You never thought you were going to end up in an F1 paddock with your boyfriend and your little Lily... But there you were both, accompanying Charles at the Belgian Grand Prix, -the last stop before the much anticipated summer break, It was the first time that you and Lily were going to witness the F1 action live, of course, you watch it on television in the comfort of your bed and support Charles at all times, but there is nothing compared to seeing it up close.
You and Lily walk through the paddock while Charles has his hand on your lower back, the three of you have a very noticeable smile on their faces and no wonder, he is over the moon that you and Lily are accompanying him this weekend, it's like having extra motivation to do well in front of the two of you.
“Are you excited Lilytunes?” Charles softly asks Lily, who is wearing a Ferrari shirt that says on the back: "Daddy's #1 fan", she nods at his words. She smiles with her eyes wide open, observing everything around her and he gives her a kiss on the cheek, you also do the same, it is much more impressive to see it in person than on television, the amount of people working to keep this show going is incredible. “And what about you love? Are you excited too?” He turns his head towards you to give you a small peck on the lips, you nod smiling.
“Pretty excited honey... I still can't believe that Lily and I are here!” You say with a dreamy face and he smiles showing his dimples. You don't care that there are 20 cameras around you trying to get a good angle of the wholesome family moment, you only care about him and Lily. “This is so amazing here!” You say excitedly as he lets out a small giggle.
The three of you walk towards the general hospitality, basically the joint place where the drivers and their families can relax and have a good time, to keep the harmonious atmosphere outside the track. You and Charles sit next to Lily on one of the comfortable sofas of the lounge area, just at that moment, most of the drivers get into a hurry... Maybe they are excited to meet the ferrari's golden boy little daughter.
You grab Lily in your arms and you bounce her softly. “Look Lily! I think you have a fan club now, isn't that cool?” You say as you stroke her hair and she smiles. “And of course, we're going to see dada race here!” You say, nuzzling your nose against hers.
Lily claps her hands excitedly. “Dada fast win! Vroom!” she giggled.
Many of the drivers come to see this weekend's star, and it is no wonder since Lily radiates charisma and tenderness in her wake. One of the first to speak was Hamilton.
“Hey there Charles, how's everything going?” He says greeting Charles with a pat on the back and then turns his attention to the two of you, giving you a kind smile. “And who's this little cutie? Is it perhaps the popular Lily and y/n?”
You blink for a moment. “Popular? How is that possibl...” You were going to continue talking but Lewis subtly interrupted you.
He nodded. “That's right! Charles won't stop talking about you two, he gets very excited when he talks about you, I swear his eyes had a special shine.” He finishes and you turn your gaze to see Charles, who is scratching the back of his neck embarrassingly and has red cheeks that match his Ferrari shirt.
Lily watches Lewis curiously. “Hi!” she says shyly as she hides in your chest.
Lewis smiles at Lily. “Hello Lily, it's so nice to meet you! Your daddy tells me you're his biggest fan!”
She smiles at the mention of Charles. “Dada fast!”
Lewis giggle and pulls out a little Mercedes cap for Lily. ”That's right! And you know what fast cars and daddy's need? Fast fans! Here you go.”
Lily's eyes light up, and she takes the cap with a giggle.
“Thank you Lewis, that's so sweet!” you smile shyly at the British.
“Don't worry y/n! I'll always look after my honorary daughter and granddaughter here.” he said with a smile.
Charles rolls his eyes playfully with a smile. “Thanks Lewis, you're spoiling Lily already.” he smiles softly.
The rest of the Thursday afternoon is a whirlwind of introductions, after the respective press duties, other drivers stop by, charmed by Lily's infectious smile, she gets a mini Red Bull helmet from Max Verstappen, a Ferrari cap signed by Carlos Sainz, a Williams blue hoodie from Logan Sargeant and a tiny McLaren t-shirt from Lando Norris. Lily becomes the star of the General Hospitality area, the drivers take turns stopping by to say hello, giving her gifts like miniature helmets and team t-shirts. Arthur and Lorenzo try to get in on the action, but Lily mostly ignores them, captivated by the older Ollie Bearman.
You giggle. “I think your plan to make it only have Ferrari merch is going very wrong amour.” You say while looking at Charles, who is watching Lily coexist with the other drivers.
He smiles. “Well, I can't blame them... Our little girl is a sweetheart, don't you think?”
You nod happily. “Of course she is, darling.”

Friday arrives and that's when the action really begins, all the drivers and teams prepare for the first practice sessions of the weekend, Lily is very happy and so are you, you two find yourself in the Ferrari garage using the headphones to listen to Charles's radio.
“My dear, look, it's dada! He's driving really fast, don't you think?” You whisper to Lily and she smiles and giggles as she sees Charles on the screens.
“Dada fast mama!” She says and you nod smiling. At one point she sees that on the other side of the garage is Ollie Bearman, Ferrari's reserve driver, she almost screams when she sees him and starts to smile a lot. “Ollie! Ollie!” She says between babbling, trying to get the attention of the young British man and he smiles when he hears her and approaches you both.
“But it's the little Leclerc! How are you cutie?” He says, greeting Lily sweetly, she gives him a thumbs up and he laughs. “Hi y/n, it's nice to finally meet you.” He said, extending his hand and you accepted it smiling.
You smile shyly. “The pleasure is mine” Lily starts to move in your arms and makes grabby hands towards Ollie, you let out a chuckle. “Looks like you have a little fan here, Mr. Bear.” You say and he smiles, Lily throws herself into his arms and starts pointing around.
“Are you sure it doesn't bother you?” He asks timidly and you deny.
“Slides! Slides!” Lily says pointing towards the exit. “Ollie, slides!” she says taking the collar of Ollie's shirt in her small hands.
“It's okay Lily, we'll go to the slide.” Ollie says with a shy smile as he takes off his and Lily's headphones. “I will bring her to you safe and sound.” He says and you smile and give Lily a kiss on the forehead.
You watch as Lily leaves in the British man's arms, what you didn't notice was the presence of Arthur and Lorenzo, probably looking at you in a state of shock.
“How does Lily prefer to be with bearman than with me?” he scoffs.
You smile innocently. “Let's say Lily has a little crush on Ollie.”
Lorenzo moves his head, denying several times. “Nah, nah, nah, she is too young to fall in love.”
You were so focused talking to the Leclerc brothers when you three didn't notice that practice had already ended and that now you had the presence of Charles, who made himself known by giving you a kiss on your cheek.
“What's happening gorgeous?” he asks you softly.
Arthur pulls his hair, frustrated. “Lily went with Ollie to the slides!” He says totally stressed while you and Charles just giggle. “She doesn't want to be with us anymore.”
“Oh god, Are you two seriously stressed about that?” He asked and Arthur and Lorenzo nodded, he laughs.
“I think Lily has a little crush on Ollie.” You whisper to Charles.
He grins. “I wouldn't be surprised, he's good with kids.”
After that meeting you accompany Charles to Ferrari's Hospitality, and after he changes his clothes, they go out in search of Lily. You manage to find her in a playground area for the little ones, she is smiling as she slides down the slide and Ollie watches her carefully.
Lily manages to spot you two and runs off the slide and then ends up in Charles's arms. “Dada!” she says happily.
Charles opens his arms to welcome Lily. “Hello there petit papillon! Did you see dada on the track?” He says while tickling her tummy. (little butterfly)
She nods and giggles. “Dada supa fast!” she says content.
“Oh but of course I was honey, pretty fast, don't you think?” he asks her and she nods.
“So fast!” she giggles again.
At this point almost everyone in the paddock adores and loves Lily, so much so that they spoil her with gifts and sweets, and she clearly loves that. You feel happy because you feel that it is where you two should always have been from the beginning, and the fact that Charles has talked non-stop about you two from the very beginning makes it so special, since you can see the love you radiate as a family.

The weekend unfolds in a whirlwind of activity, Lily becomes a permanent fixture at Ollie Bearman's side, much to the amusement (and slight jealousy) of the other drivers. Arthur and Lorenzo try in vain to win her attention, showering her with toys and sweets. But Lily's heart belongs to Ollie and the shiny Ferrari little car he gave her.
Now it is Sunday, the most anticipated day, you and Lily meet again in the Ferrari garage, you both watch Charles prepare to leave for the starting grid, but not before approaching you.
You smile softly at him. “Hey bébé, are you okay?” you asked him softly. (baby)
He shrugs. “I think so... I want to do well for both of you.” He says and you give him a kiss on the tip of his nose. “To be honest with you, I'm a little bit nervous.” he whispers.
You just smile at him again, you more than anyone know how anxious he sometimes gets before the races. “You will do great my darling, but one thing is for sure... Lily and I will always be proud of you no matter what happens.” You whisper to him and give him a small but necessary hug. “Now go out there and attack them all, okay?”
Lily smiles at him and hug him too. “Papa win?” she asked him.
He smiles. “We will see it my love, we'll see.”
The atmosphere is electric as the grid forms up. Lily sits on your lap, bouncing with anticipation while you both look at the screens where they show the formation of the starting grid. You feel nervous inside, something that always happens to you when you watch the races at home with Lily, but this time it is much worse, you feel anxious and expectant of what could happen and what Charles can do on track.
The race starts, and Charles battles his way through the field, since he started from P5, Lily cheers him on with every overtake and you do the same, you two are probably the most enthusiastic fans in the Ferrari garage, Andrea, Charles's personal trainer, smiles when he sees you two so happy and bubbly with every action Charles does on the track, he knows how important it is to Charles that you two be there for him.
You smile at Lily as you watch Charles move into P2 mid-race. “Oh god, look at papa go lily, he's really going for that win.” you whisper at her.
Now it's the last lap and Charles is neck and neck with Max for the race win, Lily is on the edge of her seat.
“Come on, Charles... You can do this.” you say while holding your breath.
Charles makes a daring move and takes the lead. Lily erupts in cheers. “Dada win! Dada win!”
Charles crosses the finish line first and the crowd goes wild. Lily jumps up and down, clapping her hands. You have a smile from ear to ear and no wonder, the first race you attend as a family and he decides to win for you.
The mechanics congratulate you two and seeing that everyone is going to the podium, Lily also wants to go, you are a little hesitant to really go there until Andrea takes you and Lily to the podium.
When they arrive at the parc fermé area, they see everyone in a state of ecstasy and happiness. Charles gets out of the car raising his arms in celebration and goes out to hug his team. You smile when you see him so happy and proud of himself... When he takes off his helmet and balaclava, he looks at you two and smiles from ear to ear, he runs towards you to give you both a huge hug and he kiss you on the lips, not caring who is looking at that wholesome moment, you feel him smiling in the kiss and you smile too.

After the podium, you and Lily wait for the champion in his driver's room. Both of you can't stop feeling excited and happy about what you've just experienced. After a couple of minutes, Charles enters holding his winner trophy, you and Lily rush to congratulate him.
“Papa win!” she smiles as he hugs her back.
He hugs Lily tightly. “That's right, sweetheart! Papa won for his two biggest fans!” He winks at you.
You smile and kiss his cheek. “We're so proud of you baby! You did a great job out there!”
“A job that would be impossible without my greatest supporters.” He smiles again, like a little boy.
“I know sweetheart.” You say and notice how Lily starts to yawn against his shoulder. ”Looks like all the excitement is catching up with our little champion... Time to head back, I think.” You let out a giggle.
He giggles too. “Right, just let me take a shower, change and we'll go, it's that okay?” he asks and you smiled and nod.
“As you say captain Lec!” you say and he laughs, you take Lily back into your arms and she lays her head on your shoulder.

The door clicks shut behind you as you enter your hotel room. Charles carefully lays a sleeping Lily on the bed.
You carefully undress Lily to put her in a onesie pajama. “She must be exhausted. What a whirlwind of a weekend!”
“She's out like a light. All that cheering must have tired her out.” he giggles softly.
You finish putting her pajamas on and you pull the covers gently over her small frame. “But of course, she was very happy to see you in your element, love.” you smile again.
“The best kind of whirlwind, you know? Seeing her so happy... it makes everything worth it.” He walks over to you and wraps his arms around you.
You lean your head on his chest. “Seeing you win was so so special too. You were pretty amazing out there.”
He kisses your hair. “I couldn't do it without you two there.”
A comfortable silence settles between you for a moment. You listen to the soft sounds of Lily's breathing.
“I still can't believe how much attention she got from all the drivers. Lewis practically adopted us!” you say.
He chuckles. “He does have a soft spot for kids. And let's face it, Lily's pretty irresistible.” He says.
“Especially to Ollie. That boy is a natural with her.”
He raise an eyebrow playfully. “Don't worry, are you jealous love?”
You punch him lightly on the arm. “Maybe just a little... Don't you want her to be a daddy's girl?”
He nuzzles his nose against yours. “Of course I do babe. But seeing her happy makes me happy, no matter who she's playing with.”
You look out the window at the city lights twinkling below. A comfortable silence settles again.
“This has been the perfect weekend. Maybe we can bring her to another race, you know, after the summer break, what do you think?” you ask him softly.
He kisses your forehead. “I'd love that chérie. We can make it a family tradition.” he sighs contently and then he whispers. “Thank you for everything. This weekend wouldn't have been the same without you two.”
You place a kiss on his jaw. “It was nothing, thanks to you for letting us fully enter your world, love.” you whisper and he smiles.
He pulls you closer, and you lean into his embrace. The sound of Lily's gentle breaths fills the room, a peaceful melody after a whole weekend of a high-octane excitement... The hotel room, bathed in the warm glow of the bedside lamp, feels like a haven, a family haven. You close your eyes, picturing future races with you and Lily cheering her Papa on, a happy sigh escaping your lips.

Supernatural (oh how I love to suffer and how badly obsessed with Sam and Dean's story I am. I love these brothers too much and I've seen all 15 seasons. I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched seasons 1 to 5, honestly. Also there're a lot of good fics in this fandom so there's that)
Queer As Folk (US) (the only show that has the one and only Brian Kinney. What else can I say? I bought the whole series on DVD over 10 years ago and it's still one of my most precious possessions)
Bojack Horseman (the way this show portrays mental illness and human relationships is incredible. Every time I rewatch I discover details I didn't notice before. I can never have enough of it)
Friends (well, it's Friends, my first sitcom, I keep it inside a special place in my heart and I still find it funny every time I watch it)
Parks and Recreation (I've chosen Parks and rec and not The office because I saw this one first and it's the one that made me fall for mockumentary comedies. It's embarrassing how many times a day I can quote this show)
House MD (even tho I never finished it cause I stopped watching at the beginning of season 7, I loved it from the start. I shipped House and Wilson SO HARD, you don't even know. Also it was the first show I watched in English with subtitles because I couldn't wait for Spanish TV to translate it... You could say it was the beginning of an era lmao)
Haikyuu (this show dragged me out of a really dark place back in 2017, made me reconnect with old friends and helped me make new friends. I never liked spokons, but this one? Omg, this one is perfect. You can ship literally everyone if you want to and it's so wholesome and heartwarming... I love Haikyuu so much it hurts)
Avatar The Last Airbender (I've also lost count of how many times I've rewatched it, it's cute but also funny and tragic. I love it)
Special mention to Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, another show for those who like to suffer over two brothers tragic story. It's fantasy at its best, conspiracy and war. It's just perfect.

Thanks for the question, I actually did an answer to this that was pretty similar most of it had my favorite romantic relationships in there. Here's the link. But this since that question was focused on more about characters I'll try and give more information on the couples I tend to obsess about sometimes.
Books:
WangXian: I already explained about why I love the untamed in different forms, the books are one of my favorite ones.
Will/Tessa/Jem: The infernal devices. This is one of the best love triangles I have ever read, painful at places but it actually ended up really well. I am so happy about everything, I love all the characters in this, and each of the ways they helped each other in the relationships, their angst, and their memorable moments I love all of them.
Ty/Kit- Already one of my favorite relationship duo, and they haven't yet even been in a relationship but they're so good, and they're so angsty, and it's so good. Watched them grow and watched their childhood story unfold and how Kit realized about his feelings, urgh it's so good. Cannot wait for their series!
Bridgerton couples: This is a very unpopular opinion but I actually love Colin and Penelope in the books. I know Colin is very annoying and it takes a while to get him but I really enjoyed reading their story, their incident that led to them being forced to get married was incredible omg one of the best kissing scenes I read. I haven't read the next ones so I wouldn't say they're my all time fave but I really loved them.
Pride and Prejudice: Elizabeth and Darcy, you'll never see me not love these two, love also their angst, love their longing, their enemies to lovers, their characterisation and their ending. One of the best historical romance books couples still to this day, and I can't fault it. I love most of Jane Austen's couples so I won't list them
Vegas/Pete: both book version and show version same reasons I stated in the previous one
Lee/Ke Luo: one of my all time favorite bl danmei book couples, makes me laugh so much, something so wholesome and innocent despite the darkness of the story. The plot twists and their relationship melts my heart. Watching Lee fall so selflessly in love with Ke Luo despite how like bad he is as a person was so beautiful, like his growth makes me so happy. Ke Luo later on getting what he deserved needing his own time to pine and pay for what he did, was so good, because Lee didn’t even know how much he was in love with him. The way they affect each other, make each other grow, the wholesome scenes they shared with each other even when they weren't together and the passion they also have, it was so great. Like typical BL novel, but hilarious and Lee is one of my favorite BL characters in a book boy do I love him! They make me so happy like I could easily read their story again, from the start to the end, and come out feeling so happy and cheesy and satisfied. It’s so cute
Shows
Skam: Isak/Even, Noora/William, Sana/Yousef you can't make me choose I literally love all of them, I get so emotional thinking about the journey to each of their stories. Willam and Noora are my faves only for their season 1-season 2 storyline because the way they got butchered in the last seasons I'd like to forget but I bloody love them, toxic or not. Love the whole season so much. But Skam owns me so I'm not even surprised.
Maya Hart/Lucas Friar: didn't end up being a couple but was one of my favorite ships I actually was obsessed with them and they meant a lot to me, very much so, now it feels like a blur but I remember caring so much and wanting them to be together. I still believe they would, but not sure because we never even got a confirmation or truth if what people noticed and loved about the show was even planned or real. My question is there is no way it wasn't real there was far too much evidence for it but meh. I feel this way too about Riley and Farkle.
Fighter/Tutor from Why R U: as a BL show not my favorite BL show but as a story of these two? One of my best couples, they really got me to feel a lot of emotions and I really enjoyed watching their story unfold. Can still always rewatch and get emotional at different scenes.
I'm really not someone that has faves though it's even hard for me to remember couples I care about, I always love some couples but it never sticks unless I absolutely become obsessed with the story somehow, so my list isn't as detailed because there probably is much more but I can't remember atm, and it's always changing, depending on how I view or think about romance during that time.

° My Top Ten Favorite Anime:
10. Ride your wave
This one was from when I first got into anime and just added every anime edits into my ``watch later`` list, way back in 2019 If I'm not mistaken. But I only watched it at the start of 2022.
I went into it completely blind, knowing nothing.
This movie was so enjoyable and cute, it just made me want to rip my heart out in the end. The characters are so precious omg.
I don't recommend it, bc it's so sad. So so incredibly sad. I sobbed fr.
9. Kaichou wa Maid-sama.
I feel like this one is a classic in romance anime, I can't be sure tho.
My first everromance gerne anime that set my expectations high. I fell in love with Misa and I fell in love with Usui. I just liked that ``Tsundere`` type of character.
I was introduced to this anime with the help of crappy youtube videos that are split into 204 parts😬 I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT ANIME WAS but I remember rewatching it ALL THE TIME.
I know some things aren't exactly right in the anime and I haven't watched it in so long but I was used to it- I watched uhm, indian serials that were often on the TV, and one of them, was ` ` Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? ` ` It's about this poor clumsy girl who embarrasses herself always and a serious strict business type of rich guy falling in love.
Now that I look at it tho, the "romantic" moments were so cringe omfg.
8. To Your Eternity.
I like the pain. I admit it. In the first episode, I bawled my eyes out.
Every couple of episodes were sad. And it made me cry again and again and again. I'm on season 2 now. Did I cry? Yes.
Will I sell my soul to revive the first (every) character that died? Absolutely? Does it hurt thinking about the first person we ever met? Yes. Yes, it does.
If you are looking to cry your heart out I recommend this.
7. Nanbaka.

THIS ANIME IS THE ONE I LOVE.

6. Mob Psycho 100.
I don't have much to say about this anime, I just love it.
It's just wholesome. I love the characters and just ONE's works in general, like One Punch man.
But I think it's just Mob that did it for me. He is so simple and he touches very relatable problems. It's different from shounen animes.
Also Reigan. Just Reigan.
5. Devilman: Crybaby
Another pain injection that I took, my god I also went into this blind and... Yeah I wasn't ready.
Putting aside all the... Explicit parts... It's pretty sad, I wish Akira had a happy end but the reality isn't like that and this anime shoved it down my throat.
Ugh, the pain was so good tho. Completely shattered my expectations.
Bonus points for the soundtracks.
4. Death Note
One of the best, it ended perfectly for me. The deaths were so... Peaceful. It almost disturbed me.
But the reason why I watched it and loved it was Law and Light ofc. The epic 2 geniuses competing against each other. I have no words.
3. JoJo part 3: Stardust Crusaders.
Because yes. It entertained me, Joseph is one big fat reason why I watched it tho. Absolutely bonkers how he had another son in part 4.
The adventure genre is one of my favorite genres and this sure checks that. It's also kind of nostalgic for me??? Cause I remember I made those kinds of imaginary power holder humanoid/creatures (Stands) in my childhood mind and this was my dream come true lol. I couldn't be happier with this type of anime's and I can watch it over and over.
I laughed so much throughout the series, even when DIO came in! (after I accepted that avdol and iggy weren't coming back.)
2. Attack on Titan
Deserved second place. I love politics and this type of complicated world-building where you can't distinguish right from wrong. Even with basic things.
Do I love Eren? Absolutely.
Is he in the right to commit genocide? I don't know...
Watching and growing up with these characters really had an impact on me, I MEAN I CAN'T EVEN REWATCH THE SHOW BC I KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM IN THE FUTURE.
I hold them so very close to my heart.
1. One Piece.
World-building. One Piece can be only about world-building and I would still love it.
And ofc the characters, their backstories, and their relationships are the sprinkles.
Politics (for me) are cherries on top.
I want to analyze every single thing in this. From characters to literally just geography, etc. I won't get tired of this show. It's full of so many mysteries.

5. Mob Psycho 100:
I like Mogami Arc in general buttt, the scene where Mob is just a human...
It's so unsettling... How Mogami just watches and observes Mob.

The scene where Reiner has a breakdown about whether he is a Soldier or a warrior.

Buckle up, this is gonna be long (sorry).
The way Jake just drops everything when he goes into protective dad mode is incredible and my heart swells every single time it happens! And I love that no matter what happens between Red and Jake, the moment Liam is in need of both of his parents, they put all that to the side and just focus on him. What great parenting this is. I love it. It is so wholesome and adorable. Poor baby with his ear infection though.
And then onto the reveal chapter...
What a secret!!!! My goodness, it was worth every moment of wait!! Red's reaction to "“I think I should start the story by telling you that Seresin isn’t my real surname.”" is exactly the one I had, what an epic way to start this great secret off, absolutely phenomenal!!! I love the secret and the way you revealed it, but I've got to mention all the physical interactions between Red and Jake, holy moly, just loved them!!! The way Red is comforting and reasurring Jake, and Jake with the knucke kisses! I was and am melting (just by thinking about it!)! I love that they can comfort each other so well and so easily and how comfortable they feel with each other in that moment physically, even though it is a really tough moment for both of them emotionally. And the kiss!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Red messaging him to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heart!!! All the emotions!!! And the rings being reunited! Jake putting his on his dog tags! My whole heart! The love I feel of this series, honestly, you are a genious. And incredibly talented! Thank you for the huge pay-off that this chapter was, you really made me anticipate something great and you went above and beyond all my expectations and everything I thought the reveal would be. Amazing, incredible, wonderful and so, so touching. Fantastic!!!!
And then the whole Top Girls/Boys Only chats. Hilarious and wholesome and lovely. I can't stop laughing at "Honey, don't look at the pic" - Penny!!! Hahahaha, like Amelia never saw Jake on the beach, hahaha. Also, love how Penny just does an 180 turn to openly discuss sex. And Jake describing their kiss!!!!! The feelings! Honestly, love it! And The Secret Admirer!!! I knew it would be him!!! Love how in the beginning Jake covered for him, but then just spills his mistake in the Boys Only chat. Also love that when Jake says "pain in the ass" Mav chides him, but when Bob says he's gonna "kick his ass" no one says anything, hahahaha. I'll agree with Nat, tho and say we really do need more Seresin children. A girl to even it out. And to spread double times the cuteness that Liam does. But I guess they'll just have to take the time they need.

Omg dear. There's so much to unpack here. First of all, your message made me giggle and kick my feet around. Kdkskdkd THANK YOU REALLY.
Now, let's go by parts.
1. Jake protective dad mode: so... I guess this comes from my own experience. I didn't have a good parental figure and this is how I wish my father acted whenever I needed him. When I imagined Jake having to leave his wife, someone he loved so much, and then they meet again, there's a kid, and he has missed everything... my mind immediately thought how Jake would literally stop his whole life to spend time with Liam. He wants to become a part of his life. Jake's father wasn't a great example and he swore to be the exact opposite. And that means dropping everything when his son needs him.
2. The secret. Someone's theory was that Seresin wasn't his real name, and I started with that because it gives that feeling of building up, from such a small thing as a name, to the reason behind Jake and Red's divorce. And i think it turned out really good.
3. The physical interactions. So, this story is different than anything I've written so far. It has a dark theme but it also has two main characters who had already been together in the past, they fell in love, they got married, they've done everything you can imagine EXCEPT raise a kid. You can see in the first chapters how there's 0 physical interaction between them, and Red is extremely surly when it comes to Jake. But then she notices how Jake acts around Liam, how he loves him so so much, and he would give him the moon if Liam asked for it. That softens Red's heart, she gives him the benefit of the doubt, because it doesn't make sense that his a 'bad guy' and acts like this with his kid.
I also like this idea of their relationship being 'frozen in time' because these two idiots still loved each other, still do, and it has to be really difficult to be around someone you love so much. So when they meet again, the ice around it starts melting and it's only a matter of time before the tension snaps (in the gym, for example). When Jake starts telling his story, Red knows that he needs that physical comfort, but she needs it too. They've been together long enough to know what to do, and when to do it. It's natural for them.
4. The chats. Penny, Penny, Penny. She might act like Jake's mom but she's stil a WOMAN. And she knows. She knows that Jake is a passionate lover. Come on, she has been watching Jake's loving stare every time he looks at Red for a month. Penny knows that when this two end together, he's gonna treat her like a goddess and kiss the ground she walks on. And that it would probably lead to Baby #2.
And well, I think everyone knows that Jake's words are serious 99% of the time and when he says he wants to kick someone, he's probably gonna do it. Bob, tho? He's a softy. He's not gonna kick anyone.

Let’s talk about Hospital Playlist. (KDRAMA REVIEW)
note: does contain spoilers
When people ask me what is my favorite Korean drama of all time, with no doubt, IT’S HOSPITAL PLAYLIST. This drama has the comic relief, the emotional scenes, realistic characters-just to name a few. No toxic relationships and petty revenge fights. Nothing else will stop me for saying that this is the ultimate feel good drama.
SYNOPSIS: The drama shows insights into the daily lives of doctors and nurses working at Yulje Medical Hospital. It focuses on 5 doctors who have been friends since medical school, who also play together as a band.
This drama encompasses so many elements and characters so bear with me yo this might be real long
Hospital Playlist is produced/written by the Shin-Lee PD and writer pairing, whose previous works were the renowned Reply trilogy and Prison Playbook (which are *chef’s kiss*) I really like that all their dramas really highlight humanism, and puts emphasis on creating a heartwarming and realistic series. There isn’t always a major conflict to be resolved, but instead it showcases how different people-in this case mostly those in the medical field-go on about their daily lives. I also liked their reasoning to produce a medical drama which was that hospitals were where the most dramatic moments occurred, for example during births, deaths or sickness. And since we are still in the Covid-19 pandemic, it ties in greatly to be paying homage to all the medical personnel saving lives. Hence, props to those who were involved in this meaningful masterpiece <3
The drama is not the usual 16 episodes, but has 12 episodes for each season (SEASON 2 IS COMING SOON YAAS) Good thing is I felt that they were still able to weave a dynamic storyline in the first season even with lesser episodes. The writing was just top-notch with the witty humor bits. Additionally, the music is AMAZING. I love the concept of the main characters being a band and playing different songs every episode too.
Okay, now onto the characters. I thought that every character in this drama was well rounded. Starting of with the main five characters, also known as The 99ers, whose distinctive personalities and natural chemistry make all of them extremely likeable. All main characters are professors of different specialties, and I find the male OB-GYN (Seokhyeong) and female neurosurgeon (Songhwa) very refreshing. Also, I like Shin-Lee dramas always have characters that might be realistic yet hardly seen in other dramas or films. For example, Professor Ahn Jeongwon. Despite being a chaebol (inheritor/heir), he isn’t depicted as a spoilt brat or a cold character, instead as a warm Pediatric doctor who uses his wealth to secretly support patients in need. However it makes him stingy to his friends LOL
To be honest, I really thought I was gonna dislike Junwan due to his cold and tsundere nature. I pretty much believed that he was going to be the party pooper type of the bunch, but with the writer being a master of character development, he turned out to be really sincere and hilarious at times. Same for Ikjun, who apart from his enthusiastic and happy go lucky exterior, cares the most about the people around him. Although Seokhyeong seemed detached and introverted, he shows a emotional side to his friends as well as his mother. Songhwa is literally a girlboss though haha she’s smart, capable and gets along with everyone well. And she’s the most sane out of the bunch.
With all the main characters, we have the relationships. Junwan is the first to date seriously with Iksun (the dog or Micky? jkjk) who is Ikjun’s sister. When it first happened I was like not again Jung Kyung Ho (bc he dated his best friend’s sis in prison playbook too LMAO) I think their relationship was realistic and open. It also showed a more sensitive side to Junwan who would do anything for her. I especially liked how he said he didn’t need access to her phone because he trusted her. Yet as all couples do, they have their fair share of ups and downs. Like conflicts on getting married and a long distance relationship as Iksun moves overseas for graduate studies. I don’t really know how to take the ambiguous ending for these two, as Junwan receives the returned box (that has the ring he sent) I really hope nothing bad happens to these two though.
I’m sure we all love Wintergarden couple though, tbh they’re kinda my OTP at the moment 🤣 It was pretty much a ‘will they won’t they’ relationship with a relatively slow build. I think Gyeoul turned out to be one of my favourite characters. Shin Hyun Been did a good job at portraying her as a straightforward but innocent Resident, who is pretty much openly crushing on Jeongwon. The scenes they had together were adorably awkward (and the scene where he gives her chocopies omg) And when Jeongwon battles his inner conflict to become a priest, the final decision where they kiss was beautifully shot, with the actors both showcasing their emotions extremely well.
Then we have Chihong who pursues Songhwa, his professor. Midway through the drama, it is also shown that Ikjun and Songhwa might have had romantic feelings for each other. Songhwa ends up rejecting Chihong’s confession. In my opinion, Chihong was quite a interesting character but I didn’t really like him at the end. (I like the actor though) He did a real jerk move during drinking games, insisting on Ikjun to confess his feelings towards her even though he is already trying not to put Songhwa in an awkward spot. Although his character did end up making a cool exit and when I thought about his incredible story of soldier to doctor, I kinda regret disliking him that much. As for IkSong, In the final episode Ikjun confesses to her one last time, and we are left waiting for Songhwa’s reply. As much as I love this pairing, I don’t think that the ship will sail or maybe not as quickly as we think. I believe Songhwa would meticulously consider the sacrifices to their friendship or other aspects and might not be able to bring herself to it, but I hope it’s otherwise.
Lastly not forgetting Seokhyeong and Minha, another Professor+resident pairing. This one’s a bit ambiguous though, mainly because there hasn’t been much romantic development. To me, the most impactful scene came from Minha who had been irritated by continuous night shifts and was on the verge of a breakdown. She ended up remarkably saving a patient, starting off surgery on her own for the first time. Oh man Minha was such a lovable character, I remember feeling so bad for her but extremely proud of her for her accomplishment. Although Seokhyeong seemed a bit aloof and distant (which was intentional bc he’s an introvert) I think the backstory and all the hardships he faced with his family really made me feel for him. I hate to break it to you, but I’m not so sure if the ship will sail because of the phone call from his ex-wife and Minha’s somewhat rejected confession. But who knows, they might pull off a twist 👀
Apart from all these characters, there are more characters HHAHAH However, I think this is the killing point of ShinLee dramas. Unlike typical dramas which usually focuses on a main character and 2-3 side characters, they like to cast a diverse range of actors (especially those from theatre/musicals and lesser known drama/movie actors) while actually give their characters personality or a reason to be there. I’ve seen many dramas where extras or side characters were kind of irrelevant thus making me feel that they weren’t needed to build the storyline, yet ShinLee dramas hit different y’all. Every role, no matter how small, holds significance to the drama. It really seemed like a collaborative work that shows off every actors skills (and not forgetting staffs) and teamwork.
Anyways because there are way too many characters and too many scenes for me to mention them all, I’ll just talk about some honourable mentions heheh
1. Sunbin and Seokmin confession scene (ahh so cute)
I kinda sensed that they liked each other at the start but I didn’t know Seokmin would ask her out on a date at the end. Even though it’s kinda awkward that they are dating and working with each other though (both are in the same department) but hey the confession was cute and awkward and just warm and fuzzy 🥰
2. MAMA ROSA IS THE QUEENN
I think we all (would) love Mama Rosa because she’s a real one ☝️ (probably the coolest mother ever) She’s feisty, hilarious and kind to others. Plus her friendship with Ju Jong Su was just adorable and super wholesome. The scenes where they were supporting one another through tough times and hanging out with each other when they felt lonely always put a smile on my face. Oh and how Mama Rosa treated Gyeoul was extremely sweet. (as well as Seokhyeong’s mother) Despite her tough exterior, she’s a likeable character for being a strong but caring woman.
3. Just Do Jae Hak
I seriously love this guy so muchhh omg he’s so funny
Do Jae Hak has a funny amd clumsy personality, though it’s clear he’s been through a lot and is strong willed person. From admitting his indecisiveness to counselling Jun Wan on his love issues, there’s literally nothing to hate about him.
4. Uju and his dadd
The father and son chemistry between these two is so good omg. The scenes with these two are so adorable and heartwarming (not to mention hilarious) It’s amazing to see how Ikjun cares so much for Uju despite his hectic workdays while going through infidelity issues with his ex-wife. Uju is matured for his age and shows his love and appreciation for his dad too, making their interaction a great portrayal of a healthy family relationship💞
5. the food stealing the show🥘
Who doesn’t love food and when a show has great food scenes? Some of the best scenes are definitely when the 99s gather to eat. It really showcases each character’s personality with the tiniest details as well as highlight warm delicious meals. Just don’t watch this when you’re hungry at 2am in the morning guys you’ll be drooling all over your screens HAHAHA
Of course there are way more aspects, like Hongdo and Yoonbok, Ikjun and Iksun’s pigeon jokes and raps, or Jeongwon drunk crying in the chicken shop with his brother (who was his coach in Reply 1994 when he played Chilbong LOL)
Most importantly, I think it is the themes and messages that you get from the drama that really create such a lasting impression. Not only does it hit you in the feels with the hardships of hospital patients, or the hardworking doctors+nurses who are working long shifts saving lives, it also tackles topics of friendships through the possibilities of platonic and friends-to-lovers relationships. However I think the biggest lesson for me came from Seokhyeong, who learns to live his life doing what he want, with the people he treasures. Although the drama might seem slow at times (mainly because there isn’t really a main plot line/conflict occurring), but this drama would still bring you on a journey where you would laugh, cry and finish the series, begging for season 2 ✌🏻

The Haunting of Bly Manor...I have a lot of thoughts and feelings.
Overall I really enjoyed the series and loved the storytelling as always. I will say I enjoyed Hll House more though. I hate to compare the two because I know they are completely different stories but I also think it’s only natural to. However I think it’s largely in part to me preferring family dramas, or stories centered around families vs a romantic drama. I love the non linear storytelling of Hill House and how everything came together and it showed a look into the lives of this family dealing with grief. It was honest, beautiful, and heartbreaking and my favorite show I watched in years so because of that, I knew nothing would really live up to it.
I do think it’s helpful going into Bly Manor knowing it is more of a tragic gothic romance vs “a ghost story” I’ve just seen some disappointed at the lack of scares but it’s focus is not really on that this series. My favorite part of Bly Manor was everything involving Hannah, Owen, Rebecca, and Peter. Hannah’s episode was fantastic and really takes you on a journey. I loved the idea of falling in and out of your own memories that continues throughout the season. Her relationship with Owen was wholesome and I wish they had more time. “Tell him I love him. And the rest...well it’s just-” I cry.
Rebecca and Peter...man oh man. What a twisted love story that I was weirdly EXTREMELY invested it. Peter was pretty much throwing out red flags from the start and he ended up turning into an extremely manipulative boyfriend who continuously gaslighted his gf and eventually kills her so they can be together forever. Peter was villainous and yet in the quiet moments with him and Rebecca his love and their love felt so earnest. I just need to say that episode 7 emotionally destroyed me. And it is in such large part to Oliver Jackson-Cohen and his ability to play Peter as this incredibly complex character. Getting Peters backstory was heartbreaking but him realizing that while others would get to visit good memories in a heaven like state, he would be stuck in hell revisiting his very worst memory was a bit gut wrenching. I’m not saying he wasn’t a horrible person but it was so sad to watch how this boy was ruined as a child and grew to become what he did. Also his speech to Miles whiles he’s manipulating him to take over his body about the forever house AHHHHH. Tears tears tears. Omg please give Oliver Jackson-Cohen all of the awards. I hated what he was doing and it wasn’t fair to Rebecca or the kids and yet I was fascinated by the character. I do also wanna say Tahirah Sharif and OJC had GREAT chemistry together and you could see it click into place immediately. I’m going to put Flora and Miles in this section because they kind of fit with it but they were so good! Flora annoyed me so much in the first episode but by episode 6 I wanted to protect her with everything I had. Her and Miles really were just trying to protect everyone in the house and that was so sweet.
Dani and Jamie. I know I’m going to have an unpopular opinion here but I wasn’t completely sold on them? I thought they were very cute especially when Jamie would tease Dani but they were the least interesting part of the story for me. Unfortunately pretty much THE ENTIRE last episode hinges on you being invested in them and sadly I just wasn’t. So the last episode was a bit of a let down for me but I still enjoyed their story. I loved that they were just taking it day by day never knowing when Viola would regain control. That takes a lot of courage especially on Jamie’s part.
As I said, I loved the series for the most part and j have ranged for way too long. Yikes

Oh my goodness - no need to worry if part three lived up to the others, it did so and MORE in my opinion!! Watching reader’s mindset change with the introduction of sex to their circumstance is so sickeningly fascinating - the bargaining and denial, the attempts to claim agency or security, the heart-dropping realization and regret as they’re about to fuck osamu - and yet they press forward anyway because what else is there?? You portray the back and forth conflict of reader’s thoughts so well, it’s so easy to understand their reasoning and empathize with their horror (and other feelings... 👀) You make the deterioration of their will seem so reasonable, like the natural progression of things, and that’s almost as terrifying as the twins themselves here (by which I mean, your writing is so fucking good for making me think and feel this way holy shit)
God speaking of the twins, where to even start with osamu... I am a bit biased since he’s my favourite, but I love the way you’ve characterized him here. It’s such a natural extension of his personality into this unnatural scenario - the restraint applied to himself, the correction of his twin’s behaviour as a way to regulate his own, yet the undeniable fact that he’s just as hungry, that for all their dissimilarities they are no different when it comes to pursuing what they love. There’s just so much to examine in his behaviour and thought process - his distrust of reader coupled with how easily he ended up crumbling to them (and his own suppressed desires), how he hopes they’ll be the one to restrain him, how he recognizes the immorality of it all and tries to be responsible to mitigate the damage (and his guilt), yet refuses to truly fix any of it - he’s so contradictory and complicated and I love it. There’s something to be said for atsumu’s shameless embracing of sin, but I personally love seeing the struggle in osamu, how he’s also slowly breaking down like reader and giving in after being so careful for so long. His desperation and repressed feelings being released and shown so clearly was just... 🥺 too bad that’s exactly what reader doesn’t want LOL.
Oh but let’s not forget how incredibly hot the spicy bits were!! I don’t even know what to say, Osamu being contradictory again in prioritizing reader’s pleasure but ultimately just doing what he wants (actually, perhaps he wasn’t prioritizing them but just wanted to taste them?? Or a mix of both like how reader has so many competing motives-) the first stroke oh my god, the thickness and how he doesn’t wait... the fact that reader came two strokes in 🥵 the position change 🥵 the roughness 🥵 the fact that he ALSO CAME INSIDE SKDNSK- again, I’m satisfied cause he’s my favourite but I totally get why atsumu got all outraged LMAO. especially with Osamu being so smug about making reader come twice 😳
Okay but reader saying welcome home though 🥺 ugh the confliction... whether it was to deter more fights or just a post-orgasm fluke, I feel like these small signs of acceptance/affection are going to encourage and embolden the twins just as much as the sex. OH and I can’t believe I didn’t talk about this yet but OSAMU’S BLUSHES AND RESPONSE TO READER’S HUG WERE SO CUTE- the tickling and his smile when reader laughed!! And his smile again after they fucked 😭 if only you hadn’t kidnapped them samu, maybe this could have been a sweet romance. Alas, he did, and as cute as it is that he’s softened, it probably means his self-restraint is weakened too - all because of that small gesture of affection (and what followed ofc aha). what happens once the overseer is done with just watching, never acting...? Poor reader, please enjoy your peaceful nap while it lasts 💔
Gosh, this all feels like the tip of the wedge, like the three of them are on the edge about to spiral further down into each other - and honestly, I am enthralled by it!! I am so relieved I was able to show the process of thinking and changing in the reader since that isn’t always easy for me to describe as a non-native speaker! Thank you for going so thoroughly into Osamu’s (and by continuation also Atsumu’s) character! I think personalization is a strong point I have and I just love thinking about how to take the traits (strong/weak points and fears and all of it) a character has and turn it into a yandere personality, so I try to really pull from their canon verse and use it for my stories for reasoning and actions they take!
And ooh, I see you read between the lines! Yes, the initial idea was that Osamu was just having a taste of them, since you know, he repressed his desires a lot and now he has the chance to get it all! However, writing from a reader’s pov is always connected with not being to clear on what is going on inside the character’s head! After all, reader isn’t a mindreader and thus wouldn’t exactly be able to know it. But I can hint and sprinkle some ideas in anyway, hoping you guys will pick up on them :D Good job!
I will admit that having him creampie the reader is actually a plot mistake I made... I mean call it personal preference, I just like that kink, but I only realized I used it again when I reread the story in correction and was like “Oh shit, I forgot Atsumu was fetching the morning-after pill!!” but in the end I must say it works out well because, you know, Osamu was just taking the chance, since the reader is most likely taking the pill anyway so why not be bold? Lol!
Pretty sure I can work on my smexy scenes a lot more, I often think they might be too unbalanced, but I am glad if you all can still enjoy them, even if there’s a lot of space for improvement! ^-^

But yeah, welcoming Atsumu back home is like a free ticket to hell. You can’t just give Atsumu a finger without him taking the whole hand if you know that idiom. He’ll totally cling to every little nice thing reader does to him and insist forever that he’s the favorite twin just because they did xyz.
I do feel like with Yandere, it always could have been so wholesome, if not for the yan being a psychopath xD
But yessss, like I mentioned in the previous ask, even if there’s more content following around, these three are the foundations of the reader and the two twins in a relationship. And now that abrriers are broken it can only go down down down so to say xD
