Sanji will still fawn over women's beauty but once he has a Darling, she's the only one he'll ever pursue romantically. Like he'll still describe Nami-swan and Robin-chwan as gorgeous queens, but his heart eyes are significantly smaller and he has to punch himself to snap out of it if he sees them in a sexy way.

And if a female opponent tries to flirt with him, he will blush and may even get a little heart-eyed, but he quickly snaps out of it and admonishes himself for it. He'll let them down in a gentlemanly way and say he already has someone he treasures, and if they keep teasing and flirting he admonishes them for not respecting that he belongs to his Darling.

Oooooh, Halloween headcanons! :D I think the Whitebeard's pirates will take it as another excuse to throw a huge party + that day, thanks to the trick or treating, they can throw pranks to each other (or, on a second thought, maybe once things have gotten out of hand and now Pop actively prohibits pranks XD). But they all love the idea and try evry year to find better costume to outclass each other, overall having TONS of fun.

I can see it! - I imagine it's a lot of family styled festivities honestly.

Sure, they're pirates, and yeah, they're all pretty much grown ups and such, but I can see them getting into really traditional stuff. Setting up mazes, doing riddles, dressing up, bobbing for apples. Thatch whips up all kinds of "ghoulish" meals and treats.

They trade off doing performances for one another - little plays or dances and such. Moments and glimpses of the cultures and islands they're all from, as best as they can remember. Connecting this family to those roots and just making the whole family vibe that much stronger.

Sure there's pranks too - I don't think Whitebeard would have put an end to them, his sons are allowed to run wild, after all.
