The SeaBus

Downtown Vancouver is surrounded by water. Obviously this will create a lot of bridges in the city, but one way people get across the water from downtown to North Vancouver is this awesome “Seabus”. This ferry just goes back and forth all day and it’s actually pretty fast. I’m not sure what speed it travels at, but you get across to the other side pretty fast. Anyhow, if your in the city sometime…

Vancouver's real estate market has taken a hit due to... everything happening in the world. Despite this, North Vancouver is still seeing decent sales figures for detached homes, condos and townhomes. Maybe it's the diverse appeal of the community? Parts of North Vancouver have a downtown feel, while other parts are village-like or downright suburban. There's definitely something for everyone.
