Chloe and Yoonah have a deep understanding of one another. Deeper than they like to admit. They can share a single glance and know what the other is thinking without a single word.
“You’d have to drag me by my hair to sign to Mydol,” Bliss says as she takes another sip of a fruity mixed drink, Yoonah made her and the rest of the girls for tonight. It’s Friday. They have sleepovers on Fridays, all five of them. Yoonah glances over at Chloe at Bliss’s words, her eyes meeting the other girl’s without missing a beat before looking back at her half-filled cup.
They don’t need to say anything. They already know.
Sena shrugs, thinking over the question with a cute pout of her lips. Her cheeks are flushed pink and her glass is practically empty, still that doesn’t stop her from swirling her glass in a circle as she looks up.
“It depends,” Sena finally concludes. Chloe glances at Yoonah again at her answer before she takes a sip of the pink liquid from her glass. “I don’t know! I liked the music we made with Jinhwa a lot.”
“Yeah, all our classics were made with him there,” Klara adds, taking a sip of water. She opted out of drinking tonight, saying it would make her bloated tomorrow. Bliss rolls her eyes at the youngest members, stretching her legs on the ground as her head lays back against the couch.
“Okay? We’re already making classics with Flowerbank and they’re nicer to us.”
“They’re nicer to some of us,” Chloe corrects with a raise of her brows, unenthused with how her career has been managed the past year. Bliss rolls her eyes again, tilting her head at Chloe.
“A solo comeback is worth more to you than not being objectified?”
“Jinhwa never objectified me,” Chloe responds simply, shrugging her tiny shoulders. He knew how to market me—he knew how to market all of us, actually. Iseul couldn’t even get us booked for Coachella.”
Klara hums loudly in agreement, raising her glass to that.
“She couldn’t. She didn’t even try.” Klara loved performing at festivals. It was one of her favorite parts of being an idol. The jealousy she felt when she saw DeepDive get the Coachella slot was still boiling in her veins. The youngest sighs dramatically, shaking her head as she sips her water. “Our setlist would’ve been crazy.”
Bliss shakes her head, thinking the girls are just talking nonsense. They did that a lot. They just talked shit, then took it back the next day. After nearly seven years together, you’d think she’d be used to it, but it’d only made her more frustrated with time. She nearly groans, putting her hand out like she’s asking God for guidance.
“He’s a fucking creep!” Bliss argues. Sena shrugs.
“All of them are! You think Carmen isn’t weird? She’s totally fucked that Lee Chang guy.”
Yoonah gives Sena a questioning look, taking a small sip of her drink before pursing her lips together.
“She did not fuck Lee Chang. She’s literally a lesbian, Sena.”
Sena’s jaw drops a little at the well-known news, gasping cutely before looking at Klara who is looking at her like she’s the dumbest girl in the room. Klara’s brown eyes look around the room before at Sena again, leaning in slightly.
“Did you seriously not know that?”
“No! I thought…Aren’t her and Iseul just friends?”
The room collectively goes, “Ooh..” In unison, each girl gave Sena a look from pity to wondering how one could miss every sign. Yoonah looks at her phone, being greeted with the time and a photo of her and her boyfriend. She can barely process how late it is due to her swirling thoughts of Juwon. Alcohol has never been kind to her or to her relationships. She has to fight every voice inside her that’s telling her to send him a breakup text. With a sigh, Yoonah puts her phone down, the screen against the carpet she sat on.
“I’d like to be under the same company as Juwon,” Yoonah finally says, covering her eyes so she can avoid the judging stares that come her way. A chorus of sighs and groans fill the room, making Yoonah turn her head from them with her eyes still covered.
“I get it! I get it!” Yoonah laughs, swatting blindly at the air to silence the girls as some of them turn to giggling that has Yoonah laughing too before uncovering her face with a dramatic sigh. “I need to watch him! That Cherry bitch wants him so bad, guys!”
“And that’s enough for you to want to work with Jinhwa again?” Bliss laughs, causing Yoonah to open her mouth then shut it, her brows rising with her shoulders.
“You’re not going to like my answer!”
“Oh my god,” Bliss groans, covering her face now as Yoonah laughs, shrugging again.
“It’s not like…” She stops herself, biting the inside of her cheek to not say something that’ll ruin the moment. “It wouldn’t be hard to avoid him.”
Chloe glances at Yoonah, looking her over. She knows that wasn’t what she wanted to say.
Chloe and Yoonah lay shoulder to shoulder, phones above their faces, scrolling mindlessly in sync under Chloe’s pink comforter. They haven’t spoken for the last 30 minutes, their faces fresh and dewy from just washing them, and their hair put up in high ponytails.
Without looking away from her phone, Chloe speaks.
“You wanna go to Mydol too?”
Yoonah freezes for a moment but continues scrolling, breathing through her nose.
“Of course I do.”
Chloe smirks slightly. She scrolls, stopping only to like a picture on her feed before continuing to flick her finger across her screen.
“Han approached me with an offer,” Chloe tells Yoonah, spilling the secret she’s been holding for days. Yoonah finally looks at her in shock, blinking a few times as Chloe smiles at her screen. “It’s a good one too.”
There’s a moment of silence between them before Chloe turns to meet Yoonah’s gaze, the same catlike smile on her lips when their eyes meet. Yoonah can’t stop her lips from turning up into a smile, tilting her head down to make her eyes bigger as she looks at Chloe with a hum. Chloe also tilts her head down, smiling at the girl beside her with an excited noise from her throat. She can feel it in her bones that Yoonah will agree with her. Chloe loves it when people agree with her.
“Are we going to go to Mydol?” Yoonah quips with a small giggle, leaning forward to bump her forehead against Chloe’s. Yoonah loves it when they stop butting heads to scheme like the girls they would watch in the D-tier comedy movies from the early 2000s. Moments like these with Chloe make her feel like a real person, a real girl with real goals, she doesn’t really understand why Chloe, of all people, makes her feel real, but she does. She knows she has the same effect on Chloe. It’s why they keep coming back together even after they’ve said the cruelest things to one another.
Chloe giggles, rubbing her moisturized forehead against Yoonah’s before pulling back with a nod.
“I know I am!” Chloe teases, covering her mouth in excitement. Yoonah laughs with her, reaching out to hold the other’s hand, her slender fingers easily slotting between Chloe’s to squeeze tightly. Chloe squeezes her hand back, rolling on her side to face Yoonah fully, prompting Yoonah to do the same, propping herself up on her elbow.
“Han told me we just need to get four of us to leave Flowerbank, and they’ll take care of the rest. He said it should be easy if more than three of us are trying to leave. Iseul is all about saving face. They won’t put up much of a fight,” Chloe tells Yoonah, who nods along to her words, her mind not processing any of it but instead storing it in the back for later. She’ll go over it with Reid or Juwon later. That’s what she always does.
Chloe’s eyes read over Yoonah’s face for a split second before looking in her eyes again.
“We already know Klara is going wherever I go.”
“So true.”
“Sena will follow you if you tell her to. She’s going wherever we go. We’re all she has,” Chloe delivers swiftly, like she’s discussing the plans for a nuclear attack. Yoonah supposes, in some way, she is. The little implications of this decision slowly start to creep in, making Yoonah’s face slowly turn unreadable. The trial begins to play in her head. The trial she didn’t want. The trial that sent Jinhwa away. The trial made her the face of something she never wanted to be associated with.
Yoonah can’t bring herself to think about that again. Instead, she swallows and looks down at the sheets.
“I don’t know…”
“Why not?” Chloe is quick, like a viper, watching Yoonah closely with sharp eyes. “Is it because of Jinhwa? This could be your chance to fix it. It’d be amazing PR for-”
“For him. Not for me.” Yoonah looks up at Chloe, unamused. Chloe shrugs without missing a beat, clearly apathetic to the entire trial situation. She only viewed those months as a hindrance to her career and the group. It was stupid, in Chloe’s opinion, but she didn’t have to live it. She knows Jinhwa can barely stomach the sight of her after seeing her in the state Hyojin and his friends left her on that dreaded night in September. She never has to worry about him like Yoonah does, though she doesn’t really understand what the big deal is over their relationship. Yoonah was an adult, Jinhwa was an adult, he never really put his hands on her, and Chloe didn’t see why there was such a fuss.
Truthfully, Chloe isn’t the one to be judging relationships. Her view of them is quite skewed.
“Yeah…But you’re Baebi,” Chloe soothes, shaking their still interlocked hands. She can feel Yoonah’s palm get sweatier. She knows she has to reel her back in before she’s too far out, or this will never work. Venus can’t be Venus without Baebi. Chloe knows this, but she also knows it’s not hard to convince Yoonah to do something. She’s easy on every front despite pretending she isn’t. “You always bounce back. We’d be nothing without our leader.”
Yoonah smiles softly, but it’s clear she’s still on the fence. Chloe feels her options begin to limit, making her rub her lips together as she rests her other hand over Yoonah’s to hold on tighter. She sighs quietly.
“Plus…Han told me Jinhwa misses you,” Chloe tells Yoonah in a softer voice, watching Yoonah’s eyes fall down to their hands, feeling her squeeze her hand tightly. She knows she’s got her hooked now, but she just needs to reel her back in. “He told me that he’s always talking about fixing it with you. He still loves you a lot. At least from what Han told me. I think this could be your chance to fix it. Don’t you want to fix it?”
Yoonah doesn’t say anything for a minute, staring silently at their interwoven fingers. Silently, she lifts her hand, placing it on top of Chloe’s as her gaze lifts to meet hers.
When their eyes lock, Chloe smiles.
There are no words, but they both know.
Slowly, Yoonah smiles as well.
It’s hard to stop Chloe’s wheels once they start going. It took her a total of two days to convince Klara on board what Yoonah has decided to call “GardenParty2024” though Chloe thinks that name is stupid. Klara thought it was fun. So did Sena, who took five days to convince to join the party, four days longer than both she and Chloe thought it would. Yoonah shouldn’t have been that shocked. Sena made friends here. She and Bliss seemed to be the only two to actually like being under Flowerbank.
Chloe hated it, Klara was bored, and Yoonah was indifferent, but Sena and Bliss built lives here or at least were beginning to. It’s weird to remember it’s only been a year since they got here. A crazy year that felt like a decade to Yoonah. She’d be lying if she said it was all bad.
The wheels on this plan Chloe constructed out of what felt like thin air were moving so fast at this point, Yoonah wasn’t sure she could keep up.
“I can convince her.”
“No, you can’t,” Chloe snaps, crossing her arms. They’re outside Han’s office, leaving Sena and Klara inside to discuss all the positives of joining Mydol. The nail in their coffins, as Chloe would say. Chloe’s jaw tensed as Yoonah looked at her with an unrelenting stare.
“She likes it there too much. She’s why we’re there in the first place.”
“But loves us-”
“She loves you,” Chloe corrects sharply, making Yoonah pause. It’s true. Almost true. Bliss loved Klara and she loved Sena but her love for Chloe died a long time ago. Their relationship has been in teethers since Nakyung was kicked out. That entire situation burnt what little relationship the pair had to something smaller than ashes. Yoonah couldn’t blame Bliss for being mad but she couldn’t find it in herself to blame Chloe for it either. Sure, she was mad at her but there will always be a part of her that feels gutted for Chloe just for her existence. It seems so painful to be Chloe in Yoonah’s opinion.
“She loves Klara and Sena too. I’ll talk to her-”
“You’ll waste your time. Why even try with her, Yoonah? She’s the one who started the whole grooming narrative with you and Jinhwa,” Chloe reminds her, leaning in and making her black hair sway over her shoulder. “You really think she’d be down to drop her favorite lesbians for a company run by a man she thinks is a rapist?”
“He’s not a rapist.” Yoonah doesn’t know why she says that so quickly, but it sends a hot, boiling shame through her veins. Chloe shrugs.
“I don’t think that, but Bliss does. Don’t waste our time, Yoonah. You can’t help people who don’t want to be helped.” Yoonah looks at the ground at Chloe’s words, biting the inside of her cheek. Bliss is happier at Flowerbank than she ever was at Angelico, but it doesn’t feel right to not include her on this just because Chloe has no faith in her. Yoonah had a brief thought that this was a part of Chloe’s plan all along, to cut Bliss out suddenly and unexpectedly. Yoonah wouldn’t be shocked if it was.
“Then I’m just going to talk to her about it.”
“Why?” Chloe’s voice is so hard and sharp Yoonah can feel it pierce her bones. She looks so disgusted by the words coming from Yoonah’s mouth, it makes Yoonah feel like she said something wrong even though she knows she didn’t.
“She’s a part of the team too. She deserves-”
“She deserves nothing.”
Yoonah’s mouth hangs open in shock for a few moments before she shuts her mouth, brows knit together for a moment before she shakes her head, putting a hand up to stop the conversation, knowing it’s going to go nowhere. Yoonah turns to go back into Han’s office, her hand on the knob already.
“You’re unreasonable,” she mumbled as she stepped back into the pristine office. She saw Sena and Klara looking closely at papers on Han’s desk, his finger pointing to paragraphs and explaining the plans he had in mind for them.
Chloe doesn’t argue with Yoonah’s statement.
Yoonah sits silently with Bliss on her couch in the apartment she shares with Juwon. He’s at practice for another hour, but they’ve already been hanging out for two, watching a Thai movie Bliss put on. She was excited to show Yoonah it, saying something about how it reminded her of them, which only made the rock in Yoonah’s gut heavier.
Yoonah’s round eyes look down at the empty popcorn bowl in her lap and then back at the TV screen. Ripping the bandaid off seems to be the only way of doing this, she thinks as she blankly watches the images in front of her change, not even processing the subtitles on the screen.
“I’m going to ask you something, and you can’t get mad.”
“Oh lord,” Bliss sighs but pauses the movie. Her long legs fold in for her to sit on as she turns her body towards Yoonah, sighing again but raising her brows to show she’s open to hearing what she has to say. “Shoot.”
Yoonah rubs her lips together, looking at Bliss with silently pleading eyes and batting her lashes before swallowing the lump in her throat. The rejection is inevitable, Yoonah thinks as she takes in every pretty feature of Bliss’s face, taking a deep breath.
“So, like, Mydol-”
“Yoonah,” Bliss groans in a sweet voice that forces Yoonah to smile, tilting her head at her.
“It’s just a thought…”
“A bad one!” Bliss laughs. She’s none the wiser. It makes Yoonah’s stomach turn.
“But like-”
“I don’t really think there is a but in this Yoonah! Let’s be serious,” Bliss laughs, shaking Yoonah’s arm playfully, still smiling like it’s all a joke. Yoonah can feel her chest starting to ache, curling her lips in before rubbing them together. “Why would you want to go there when he’s there? Just for Juwon? Come on now.”
The ache starts to cease when she mentions him. Yoonah huffs through her nose, swallowing nothing but spit to calm herself down. She starts to pick at her nails but does not look away from Bliss.
“You can say his name. I’m not as traumatized by him as you think.”
Bliss’s dark brows knit at her sudden shift in tone, shrugging her bony shoulders.
“I don’t think you are. I just-”
“You do,” Yoonah interrupts cooly, lips quirking to the side before looking away. “You think he did something unspeakable to me and you act like he’s some monster when he’s really not.”
“He’s not an outstanding man by any means, Yoonah. Are we really doing this?”
“You know who also isn’t an outstanding man, but you never acted like this? Hyojin. You never…did anything about Hyojin.” Yoonah nearly cuts her off, looking at Bliss with a newfound anger that isn’t even because of her. Bliss looks lost and offended simultaneously, lips parted, ready to defend herself, but a scoff leaves them instead.
“What was I supposed to do about Hyojin?”
“Try to transfer us companies, or is that only reserved for me?”
“What are you even saying right now?” Bliss snaps in disbelief this conversation is happening. “I did that for us. I helped everyone by getting Iseul involved.”
“You did it without consulting anyone, Bliss! We just suddenly moved companies because you didn’t like my relationship!” Yoonah practically shouts at her, motioning towards her. It’s easier to bring this up when she’s angry. She almost wants the inevitable downfall of her and Bliss’ friendship to happen already so she can move on from all this. She fears that it’s much easier to live angry lives than to be kind.
Bliss scoffs.
“Is that what you want to call it? A relationship? He was your boss, Yoonah.”
“Fucking spare me. It was none of your business.”
“None of my business?” Bliss repeats in shock. Yoonah stands her ground, digging her feet into the ground and refusing to move.
“It was none of your business what I-”
“You tried to kill yourself because of him! Are you kidding me?”
“You don’t know anything about that!” Yoonah gets louder when Bliss gets louder. She silently notes that Bliss started yelling first. Yoonah was never the problem, especially in her own head. She was certainly not the problem here. It was almost too easy to make Bliss the villain in this sloppily crafted narrative. She’s a control freak who took control over the girls and took them somewhere they didn’t want to go because of her own biases. Yoonah’s brain continues to weave a web of silky red strings that tangle together and make Bliss the bad guy, the thing wrong, the thing Yoonah needs to get rid of.
“I never wanted to leave Angelico. Neither did the other girls, but you took it upon yourself to fuck everything up–”
“I fucked everything up? Me? Not your weird boss-boyfriend who fucked with our careers when you wouldn’t fuck him?” Bliss spats at her like that’s anywhere near the truth. Yoonah’s the one scoffing now, turning and standing from the couch with her hands up like she’s surrendering, but she’s far from it.
“You know nothing about us. You don’t fucking know me.”
“I don’t fucking know you? Are you–What the fuck are you even saying? I don’t fucking know you–Is this a joke? Are you joking?” Bliss gawks in disbelief, standing from the couch with her arms crossed. “You’re lashing out at me for some reason and I’m not getting it so I’m gonna go-”
“No, you’re not.” Yoonah is speaking on auto-pilot she doesn’t even know what she’s saying at this point, the words just come out like she’s a doll with a prerecorded voice box. “We’rte finishing this.”
“There’s nothing to finish when you’re being fucking crazy and defending a creep. Trying to tell me what I did was wrong when I saved your life!” Bliss shouts, pointing to herself then Yoonah, nearly winding herself with how fast she was speaking. Yoonah scoffs at her words before laughing bitterly, shaking her head with a laugh that feels as if it’s ripping its way out of her throat.
“You saved my life? You didn’t save anything. You fucked everything up and now we’re here!”
“What’s here, Yoonah? Being respected? Being treated like humans? What the fuck are you-”
“I’m not staying here! None of us are staying here!” Yoonah shouts over her. Finally, there’s a silence from Bliss, who’s taken aback by her volume and the words that left Yoonah’s mouth. She blinks her doe eyes at her in confusion before shaking her head.
“What are you-”
“We’re leaving Flowerbank. Me, Chloe, Sena, Klara–We’re going. We’re leaving and going to-”
“You’re not.”
“We’re going to Mydol and-and I wanted you to-”
“You..You all…You planned this without me?” Bliss sounds hurt, and she looks it, too. Bliss's wide-eyed, confused look was enough to drain any anger and bitterness from Yoonah’s body and fill it with the sadness she desperately tried to swallow down earlier. Yoonah bites the inside of her cheek, staying silent and still for a moment before she stiffly nods.
“Yeah, we did.” She’s quiet now. A sense of shame is beginning to blanket her, and she knows she won’t be able to shake it. Yoonah’s eyes fall to Bliss’ shoulders, and she cannot look her in the eye. “I want to tell you-”
“But you didn’t,” Bliss interjects, her voice getting quieter. Yoonah takes a deep breath, rubs her lips together, and nods slowly.
“I didn’t.”
Then, nothing is said between them. There’s just silence. It makes Yoonah feel like her throat is crashing in on her. She looks up at the ceiling and then at the wall beside them, shifting her weight from one foot to another.
“I think…” Bliss starts, her eyes trained to the floor, and she laughs weakly. “I think you already know what I’m going to say, so,” Bliss chuckles again, shaking her head with a thick swallow and reaching for her purse on the couch. I’m gonna go…I’m gonna go.”
Yoonah nods at first and then shakes her head slowly when Bliss goes to walk past her. She grabs her by the crook of her elbow to stop her. Bliss stops in her tracks but doesn’t look at Yoonah, looking ahead and and then at the ground with a deep breath.
“Please…At least think about it.” It’s a desperate and quiet plea, her eyes finally looking at Bliss’ face again, but her eyes stay on the floor before her. Bliss swallows, shaking her head slowly, looking up to meet Yoonah’s gaze. Her eyes are glossy, sending a sharp pain through Yoonah’s chest.
“I won’t watch you ruin your life, Yoonah.” Bliss slowly but firmly jerks her arm out of Yoonah’s grasp, walking out of sight and to the front door. Yoonah blinks in Bliss’s direction, her throat tight and eyes wet. She doesn’t say anything; just lets her lips twitch to the side. She wipes her eyes with the back of her hand before the tears fall.
The door opens and then clicks shut.

★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀WELCOME BACK FLEETWOOD MAC: Recapping Plastic Flowers at Coachella ────⠀⠀Published on April 22, 2024 at 6:56PM EST. trigger warnings: substance abuse, alcohol, unspecified drugs.
On January 7, 2024 it was confirmed by Goldenvoice and Superbloom Media that international sensation Plastic Flowers would make their Coachella debut and perform at both weekends, intercepting their South Korean promotions for their latest studio album Tower of Babel.
According to a representative from Goldenvoice, they had been working with the band and their management about a potential performance since 2022, stating that it "hadn't been the right time" until this year's festival. Many fans have theorized that they only agreed because it's Superbloom's last chance to send them because of their failed contract negotiations earlier this year.

Despite this, fans were excited to see the band perform on American soil for the first time since 2020 and their place at the Coachella main stage was filled thirty minutes before their performance even began with signs and fan chants echoing around the festival. They would take the stage from 9:00pm to 11:00pm and perform __ songs, just before headliner Lana Del Rey on both Friday nights.
The members traveled from Seoul to Los Angeles four days before the festival started to much fanfare at the respective airports and even an arrest made against a fan that attempted to follow them into further transportation.
For the biggest stage at Coachella, the members of Plastic Flowers pulled out all the stops with their biggest hits—Are U Coming?, Teeth, and The Chain—while also introducing their audience to their more unknown songs—Your Needs, My Needs; Please; and I Disagree—which showed off technical skills and strong stage presence from all five members. The infamous guitar and bass solo between Salem and Oliver from The Chain even made it's great comeback since it's last performance in 2021, with it being cut from all recent performances.
Teasing their new solo careers, each member was given a minute for their own performance that had many fans excited for the change. Oliver's VALENTINE, Junyeong's FEEL LIKE, and Serin's SUGARCOAT didn't make as many waves as they felt very "stale" to fans and was everything they were expecting from the three. Salem showed off her ability to plagiarize Oliver with OMG and showcases her perspective on their relationship, which was heavily dissected by English majors on stan Twitter. Finally, the one making all the noise, is Deurim and her song OBSESSED, which is a total banger by the way, and dedicating it to Salem.

Nothing was more iconic, however, than their steady foundation changing with only a few months left in their original contract. Sticking with Salem and Oliver at the front and center, Deurim and Serin seemed to switch sides, causing confusion for many fans. Since they've been performing together in 2017, Serin has always been on the right side of the stage, just behind Oliver.
For those unsure why this is such a big deal, Plastic Flowers have a tricky history when it comes to their interpersonal relationships. But... nothing has ever caused them to change staging. Even when Oliver and Salem broke up and refused to talk to each other for three months—what a time to be a Poppy truly—they remained right next to each other.
However, no member of Plastic Flowers was as busy as lead singer Oliver Song, who was seen up close and personal with bandmate Deurim and Finn Lee of Deep Dive, who also performed at the festival. Song and Lee were spotted at multiple stages together including Doja Cat, No Doubt, and a few others. In the world of Rock n Roll, the wild antics and self-indulgent lifestyle has become a staple for almost all of its musicians as substance abuse and turmoil has plague them for years. Plastic Flowers is no different, sadly. Despite their beginning in the Korean idol industry—which is known to be very conservative and heavily focused on the appearance of perfection—Plastic Flowers' habits are an open secret that many domestic fans try to ignore as long as it doesn't effect the band too much. Fans are happy to party with their favorite band at their local bar residency, but seeing Oliver on stage with a bottle of champagne has caused outrage on Twitter and other social media platforms.
At Coachella, the members took their days off in stride and each participated in some "heavy" drinking according to bystanders. And while drugs are banned from the festival, many attendees still find a way to sneak it into the grounds and spend the day high of their mind. Even Serin, who is known to back away from drinking, was seen with a cup in her hands at all times and was spotted at the bars multiple times. Not the biggest or newest scandal, but many fans are beginning to be concerned about their health once again, forgetting that they are actual adults.
Other rumors were spread about the band, but very little "proof" was found compared to what we've already talked about. A few "backstage hands" reported a physical fight between two members (unknown who) that circulated around Twitter before their performance, but seeing the way they interacted on stage? Unlikely. Plastic Flowers are known for many things, but hiding their unstable relationships is not one of them. They would have made it very obvious if that was true. However, claims of a verbal fight between guitarist Serin and Pianist Deurim did make the rounds and had better claims, seen by the formation change and the pair keeping far away from each other unless filming official content.
Another fan on Twitter also tried to spread that Kang Junyeong had been arrested for unknown charges on April 19, which Superbloom Media quickly shut down on their own official account. The fan even made their own fake mugshot for the idol, which circulated like wildfire for three years before Superbloom's response. They announced that they would be taking legal action against the fan as well. When asked about the situation, Jungyeong shrugged it off and said: "It's one of the better rumors spread about me", making all of his band mates laugh.
Not the biggest scandal discussed, but all the members took fanmade signs from those in the pit that said FUCK SUPERBLOOM MEDIA with Serin pointing it out with a laugh. During THE RIVER, the posters were displayed at their microphone stands before stagehands took them away before the chorus could even start.
Despite the many scandals, the weekend was really good for Plastic Flowers as their fanbase grows internationally and all the social media exposure. From all the reviews I've seen, they put on a good show and I can only hope Superbloom Media posts a pro-shot to their YouTube channel.

A Fool
A fool to think she could be indifferent, a fool to think she could bear the separation, to say goodbye to him only in front of the cameras, to wish him to stay healthy and to take care of himself in front of everyone, Chaeri felt like an idiot. A fool to believe she could have stayed home the night before his departure.
Chaeri's AirPods were out of battery, and the volume on her cell phone was set to maximum, yet she didn't mind. She didn’t care that Jungkook's faint voice was echoing in the dim alley she was hurrying through, just having stepped out of the dark car that had hastily brought her to that point.
The pajama sweatpants she wore, not having had time to change into jeans, were lightweight. However, she remained unaffected by the biting winter wind, the weather gearing up for the first snow of that Christmas season. It would be the first snow she'd experience without her group, or rather, without her family, in 10 years.
The hoodie she had on was oversized, so much so that she had to repeatedly pull up the sleeves that kept sliding down her arms, extending to cover her hands, which made it challenging for her to hold the phone.
She knew the rest of the way by heart, so she allowed herself to stare at Jungkook's tired, sad face through the cell phone screen.
He was giggling over a comment about the dryer being active just hours before he started his military career, but the laughter didn't genuinely reflect in his eyes
The boy she had grown up with, the one who slept in the bed next to hers when all eight of them shared a single room, her best friend, her first kiss, her first love—the boy who had strained his voice singing to her until her nightmares faded away.
Her family.
He was going to leave in a few hours, and she would see him again, God knew when.
She was stupid to think that she could stay at her place without feeling the need to look him in the eye to bid him farewell, without the pressure of pretending and calculating words, smiles, looks.
"I'll miss you," Jungkook said, his voice soft, warm, almost hoarse. Chaeri knew him better than anyone else, knew for a fact that he would cry as soon as the live broadcast ended. And she had to be there. She owed it to him.
Despite all.
The janitor of the building where he lived recognized her right away; there was no need to show him documents or go through the necessary checks to ensure safety for the residents. She was grateful, as she was in such a hurry that she probably would not have stopped if he had tried.
She quickly made the decision to run up the stairs, two by two, as the elevator would be too slow, and she needed to reach there immediately. She felt the physical urgency.
The phone display went black; Jungkook had concluded the live, and she was right outside his door.
Gasping, her cheeks red from running.
The UGG TAZZs on her feet had only made it more challenging, threatening to trip her up more than once, but she was there. Finally.
Her long black hair stuck out messily from the ponytail she had tied back at home; she was stripped of her makeup, utterly unkempt, and hardly presentable. Yet, when the door slowly opened, and Jungkook's face appeared, his eyes wet with the tears she had anticipated, she felt perfectly in order.
Perfectly as she was supposed to be.

Yesterday, Dispatch reported that the two idols are currently in a relationship and included photos taken of the pair as they said goodbye outside Nari’s home.
On January 1, following the reports, BTS’ agency Big Hit Music released the following statement.
“Hello. This is Big Hit Music.
This is an official statement regarding the article of BTS’ Jungkook.
Jungkook and BLACKPINK’s Nari have been friends since 2018 and in 2020, they transitioned into a couple. They are maintaining a serious relationship throughout Jungkook’s enlistment.

Ahead of Big Hit Music’s statement, YG Entertainment had also been contacted for comment as BLACKPINK’s agency and they stated, “We did not know of the dating rumors involving Nari. We are currently looking into the matter.” The agency later stated to another outlet, “Big Hit will be releasing a statement.”

LUNARIX is a six-member fictional girl group that debuted on July 17, 2023 under ANGELICO Entertainment. Rookies thrown into the UNFORGIVING landscape of the entertainment industry, Lunarix stands out amongst the rest with their UNCONVENTIONAL and QUIRKY sound and concept.
Originally known as "ANGELGIRLZ" during their pre-debut phase, the group faced immediate scrutiny. Their debut announcement quickly followed the disbandment of Angelico's top-performing groups, VENUS and DeepDive. Accusations arose, claiming that ANGELGIRLZ copied Venus' "VENUS PROJECT" with their pre-debut project, "The Angel Project." Angelico chose not to address these allegations.
The negative reception toward ANGELGIRLZ intensified when their leader, Angel, was exposed as a school bully. The group's pre-debut single, "Chu~♡," received a poor response from the public. Following this setback, Angel was removed from ANGELGIRLZ, and her contract with Angelico was terminated.
On their debut date of July 17, 2023, Siyeon, a former DollsWorld member, joined the lineup, completing the current six-member configuration. Despite this addition, Lunarix still struggles to gain widespread public affection and often becomes the target of online hate trains.
Siyeon, the leader of Lunarix, was born on May 13th, 1999 in Daegu, South Korea, to a bustling family of six siblings. Siyeon's path to stardom seemed destined from the start, as she was born under a Waning Crescent moon.
From a young age, Siyeon displayed a big personality and an undeniable need to be on stage, setting her apart from her siblings. Navi Pandya was born in Odisha, India on November 7th, 2002, under a Waxing Crescent moon. Despite her young age, Navi has an impressive portfolio that showcases her commitment to her craft.
Navi's early childhood is not widely known, but it is known that dancing was an essential part of it. She was inspired by her four sisters who were all accomplished dancers themselves, and she aspired to be like them. Navi was influenced by K-pop bands such as Wonder Girls and Miss A, and started her trainee journey under JYP Entertainment.
Navi first appeared on the K-pop scene through the reality show SIXTEEN where she competed to become a member of the group TWICE, but unfortunately didn't make it. She didn't give up and later participated in Produce 101, where she ranked fifth and went on to debut with I.O.I. Navi won the affectionate nickname "nation's baby" for her performance.
Navi's career came to a halt after I.O.I. She was expected to debut with ITZY, but a disagreement over her contract with JYP changed things. She joined FLOWERBANK Entertainment but faced challenges with mismanagement of her solo career and several promised group debuts that never happened. This period led to a decline in the momentum gained during her I.O.I days.
In 2022, Navi made a significant move by joining Angelico Entertainment, marking a turning point in her career. Debuting with Lunarix as their main dancer, center, and lead rapper in 2023.

EPISODE 1. ROUGH AND TOUGH WE PLAY HARD
we first see misun walking behind chenle with sunglasses on her face, arms wrapped tightly around herself.
“next time, let’s record 7llin’ in the summer,” misun huffs as she follows her members up the sidewalk.
she doesn’t really comment on the house at first, merely bouncing in place to stay warm and starts begging, “can we please go inside? please please please-“
she flinches when renjun starts singing louder, whipping her head to look at him and yell even louder for him to “be quiet!”
misun waves to the camera once she gets inside, raking her fingers through her hair.
“this place is so much better than the dorm,” she says to herself as they look around the house, not realizing a camera was right next to her until chenle pointed to it, laughing at her face. “ah… well, this is a hint to give us a better dorm.”
“look at the water,” she gasps once she goes to the windows, “i wanna throw someone in it.”
“let’s have the leader wake up by going in the water,” renjun turns to mark and misun tries to hide her laughter, turning away from mark and the camera.
“you only treat me as the leader at times like this,” mark says. misun can’t hide her laughter anymore.
when jaemin suggests going to the beach and eating, she says, “only if you’re making it.”
“mark should join the water challenge,” misun pretends as if she’s reading a fan comment after mark sings the popular song. mark looks at her with wide eyes and she laughs, “what? i’m talking about the other version.”
“taking the lost like a true loser,” misun pats haechan on the back after he fails and turns around, gasping when she saw the staff members on the balcony, “oh, god. that scared me.”
“do aegyo and jaemin’ll make dinner,” misun demands to renjun who makes a face at her.
misun jumps when renjun yells, again, and follows behind the other members to take the picture. jaemin pushes her lightly in front of him so she’s not in the back, hidden.
she laughs when haechan threatens jisung with the water, accidentally pressing the button to turn it on and they all gasp when water comes out. she quickly turns it back off, looking around cluelessly when the other members question how it happened.
“not all of us are going to fit,” misun stares at the tub, crossing her arms before renjun’s stare gets to her and she starts getting it, “okay, okay.”
misun is half laying on mark in the tub, clearly uncomfortable with half her legs laying outside the tub. but she smiles for the picture anyway before quickly climbing out.
“you don’t even wanna wait for me to look at the picture,” renjun huffs. misun rolls her eyes, “i trust you to not let me look stupid.”
“the cold makes me slow,” misun says as the instructor helps her with the gear. “i’m going to lose!”
“sucks to be you,” chenle pokes her in the back.
when the instructor asks if they could shoot the person, she immediately turns the toy gun on chenle.
“mark, why are you like this?” she laughs when mark lunges close to jaemin’s face.
“acting for you guys, maybe,” misun laughs after they say the killing’s just acting.
the game begins with misun hiding behind a ramp, bouncing slightly in her position to get warm. she runs after chenle but ends up right in front of jisung, giggling evilly to herself as she shoots at jisung. “ah, ah, stop-“ jisung laughs as he runs away from her.
“do you think they’ll notice if i just leave?” misun laughs, watching the chaos in front of her from further away. from her spot, she bends down behind a car and shoots at renjun. “i’m on your team!” renjun screams, laughing, but she doesn’t stop until mark gets her from behind. she whirls around, gasping at the betrayal despite him being on the opposite team, “mark!”
misun joins jaemin at top, sitting on a chair beside him as they watch the rest chase each other around. “i hate games,” she huffs, nose noticeably red.
“i’ll go this way, you go this way,” jaemin gestures for her to go the opposite way. she finds mark, immediately shooting him as revenge.
“what?” misun is confused, only hearing renjun yelling and not what he actually says. “oh, oh crap-“
when the instructor says the game is over, she sighs in relief, feeling hot now that she had been running around.
“haechan cheated,” misun says when haechan is revealed to have gotten first place. “for someone who got killed so many times, you’re bold,” haechan fires back, nudging her. “liar!” she laughs, “i’m right behind you and renjun!”
misun ends up having to go to the grocery store. definitely gave haechan the stank eye, mentally telling him he would get it later.
“i’m hungry so i’m going to get the entire store,” misun tells the members staying as the chosen losers walk to the car. they merely wave her off. “well now that they did that, i’m definitely getting the entire store with their money.”
“he only chose misun because of how many times she killed him,” mark laughs in the car. misun’s sitting in the back, leaning her head on jeno’s chair.
“don’t look at me, i’m not cooking, either,” misun shakes her head when they all turn to her. “i’m on strike, remember?”
mark laughs, telling the camera, “we got takeout one night when she made dinner and she was soo mad,” he turns the camera to misun who crosses her arms at him.
“you’re such a baby,” chenle says from the front and misun makes a face at him.
“sulky chenle,” misun laughs at the change, “wait, why does he get to choose?” jeno turns to her, smiling at her pout, “what do you want then?” misun stares at him, “oh, i don’t know, i don’t really care.”
“be careful,” misun carefully says in japanese, looking proud of herself as the others ‘wow’ at her. “you sound so different, dude,” mark laughs. “she sounds different in every language,” chenle points out. “the many voices of kang misun.”
“i want snacks, though,” misun squints, “jisung-ie also wants potato chips. definitely some dessert, too.”
“let’s just order food,” jeno suggests, laughing when misun turns to him. “nevermind, nevermind. still a touchy subject.”
“i don’t know why they thought it would be a good idea for us four to go shopping,” misun tells the camera, holding it as they get out the car. “did they think i’d take up leadership? they’re gonna wish jaemin went.”

★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀CURSE OF CAPULET is the fictional debut mini—album by the idol band BELLADONNA released on February 14, 2024. After their win on Superband, Belladonna would take five months to write and produce their first album with the help of Plastic Flowers SALEM and OLIVER and former Lush member DALLAS LINWOOD. Along with the songs written by the members, Salem had gifted them an old draft, RENEWAL, which was supposed to appear on Wind and Rain in 2019 but was replaced with another song. The album takes on themes of love, desperation, mortality, and the inevitability of fate with their concept changing from girlhood to medieval and renaissance imagery, often seeing the girls depicted as saints. The album had one title track, BURN ALIVE, but RENEWAL was also promoted as a b-side.
★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀Curse of Capulet comes from the play Romeo and Juliet by Williams Shakespeare as it's themes closely resemble the overall meaning of their debut album. It is a reference to Mercutio's death in Act III, scene I in which he curses both the Capulets and Montagues with "a plague o' both your houses!", blaming both of them for his death. He wants Romeo to know that he blames the feuding families for his fate and remind Romeo that his love for Juliet was the reason for his death to Tybalt, Juliet's short tempered cousin. The album was released with TWO versions: ROMEO and JULIET, with the back cover featuring quotes from both characters alongside the tracklist.
★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀TRACKLIST.
‘ # 001.⠀ ⠀OLIM ──── written by kwak yulli, produced by oliver song, and performed by belladonna. olim is an introduction track to belladonna's debut track and mimics catholic hymns, with the word olim itself representing the beginning of a fairytale. the translation goes as: "once, long ago God arrived in this age of brightness / He will come again" and is repeated twice. all members of belladonna referred to this as the hardest recording session that they've ever had. the idea was brought up by oliver as a joke, but yulli saw it as the perfect time to flex her old latin skills from attending catholic skills. it was almost cut completely, but the girls were able to save it at the last minute.
‘ # 002.⠀ ⠀TITLE TRACK: BURN ALIVE ──── written and produced by bae haena, performed by kwak yulli. in their debut single, belladonna comes out swinging as they depict themes of addiction, self-destruction, and the sacrifices made for love. the main imagery of the song is a toxic relationship where both parties are consumed by their vices and are unable to break the cycle of destructive patterns. because of this relationship, they are no longer who they aspired to be and desire to capitalize on their own pain, a reflection on modern society.
‘ # 003.⠀ ⠀THEATRE ──── written by ko sarang, produced by dallas linwood, performed by kwak yulli. theatre explores the desire for love and acceptance through the lens of a theatrical performance. it delves into the idea of yearning for a love that feels like it belongings in a grand gesture from a movie or performance. the narrator is willing to go through the motions by pretending and faking emotions just to fulfill this dream of being loved. they yearn to be loved and adored as a film star, swept up in a fantasy where all their desires are achieved.
‘ # 004.⠀ ⠀FORTUNATE ISLES ──── written by kim eulsun and kim wonhui, produced by dallas linwood, and performed by kwak yulli. this song is often the one that gets the most criticism as professionals and netizens alike believe it doesn't fit the sound of the album. however, the girls are always ready to double down on how much they love the song. taking it's name from the greek island where all their greatest heroes lived, fortunate isles conveys the story of a letter being delivered to an ex lover who isn't quiet over their relationship yet, asking to be reborn in spring so they can live together forever.
‘ # 005.⠀ ⠀RENEWAL ──── written and produced by salem kueakulsri, performed by kwak yulli. renewal was a gift to the members of belladonna from plastic flowers leader, salem kuekulsri. in an instagram live, she confirmed that it had intended to be a plastic flowers song, but it was cut and eventually left in her vault of music. she said that she gave it to belladonna to remind them that they always hold the power in their lives and as a way to keep them strong. it explores themes of personal growth and resilience in the face of adversity, wanting to start anew and find solace in oneself after experiencing setbacks and challenges. by "growing a new plant in your head", the narrator can reach a new sense of personal transformation and optimism, leaving anyone that doubted them behind.
‘ # 006.⠀ ⠀LOVERS ──── written by bae haena, produced by oliver song, performed by kwak yulli. haena is quickly establishing herself as the queen of heartbreaking ballads in the group and fans absolutely love it. in this slower track, yulli really shines vocally as she laments on a relationship that failed, but only just realizing how good she had it. with only two verses and a chorus, their message comes across very well as they repeat "i wish you were with me" and "me as yours, you as mine".
‘ # 007.⠀ ⠀PAGAN POETRY ──── written by kwak yulli, produced by oliver song and dallas linwood, performed by kwak yulli. this song explores the spiritual connection between two people as the singer s pedalling through the dark currents and finding an accurate copy of another's pleasure inside of her. this connection is described as a secret code carved into black lilies, something deeply romantic and spiritual. the concept of paganism is reflected in the individual's connection to the divine as deeply personal and the beauty and spiirtualiy is celebrated.
★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀STYLING.
★⠀⠀ ⁄ ⠀⠀ERA SUMMARY.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS: 200,000 sales in the first week and a nomination on every major south korea music show. fans were unable to get them a win, but they would only place behind the actual winner by a few points, making it possible for the next era.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀belladonna's fandom name, DOVES, would be announced by the girls in a video on how to cheer for burn alive. it was chosen because doves are often seen as a symbol of peace, freedom, or love—all things their fans provided for belladonna.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀the budget was the talk of the town. everyone was supervised to see how lavish and beautiful their concept photos, music videos, and performance outfits were. it drove poppies mad and they demanded for equal treatment for the two.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ fan wars started between DOVES and POPPIES as soon as it was confirmed salem and oliver were working on the album. many accused belladonna of not being able to write or produce their own music, which is objectively not true as seen by their superband run, and were just overall nasty towards the girls.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ the OLIVER and YULLI DATING RUMORS. . . someone had posted a video of them looking a bit too close after plastic flowers' performance at cheeky's and twitter just ran with it. superbloom had to issue a statement saying they were just friends and had a close "senior—junior artist" relationship.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ enough about plastic flowers! DALLAS LINWOOD was praised for his work on the album! after announcing his retirement from performing, most were excited to see him working on music again and he did not disappoint on these arrangements.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀ belladonna performed and WON their first time on immortal songs: singing the legends. they were on the PATTI KIM episode and sang MOTHER'S HEART IN SEOUL! it was praised by the older generation of domestic netizens and the girls will definitely be returning.
‘ # 000.⠀ ⠀all of the girls were supposed to have their natural hair colors for this promotional period, but haena had over plans. without telling superbloom, she bleached her own hair and it surprisingly came out well! when the company found out, she was forced to tone it and it remained a white color.

hoseok notices how you’ve been acting strange and automatically assumes something that’s not necessarily true. oops, but he already told the others.
hoseok wasn’t one to assume things. especially when it came to you, he was always the first one to talk to you in order to figure out what’s wrong.
but this is the first time he’s so sure about something that he doesn’t talk to you about it. instead he immediately sends a text to the group’s leader, so many spelling errors thanks to his rushed and slightly buzzed mind.

namjoon could only facepalm at the text before he ends up just calling the rapper.
“what are you talking about?” namjoon does well in keeping a calm tone, but can’t help the butterflies that begin to form in his stomach.
“i’m teelllling youuuu that i think our baby princess cinnamon roll is cooking a bun in the ovennnnnn,” hoseok is probably more than buzzed right now and namjoon realizes that the longer he listens to his boyfriend speak.
“why do you think y/n’s pregnant?” namjoon asks and a gasp is immediately heard from behind him where he sees taehyung looking at him in shock.
“y/n’s pregnant?” his tone is so cheery that he would really hate to be the one to break the news, but knows he will have to do it anyways.
“hoseok claims she is, but hoseok is also drunk right now,” namjoon says which is a roundabout way of saying don’t get your hopes up.
taehyung will still get his hopes up.
“listen, she’s not drinking anything and she ALWAYS drinks when we go out. why else would she not??”
“because it’s your night and she’s trying to watch after you while you have fun?” namjoon responds back with a raise eyebrow and he knows hoseok is probably rolling his eyes.
“if she’s pregnant does this mean i’m gonna be a daddy?” hoseok completely ignore namjoon and is now in his own little world. “does this mean we are ALL GOING TO BE DADDIES??”
“hoseok calm down.”
“I AM CALM JOON BUT AM I READY TO BE A DADDY!? oh god, i think i’m going to pass out.”
“hobi give the phone to y/n,” namjoon says making the male groan.
“i can’t she went to get me more drinks. oh god i don’t deserve her. she’s here with me pregnant and also getting me more drinks. what a beautiful mommy.”
namjoon feels his eyes roll so far into the back of his head that he fears they might get stuck.
“is y/n pregnant?” namjoon turns to see maknae line, minus you of course, now standing behind him. their eyes all twinkling at the news of their girlfriend being pregnant.
“i don’t know, go away,” he shoos the three off, but instead jungkook is quick to pull out his phone in favor of trying to call you.
“hell—
“ARE YOU PREGNANT!?” you pull the phone away from your ear at the sheer volume of jungkook’s voice.
“umm… ow. no! i’m not pregnant, why are asking something like that all of a sudden?”
“cause hobi called namjoon and is crying about you being pregnant,” taehyung explains and you are the one who rolls your eyes.
“i’m not pregnant. there, happy now? gotta go bye, maybe love you,” you say quickly hanging up as you make your way over to your drunk boyfriend. you are quick to take the phone out of his hand, hanging up without a word.
hoseok is quick to pout at you but you grab the sides of his face making him look at you.
“my pretty mommy,” he says with a drunk slur, eyes glazed over as he looks at you.
“i. am. not. pregnant,” you tell him with a stern tone which immediately makes his pout bigger.
“you aren’t? so i was worried for nothing?”
“why would you be worried about if i was pregnant? is that a bad thing if i was?”
“no! i’m just worried if i would be a good dad or not. what if you have the baby and then the i turn out to do a terrible job and let you and the others down?”
“hobi, you will be a wonderful dad someday. me and the others would have nothing to worry when it comes to you being a good dad. so don’t worry okay?”
“okay… but wait, if you aren’t pregnant then why aren’t you drinking?”
“because i need to take care of you, silly boy,” you laugh before kissing his nose making him smile warmly at you.
“come on, let’s party a little longer!” hoseok says before dragging you with him to the dancefloor.

Finally revealed to the public this morning, the four members of VENUS who filed to terminate their Flowerbank contracts are Jung Yoonah, professionally known as Baebi, Chloe Lee, Klara Blix, and Kim Sena. The four members successfully terminated their contracts under Flowerbank with the help of high profile lawyers provided to them by none other than Tanaka Hana, former idol now a board director at Mydol Entertainment.
"Though we tried to find common ground with Yoonah, Chloe, Klara, and Sena they were strong in their stance in leaving the company. We will not hold anyone hostage under our label therefore, we have released them from their contracts." — Carmen Bae, CEO of Flowerbank Entertainment.
Despite the contract termination being mutually agreed upon, court documents show Flowerbank attempting to copyright multiple Venus properties such as "Baebi", "Klara Blix", and "VENUS" as well as attempting to buy the masters of Venus' discography. These attempts were made too late it seems as public record shows MYDOL Entertainment owns the rights to the entire VENUS brand as well as VENUS' masters being owned by none other than Son Jinhwa.
With very little shock to fans, the four members of VENUS would sign their MYDOL contracts publicly on April 21st with the entire staff present.
The girls seemed in high spirits at their contract signing though there seemed to be no groupchat discussion on what they should wear.
"We tried many times to get Bliss to join us in this decision but she was more dedicated to our previous company than she was to Venus. We will miss working with her and her talents but we will continue as four. Please continue to support us and Bliss as we go on this new journey." — Jung Yoonah via The Mydol Contract Signing.
The departure of Bliss has been quite the controversial one as Bliss had been with the group since their debut in 2018. Conspiraicies began to circulate due the statements made at Venus' Mydol contract signing as well as Bliss' unusual silence on the matter. Instead of Bliss making a statement, Flowerbank would release on that threatened legal action against anyone defaming their artist.
"It was mutually agreed upon that Bliss would stay with Flowerbank Entertainment and exit the group while the four members would continue as Venus elsewhere. Any other statements made about our artist are unfoundl, untrue, and will be met with legal action." Though this statement seemed to please fans of Bliss, they were still worried for her future. Where will she go? What will she do? Many feared she would fall victim to Actress Disease but Flowerbank would once again soothe their worries with another statment.
"Bliss will continue to work in the idol industry as a soloist. She will be making her debut in the future but for now, she will use this time to rest and heal. She will come back when she's ready. PLease give her patience and kindness during this time." After this statement Bliss would go on to post on her Instagram story, assuring fans she was alright and the decision to stay with Flowerbank was her own.

Still, this decision left fans upset, confused, and conflicted. Despite signing the contract today, Klara has already been seen in the studio with DeepDive's Finn allegedly working on music for Venus' comeback, making fans believe this move was more premeditated than they're being led on to believe. Chloe was seen in the studio with a DeepDive member as well, Noah Son, her typical go to producer for her solo music, leading fans to believe more solo comebacks are in the works.
Much is still in the air for Venus and for Bliss as they start this new journey. Fans anxiously await the girls next move, ready to support them blindly as usual.

★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ Since earning her first real paycheck, SALEM has invested heavily into her collection of bass guitars. These are only the four that she uses most often and there are many more in their studio space in Superbloom's headquarters. Despite having so many, she knows them like the back of her hand and can easily deicide which one needs to be used while recording or even playing live. The one with the STICKERS is her prized possession, having been with her since the beginning of THE BIG GLOOM.
★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ Compared to the rest of the members, JUNYEONG has only became interested in drum kits recently. He never really cared about drums before they started making it big but that's what you get for spending years resenting your position in the band! He shifts between these two main kits and has been looking into some other additions for them recently. In the middle, there is the Plastic Flowers logo as well!
★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ SERIN loves her aesthetic guitars, especially that third white one. She is easily the most picky member of her instruments and only owns a few of each style. Compared to Salem, she also struggles with choosing the perfect choice and works very closely with her producers to ensure the best sound comes out. She has gotten better over the years but she has no real interest in collecting them either. It's about the look more than anything for her.
★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ DEURIM switches between a grand piano, organ, and keyboard easily. She had actually learned how to play the organ from OLIVER when she joined as it was needed for songs like THE CHAIN and PSYCHO. However, she plays the keyboard most often as its the easiest to bring around to music shows and on tour, forcing them to sacrifice some of their music for functionality.
★ ⠀⠀ ! ⠀⠀ Resident musical prodigy, OLIVER owns a lot of different instruments, which have been used over the years on their albums and live performances. Most recently, he bought an accordion for his 2024 New Years Resolution of learning how to play and fills in any musical gaps for the band. Most of the times, OLIVER just plays the rhythmic guitar and violin, with the rest being saved for special occasion.

BTS's Jung Kook has finally released his long-awaited single, Seven, and starring in the video, in addition to the main vocalist, is Chaeri, his bandmate from the early days
After multiple teasers and a very long wait, Seven is finally available for listening.
It had been rumored for months that Chaeri had taken part in the music video for Jeon Jung Kook's single, and recently teasers of the track had also arrived to confirm this.
Now, however, the MV for Seven has finally been released, and we have discovered the story that accompanies the song, which features Jung Kook determined to win Chaeri's heart (to the point of faking his own death in a rather hilarious scene complete with a mock funeral).
Jung Kook, like the other BTS in the hiatus period due to their gradual enlistment in the Korean military service, is thus focusing on his solo career before it is his turn to leave for the military as well. Meanwhile, predictably, Seven ft. Latto is already breaking every record, from the song that reached #1 on iTunes fastest in history (2.5 hours in 100 countries) to the k-pop video that reached 1 million likes fastest on YouTube in 2023, and who knows how many more he will break even before the day is out.

On January 2, 2024, Big Hit Music announced that legal action would be taken against malicious comments regarding Jungkook and Nari’s relationship.

Namjoon and Eunji are the typical Tom and Jerry Duo. With Namjoon and Eunji being two of the OG Members that had stayed through the multiple line-up changes pre-debut, they had gotten used to one another even before debut. They had met in early 2010 after they both got signed under BigHit Entertainment and Eunji was added to the line-up of BTS in mid-2010. Her and Namjoon got closer after an awkward encounter, where Eunji was crying in a practice room. Although their first interaction was awkward, their future was filled with playful banter and care. The two became almost inseparable. It took Namjoon a while to get used to Eunji. Her teasing and flirty yet responsible attitude confused the shit out of him. But when he did get used to her, he learned to be thankful for her presence. Eunji is somewhat a comedic relief to Namjoon. Whenever she teases him, he will act all annoyed and complain but secretly he enjoys it. It made the years that followed their debut less difficult. Her flirting helps his confidence and reassures him that he is worthy because in the end, it’s just compliments hidden in flirty pick-up lines.
But there is also the responsible and calming part of Eunji, that never fails to ground Namjoon. Even before debut, she managed to read him like an open book. She would know of his struggles, sometimes even before himself. Even more surprisingly, she knew how to help him when he had no clue. The responsibility of being the leader got too heavy? She takes on some of his duties. Managing the group part time. Assisting him in holding the weight. His thoughts spiral into overthinking everything he does? She sits him down with some tea and watches Friends with him. Teasing or reassuring him and making him laugh. He spends hours in the studio without breaks and works himself into the ground? She knocks and sits down next to him. She assists him with his work till she decides it’s enough, stopping him from overworking himself.
But don’t worry, he is just as important to her. His leadership has always been cherished deeply by Eunji. The way he knows what the group needs, sometimes without the group having to say anything, is fascinating to her. His communication skills never fail to impress her. Whether it is public speaking or managing conflict inside the group, he always knows what to say. “You’re like Captain America. You know? Because of the motivational speeches and stuff.”-Eunji 2019. On a more personal note, that also means he knows exactly what she needs. Positive Affirmation. His love language towards his members has always been Words of Affirmation and Eunji loves it. He compliments her looks before every public appearance. When monitoring a performance, he makes sure she knows how well she did. During music video shoots or photoshoots, he always watches her and lets her know that she is doing well.
They have known each other for 13 years now (2023). Eunji has said before that nothing has every really changed between them. She still teases him endlessly and loves flirting with him. And despite him gaining confidence and teasing back occasionally or even flirting with her too, he still gets annoyed or shy. This duo is often described as the old married couple of BTS. They are probably one of Eunji’s biggest ships and one of the most popular in the entire group. And after seeing their interactions it is easy to tell why.

Joonji is famous for a friendship full of duality. One second they’re bickering the next their flirting and then suddenly it’s time for a deep talk at 3 a.m. Therefore, they have very different moments and I assure you that Armys have done a fantastic job putting all of them into ship videos, but that is a different topic.
Kpop Interviews are crazy. Memes are born within seconds, grown up men and women play games that no one understands and exposing each other is on everyone’s To-Do-List. And right now, BTS is playing one of these ‘games that no one understands’. You have to spin in circles for 10 seconds and then you have to walk straight and do something. Eunji gets up and cracks her knuckles. “You will fail,” Namjoon throws in randomly and Eunji, who has gotten into position already, stands back up and glares at him in disbelief. “Honey, I thought at least you would have some hope in me,” she teases, and he rolls his eyes. She gets into position again, ready to spin. “If you pass out, I’m not going to catch you,” Namjoon mumbles once again, causing some of the boys to chuckle. Eunji scoffs. “Of course, you will,” she disagrees and begins to spin. It only takes the girl 6 seconds of spinning to fall sideways and as she had predicted Namjoon did catch her, groaning in the process. While the group is laughing hysterically she chuckles and pinches his cheek. “I don’t think I even have to say I told you so…but I told you so,” she teases and this time it is him who scoffs.
“I would call you an imbecile but that’d be cruel as you wouldn’t be able to spell it.” Namjoon sighs to himself, flipping the page of his book while sitting on the dorm couch. Eunji turns to him with a gasp and grabs her chest, right over her heart. “Oh god, you’ve insulted me! What ever shall I do? I’ll be scarred for the rest of my life!” She teases dramatically and pretends to faint against him. He groans at the sudden weight and grasps his book tighter. He rolls his eyes at her behavior. “You’ve had worse. You’ll live,” he mumbles under his breath, and she chuckles. Grabbing a pen, she scribbles something onto a paper and pushes it towards him. Upon seeing it he raises a brow and turns to her. “So, you DO know how to spell imbecile. I have to say, that amazes me. Good job,” he teases. She quickly slaps his arm and whispers in a hushed voice: “Don’t say that, people might think we are friends.” She looks around, pretending to be secret. I think you could tell already but Jimin and Jin were on the ground, dying from laughter the entire exchange.
The group is relaxing in the living room. Some are playing video games; others are reading and Eunji has just left to charge her phone. Suddenly, all lights go out and the TV goes black. “Huh?!” “What happened?” “Is this a power outage?” “NO! My score!” The boys erupt in yells. Seconds later Eunji bursts into the living room. “WE have a problem!” she announces. Namjoon sighs and sits up. “Let me guess, you caused it?” She huffs in response and then quickly collects herself. “Where is the fire extinguisher?” Now, that gets everyone’s attention. “WHAT?!” Turns out, Eunji’s charging cable was damaged and when she plugged it into the power outlet, it caused a short circuit which resulted in a power outage and a small fire. After successfully extinguishing the fire and getting the power working again, the boys help Eunji clean up the mess. Namjoon sighs. “You never cease to amaze me,” he mumbles and Eunji chuckles embarrassed from across the room.
The sound of something falling and a painful groan make Eunji look up from her painting. “What was that?” she screams into the dorm. “Nothing! Don’t worry about it!” Namjoon screams back. But before he even managed to finish his sentence, she is on her feet and rushing into the hallway. Upon reaching the hallway she stops at the sight in front of her. Namjoon had tried to put a painting of hers onto the wall but instead he had dropped it and was now clutching his hand. “If being clumsy was a currency, you’d be a bloody millionaire,” she complains and gently grips his hand. It seems like he had cut himself when the painting dropped. Pushing him down on couch, she searches for the first aid-kit she had bought for this purpose and this purpose only. While carefully bandaging his cut she chuckles. “You seriously need to be careful. As cute as it is, seeing you all lost and puppy eyed, I prefer you uninjured,” she mumbles with a teasing tone. He raises a brow. “You think I’m cute?” She scoffs. “Want me to whisper it into your ear? Dumbass.”
Namjoon’s head is resting on his hands, eyes focused on the computer screen that displays his newest song. His solo album is only going slowly so far, and his original enthusiasm has faded into frustration. Could he not even manage to produce something for himself? How could he make music for the group then? Pathetic. He feels useless. With an irritated huff he rips his headphones off and throws them onto his desk. Once again, his head falls into his hands. Fingers gripping his hair and pulling at it in a frustrated manner. Why can’t he do anything right? How did he even end up being a leader of a group? A group like BTS? Could he still lead the group? With his lack of management? A ridiculous thought. How can he manage others when he barely manages himself? Just in time, a soft knock rips him out of his spiraling thoughts. He quickly sits up and fixes his hair. “Come in!” he calls for the person knocking. When the door opens it reveals Eunji, a plastic bag in her hand and a gentle smile on her face. “Hey big guy. I thought I’d check how you were doing,” she greets him and closes the door quietly. Somehow, he feels relief wash over him. His Noona’s calmness immediately radiates onto him, and he can’t suppress the deep breath he releases when she sits down next to him. She calmly looks around, quietly taking note of the empty cups and scrabbled papers, before turning to him. “How are you getting along? Made some progress?” she asks and sets the bag onto the desk. He tenses and releases a shaky breath. Eunji notices. Of course, she does. When he doesn’t answer, she already knows he has been stuck. “Let’s eat. I brought your favorite.”

Jin and Eunji seem like they have nothing in common. Jin being his loud self, screaming and laughing like his life depends on it, meanwhile Eunji is soft-spoken and prefers painting with lo-fi music over a game night any time. Yet you would be fooled, because these two fit each other like Ying and Yang. They first met back in July 2011 and, as cliché as it sounds, clicked immediately. But that doesn’t mean their first meeting wasn’t odd – oh no, no – it was a very weird experience. She had been peacefully playing the guitar in one of the practice rooms when Jin burst into the room. He had said nothing, simply staring at her before sitting down next to her and urging her to play more. At first she was hesitant and skeptical but eventually they began to sing together while she played the guitar. It was weird – yes – but it was also somehow precious. From that moment on, Jin always waited for her in front of the building to walk to the practice room with her. They began to text daily and go on friendship dates together. When Jin eventually moved into the dorm, they started doing things like cooking together, doing each other’s skincare or simply watching stupid movies together just to make fun of them.
She also became his professional support and vocal teacher. Eunji was and is incredibly skilled in the field of music, but she had also been gifted the skill of teaching. Before even training at BigHit, she had practiced and done her own research on producing, songwriting and vocal training. With this in mind, she was his number one place to go when he was insecure in his voice. She would listen, let him rant and give constructive feedback. They would do vocal exercises together and actually have fun doing them. More often than not they would end up sitting on the couch, Eunji playing the guitar and Jin singing to it. And although Jin barely says it out loud, he is grateful for her support.
As the oldest of BTS and, at least in the beginning, the most unexperienced in the group, he struggled a lot. Especially hard were the first few years after debut. BTS didn’t have the best time in the industry and throughout their years in the business had almost disbanded, twice. Every member had a struggle of their own. Eunji, being the second oldest, recognized this and she took special care of her boys. Especially Jin was someone who she always made sure was doing alright, because he was the oldest after all and he showed his frustration about improving his vocals many times. Being the same age, it had always been easier for the two to openly talk about their feelings with each other.
Despite or maybe because of their deep bond, these two never fail to make each other and the group laugh. In front of the camera, Jinji are mostly in happy moods when together. They are cracking jokes, mostly Jin actually but hush, and laughing freely together. Jin can never hide his happiness when he makes Eunji laugh, and he will rub it under everyone’s noses that he did that. Yeah, he is proud of it, alright. Because in the end of the day, she helps him more than he could ever thank her for. Making her laugh is his repayment on most days. Or going on stupid wholesome friendship dates together. Going to different restaurants and posting about it on social media with goofy selcas. Doing a Vlog in which they go shopping and make a silly fashion show out of it. Spending late nights in Eunji’s room, gossiping about people they don’t like and the newest tea. Visiting clubs together, only to go live after and have a bit of a tipsy livestream. ‘Jinji being drunk on livestream’ videos incoming.
In summary, Jin and Eunji are the definition of best friends.

Jin and Eunji are icons when they are separated but once you put them together they reach a new type of iconic. They never cared for the company rules, at least not when they thought they were stupid.
One night they went partying. Eunji and Jin go out together a lot to dance and drink a bit. So, that is what they did. That day Jin had asked Eunji to come with him and she did. After coming home, slightly tipsy, they had the glorious idea to start a livestream. And this livestream would go down in history.
“Heyy Army! How are you?” Eunji greets and giggles right after. They begin to talk and chat. Mostly Eunji and Jin having highly interesting conversations in a tipsy manner. Eventually they start to drink wine as well. “Guys, this – this isn’t wine. It’s grape juice,” Jin tries to convince but fails. Eunji laughs out. “Oh no, this is definitely wine.”
“Why did you drink?” Eunji reads out a comment while Jin is rummaging through some bags. “Oh, we just felt like it. Jin had asked me to come and so I did.” She turns towards Jin with a annoyed sigh at the rustling. “What are you doing?” It stays quiet for a while before Jin answers: “We have a problem.”
Eunji heaves a deep sigh. “Gimme a sec, I am not drunk enough to listen to this yet,” she mumbles, grabs the open wine bottle, and chucks a few big gulps. Turning back towards Jin she nods. “Okay, what’s the problem?” He looks at her and then at the camera. “We have another bottle of wine.” She chuckles. “You call it a problem. I call it a solution!”
“Are you fully drunk?” Jin reads out a comment and giggles. “I might’ve had a few shots,” he states and giggles even more. Meanwhile Eunji turns away from him and rummages through a paper bag. “I think I need food.”
As time passes and the second bottle of wine empties, they get a bit more incoherent. Jin drops his head on Eunji’s shoulder and mumbles something. Eunji, half-closed eyes from tiredness, looks down to him. “You are drunk,” she states the obvious. Jin looks up at her and tilts his head. “Yer beautiful.” This makes Eunji burst into a laugh. “Damn, you’re really drunk.”
“Why did you convince me to go there? The music was horrible!” Eunji talks about the party from earlier. Jin mumbles something before it goes silent. After a longer pause Jin whines and turns to her. “Oh, come on. I couldn’t go there alone!” he states in a whiny voice and Eunji giggles. “You’re right! Always need your big strong sister around!” she jokes and flexes arms. Jin slaps her arm and giggles. “Of course!”
Eventually the mood quiets down and the two end up laying on the bed. Jin is curled up against Eunji and the phone has been set up on the bed. “Sing me a song, please?” Jin asks. Yoongi and Eunji – oh dear. Where do I begin? When Yoongi and Eunji first met, they didn’t really get along. It wasn’t like they disliked each other, they just seemed to have a difficult time interacting. To their defense, it was 2010 and they were barely 18 and 17 years old. Their confusing lack of interactions was later, in 2023, explained in one of Suga’s Suchwita Episodes. Yoongi admits he felt intimidated by the reputation that surrounded Eunji. She felt like this myth, unreachable and unapproachable. Funny enough, Eunji said she always wanted to talk to him, but he seemed shy and uncomfortable around her, so she stopped. Yooji’s pre-debut history is long and, in some ways, romantic. You could say it’s almost a love trope.
For example, he called her after his accident. She was the first person to know about his accident and for the longest time she also was the only one. That was odd for two reasons: 1) Yoongi and Eunji barely knew each other back then and 2) she was convinced he hated her. In the same Suchwita episode, Yoongi had tried to explain his decision back then. ‘It just felt right. Maybe because I saw you be so caring towards the others.’-Yoongi 2023. After Bangtan shifted from a hip-hop rap group to an idol group, things changed unexpectedly for both of them. Neither of them had intended to become idols and they weren’t prepared for it either. With no experiences in dance, they were quite literally lost. And, believe it or not, they started to bond over this fact. Often, they stayed behind to fix up mistakes they had made in choreos or just practiced their dancing.
Only after debut did they actually start to grow closer. In the beginning that solely came from the fact that Eunji took care of his shoulder pain by softly massaging ointment on it or helping him carry things. She did it subtly, not wanting to attract the boys’ attention until Yoongi wanted to tell them. Through his injury they began to talk, mostly to break the awkward silence that filled the room whenever Eunji would take care of his shoulder. They discovered their shared interest in composing music and spending time in the studio. And so, they began spending this time together. Producing and writing song after song.
Yooji is, in many ways, special. They have more in common than most people believed upon seeing them for the first time. They both have a resting bitch face, which makes them look intimidating or unapproachable. They both have some sad if not tragic history. They share hobbies such as producing and song writing. And so much more. Getting to know each other over the years they grew closer, both metaphorically and literally. Whether it is holding hands, hair ruffles or even cheek kisses, Yooji has it all. Although Eunji initiates most of the physical touch, Yoongi accepts it. Eunji is sure he secretly enjoys it too. This could literally be a Sunshine x Grumpy story.
But besides that, these two have a wholesome friendship. Spending so much time in the studio together they learned a lot of things from each other regarding their music and personal life. They began to rely on one another. So much so, that they actively miss the other when they can’t be around. You could almost say they are each other’s therapist or comfort zone. They can sit next to each other, working on music and saying nothing for hours without it being uncomfortable. Together, they even have a regular livestream that they do often, working on music and chatting with fans. Yooji appreciate each other greatly and, although it isn’t always obvious, care for one another deeply.

Yooji is one of Eunji’s biggest ships for a reason. These two are incredibly close and it is noticeable in most on and off screen situations. There is especially one livestream that got stuck in Armys’ mind.
Every once in a while Yoongi and Eunji do livestreams together, where they would produce and write new songs. They’d wear headphones to not spoil much or anything at all. Usually, these livestreams were more on the quiet and relaxing, almost ASMR, side of Vlives. The two would work together quietly and occasionally have a convo about changing things or producing choices.
This livestream was going just like that. Yoongi was wearing headphones, trying to write the missing lines to his beat. Eunji was working on the computer, working on an old beat that she was now planning to use. She occasionally glanced at the chat. “For what will these songs be?” She reads out a comment and shrugs. She grins at the camera and looks back at her computer screen. “I don’t know. Maybe for the next comeback or a solo project or a different artist. We’ll see,” she responds and types something on the computer.
Suddenly Yoongi sighs deeply, sliding off his headphones. Eunji looks at him, brows furrowed. “What’s wrong?” she asks and gently turns towards him. He groans and pushes his sheet over to her. “I don’t know how to continue,” he admits and takes off his headphones to offer them to her. She takes them while reading over his writing. While she begins to listen and write some things down, he turns to read comments.
“How often do you do this?” he reads a comment. He combs his hand through his hair as he looks into the camera. “Almost every day. The livestreams are weekly, mosty,” he answers with a sheepish shrug at the end.
“Aren’t you the genius? If you don’t know, then she could never,” he reads out and a deep frown settles onto his face. For a moment he stays quiet, staring into the camera. There is a clear frustration displayed on his face, but he seems to be looking for the right words.
Eventually he asks: “You actually believe that?” It stays quiet once again, but his eyes stay on the camera. It is like he is directly looking at the commenter or at least he is trying to. Eunji suddenly murmurs something and scribbles onto the paper. This catches Yoongi’s attention, and he tears his eyes away from the camera to look at her. His face relaxes quickly as he watches her write things down and move her head to his beat.
A smile creeps onto his face. After she mumbles something else he turns back to the camera, eyes growing sharper once again. “She has the words that I don’t. She is the real genius in this room,” he continues his answers.
Apparently somebody comments something else about this that enrages him. “Oh, come on! Shut –“ he catches himself and glances at Eunji. His eyes stare back at the camera with new determination. “Shut it. Keep those stupid thoughts to yourself.”
“I think I got it!” she suddenly calls out and slides the headphones off. She pushes his sheet to him and taps the table in the right rhythm. She looks at him and smiles. “Does that fit?” she asks his opinion. He smiles and nods. While glaring at the camera he answers: “It’s perfect, Ji.”
This livestream is found in every Yooji Ship video, and no one can deny how wholesome his response to the inappropriate comments was. It does show Yooji’s relationship in a new light, that is rarely seen by fans.

Hoseok and Eunji are opposite twins. They met when Hoseok joined in December 2010, but they didn’t become friends right away. They got along just fine but they didn’t start to become friends until the end of 2011. Their pre-debut history isn’t as complicated or interesting as Joonji’s or Yooji’s. They just started hanging out because the group was being formed and they had to spend a lot of time with each other. They are described as opposite twins, because although they are alike, they also are opposites. With Hobi being – well Hobi – and Eunji being more centered and coolheaded, they have been described as the sun and the moon. Eunji’s personal favorite nickname is ‘Sunshine & Moonlight Twins’. It fits them and sounds beautiful in her opinion.
Hoseok for Eunji is like a light in the darkness. Sounds cheesy, I know, but he embodies that freshness and rescue for her. Eunji often gets in her head and when her thoughts spiral there is no stopping it. Hobi knows this. He can almost read her mind when it happens and although he can’t stop the spiral either, he is able to distract her from it. He is incredibly good at reassuring her and taking her mind off of things. Eunji is fascinated every time because he always seems to know exactly what to say. He can calm her nerves with his mere existence and his words never fail to settle her doubts. He is her light at the end of the tunnel.
Hoseok knows how important he is to Eunji. Of course, he does. To him, Eunji is the responsible older sister, that puts others above herself. He always wants to give her love and care, making sure she is alright and healthy. She is the group’s therapist in many ways, and she is also his. Being seen as the ‘sunshine of the group’ is never an easy thing. Hobi felt like he had to smile no matter how he felt and that he always had to look happy. Eunji, being the mother-natured person she is, always led him drop the mask and feel his emotions without covering them. Therefore, it came naturally to him that he would be there for her too. Although their friendship is mainly laughter and happiness, they can talk about their feelings freely and show them to each other as well. Which is probably the reason they function so well.

Hoji are a wholesome duo. They are often funny and bright, especially when together and in front of the camera. But they are also incredibly perceptive.
Hobi was having a horrible day. He hadn’t slept well and had woken up with a headache. He had practiced dancing the night before and it had left him with a load of insecurities. He felt as though he was to uncoordinated, his dancing felt sluggish, and he worried he was losing his charm. But he also worried about his weight gain over the last month and had grown increasingly anxious about losing weight. So, his last day ended badly, and his new day began worse. Unfortunately, it was this exact day, that would be filmed almost entirely.
The day seemed to never pass by. Even the morning stretched endlessly in Hobi’s mind. As he sits down at the kitchen table, he has no appetite and feels quite drowsy. The group around him is too loud for his liking, despite him usually enjoying a cheerful atmosphere. Hobi hadn’t even noticed the camera man but when he did he desperately tried to fake a smile.
Suddenly there is a steaming cup of tea in front of him and a hand on his back. As he looks up he meets eyes with Eunji. “Hey, I made this for you. Have a sip, it should already be cool enough,” she encourages him. Hesitantly he takes a sip and lets the warm liquid soothe his sore throat. Goosebumps form on his skin and he sighs deeply. “I think you should wear something thicker, like a hoodie. You seem cold and the weather isn’t nice,” she explains. He nods, not fully registering what she is saying.
After the long morning the group makes their way to the company building. As he leaves the van to enter the company he shivers. Only then does he realize he must’ve forgotten to change into a hoodie before leaving. He almost bumps into the camera as he steps out of the vehicle.
The group is at the company for some recordings, to which the cameraman is supposed to follow them. Hobi is dreading it. He can barely talk without a rasp how is he supposed to rap clearly? As the group reaches the studio he sits down on the couch and sighs deeply. His head is still pounding and his body aches from the hard practice the day before.
As the time passes Hobi is more and more dizzy. He zones out a lot and he seems close to passing out. He shivers as well, a tell-tale sign that he is cold on the leather couch. There are mumbles surrounding him, but he doesn’t have the energy to lift his head.
Suddenly there is a hand on his knee. “Hobi? Hey, let me help you put this on,” Eunji’s voice echoes through his head and he manages to sit up right. The older girl smiles at him and helps him slide on a hoodie. “Jimin and I will take you home, alright?” she adds, and he frowns. “But the recording and the filming,” he rasps, surprised at his own voice. Eunji winces. “Yeah no, that isn’t happening today. Not for you anyways,” she answers.
As the two guide Hobi back to the dorm, without the camera, he grows increasingly less conscious. When he is finally in his bed Eunji begins to prepare a pot of tea alongside some other things like blankets, thick clothes, and calming music. She had decided to take Jimin home with her as well, because the younger seemed a little sick himself. So, she puts him in the other bed since he and Hobi share a room anyways.
Jimin is the first to fall asleep after Eunji helped both of them get settled in warm clothes and a fluffy blanket. She helps J-Hope drink some tea and sighs. “So, do you want to tell me why you practiced till three in the morning last night?” she asks and softly combs a hand through his hair. His surprise is expected by Eunji, she knew that he thought he was discreet. “How do you” – he interrupts himself and sighs – “I didn’t get the results I had wanted.” After his confession he takes another sip of tea. Eunji stays quiet for a moment, taking in his words and trying to make sense of them.
“This isn’t just about our new choreo, is it?” she asks and shifts closer to him. He hesitates. Unsure of what to say next or if he should say anything in the first place. Eunji doesn’t press, she simply continues to comb his hair. It takes minutes until Hobi answers. “It’s about my dancing. Or my body. Maybe it is both! Or simply none. I just think I’m losing the charm in my dancing and that would be horrible because it could ruin the groups image! I have gained so much weight recently and it all just burdens you and the guys and-”
This time Eunji interrupts him with a soft ‘Hey’. His rambling dies down and he locks eyes with her. She offers a reassuring smile. “Move over a little,” she asks him, and he complies. She shifts into the bed with him, letting him cuddle against her side and holding him. It stays quiet a little while Eunji searches for the right words. “It’s okay to be frustrated. You remember when I started my dance training, right?” she asks, and he can’t suppress the giggle that escapes him. Taking this as enough of an answer she chuckles and continues: “We all get frustrated with our work and our bodies somedays. But I assure you Hobi, your charm has not left you and your body looks as good as ever.”
Hobi stays quiet, cuddling into Eunji’s side. Eunji speaks up again, not quite sure her words have reached him yet. “I mean it Hobi. You are so talented, and I love watching you dance! There has never been any dancer like you in the industry and there will never be another!” She praises and he giggles but she squeezes him a bit. She is serious. “And you are so, so, so good looking! The fans keep on swooning over you and so do I! I constantly have to fight for my position as your number one fan! Just because you are so ridiculously talented and handsome!” she whines at the end. He slaps her arm and pouts. “Stop it! You’re making me blush!” he complains but laughs right after. “That means it’s working.” “Thank you.”
It grows quiet again. This time it is calmer. Hobi seems more relaxed in her arms, and she sighs. “Can you sing for me?” he suddenly asks. And who is Eunji to deny him this?

Jimin and Eunji have the typical sibling dynamic. Eunji is the big sister to the Maknae Line and therefore also to Jimin. Pre-debut, they had some trouble getting used to each other. Jimin was incredibly shy and hesitant around her. The fact that Yoongi and Eunji seemed to have a difficult relationship also made Jimin more uncertain. Eunji was honestly confused at first, thinking he doesn’t like her. But she figured out quite quickly that he was just so shy and unsure how to talk to her. She tried to make it easier for him by starting conversation first and trying her best to seem more approachable. It helped a litter and the two at least talked about work.
After debut the two began to get close. Jimin felt in awe about his Noona. She had so much patience with him and the other two Maknaes. She never pushed them to interact with her and he began to feel more comfortable around her. Eventually Jimin grew quite protective of Eunji and even got a little possessive over her. She thinks it’s adorable, really. But that doesn’t mean he can’t be taken seriously. He is, in fact, very serious when it comes to protecting his Noona. He always makes sure to be around her in public spaces, keeping his arm around her waist and staring anyone down who even dares come close. The group has made fun of his possessiveness many times and he always laughs but it doesn’t seem like he will stop any time soon. For him, Eunji is this caring older sister that he needs to keep safe. He wouldn’t want anything ever happening to her and he makes sure to let anyone know. It is his way of showing love towards her, because he and the Maknae-Line tease and prank her a lot.
Eunji loves Jimin. She genuinely thinks he is such a precious soul, and she wants to keep him in her pocket. While he functions as her bodyguard she is his therapist. She makes sure his soul and body are well taken care of. Reminding him to eat, forcing him to take breaks and reassuring him verbally. That’s her job. She is the mom of the group, and she lives up to that name. She is just as protective of him as he is of her, just in different ways. She isn’t the offence kind of fighter; she is more like the passive kind of healer. She protects him from himself. His thoughts and doubts, that spiral into physical exhaustion and personal torture. She knows because she has been there. And that is why this duo is so unique and popular. Mostly because you have protective Jiminie, but also because you have mother Eunji.

Eunmin are popular for a couple of reasons. One is, as mentioned, the protectiveness (sometimes even possessiveness) from Jimin towards his Noona. Another one is the motherly care that Eunji displays towards Jimin (and the other two Maknaes).
These are noticeable in small things. Some moments are tiny, others are so big they even make it into headlines of news articles.
It is a Run BTS episode. The group was loudly discussing the results of a game and who had actually won now. Eunji wasn’t taking part in this discussion, preferring to sit silently and watch the drama. The loud screaming was bothering her, but she wouldn’t mention it. It was not a pressing issue to her. She leans forwards to grab her water bottle only to find it empty. She sighs. There are new bottles a few meters away, but she is practically caged in her seat due to the studio set up. “Can you give me the water?” she asks into the room, but the arguing drowns it out. She tries to reach and grab the new bottles, unsuccessfully. “Hey, can one of you give me a water bottle?” she asks again. No response, again. But then she meets eyes with Jimin. “Hey, quiet!” he suddenly raises his voice slightly and the group grow quiet. He looks at her, waiting for her to say what she tried to say. Eunji smiles and points to the water bottles. “Can you give me a bottle?” Jungkook, who stands closest to them, immediately offers it to her. She thanks him with a smile before turning to Jimin. He seemed satisfied and she throws him a quick grateful smile.
Jimin is known for having a interesting relationship with chairs and the ground. Whether it is falling from chairs, randomly laying on the ground, or even kicking himself off of chairs. He also has a strong tendency to slip on stage and he does so quite regularly. So, once again, while on stage it began to rain. “Oh, come on. We haven’t even finished the sound check yet,” Hobi whines and is joined by a grumpy Yoongi. “Can we sit down backstage and just do the sound check there?” But he is denied. Meanwhile, the Maknae-Line is clearly enjoying the new weather. They are moonwalking and dancing to songs that are related to rain while singing them. And Jimin decides to slide along the stage. Bad idea. The stage is so slippery that he loses his balance, crashes into Namjoon, and falls to the ground. Eunji, within a split second, is next to him. “Are you okay?” she asks, already pressing down on his ankles and legs to find injuries. “Yeah,” Jimin answers but doesn’t attempt to get up. Eunji frowns and takes his hands in hers, feeling his wrists. He flinches as she presses onto his left wrist. Her face softens. “You’re hurt. Come on, lets get you an ice pack,” she suggests and ushers him backstage.
After the group had come back from dance practice, Eunji had started a livestream in her room. She had decided to start a new painting and was doing this live. While having lo-fi music playing in the back she was humming and painting peacefully. After a while Jimin had joined her, quietly beginning to read comments. “He worked really hard in practice today, Army,” Eunji praises Jimin causing him to smirk and blush. “Have you eaten yet?” she asks him, eyes focusing on him now. He turns to her and nods. “Yeah. I just did, actually,” he answers truthfully. She nods, satisfied with that answer. It had been at least two hours since dance practice. “Good. You need the energy, especially after such tough practice,” she continues. Jimin stays quiet before turning to her once again. “Did you eat already?” he asks. Eunji pauses. “Ah, not yet,” she admits and turns to Jimin, who looks at her with a raised brow. “I am planning to after the livestream!” she defends herself and turns back to the canvas. Jimin turns to the phone, smiles, and waves. “See you soon Army. I will have to feed Noona!” “Ay!” With that the livestream was ended and Eunji posted later on: ‘Have been fed and well taken care off. Don’t worry Army <3’
Throughout 2016 it had gotten clear that Eunji was facing a lot more hate than the company could handle at the time. People were sued due to spreading false rumors or sending hateful messages and harassing Eunji. But even that didn’t stop them. Death threats weren’t noticed or dismissed because the company was overwhelmed with all the hate. By early 2017 it had gotten out of control. The group had just arrived back in Seoul, making their way through the relatively crowded airport. Jimin has his arm wrapped around her waist, as always, and talking with her about the upcoming days. “I really want to get a spa treatment, would you come with me?” he asks. The next six days would be free, and the group had individual plans for them. Eunji gasps. “Sure! I could need some good messages and facial treatments!” she agrees with a bright smile.
Suddenly a loud shot rings out, quickly followed by panicked screams. Before Jimin can even fully register what is happening he feels Eunji collapse against him. He panics, quickly rushing towards nearest wall for cover. He leans against it, watching as all of the people including his members, duck for cover. Then his eyes go to Eunji. “O-oh god! Oh no, no, no, no!” he whispers as he finds her with a bleeding wound on her shoulder. He quickly slides her down the wall and grabs her face. “Noona?!” he asks, panic evident in his shaking voice. To his utmost relief she opens her eyes and nods. “It’s alright. I’ll be alright,” she reassures, although the pain drives tears in her eyes. “Y-yeah you will be! Of course, you will be!” There are sirens in the back and Jimin fears the attacker might still be around. He turns to look at his members, Namjoon is the first who catches his eyes. “She has been shot!” Jimin whisper-yells. The following shock that etches onto his members faces must be reflecting his own. “I’m okay!” Eunji tries to reassure but it sounds weak. Jimin immediately turns his attention back to her.
“This will hurt. I’m sorry,” he apologizes before pressing down against the wound. A scream erupts from Eunji’s lips but then she tries to even her breaths. Jimin feels guilty and almost pulls back but she shakes her head at him. “It’s okay. You’re doing good,” she reassures him and smiles. The ten minutes it takes the ambulance to arrive at the longest ten minutes of Jimin’s life. Only once the doctor told him that she would be okay, did he take a breath of relief.

Taehyung and Eunji have a sibling like relationship. The Maknae-Line x Eunji all give Sibling vibes but something about Taeun is interesting to see. Like Eunji said herself, they are very alike. They might not be twins but they do have personalities that could be siblings. As mentioned, the Maknae-Line was hesitant to approach Eunji pre-debut. Tae was 17 years old and this cheerful and smiley kid, but he was too shy to talk to girls or women. He reminds Eunji a lot of herself. And again, these two took a long time to get close and when they finally did, it was post-debut. They eventually began to talk more because Taehyung had found Eunji painting in the living room and got curious. He had sat next to her, surprising her and himself, and asked what she was doing. The two then sat there for a couple of hours, Eunji explaining and teaching Taehyung how to paint.

Two happy kids turning into broken adults. Tae reminds Eunji of herself because of this reason exactly. And all Eunji wants is for Tae to be happy and healthy. He is also the perfect example of her ‘I don’t like skinship, but you are an exception’ mindset. She will let him seek physical touch from her. Whether it’s hugs, holding hands, kisses or cuddling. She will let him do it. She lets him hug her for sleep as well, which prompted him to come over to her bed a lot once he found out. He is also one of the first people she told about her parents and what happened. It was also Tae that went to visit her orphanage with her, when she went to donate the next Christmas. Taeun have many moments on camera that show the positive development of their friendship. Especially during long time shows like Run BTS. Most Armys have been introduced to shows like ‘In the Soop’ or ‘Bon Voyage’.
During Bon Voyage there is a situation, where Namjoon and Taehyung have to share a bed. Due to Taehyung’s subconscious affection while sleeping he hugs Namjoon. But the older doesn’t appreciate it and tells this to Taehyung the next morning.
Eunji, who heard the commotion, offers a solution. “I can switch with you, Namjoon,” she suggests as she enters the room. Her room is close by and has a single bed. Namjoon turns to her, face scrunched into a frown. “Are you sure? I thought you don’t like hugs,” he claims and glances at Taehyung. Eunji doesn’t hesitate and give him a determined nod. “I’m sure.”
After both Namjoon and Eunji have packed their bags and switched the rooms, Eunji sits down on the edge of the bed. She looks at Taehyung, whose face shows confusion and worry. “Don’t take his words personally. He finds physical intimacy too personal for friendships, we have to accept that,” she explains and quietly begins to unpack.
“You don’t have to sacrifice your privacy for me. I can take your room or the couch or something,” he tries to suggest and gets up from the bed. Eunji pauses her unpacking and turns to him again. “Ah come on, Tae,” she breathes out and for a moment the two just look at each other. Then she grins at him and adds: “Don’t be ridiculous. You just want the single bed, hm? Yeah, you thought.” This draws a surprised chuckle out of Taehyung, and he shakes his head amused.
In the evening, after successfully unpacking and spending the day together as group, Eunji is getting ready for bed. When she enters the bedroom she finds Tae, already in bed, laying as far on the edge as possible. She frowns, climbing into the bed and cuddling into the soft covers. “You don’t need to keep five feet away. I have nothing contagious,” she jokes, and he turns his head towards her. She smiles and waves him closer. Hesitantly he shifts more onto the bed.
She feels that he is still tense, even after she turns out the light and settles for sleep. His shoulder are tense, his breathing dangerously quiet and his back turned towards her. Cautiously she shifts closer. “Would you like me to hold you?” she asks in a whisper. His head snaps to her, eyes wide and full of shock. “W-what?! I-you don’t need to!” He answers quickly but Eunji tilts her head. “You didn’t answer my question,” she states calmly and smiles. He stays quiet, seemingly thinking about it. Until his hesitant eyes meet her determined ones. “Would you?” he whispers, barely audible. She chuckles. “Of course, dumbass. Why would I ask otherwise?” she responds and shifts even closer. “Can I?” she asks, and he nods way too quickly, which she finds adorable. She wraps her arms around his shoulders, and he shuffles to get comfortable. They end up with his arms wrapped around her waist, his head on her chest and her arms around his shoulders. She softly plays with his hair and hums a few melodies. It doesn’t take long until he is sound a sleep and she follows soon after.
Probably one of their biggest ship moments, not gonna lie.

Jungkook and Eunji pretty much have a mother and son relationship. Since Jungkook was so young when he debuted, Eunji wanted to make sure he was going to be okay. With that goal in mind, she and Jungkook went to his hometown where Eunji formally introduced herself to his family. She wanted to meet them in person, exchange phone numbers and maybe learn a bit about Jungkook to help him in the future. His parents loved her, obviously. They immediately felt at ease, knowing she will be looking over their boy. His mother cooked with Eunji and even gave her some family recipes. That pretty much shows how devoted Eunji is to make Jungkook feel comfortable. Especially because the Maknae-Line was keeping their distance pre-debut. What can I say, these two got close fast.
In the beginning she really babied him a lot. I mean, he was a baby. But to be fair, she actually became more of a mom. She taught him to do his own laundry, make doctor’s appointments, cook, and even drive. She also helped him study and do his homework. She did have to scold him sometimes, but she was always gentle and loving. And funnily enough, the fans have noticed. There are things that Jungkook does, that the fans realized comes from Eunji. Certain habits, manners, or sentences. He actively quotes her sometimes. Jungkook back than was sometimes annoyed by her, which she accepted and backed off. To which he would realize that she was a big help and come to ask for her again. She never took it personally. Due to her experiences with the orphanage children, she understood. She knew how to handle kids well and Jungkook was her kid now.
The older Jungkook got, the more independent did he become. At first it was hard for Eunji to grasp but she quickly adapted to him maturing. She probably is his biggest supporter and never wanted him to feel suffocated or too babied. So, when he eventually turned an adult and matured a lot, she let him and watched proudly. She can never help the proud smile when he accomplishes something or just whenever she sees him honestly. She brags about him a lot. ‘He grew up so well, didn’t he? Ah, such a gentleman.’ She loves Jungkook and knowing that he is an adult now, doesn’t change that. But she never takes credit for raising him. She is convinced he did most of it by himself.
For Jungkook Eunji has always been the big sister that took on his mother’s role when he left. He appreciates her a lot. More than he could ever say. Don’t get him wrong, the boys did an amazing job raising him. It was just different with Eunji. She just knew what to do in every situation. He got mad at her for caring ‘too much’? She stepped back and gave him space to think. Then he thought about it and realized she was a big help. So, in a way, she humbled him in the humblest way possible. By listening to what he said, even when it was obviously stupid. Despite being grown up now and being a big boy, he still seeks her comfort. He likes being babied once in a while, especially by her. Eunji complies, of course. Jungkook always gives huge credit to Eunji for the person he is today.
Without her, it would’ve been difficult sometimes. There were topics that he was embarrassed about and that he didn’t want to tell his Hyungs. And to whom would a teenager usually go? Right, their mother. For him, it was Eunji first until he got a chance to call his mom. And she did a good job. Eunji never judged him for ‘embarrassing things’ or ‘stupid questions’. Which is why they are so close, even to this day.

Eunji pretty much raised Jungkook and over the years they spend together they have grown incredibly close. Especially through the teenage years. The struggles of growing up in the entertainment industry were heavy on Jungkook but Eunji made sure to take care of him.
Eunji is sitting in the living room of the dorm. She is freely chatting with Jin and joking around. Jimin and Tae are also there but focused on their game. Yoongi is at the studio and Namjoo and Jhope are going to get food and Yoongi to go back to the dorm. Suddenly there is a timid tap on her shoulder. When she looks up she finds Jungkook. His head is low, eyes only hesitantly looking at her, and his hands are fidgeting. Eunji frowns, worry building up at the image. “Hey, are you okay?” she asks and turns her body towards him. He nods quickly. “Yes! C-can I ask you something?” he asks, stuttering a little. Eunji, still concerned, gets up and nods. “Sure!” she answers. But he hesitates once again. “Privately?” he whispers.
Eunji is surprised but leads him into the shared bedroom of the group. They sit down on the lower bunk bed and Eunji turns to him. He scratches his neck and shifts. Eunji can tell he is nervous. “You can ask me anything, Kookie. I promise I won’t make fun of you, and I won’t tell anyone,” she reassures and softly nudges his shoulder. He takes a deep breath and turns his eyes back to her. “Okay. Ehm, how do I make – how can I ask this?” He asks himself and frowns. Eunji gives him a minute to think. “How do I shave the best way?” he asks, cringing right after. But Eunji immediately understands the issue. “Okay, that alright. Don’t worry, it is totally normal to not know these things,” she reassures. He seems relieved and breathes out deeply.
She gets up and grabs a small bag before returning to him. She opens the bag and pulls out her razor and waxing strips. When she looks at the Maknae he seems intrigued. “I’m sure you know that you could shave with a razor,” she states, and he nods. “I personally prefer waxing, since it helps avoid certain problems with shaving and it is a bit more effective in removing hair for a long time,” she explains, and he listens carefully. “Does waxing hurt?” he asks. Eunji coos at his expression, pinching his cheek a little. “It does a little, not gonna lie. But if you want we can try a small part on the leg first?” she suggests. Eagerly Jungkook agrees. Eunji smiles. “Don’t ever feel embarrassed for asking this stuff, yeah? I’ll try my best to answer them.”
The stadium is empty. The only people there are staff and BTS. Speaking of, Jungkook is currently getting ready to practice the Euphoria Performance where he flies over the stadium. Eunji is standing in front of the stage, her arms folded on stage as she leans on it. There is a cameraman next to her, making sure to record everything while another camera was busy filming Jungkook. “You look so professional,” Eunji compliments after Jungkook just finished talking to staff and tying himself to the pole. His head turns to her, eyes big and shining. “You think?” he asks, excitement shining through. Eunji laughs. “Of course!” As he is lifted into the air he squeals with excitement. Eunji chuckles nervously. “Hold onto that tightly, yeah?” she almost pleads with him. He looks down at shows her a thumbs up. Namjoon steps next to Eunji, both watching their Maknae flying through the air and singing his song. “He grew up so fast,” Eunji mumbles. “Yeah he did,” he agrees. In that moment, Jungkook waves excitedly at the two. Eunji breaks into a big smile and waves back. “You look amazing, Kookie!” she yells up to him and his smile grows even bigger.
In a livestream, Eunji is chatting with fans and reading comments. “Where is Jungkook?” she reads out a comment. A smile forms on her face. “He called me earlier, asking if I was still doing a livestream today. I said yes and he wanted to come. But he is still working out right now,” she explains. She focuses back on the comments as praises and cute comments about Jungkook and Eunkook come in. “Jungkook still baby,” she reads out. A chuckle leaves her. “He is a very soft person. But,” – she interrupts her sentence to take a sip of her drink and then look at the camera more seriously – “he is a handsome and grown up man now. He still has parts of the kid from 10 years ago in him, but he has grown so much. We, you too Army, should acknowledge that, right?” she asks but it is more a rhetorical question. As she reads more comments she laughs out. “How does it feel to have raised the most amazing man on the planet?” she reads out and flashes a big smile at the camera. “Good question. I feel very proud, but he has always been an amazing person. He grew up so well and I will never stop being proud of him.”
It's Festa 2022 and the group is sitting around a table with drinks and food. The conversations have been mixed with funny and relaxed topics but also emotional and personal themes. Right now, the boys are arguing who raised Jungkook the best. “Obviously it’s me! I paid for all his food!” Jin argues and gestures at Yoongi. The younger side eyes his friend and states: “But I have raised him more. We spend so much time together.” “I am sure I raised him the best,” Hobi intervenes and sips his drink. “I mean I spend all my time with him,” he adds.
Meanwhile, Eunji is leaning back in her chair and watching with amusement. For her, this discussion is pointless, but she enjoys the entertainment from it anyways. Suddenly Jimin intervenes: “I believe Eunji Noona raised Jungkook the most.” The group goes quiet. Taehyung agrees with nodding and eats a piece of pork. Eunji chuckles. “I am not a part in this discussion,” she says. The boys begin to ponder on if Eunji should now voice her opinion or not, which makes Eunji giggle more. This is amusing to her. But then something makes them all shut up. “I also think Eunji Noona raised me the best,” Jungkook says. Everyone goes silent. You could hear a pin drop. Eunji laughs at the others’ faces. “Look what you did, Kookie,” she accuses the younger, who just shrugs.
“I actually am really grateful for Noona. I wasn’t easy as a kid and she always knew what to say or do. I feel that Noona was made to be a mother,” – Eunji chuckles at that and Jungkook smiles – “because she raised me as a mother, and, even when I don’t always show it, I couldn’t be more thankful,” he explains. Eunji listens, eyes tearing up and she softly caresses his cheek with the back of her hand. “Why so emotional today, Jk?” Jimin teases but even that doesn’t stop Jungkook from making sure that everyone knows he is serious. “Because I barely say it. I think I should say it more often. I am grateful for all of you raising me and you had a great impact on me,” he continues. Eunji wipes the stray tears of her cheeks and cradles the back of his head. “Oh, and my mom is also very happy about you raising me,” he adds, looking at Eunji. The group erupts in laughs and chuckles. Eunji smiles and softly scratches his head.

On February 15, BTS member Cheri posted a picture to her Instagram seemingly confirming her engagement with SEVENTEEN member Joshua.
The couple has been together now for five years. They were first rumored to be dating after an anonymous user posted images from cheri’s private account. Since the confirmation of their relationship, they’ve been quite public with their love and support for each other.
Fans say that during the 2023 MAMA awards in Tokyo, there wasn’t a ring on cheri’s finger, leading some to believe that during the period between the awards and her concert they got engaged.
Attendees of her first solo concert in December caught a glimpse at what appeared to be a new ring on her hand. During a Weverse live broadcast, she addressed it as an early Christmas present.
Neither BigHit Music nor PLEDIS Entertainment have released a statement at the time.
