Sometimes touch means wandering hands, frantically searching for injuries after a mission gone bad. Sometimes it’s dressing wounds, bandaging and rebandaging, applying bacta batches or stim shots.

Sometimes it’s gentle caresses, sometimes lingering brushes, traveling fingertips, leaving a burning trail in their wake.

Sometimes, though, in the quiet moments, sitting by the fire on slow evenings, it can be as simple as holding each other’s hand.

Every touch is cherished, every touch is valuable.
