do to follow. she feels a little inexperienced, despite having kissed people before. yeah, people. there was that one drunken night with naruto before he had gotten married. things didn't go far, but... it had definitely awakened something in her. not for naruto, definitely not. but something that had lied dormant, something that needed to be sparked awake.
something that roars inside of her when ino slips her thigh between sakura's legs.
"ino," sakura breathes. she puts her hands on ino's shoulders, needing to pull her closer. she can't let this moment go away, not yet. "ino, please."
"i'll make you feel good, sakura," ino whispers, her voice rough. it shoots to sakura's stomach, heating up. igniting something she's only felt a few times before. "you trust me, right?"
sakura nods, desperate. she brings one hand to the back of ino's neck, pulling her back in.
it's nothing new, but it's all so new. the touching, the warmth, the need, the electricity in her skin.
sakura moans when ino's thigh presses closer, rubbing just right. and sakura can't help but move her hips, desperate to feel that again.
ino breathes out against sakura's lips. "you're making it hard to go slow," she whispers.
"then don't," sakura replies, looking up into ino's beautiful blue eyes, desperate to make her understand. to see what she needs.
ino giggles. "I need to. trust me. you'll thank me for it, babe."
ino gently pushes sakura's shoulder. "lay back, gorgeous. just relax, okay?"
sakura is ready to kiss ino once again, ready to kiss her for hours, and instead ino places a gentle kiss to her chin. a kiss down her jaw, to the sensitive, ticklish skin of her neck. ino has to be able to feel sakura's quick pulse, her quick breathing. its all so much, all feelings she's never felt in such an intense way before.
ino's tongue touches sakura's neck and sakura's body twitches, her legs close around ino's thigh. sakura laughs nervously, a little embarrassed by her reaction.
ino rubs sakura's thigh. "relax, baby," ino whispers against sakura's neck, making the latter shiver. "can i touch you?" she asks.
sakura nods. "yes. yes, please."
sakura's touched herself a few times. a few awkward times. never really understanding what to do, but wanting make herself feel good. but in the end, she didn't get why people did it.
ino sits up and pulls her shirt off. sakura can't help but stare. ino's always been blessed. she's got the perfect body. perfect boobs that seem to defy gravity, a slim waist, wide hips. pale skin laced with scars and stretch marks.
"god, sakura, if i knew you would look at me like that, i would have done this sooner." ino's blushing. sakura made the ever confident, ever loved, perfect ino blush.
"i'm just looking at you," sakura mutters, unable to pull her eyes away.
"come on, don't leave me hanging." ino gently tugs at sakura's shirt.
flustered, embarassed, and feeling way too many feelings, sakura sits up. she looks away from ino as she takes her shirt off. she's never been as pretty as ino. her small boobs sit wide apart from each other and hang sadly. her body is straight, not curved elegantly like ino's. nasty scars tear at her skin, constant reminders of all the things she went through. the horrors she's seen, the battles she's faced. she's never had the same natural beauty the other girls around her have.
not to mention the bit of pudge in her stomach after being pregnant. everything about her is a bit thicker, a bit wider.
and yet, ino beholds sakura like she's a goddess. hands gentle like she's touching an ancient statue. sakura blushes as ino fingers touch the scars and faint bruises.
"you're gorgeous," ino breathes the words like a prayer. "you always have been."
sakura laughs nervously. "you're just saying that."
"I wouldn't lie about this, sakura."
and that intensity, that seriousness, the being worshipped as a holy being, makes sakura feel a hunger she's never felt before. a need that she's needed filled this whole time yet only now is aware of it.
ino leans forward and kisses sakura with a soft intensity. ino pulls sakura's hips closer and pushes her back. and all sakura can do is follow. all she wants to do is follow ino unquestioningly.
so sakura lets herself be kissed, and loved, and cherished in a way she's never felt before. her skin burns where ino touches her and sparks fly when ino's lips touch her skin.
ino kisses soft but reverently. she kisses sakura like a whisper, a prayer, and a bold declaration.
ino's hands slip down sakura's waist, dipping into her leggins. ino returns to take sakura's lips. and sakura gets distracted in the kiss, grabbing onto ino like it's the only thing grounding her.
sakura gasps when ino touches her, where all of the pleasure has been resting, needing, waiting for this. gentle circles make sakura throw her head back. fuck, how has she never figured this out.
"good?" ino asks softly and kisses sakura's neck.
sakura only nods, but good is not a good enough word to describe it. she tries to squeeze her thighs together, only to be stopped by ino's body. she grips the sheets in her hands- ino's pretty lavender sheets.
ino kisses sakura's chest, those soft, sweet kisses. sakura gasps when ino takes her nipple onto her mouth. ino nips lightly and then sucks. sakura arches her back, her hips move of their own accord.
the noises she's making are embarrassing. soft, desperate gasps and moans. but the sounds only seem to increase the hungry look in ino's eyes.
ino's fingers suddenly stop and she pulls away to look sakura in her eyes. the intensity makes her nervous, but her cunt seems to think otherwise.
"let me eat you out," ino says, voice rougher than sakura's ever heard it. it makes her pussy throb. "please, sakura."
sakura needs to keep feeling good. needs to keep this going, to reach that delicious peak she's been hearing of.
and she wants to make ino proud. she wants to keep that look in ino's eyes. the hunger feels so good. but there's also a fondness, a softness in ino's eyes.
if sakura's being completely honest, she brought up sasuke's lack of performance for a reason.
she gets nervous as more clothes get removed, leaving her exposed to the world.
ino gently rubs sakura's thighs. "you can put your shirt back on, if it makes you more comfortable." sakura hesitates. "really, sweetie, I don't mind."
sakura instead grabs the oversized t-shirt ino was wearing and puts it on. ino's eyes flash with an emotion sakura's never seen before.
wait. yes, she has seen it. between sasuke and naruto. when someone else says something about either of them. that intensity, that need-
it's possession.
and maybe it's that look that gives sakura a little confidence. maybe it's what makes sakura spread her legs and give ino a little pout.
and then ino's mouth is finally on sakura's cunt and sakura feels so good.
her tongue is even better than her fingers felt. ino's hands hold sakura's thighs firmly, fingers digging into the toned muscles there.
sakura throws her hand into ino's soft blond hair. sakura feels like she's unable to control herself. she tugs at ino's hair and moans loud and unashamed.
it feels too much and not enough at once. sakura begs, but she doesn't even know what she's begging for.
ino gives a breathy laugh against sakura's soaking cunt and sakura shudders. ino places an open-mouthed, wet kiss against sakura's cunt and sakura's hips jerk. "feeling good?"
sakura groans. "don't stop, please."
ino licks sakura's pussy, like she's savoring the taste. "you're doing so good, sakura," ino says softly and takes another lick. sakura thinks she's forgetting how to breathe. "sound so pretty for me."
sakura swears as her pussy clenches around nothing. she wants something to fill her up, but she doesn't know what or even how to ask. all words in her brain turn to syrup. every word she tries to form just turns into a moan or a whine as she begs.
as if knowing exactly what sakura wants, two fingers delve into her cunt and ino's back to suck at sakura's clit with no warning. sakura cries out at her back arches away from the bed. all she can do is hold on to the sheets for dear life, like it's the only thing keeping her from floating away.
the pleasure is building and building. she feels like a volcano about to erupt.
ino curls her fingers and sakura explodes. her body shakes, moaning loud. she feels new again, whole and complete.
sakura tries to push ino away but ino doesn't stop until sakura's nerves stop tingling with pleasure.
sakura gasps, trying to catch her breath only for ino to shove her tongue in sakura's mouth. and sakura moans and kisses back.
she feels fuzzy around the edges. a little dizzy with the lingering electricity.
sakura manages to meet ino's eyes. "why haven't we done that sooner?"
ino giggles. "I think you, sweetie. let's take a bath, yeah? I don't want to be done with you yet."
sakura is quick to follow ino's lead. just as she always has been.

Hi I came from your Naruhina Parent criticism post and I have to say I agree. Hinata really lets Naruto get off with not spending time with his kids. Also Naruto is awful for not prioritising his family. I lowkey think he places his family and the village on the same level in his mind. And struggles to make the distinction between them. Family is Village and Village is Family. Which naturally doesn't sit right with Boruto. Naruto should prioritise his family first and then the village. He has a responsibility towards his family as a father. There are other people like Shikamaru to handle village matters as and when needed.
Thank you! That post started off as a mad rant and someday I'll work on a cohesive meta post about it (it might take long because unfortunately, NH family dynamic reminded me so much of my own).
You're right, anon. Hinata is lenient towards Naruto's behavior. My two cents on that matter and I'll speak on hypotheticals so take it with a grain of salt: I think it's because at some point, Hinata perceived Naruto as a hero who saved her from bullies (when I found out about this in The Last movie, I couldn't help but do a bombastic side eye at everyone involved in that movie) so there's an implication of hero worship there--introducing the part where our heroes can do no wrong and/or overlooking their flaws--and unfortunately, it's plausible due to the consistency of Hinata not addressing the issue.
About Naruto being awful for not prioritizing his family, unfortunately, true. However, he's not the scum awful type. From the way I see it, he's overcompensating. Being Hokage was his dream and he finally achieved it but the position was the means to get the villagers' acknowledgement. Naruto never really got the chance to work around his issues and trauma. It's realistically reflected on his work ethics as Hokage. The whole "everyone in the village is my family" shtick would make sense of Naruto didn't marry. It's the same line of belief that the Third Hokage had and his relationship with Asuma hadn't been smooth sailing--I've observed the same thing with Naruto and Boruto as well.
And the last sentence reminded me of Naruto being hyperindependent. That man got clones running around the village to do errands--part of the grand overcompensating scheme. I swear, Itachi called Naruto out about it in the war arc and told him that he shouldn't do everything by himself and it's okay to depend on your friends. With the way that the sequel conveniently threw everything under the rug, it's evident that they did not take that small detail into consideration.
I'm glad that somehow the NH, the kids, and their household situation isn't as triggering like the first part of that series (some of it are fillers, the point still stands) but NH aren't ready to be parents by all means. That entire Boruto thing was resolved with Sasuke in the picture which is amusing but the issue wouldn't grow that big if Hinata had done something.

Sakura is needed in the village 24/7 but there are times when she is sent to missions for her specialization as a medical-nin.
One time, she went to another village to rebuild their health department after a calamity. The villagers liked her very much. Aside from being the best doctor they had ever met, she was also very helpful with the other tasks.
If they needed to move a bed from one place to another part of the ward, Sakura carried it with ease like it was nothing. The villagers were very surprised of her strength at first. But as time passed, they realized that they were working with an extraordinary woman.
She helped them carry the logs to build a wall. With one punch, she was able to till the land for them to plant some crops. What amazed them even more was the fact that she didn't seem to get tired. She could work all day and still be bubbly when talking to people. No matter how exhausted she might be, her hands were still as delicate when dealing with patients. She never complained and they wished she could stay with them longer.

Villager1: Sakura-sensei, please stay with us!
Sakura: Ah, I really appreciate that. If only I could.. You've all been really nice to me.
Villager2: Konoha is so lucky to have you.
Villager3: I agree! Are you married, Sakura-sensei?
Sakura: *giggles* Yes!
Villager1: Ah, such a lucky man!
Sakura: Tomorrow, he'll be here to spend the last day with me.. So we can go back to our village together.
Villager2: He must a handsome man!
Villager3: Still, nothing deserves Sakura-sensei's beauty!
Sakura: No.. He's more beautiful than me.. You'll see. *giggles*
---
Sasuke came to the village. Everyone was talking about him when he arrived. Sakura was so happy to see him.
Sakura: *waves* Anata! Here!
Sasuke: *goes straight to her* Hey.
Everyone was expecting them to hug or kiss but Sasuke being Sasuke just gave a knowing look to his wife.
On Sakura's last day with them, the villagers made sure that she'd enjoy her time. They told her where store to go to, where restaurant to eat at, and other things that she can do in the village with her husband.
They went to the fashion district and Sakura bought a lot for her and Sarada. She wanted to buy things for Sasuke too but he declined. The people watched them go around the village.
Villager1: *sees her being clingy* If I didn't know Sakura-sensei, I wouldn't imagine she's the strong doctor we've been with.
Villager2: Right! All those tiny bags being carried by her husband.. Who knew she's the doctor who can carry beds in the hospital. *laughs*
Villager3: I heard her talking using a cute voice with her husband. I guess she only shows that side of her to him.
Villager1: Ah, she's super cute! I can't believe she's the strict doctor when giving instructions on meds—
Villager2: Shh! *whispers* They're talking! Quiet!
Sakura: Anata.. Let's go hiking later! They said the view on top of the hill is beautiful..
Sasuke: Okay..
Sakura: Oh, no.. Forget that.. My legs are still tired from standing for 12 hours from yesterday's operation. *pouts*
Sasuke: I'll carry you. You can ride on my back.
Sakura: Really, Anata? I'm heavy..
Sasuke: You're lighter than a feather.. Let's go there after this.
Sakura: Okay.. Thank you, Sasuke-kun! *hugs his arm with the paper bags and walks to another store*
Villager1: *laughs* I didn't expect that at all!
Villager2: *sighs* I guess Sakura-sensei has a weakness after all. *laughs*
Villager3: *laughs* I'll never forget her!!

Married to the Enemy- Shingen Ch. 5
Chapter 5
After returning to the inn from his date with Ava, Shingen made his way to the veranda, deciding to sit out and gaze up at the moon as he sipped on some good sake. His mind couldn’t help but to wander to the date he had spent with Ava.
It appeared his new bride was truly special. She seemed to truly care for others. She just wanted everyone to be happy. It must have been that drive to make others happy that led her to agree to an arranged marriage.
He had to admit he adored the way her face lit up when she talked about her work as a seamstress. She had looked so passionate and full of hope. He knew he would need to make sure she was able to work with the seamstresses in Echigo. “Maybe I’ll even be her first customer.” He murmured to himself as he sat silently making his plans.
Though Shingen had always wanted a loving wife and family, he had given up the hope of having those dreams realized long ago. He couldn’t imagine putting loved ones through a difficult ordeal. Yet it seemed the only way to bring true peace had been to ally with the Oda and that had meant entering into this marriage. Kenshin would never agree to such a thing and Shingen didn’t want to foist Yuki into an arranged marriage either. He wanted Yukimura to be able to have the life he wanted. So it seemed only natural for Shingen to take the role himself.
And though this was an arranged marriage, Shingen was going to make sure his wife was comfortable and happy. With whatever time he had remaining, he would make sure her days were happy and spent doing the things she loved.
A couple days later…
After what felt like a small eternity of traveling, we finally arrived in Echigo and were soon crossing the castle gates. When we arrived, what looked like a streak of black, blue, and white seemed to rush at us…well more specifically Sasuke.
“How dare you take so long to get back!”
Sasuke was nimbly jumping off of his horse and dodging the attack. He soon had to draw his own sword as the streak materialized into a strikingly beautiful man. “Lord Kenshin, please…” Sasuke protested with a calm face as he blocked a blow from the man.
“No. You took too long, especially when I didn’t give you permission to go in the first place.”
“I’m sorry Lord Kenshin, but I wanted to be there for my friend.” Sasuke replied.
“You deserve this for going against Lord Kenshin’s wishes and attending the wedding. I was all that was needed to attend in our lord’s stead.” Kanetsugu spoke.
I was watching all of this with a stunned expression on my face. That was when I felt Shingen’s large hand come to rest on my shoulder. “Don’t worry, this is just Kenshin’s way of showing he missed Sasuke.” He assured me.
I turned to look at Shingen, a perplexed look on my face. “Really?”
Shingen nodded. “Yes, he’s not very good at expressing himself without his sword.” He was then hopping down from the horse and offering me his hand. “Allow me to help you down, my goddess.”
I took Shingen’s offered hand and slid down from the horse, though I still couldn’t help but to worry over Sasuke…and did he really go against Kenshin and come to the wedding just for me? He really was such a good friend. “Should…should somebody help him?” I asked, still concerned.
“He’s usually pretty good at handling these things himself.” Yukimura spoke up as he hopped down from his own horse. “But if it gets too intense I’ll help him out in a minute.”
“And I thought our guys were strange.” Saki said with a giggle.
“Lord Kenshin, we do have a banquet planned for this evening.” Sasuke said, as he jumped back from Kenshin and managed to sprinkle ground spikes to stop the man from advancing. “Also this isn’t the proper way to welcome Ava to your castle.”
Kenshin was then turning to look at me with Shingen, a glare clear on his face. “Ah, the woman, who helped stop my war with the Oda.” He muttered.
“Kenshin, Ava is my wife.” Shingen said. “And I would think you could recognize what a brave thing she has done.
Kenshin continued to glare at me. “Whatever, just make sure you stay out of my way, woman.”
I was feeling a little irked by his attitude…and being called woman. “Excuse me, but I have a name and it’s Ava. And since we’re all part of an alliance now, and I’ll be living here, the least we can do is be civil and you greet me by my name.”
Sasuke and Yukimura were both looking at me with mouths slightly agape. Kanetsugu looked at me like I had just committed some egregious sin and Saki was looking at me with an amused smile.
Kenshin seemed taken aback, but was slowly sheathing his sword before jumping over the ground spikes. “Just see to the preparations for the banquet and you had better have brought back some excellent sake to make up for all of this.” He declared as he walked away.
“I knew you were brave.” Shingen said, smiling warmly at me.
I felt my cheeks flushing from his praise. “I don’t know about that. Sometimes I just say whatever pops into my head without thinking…it’s really gotten me into trouble a few times.”
Shingen smiled at me. “I find it an admirable quality.” He said. “Now, come and I’ll show you and Miss Saki to your rooms.”
Some servants were coming to take mine and Saki’s luggage into the castle, while other attendants were taking the horses to the stables. Saki and I followed Shingen inside as he showed us around, taking us to the rooms we would be living in.
“Saki this room is yours.” Shingen said, gesturing to a door. “I hope it is to your liking and it is right here next to Ava’s room.”
Saki smiled. “Thank you, my lord. Makes it very easy to be able to attend to my lady.” She was then winking at me. “I’ll check it out and start working on getting it set up.” Which was her way of saying she was giving me and Shingen privacy.
I smiled at her, but felt my cheeks reddening at the thought of being alone with Shingen like this. Shingen was reaching for my hand. “Allow me to show you, your room, my bride.” He said, once again making me warm all over, especially with the look in his eyes.
“Okay.” I replied, my hand warming up in his larger one.
Shingen opened the door with his free arm and led me inside. The room was beautifully decorated with the most beautiful hanging scrolls and fine arts. The folding privacy screen was gorgeously hand-painted. There were wooden shelves and a wooden chest for clothes and other things. There were vases with fresh flowers…it was honestly more extravagant than my room at Azuchi.
“I hope everything is to your liking.” Shingen said. “I picked everything out for you.”
“Thank you…it’s all so lovely…it’s too much really…” I said, feeling a bit flustered.
“I can’t have my wife in a room with anything less. You don’t put a flower in a plain vase.” Shingen said, lifting my hand to place a kiss on the back.
“I…thank you.” I replied, my face on fire. It was then that it occurred to me that he said this was my room. “So…uhm…you said my room…uh…”
Shingen smiled at me, his gray eyes warm. “I thought it might be more comfortable for you to have your own space.” He told me. “Unless you are ready to share a room with me.”
“I…we’ve only had one date.” I replied, my face heating up further. “I…I do appreciate your consideration.”
“If there is anything you need, just let me know.” Shingen told me. “And speaking of our date… would you attend the banquet with me tonight as our second date?”
I smiled. “I think that would be a good date.” I agreed. “Are…are these banquet formal?”
“No. Very informal actually.” Shingen answered. “Very relaxed. We mainly use them to keep Kenshin pacified with plenty of sake.”
I couldn’t help but to laugh. “Does he get a little less…violent and stabby when he has enough sake?”
Shingen nodded. “Sometimes.” He answered. “I am very much looking forward to spending this evening's banquet with you, though.”
“I am looking forward to it, as well.” I replied.
Shingen smiled. “I will let you get settled and I’ll be back to escort my lovely bride to the banquet.”
“That sounds good.” I replied.
Shingen continued to smile, his gray eyes on mine as he brought my hand up to his lips placing a kiss on the back. “Until tonight, my goddess.”
The warmth of Shingen’s lips lingered on my hand once more. Shingen really knew how to make me melt. I was going to be a puddle…and we’d only been married a few days.

At First Sight
Tumblr media
Fandom : Naruto
Relationship : Sasuke x Sakura
My Flufftober 2023 contribution for the prompt : at first fight.
I’m sorry for the mistakes, English is not my native language. I hope you like it.
Summary : Sasuke watched Sakura sleeping. They had been married for two weeks and he could say without hesitation that he had never been happier. It was as if everything that had happened to them so far had brought them to this moment. As if it was their destiny.
Disclaimer : Naruto belongs to Masashi Kishimoto.

Sasuke watched Sakura sleeping. They had been married for two weeks and he could say without hesitation that he had never been happier. It was as if everything that had happened to them so far had brought them to this moment. As if it was their destiny.
Sakura had told him on their wedding day that it had always been obvious for her. She had loved him at first sight. Sasuke did not know what he felt at the time. He was far too young and compared to Sakura, he would have been unable to know if he was in love.
He remembered that the first time he saw her, he was immediately attracted to her pink hair. He found her pretty and she reminded him of the spring. It was the first thing he had said to Itachi when he had come home from his first day at the academy. Was he already falling in love with her ?
Things had changed when Itachi massacred their clan. He felt nothing but hatred. He did not care how he felt about Sakura. All that mattered was killing his brother and avenging his clan. That was his only goal.
Then when he became a genin, he was on the same team as Sakura. His goal was still to kill Itachi, but his feelings for Sakura were changing. He had found himself wanting to protect her when they were on missions or during the chunin exam. He was jealous when Naruto asked her out or when Sakura paid him a little too much attention. He realized that she had influence over him. And when he decided to leave the village, she would have been the only one who would have been able to change his mind.
When he was away from Konoha, even if he refused to admit it, Sakura still had a place in his heart. He finally realized what he felt for her when he was bleeding to death after his fight against Naruto. When she was treating him and he asked her for forgiveness.
For him, it had suddenly become obvious. He was in love with Sakura. Even though it had taken him several years to realize it, he had fallen in love at first sight.
He put his arms around Sakura's waist and held her close to him. He ended up falling asleep peacefully.
The end

Hey Mads congrats on your marriage and wedding hope you had fun and enjoyed yourself 😊😊😊😊
Now I have a bit of a rant hope you don't mind hearing me out, as we know the Naruto fandom is just for lack of a better term just a mess as you also know I'm both a Sasuke and Sakura fan individually and together so here's my thing I'm sure you already have noticed and I know you spoke on this before but the hypocrisy is just mind boggling within this fandom for one I'm not the biggest Naruhina fan but I still respect it and like it just fine, but the constant back and forth war between Sakura and Hinata Stans is so irritating and tiring and I hate to say it feels like self inserts at this point and just as Sakura hate is forced so is the Hinata hate. For one fans act as if Sakura was in competition with Hinata for Naruto when Sakura never wanted him in the first place or had eyes for him at all and she unequivocally supported Hinata and her feelings canonically and also the glaring hypocrisy of say certain so called "Sasusaku fans" who ship NaruSaku and Sakura with just about everyone but throw a tantrum online when anyone mentions SasuHina or SasuIno SasuNaru and any other Sasuke related ship that's not Sakura related which I believe you can ship what you want but the fact that even on Twitter you have SasuHina fans getting harassed and made fun of for harmlessly shipping the 2 only for these so called "SasuSaku" shippers to turn around say it's perfectly fine to ship NaruSaku or just as bad KakaSaku or worse that if Sasuke never married Sakura he'd just be alone and simping over Sakura and that she had many options and would easily just move on but somehow he'd be regretful of not choosing her and would have no one as if he isn't canonically one of the most sought after characters it's such an annoying double standard I wish they'd just come out as multishippers and admit they don't understand either character and their personalities or development instead of causing so much unnecessary drama with other fans it's like they completely erase who Sakura and Sasuke are to fit whatever narrative or headcanon they have and it completely misses the point of the characters.
Then when they headcanon either one of them as sadistic cheaters who would try to make the other one jealous or humiliate one another Sasuke or Sakura it's such disservice to who the characters actually are individually and together in canon with "fans" like these who needs antis they do it for free.
Your rant hit the nail on the head.
Also, the Sasuke stan in me just has to say one more thing...
as if he isn't canonically one of the most sought after characters
Sasuke isn't just one of the most sought after characters, he is canonically the most sought after character! 😁

Courting a Salamandrian FAQ
Just some basic questions I’ve received regarding my RaMona fanfic that I decided to answer all in a singular post.
“What inspired you to write this story?”
I’ve always loved Raph x Mona, since we were first introduced to this ship back in 2015. Around that time I was in high school and one night I had a dream about Raph and Mona getting married. The dream was so vivid and had so many details down to the guests who attended, the wedding decorations, to what the couple was wearing. I was so amazed by that dream, I just had to write it. I originally planned to only write the wedding, which I thought was only going to be around 5 chapters, but as I kept working on the first draft, I realized I wanted to also add a proposal scene. Then when I started working on that, I decided I wanted to add more to the proposal, like when he realized he wanted to marry her etc, asking Sal for his blessing, etc. but as I kept going my brain suddenly went “Wait… let’s add drama!” And the rest was history.
"When does the story take place?"
About 4 years after the S5 episode When Worlds Collide. Raph and Mona have been together for 5 years by the start of the fanfic.
"How old are Raph and Mona Lisa?"
In the beginning of the story Raph is 23 and Mona is 24. By chapter 19, they are 24 and 25. By the epilogue they are 38 and 39.
“What made you decide to make Bishop the villain in this story?”
Bishop was already a canon hater of RaMona, as we saw in When Worlds Collide he was very against the idea of Mona staying on Earth, so I decided to explore that more.
Also 2012 Bishop was my introduction to the overall character. After I learned that he is supposed to be a villain in other iterations like the 2003 series, it just supported my concept even more! I wanted to explore Bishop becoming the villain he was known to be in other versions.
"What is the relationship status of the other couples that appear in C.A.S. (ex: apritello, renetangelo, etc.)?"
Donnie and April are dating, they've been together for 4 years.
Mikey and Renet are together but they are not expecting a full commitment from one another. Basically friends with benefits.
Karai and Shinigami are dating (have been for a little over 4 years) and are living together back in Japan.
Slash and Alopex are crushing on one another, but are both in denial about their feelings.
Casey has a girlfriend that he just started dating by the time of chapter 19, her name is Gabrielle. If you are familiar with the mirage comics then you'll get this reference.
Leo is single and NOT ready to mingle.
"Why does Alopex have a kid in chapter 28?"
That was a reference to my TMNT 2012 OC, Sasuke! It was also a fun way to, I guess you could say, plant the seeds for future events with my TMNT 2012 future headcanon. Getting started on the next gen of TMNT lol
“Can we see a visual of what everyone wore to the wedding?”
Sure!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Can I draw fanart based on your fanfic?"
YEEESSSSS PLEAAASSEEE!!! DO IT!!! All I ask is to please tag me for credit and also so I don't miss seeing it! <3
“Will there be a sequel?”
As of right now, no. I never really planned for a sequel or a second story, heck I didn’t even originally plan for this story to be 30 chapters long lol, but I would like to write some oneshots of married life RaMona along with moments with their kids. I’ve already written two so far: the two parter Family Vacation Gone Wrong and Once an Enemy Now a… Friend? (Though that one focuses more on Adult!Raph with one of his kids making a cameo). Feel free to check them out!

Do you know why in one databook of naruto Masashi Kishimoto said that the relationshio between orochimaru and anko was intense? And in what page of one of the databook he compares a tecnique like lovers suicide? For me, anko loves him since a long time and orochimaru too but when she grew up! ♡
Here's the link to the first source pace. The pages on Anko are 122-123, where her relationship with Orochimaru is described as intense/ very deep (depending on the translation, but it means the same thing). Page 206 is where the Twin Snakes Mutual Death/ Twin Snake Sacrifice jutsu is compared to a lover's suicide. Here's my post on that, where I cite Narutopedia as my source. I don't own it personally. I can only point to the online sources/ translations.
As to why Kishimoto said that, I can only give you an educated guess. So here goes, I can't see how Anko wouldn't have been in awe of him/ crushing on him big time when she was his student. He was a Sannin, he was still the favourite to succeed the 3rd Hokage at the time, he thought she had incredible potential- short of having a kekkei genkai (the Sharingan is the only reason he gives for Sasuke having more potential than her), the fact he accuses her of being jealous of Sasuke, his intelligence and how (though he held some stuff back) he taught her everything she knows, and how, despite everything, she still copies his behaivours. I mean, if she really hates him that much, you'd think she'd quit waving her tongue around like she idolises him. Not to mention, she still keeps the photo of the two of them together on her headboard. To have someone's photo be the first and last thing you look at each day, they have to be very dear to you. I think she feels a hell of a lot of guilt for the things he did, but he'll always be the only one who means the world to her. No one can take his place.
With Orochimaru, he must have seen her as his "pet." Recall when Sakon reveals his curse mark to Sasuke, he says, "Did you think you were Lord Orochimaru's only pet?" Pawns get experimented on like easily disposable lab rats. Curse marks are reserved for his most valuable pieces. And the Heaven's curse mark is the most powerful of them, which is why he risked it on Sasuke. I would also go further with the snake summoning contract. Orochimaru has (that we know of) initiated only three others into a pact with Ryuchi Cave. Those are Kabuto, his right-hand man; Sasuke, his ideal vessel; and Mitsuki, his child, whom he hopes will be the Moon who aides the Sun in saving the world during the next great conflict. That's a pretty exclusive group, and the snakes are not especially welcoming. He must've had a lot of faith in her and viewed her as a valued apprentice, not simply a student or subordinate. Also, in their team photo, it's just the two of them. She doesn't have teammates till the Chunin exams, when they're required. Jiraiya is not shown with only Minato, but two other students we never see or hear about again. It must've been the two of them for several years and she must've been very important to him. Otherwise, why would he bother?
I get the feeling that there was a Genji/ Murasaki element there (in The Tale of Genji, Murasaki is the young girl he abducts, educating her to be his ideal woman, and eventually marrying her. She remains devoted to him, despite his faithlessness, including a marriage to another woman. She tells him she wants to be nun, but he won't let her, and she dies soon after). Then there's the story that most likely influenced Anko's character and relationship with Orochimaru, The Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya, which the Sannin are based on. Orochimaru is the master of snake magic. He is betrothed to a princess, but she becomes frightened of him as his villainous behaivour worsens. Jiraiya and Tsunade end up rescuing her.

I had an interesting dream, I was gonna say the weirdest but than again all my dreams are weird. So, I guess, I decided to walk out of my school to give myself a break like a breather, I went back in and faked realizing that I basically ditched class, than I got back there and it’s kinda blurry what happened next but I know somehow it was like I was on a game like Minecraft and I found a way to literally become invincible and pause the world almost, like I could fly and pause time and phase through things, only for a certain amount of time and all at once, and also apparently I’d been in jail in that world multiple times, since like I could remember the last two times I was in jail (it was for the same thing, we had just gotten recaptured after trying to leave the jail) and there was some scp type thing that killed all the guards while we were in our containment cell, anyways I only had one person with me who I believe was my little brother, and I was just sort of bringing him along, and so I don’t remember exactly, but a bit later when I was phasing through things and everything, I found this sort of alien containment center and there was a dragon type of being that was held there? I decided to help it, and there was this strange kind of gun I found.. and so basically we had to go through their defenses (as we were slightly masked coincidentally) and get that one being out of there, which we did, yet it seemed to disappear when we got out, almost as if it vanished into some sorta inventory or something, anyways, so I realized that we still had a couple of hours of school left, so I rushed and flew and phased through the wall to get back into the school, I had phased into part of the office actually, and than I heard my little brother and my name being called on the announcement… we both went up front and I had to hide the blaster kinda thing behind my back, and I had to tell my little brother quietly to not say anything about the dragon, my mom dad and one of my older sisters were there and I for fucking sure thought we were busted. Then… they showed us a video of the whole thing, but neither of our faces were caught on camera in the whole dragon escape and we had hoodies and such on so they couldn’t tell it was us, and the principal and others saw that we’d been gone on bits of the whole day and that this happened, so they assumed we were dealing with it, especially since there was a bit where it showed me with the blaster and my little brother nearby, so actually we both got awarded but me a bit more since they saw my directly doing something, we got out of school early, yet my older sister was a little suspicious… than we saw one of those weird government yet alien looking machines outside the school which usually were never there, thankfully they didn’t see us, or if they did, it’s just that no one recognized us. We got out of school early, my little sister didn’t tho so L, and basically we were deemed hero’s kinda by family?
Another thing is that later in the dream shit changed and for some reason we were Naruto characters?? I was naruto, yet I was married to Sasuke and Sakura? Like— what??? Apparently I’m in a poly no matter what universe/silly, anyways I know since we were talking about how fucking goofy and shitty of a genin and stuff I was, and since I hadn’t been able to tell anyone as the years passed that actually I saved these beings instead of killing them, everyone assumed that’s what I did. Sarada even when to join the government in a place that got rid of these beings, it was the place that trapped them in the first place and all, I was so annoyed and well so was she a little, since she thought this would’ve made me more proud of her. So when I left the place, I also saw a thing where it was like students in my grade lining up for graduation but almost doing a march?? Like I went from being an odd adult Naruto with kids to being back to me again at my age, and I also remember that my mom and dad and others were super proud of me for my work and my little brother and I had to keep it secret since they couldn’t know what actually happened, they’d never believeus if we told them that these beings weren’t avidly malicious and only acted that way due to containment and being tested on. Now they all roam free but the government or whatever the group was, Leota trying to rally them up again. I would find dragons sometimes and put them in whatever fucking inventory I had, also at one point I was on the news and I was wearing a fucking Spider-Man suit? So than I had to go and get a better hero outfit since apparently I’d been ‘spider-man’ for a while as my outfit thing and I wanted to change it since the suit wasn’t the best??
That’s all I remember from it.

ShiSaku Week: Day 1
Shisui remembered when he first saw her. A young child eager to learn and please, but then he also remembered her demise.
Such a lovely girl to go out the way she did. She was held captive and tortured for information she did not possess.
The rogue ninjas did whatever they wanted to her. They had cut her hair, broken her fingers, pulled out her nails, and so much more.
If only she didn't have the chakra draining cuffs around her wrists, she could have gotten away. Hell, she could have killed them.
Shisui watched over her when it all when down from within the shadows. Oh how he wished to tear out her captives that's. To just give in to his thirst, but he knew that once he did, he'd kill her as well. That he'd be blinded in his hunger to feed that it wouldn't matter who it was as long as it satisfied him.
Back then he could only watch, and pray for her at then lover to save her.
Her screams of her lovers name desperately leave her lips, as the men laughed at her helplessness. It was getting harder to control him self.
Shisui watched for days as her completion became that of a ghost. Her eyes had even become those of a doll, emotionless. Then after the sixth day, she stopped moving in general.
He had broken into her cell that day. He places his finger under her nose, hoping to feel some air, but nothing. He checked her pluse. Nothing.
He broke the chains and held her in his arms. He did not care for the tears that had released from his eyes. For he was mourning that girl he loved. The girl who reminded him of spring. The girl, who gave him reason to protect Konoha from within the dark. She was the reason for fighting his need so that one day he could hold her without killing her.
Now, it didn't matter.
She was gone.
The sound of keys chiming against  one another caught his attention.
He laid her down, brushing away the stray pink sands.
There in the middle of her forehead was the reminisce of her seal, and it was there his lips pressed against.
That kiss had been more than one if longing and sorrow. It had been one that sealed a promise. A promise of vengeance
The guard opens the cell door ready to take her to her hell, but when he saw me he became defensive.
"Who the hell are you," he asked me, eyeing me from behind.
I could hear as his hear rate increased, as I slowly got up from my crouched position.
"You what to know what good about being dead," I asked him, looking over my shoulder.
He was bringing to sweat, and his breathing began to quicken. Oh, this was going to be fun.
I smiled, revealing my fangs, "They never suspect you for murder."
The next thing I knew is my teeth pierced the flesh of his neck, before completely ripping out a cunck of it. Oh how wonderfully it felt to have his his hot blood run down my jaw.
The next thing I knew was I was standing in the middle of several dead dodges. Most have been drain dry. Others unrecognizable.
That was the first and last time I have lost complete control. Centuries have passed and times have changed.
Well for the most part.
"Come on Sakura," a blond girl said, exasperated.
"Ino, you know I can't get out of this marriage," Sakura replied.
"Of course you can, Forehead," Ino began, "You don't need to kill yourself, just kill your fiancé."
"Ino!"
"What? It's better than marrying Sasuke. Who, by the way, is only doing this because he has to. Just like you. Knowing you, you will be giving too much to try and make it work, while he will be giving too little. I'm sorry, but if one of you has to be offed, it has to be Sasuke. I like hanging out with you too much for you to be the one dying," Ino said looking around, before continuing with a smirk, "besides that curly haired cutie, with the umbrella and shades is totally checking you out. Honestly, with the expression he's got, I would say he's been in love with you for centuries."
'She's not wrong,' Shisui thought, as he let a chuckle slip. He stood from his table and began to walk towards the girl's table.
"Ino, shut up please," Sakura said, as her cheeks began to match her hair.
Sakura was well aware of the handsome man staring a hole into the back of her head. She didn't need Ino, to tell her the obvious.
Why couldn't she have normal friends? Was a thought that passed through her mind as she put her head down.
"Excuse me ladies, but I couldn't help but overhear the delema. If you want , I can help you out of it," Shisui said, as he pulled out a business card.
Sakura was the one to review it. The first thing that caught her attention was the last name.
"Uchiha," she questioned, as she looked up at him.
He smiled, and took off his shades. That was the moment when, time seemed to stop. Her emerald eyes locked onto his beautiful onyx ones. She found herself getting lost in in them. Sakura wanted to burn these eyes into her memory, and was surprised to find that in the depths of his eyes lay some red.
'Interesting,' sakura thought, not wanting to break this moment.
"Ahem."
Her friend, Ino, however, was totally willing to spoil it.
"Ah. I'm sorry. Seems I lost my train of thought," he said, running his hand through his curly locks.
"Anyways, yes, Uchiha. You can say I am a long distant cousin," he replied.
Which isn't far from the truth. That is, going back to when he revealed him seft to sasuke all those centuries back before. Oh, how delightful it was to see him again, soaked in the blood of Sakura's captives.
He had sasuke serve him to the end of his time. As it would turn out, Sasuke was really in love with Sakura back then, as he refused shisui's gift of immortality. All to be with his wife in the after life. Not like it was she was his only wife though, Sakura was only the first. The first and only wife he loved. The second, never seemed to take his place, but with her and her children, the Uchiha clan survived.
As for Shisui, he was considered as their protector throughout dark times.
"Wouldn't it be weird to go up against your own family," Ino asked, now seeming to size him up after that little moment he had with her best friend.
"You would be surprised how much influence I have over the family," he replied, with a sweet smile.
"Well then, nice to meet you Uchiha-san," Sakura said, sanding from her seat to shake his hand.
"Likewise, miss," he trailed off, pretending he had not learned her name, as he grasped her hand.
They both decided it was best to ignore the spark, that coursed through them the minute their hands met.
"Haruno Sakura, but please, call me sakura."
"Then please, call me Shisui."
"I looked forward to working with you, Shisui," she said, forcing herself to let go of his hand.
Shisui sent her a smile, as he relished in the way his name left her lips. For, it hasn't been since her first life that she had said his name.
"I'll let you two ladies continue on with your day. Please feel free to drop by my office whenever," he said, as he left the girl's.
He listened as her friend barrage her with questions on their exchange. Leave it to the best friend to notice something was there in during their talk.
Shisui was excited. In her past life, he was unable to protect or care for her the way he wanted, but in this life. This life held new opportunities. Opportunities he wasn't going to pass up.

Boruto Endgame (Couple) Predictions
The one thing that annoys me more than anything when watching self proclaimed anime experts review episodes of Two Blue Vortex, is the constant assertion that Boruto and Sarada are end game.
Is it possible? Of course, but is it undeniably guaranteed? Absolutely not. I feel this way for many reasons, including the fact that Kishimoto really doesn't do romance.
It's for this reason that I want to list out and give rationale for 5 potentially Boruto endgame pairings that logically make sense.
Please keep in mind that at this point, Boruto hasn't actually expressed romantic interest in anyone.
Boruto x Sarada - In chapter 69, it was confirmed that Sarada Uchiha has feelings for Boruto. Also, Sarada's feelings for Boruto have been made obvious throughout the show. Boruto appears to be largely oblivious to these feelings. However, this pairing being endgame would actualize the Naruto x Sasuke pairing that some fans wanted and the Naruto x Sakura pairing that other fans wanted. The other thing about this pairing is that Sarada has now hugged Boruto at least twice. I know this gets many shippers excited, but... Sakura has also hugged Naruto multiple times. Sakura has hugged Naruto in front of Hinata multiple times. Sasuke and Naruto have even kissed twice. Umm... clearly these Naruto pairings weren't endgame, otherwise shipping Boruto x Sarada would be incestual. So yeah... I wouldn't get too hyped about Boruto x Sarada sharing hugs just yet. Playing the long game worked for Hinata. It could work for Sumire too.
Boruto x Mitsuki - In chapter 69, it was confirmed that Mitsuki has feelings for Boruto. Now, Boruto has also made it obvious that he has strong feelings for Mitsuki (even if it was only in the anime and are currently only platonic). When Mitsuki deserted the village to travel to the Hidden Stone Village, Boruto openly bragged about how strong his relationship with Mitsuki was. He even put his title of shinobi at risk. Not to mention that when Boruto and Sarada searched Mitsuki's bedroom, they found a picture of Boruto as the only personal artifact within the room. The pairing of Boruto x Mitsuki is a longtime coming and would likely have been orchestrated by Orochimaru from the beginning. Now, there's a lot of other reasons that I ship this ship as well. Until proven wrong, I do believe that Mitsuki is a descendant of Toneri (b/c they look exactly alike), and we all know that Toneri was obsessed with Hinata (Boruto's mom). Also, this ship would be the actualization of Jiraya x Orochimaru. Not to mention that even though Mitsuki is male, as the son of a nonbinary individual such as Orochimaru, it's not farfetched to think that the character of Mitsuki could be written as sexually queer.
Boruto x Sumire - In chapter 19, it was confirmed that Sumire has feelings for Boruto. I don't really have a ton to say about this ship honestly, because I'm not a big manga reader. I could talk about how Boruto saved Sumire from Mitsuki, but... that act seems like a very Naruto thing to do. Ultimately, Sumire has never spent a lot of time with Boruto... so yeah... They could end up together. I mean Naruto never spent a lot of time with Hinata, yet he married her. However, Sakura was in love with Sasuke, so Sakura was not a viable option for Naruto in the first place, and Sakura wasn't even nice to Naruto. The same cannot be said for Sarada or Mitsuki.
Boruto x Cho Cho - Okay, this one is farfetched, but it's not impossible. Do I think these two will end up together? Ha... don't make me laugh, absolutely not. However... Cho Cho thinks Kawaki is hot. In the anime, Cho Cho has demonstrated romantic interest in Kawaki and a revulsion towards Boruto. Why? Because, she thinks Kawaki is hot and Boruto is just her annoying classmate that she grew up with. Well guess what... now, she thinks Boruto is Kawaki and Kawaki is Boruto. Therefore, it would make sense to say that she thinks Boruto is hot and Kawaki is annoying now. I don't know how her feelings towards Boruto have been influenced now that she thinks he has murdered the hokage.
Boruto x Eida - Ironically, this is the only individual that Boruto has kind of expressed interest in. If Eida is still alive by the end of the series, there's a decent chance that Boruto and Eida could be endgame. I would actually assert that there's a better chance of Boruto x Eida being together than Boruto x Cho Cho and Boruto x Sumire. Now, you're probably wondering why I would say that? After all, Eida loves Kawaki and Eida didn't brainwash herself. Well, I believe that the only reason Eida wants to be with Kawaki is because Kawaki and Boruto are the only two people that can genuinely love Eida (that Eida knows of, technically Sarada and Sumire can as welll, so I guess those two could also be shipped with Eida). Shortly before the timeskip, Boruto asks Eida why she chose Kawaki and not him. She basically answers that Boruto is too young because he's 12. Well... Boruto is nearly 16 and he's only getting older, so I don't think that Boruto's age is going to be a problem anymore, but you know what I think will be a problem...? Kawaki's apathy towards Eida. In Ch.6, Eida tries to seek Kawaki's protection against the Shinju, and Kawaki doesn't give a flying fugdenugget. It is for this reason, that as Boruto gets older and Eida becomes more familiar with Boruto's kindness (remember she can see Boruto always), her romantic interest in Boruto will grow and deepen. Therefore, she could potentially be a future love interest like Sarada, Sumire, and Mitsuki are now.

I like Sakura and everything, but man, the way she's raising Salad.
She destroyed the house over a simple question!
Salad makes sex jokes about her parents.
Salad got in between Sasuke and Ino.
Sakura makes Salad hide the Sharingan when the crest literally screams it! That's how Shin was even able to find her in the first place
I agree, sometimes I wonder Sakura’s parenting.
Salad pushed Sakura’s buttons, but that was uncalled for, considering Salad only wanted to know if she was even married to Sasuke.
yeah, it’s disgusting when she makes sex jokes about her parents, let alone with random men (*cough* Mujina Bandits *cough*).
sometimes I wonder what Sakura had said to Salad to make her get in between two old friends. like, I know she only just met her dad and convinced him to come home (altho it wasn even her who he wanted to come home for) and she was scared that Ino was gonna take him away. like, they’re both MARRIED, Ino & Sasuke. they’d never cheat.
