may i ask how you added fingers to the Straightforward Mitts by Dräger? i love them but i prefer half-finger to fingerless.
So, I'm an almost compulsory note taker. I take notes. I write down every change and mod I do when I knit. So when I got your ask I immediately went to my notebook for projects. And would you believe it? I not only haven't written a single note on this project, it's also not even in the book!? I don't know how this happened.
So while I can't give you an exact answer (because believe me, there are plenty of mods in these mitts cuz the person who received them is a thin wristed, wide thumbed kind of person), I'll attempt to explain the thought process behind it.
Let me prefix this quickly with saying I'm an organic, chaotic maker type of knitter. I don't usually follow patterns, and if I do, I change them a lot, on the fly, while I work.

But let's say the circumstances around your knuckles is 50sts. And (I presume) you have 4 fingers (plus a thumb). You need to divide 50sts on 4 fingers. But! Your hand is flat, that is, you can't just take the first 12,5sts (50/4) and make a finger out of them.
So we divide 50 by 2. One palm side, and one hand roof side. 25sts. Only your fingers aren't paper, they are a 3d object. And so they'll need some stitches for bulk between the fingers. (if you've ever knit a sweater, these are the sts that goes under the arm).
So the first st is a 'bulk st' because it will sit on the "outside" of your index finger. So we'll not count that st, but remember that it's still there. The same goes for the st that will sit on the outside of your pinkie.
So we have now 23sts to divide over 4 fingers. The pinkie is thinner on most people, so it won't need as many sts as the other ones. That'd be 5,75sts/finger. But we can't knit ,75 sts. So we'll distribute them like so:
Index: 6sts. Middle: 7sts. Ring: 6sts. Pinkie: 4sts. (Or according to the ratios on your hand. I have a rather muscular index finger. Cuz I'm a crafter, so I might've wanted another st there ect)
Let's start knitting the index finger: 1 bulk st, 6 palm sts. - put the rest of the sts on spare yarn except for the last 6sts -, cast on 1 bulk st, knit 6 roof sts. This is your circumstance for your index finger. Knit until you've reached desired length, and bind off with a fitting bind of technique (depending on how you want them to feel, tight or elastic ectect).
Middle finger: Now put the first 7sts of the ones on the spare yarn on a needle. Knit those. Cast on 1 bulk st. Put the last 7sts of the ones you put on spare yarn on a needle. Knit those. Pick up the 1st between the middle and index finger and knit that. This is your circumstance for the middle finger.
Repeat this for the rest of the fingers.
And remember: TRY THEM ON AS YOU GO AND DO ADJUSTMENTS AS NEEDED.

I did say I was a chaotic maker. I realize not everyone enjoy knitting this way, they need a step by step instruction. But this is the best answer of the way I think concerning modding for some fingers on a mitt I can give. These numbers aren't exact, they're taken just for how I theoretically think it will work (it's quite a while since I knit the mitts and the pair aren't in my possession any more so I can't count the exact sts). Adapt the numbers to fit your hands.

See I was thinking that Ice probably heard about Cougar quitting and about the #2 team being bumped up the list to TOPGUN. He probably was originally gonna check out the little upstart that took Cougar's spot but he didn't plan for him to checking out the little upstart, you know?
The first time he saw Mav in class, he saw the back of his head, his profile as he whispered to his RIO - that was hook. Then Mav made a show of looking around the classroom for the best pilot, and caught Ice's eyes before looking away uninterested - that was line. Then the damn O Club. The stupid, almost friendly smile he gave Ice when Ice cornered him by the bar, the way he leaned back against the bar just so, the way he again look around the room for the best pilot before shutting Ice down with the same uninterested smile - oh man that's the sinker and Ice is down bad.
In conclusion I stand by what I said in my tags weeks ago - if this was a high-school 90s romcom Mav would be the new girl that lacrosse jock Ice is trying to impress but was found lacking.

he could just be trying to play it cool since asking to hang out sometime isn't super specific. try asking him for a specific date and plan and see what his response is! i hope it isn't as blasé and is comes across as more excited.

(this is just wht i saw on twt so im not like 100%) but what apparently happened with ricky is that both him and hao thought they didn't need their passports because it was a domestic flight but you do need it if you're not a korean native and hao was able to get through because he had his phone registered in his name but ricky didn't so he wasn't able to get through :( i really hope he can join them soon :(
noooo i hope he can pick up his passport soon and rejoin them :( i'm surprised the staff didn't inform the members of this because this seems like something that could have been easily prevented!

What's the first YR fic you read and loved? And the last?

the first fic YR I ever read was also the first fic I loved, which was such a huge win and kinda. cemented the fact that I was gone for this show, gone for Wilmon and accepted my place in the trenches.
That was A Glimpse of Us by the lovely Spidaya / @simons-purplehoodie . I made the mistake of reading this in public MULTIPLE times (the mistake was cause it kept making me cry). It's very well-written, and I just... I love a childhood best friends to lovers, I love Wille being such an oblivious idiot, I love ice-skating shenanigans and yeah

The last fic I read and loved is one I'm currently in the middle of, one that everyone and their mother and their father and i suppose their second cousin too has read and loved (for good reason!!) and one that I am just so late to the party too

The concept in general is incredible (I mean, a bake-off au???? who doesn't love that!) but it's also so funny, and cozy and fluffy and genuinely like a warm hug.
