"U...Uh....U-Uh-huh...?" He just gives a slow, confused nod, while looking at his hat, with cat ears attached to it, given to him... "I... Is this my hat? With cat ears attached?? How did you even do that? In fact, when did you even have the time to...?"
Then again, when does he ever figure out how Kokichi suddenly has his hat in his possession? His finger lightly flicks one of the cat ears.... Maybe, he found it a little cute. ....A lot cute..... "........." Mouth wriggling, he places the hat on top of his head.... and then pushes it so far down his head that it's covering his eyes, and turns around so he can't see his blushing face.

She’s barely paying him any mind as he rants, letting him speak about whatever he’d done to piss somebody off today, or something or other as she munched down on her lunch, sushi for today. This was commonplace for the two, for Kokichi to rant about any and everything while she sat in silence and let him speak, with a few interjections here and there when needed. Listening to his ramblings this time, a side glance told her the other was running out of food. So, without missing a beat, Naya picked up a piece of sushi with her chopsticks and placed it on the plate beside her.
“Here. Cant talk much on an empty stomach.”

[ Kokichi and Gonta Make a Snowman ]
His foot taps on the snow as he gets in thinking position; tilting his head and cupping his chin. "It still looks cold... Oh! I know!" Runs inside and comes back holding a placard necklace and writes "I'll be dead soon" in red and green markers, before putting it on the snowman. "There. Now it looks warmer! Good job, Gonta! Your very first snowman experience is accomplished~!"
Snow!! A really fun time of nature, even if that means all the bugs are sleeping! But it's okay, Gonta thinks -- even bugs need rest, so they can take as long a nap as they want! But even with that, Kokichi always thinks of fun stuff they can do together, and building a snowman is one of those things!
Gonta's never made a snowman before, but he likes to think he's a fast learner, and soon enough, the snowman is standing before both of them, looking so happy to be alive! And with the necklace on, he looks even better!!
"Gonta is so proud of our hard work!" Gonta exclaims, feeling as accomplished as could be. He leans in then to read what exactly Kokichi wrote on the card.. "'I'll be dead soon?' That doesn't seem like something to be happy about... but he is happy anyway!! It's okay knowing that, right?"

Shuichi had been in his room, getting through slogs of boring paperwork. He was so immersed in it, that the text notif he got made him nearly jump. Picking up his phone, he sees it's from Kokichi. "Oh, Koki-" But the pop up notif showed just the first sentence before it cuts off, nearly making him drop his phone when he read what it says. "Wha...W-What?! W-What is this, all of a sudden?!" He wheezes out in a very not so calm tone... and when he actually opens the full thing frantically, reading the rest of the text-"'Please be calm', he says...s....surely, he's lying-"
Then he saw the pic. "Oh." He didn't know what to expect. But definitively not that... "What is wrong with him. Oh my god." His tone cracks from the laugh he now lets out. His face is still red from previously feeling flustered a second ago, but now he just looks so flabberegasted.... But finally, he texts back:

“I love youuuuuu and you are sooooooo important to me- SIKE HAHAHAHA I LIED!” This is the 6th time this week. “Wait actually I DO! I really do! Nishishi! Or do I?” How long will he keep this up? “Himiko... I love you.... HAHAHAHA NO I DON’T HAHA WHAT EEEEEWWWWW!”
This week the red-haired mage had struggled getting control over her emotions as she was swept by pervasive, profound emotions. All this time, she had let herself fantasize and dream about the Supreme Leader and their relationship, but, it was just that... fantasies. It had not occurred to her that one day these dreams might turn out to be real. Or, more like, she had preferred to not think about it given that their love practically felt impossible given their current circumstances. Nevertheless, there she was, listening for the sixth time his 'confession'.
The first time he had proclaimed his love just to later rudely deny it, she had felt embarrassed and annoyed. She could not believe that he was capable of playing like that with her heart. However, she soon realized about the underlying truth behind those lies as he continued to repeat those phrases to her again and again which ultimately lead for her emotions to become an absolute mess.
The mage placed her hand over her fast, confused beating heart and and tore her eyes away from the purple-haired student. It was clear that she was internally struggling with her own thoughts and emotions.
“Stop it, you shouldn't joke about that. It's mean.”
Yes, she had to tell herself that they were just jokes, after all, it was not unusual for Kokichi to try to get a reaction out of her. She had to deny her very own feelings, bury them and continue convince herself that her emotions were on a rampage because of some silly teasing. She had to convince herself that Kokichi was simply a crush. She had to because their current reality could easily swoop down and break them both. Still, no matter how much she tried to drill into her head they were living in Killing Game and the possibility of losing him was extremely high, she could not stop how she was truly feeling.
Kokichi was not just a crush, he had found a special place in her heart.
He was important to her.
She loved him.
The red-haired mage took off her hat and firmly grabbed it with both of her hands, trying to build up strength to respond to his 'confession'. Himiko shifted her gaze towards the Supreme Leader and swallowed hard against the strain of feelings that threatened to spill out in a tangled mess of repressed emotions. Her entire body trembled.
“Kokichi… I-I-I…”
Tears welled in her eyes as she looked into his purple orbs, trying to convey her true feelings to him.
