INSIDE THE DESK OF ... CARMEN BAE.
Carmen Bae is the co-CEO of Flowerbank Entertainment. She was brought into the company in 2014, starting as a group manager and PR agent for the company. In late 2016, she was promoted to co-CEO after being commended for her work on GirlGarden24, debuting Flowerbank's first boy group, ISAYAH, and handling of Flowerbank's many scandals that year. She started her career as a hungry businesswoman, starving for success and money at any cost. Now, her days seem to be consumed with an all-consuming guilt she tries to quell by not repeating her past mistakes. She keeps all her regrets in the bottom drawer of her work desk, and her pressed flowers in the top one. She knows no matter how many files she stacks on top of them, the past can't stay buried for long.
