- all I wanted to get rid of was his blue tie
- wears that garter because I hc he takes over some of Oswald’s black ops work after MC asked him to stop
- fancier because he is the king’s head butler

- really not much to say, but this design is one of my favs

- I added a bit of accessories to show he is a bit more carefree and chill?

Lowkey believes your friend has feelings for you, but he won't say a thing at first
But if he sees you two talking, he might put his arm around you just to make things clear

I'm going to be honest, this might cause an arguement between you two.
Well not exactly cause the arguement, but he will definitely bring it up during it.
You have to remind him that you're dating him and not your friend.
And that you're friend is like a sibling to you since you two pratically grew up together. Nothing else.
That will snap him out of his jealousy and he will probably be embarassed of not being more mature about his own insecurities
It'll take him a few weeks, but he will slowly warm up to your friend
Frow then on, he treats your best friend as HIS best friend.

He's happy that you have someone to rely on and doesn't mind one bit that you two have such a close relationship
Kaim isn't a fan of strangers, but for you he would love to meet your friend
If he enjoys their presence he will simply tell you that you have a nice friend
If he finds them rude or doesn't enjoy spending time with them, he will tell you that he would rather spend alone time with you next time.
He's really upfront about his opinion of your friend, but will never try to persuade you to stop hanging out with them or even insult them
If they make you happy, then it's not his business
Of course, if he ever wishes to spend more alone time with you or has doubts about your friend's potential feelings for you, he will be direct but tactful about it
He won't make any assumptions, but if he has questions he won't hesitate to ask them
Overall, he's pretty chill about it and if there's any issues he won't hide them.

But he will play nice since they seem to make you happy

If he meets your friend before you have the chance to prod him, he will glare at them and stay around you.
It becomes painfully obvious what was the issue when you see his comportement around your friend.
You will have to ask him to explain how he's feeling and why
It'll be hard and he will search his words, but once he does, he firmly states his problem.
Please reassure him, Noel has big abandonment issues and he would break if you were to leave him.
He will understand that his actions were not ok when you explain to him that you did not like his comportement and he will apologise for making you upset
He will probably take some herbs to give your friend next time he sees them as an apology gift

His heart can't decide if he's happy that you are happy as well
Or if he's sad that he feels like you finally found someone better suited for you

When you notice this, it hits you in the face like a truck and it stings
You will have to knock some sense into him and tell him how stupid he is
You are dating HIM. You love HIM. Not your friend.
It will take some time for him to really believe that you love HIM instead of anyone else.
He will apologise and try his hardest to change his self-loathing mindset.
Once you make him meet your friend, he feels a bit out of place, but...
He sees you smile and having fun with both him and your friend
and his heart melts
He truly does love you and for once, he will allow himself to be selfish and keep you arouung him.

You closed your eyes and enjoyed the cool night breeze as it gently caressed your face. As the sound of footsteps grew louder, you slowly opened your eyes and turned your head to face the approaching figure. It was Lucas. You met his gaze, taking in his features as he came into view. With a small grin on your face, you shifted your attention towards the nearby town.
You stood there, gazing out at the town and couldn’t help but look at how stunning it looked under the moonlight. “The town looks amazing during the night,” You murmured, holding your hands together.
Lucas let out a small giggle and nodded his head in agreement. “I have been waiting for you to see the view,” He said, gesturing towards the breathtaking scenery. “I suppose waiting all those years was worth it,” Lucas said softly.
“Years?” You felt confused as you stared at him. What exactly does he mean by years? Lucas had an air of mystery about him that was hard to ignore. You couldn’t help but feel attracted to him. The mysterious vibes made him more attractive.
“Did I said years? I meant months,” Lucas giggled. You couldn’t shake the feeling that he was being suspicious. As the word ‘months’ left his lips, a small part of her mind refused to accept his words. However, she didn’t want to ruin the moment and let it go, at least for now.
The rapid thumping of your heart echoes in your chest, a steady rhythm that quickens with each passing moment. The surroundings were beautiful, offering the ideal setting for you to tell Lucas how you really felt.
“Lucas,” You called his name. You closed your eyes and drew in a long, deep breath. He wore a gentle smile on his face as he patiently waited for you. Confessing your love to Lucas may have seemed like an impatient decision to others, but the torment of your emotions had become unbearable. Waiting any longer was simply not an option.
“I just wanted to let you know that although it might seem quick of me to admit my feelings for you, I had to do it now. I’m in love with you, Lucas,” You looked down as you were too shy to meet his gaze. “If you don’t feel the same, I completely respect that, and we can continue to be friends if that’s okay with you,” You continued.
Lucas let out a soft chuckle and came closer to you. He gently took hold of your chin, tilting your face upwards so that you were looking directly at him. His eyes seemed to lock onto yours, holding your attention completely. “I am the one who should confess to you, Y/N.” He said.
As he finished his sentence, a wave of happiness washed over your entire body. It was a simple words, yet one that could change everything. Without any hesitation, you leaned in and pulled his face closer to yours, boldly pressing your lips against his in a passionate kiss. His body jolted with surprise at the suddenness of your movements. You pulled away and saw that his was red with embarrassment. Your hand instinctively went to the back of your head, scratching it with an awkward laugh, hoping to diffuse the tension.
“I’m sorry,” You said, laughing awkwardly.
“It was nice, and I really enjoyed it,” said Lucas as he gently tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. He couldn’t help but stare down at your beautiful face. Lucas leaned in, drawn by your scent. As he approached, he caught a whiff of your scent. It was familiar, yet somehow different. He had always sensed it from afar, but now, up close, it was even more euphoric than he had imagined. He closed his eyes and leaned in to kiss you once more. This time, his kiss was filled with a deeper passion than before.
You pulled him closer, your lips brushing against his ear as she muttered, “I love you, Lucas,” With a giggle, he replied, “I love you too, Y/N.” As the moon shone down upon the two of you, you leaned in for another kiss. Lucas highlighted your world despite the darkness surrounded you. The only sources of light were from the distant town and the soft glow of the moon. You stared at the love of your life, and he’s your shining star. Your Eternal Sunshine.

Renegade in Reverie Introduction
For my 6th year anniversary for playing MMR/NH, and my 5th tumblr anniversary for @incorrectmmr, I decided to make a separate tumblr account for my oc Iris’s story, which is titled Renegade in Reverie. I have been planning and brainstorming the plot for 5 years now, and it somehow became a complicated mess of a plot.
To this day, the plot still hasn’t been polished, nor had the first draft been written yet, but I still want to share the plot through other means like oneshots or headcanons. I may even spoil my own story if I take even longer to write (but if you follow me on instagram, you’ve already been spoiled haha).
જ⁀➴ Synopsis:
Iris is just an ordinary girl in her ordinary world. But ordinary is pretty boring, isn’t it? It’s safe, but where’s the fun in that? On the night of a red moon, she made a wish for an exciting life, and sunk to the world of Nightmare! An ordinary girl thrown into an ordinary world full of demons and angels; is it heaven, or hell? The change in scenery is a sudden wake-up call to the incompetent, sheltered human.
The story idea should have answered a simple question: What would happen if MC signed the contract in Kaim’s route? However, over the years, it had somehow developed into a multiverse of a story, but only because I’m indecisive and like to explore the potential of possibilities.

Okay, Rachel and Oltea aren’t technically my ocs, because Rachel is my fanon interpretation of the conwoman mentioned in Oswald’s route, and Oltea is my interpretation of the canon Oltea.

Kaim/Iris, a.k.a ChocolateLavender 💜🤎 (at first, and originally)
Noel/Iris, a.k.a DecaDuo (OTP)
Ricardo/Iris (RicaRis) is the most popular from what I’ve observed, probably because it’s Ricardo. But in the main story, their dynamic is mostly platonic.
I do experiment with Iris’s dynamic with other characters as well, but they’re probably not included in the story.

❧ he's hosting his annual obligatory gala at his castle and everything was going as planned
❧ the two of you split up to greet all the guests, wanting to get it done and over with, and while you're gone this clueless mf gets hit on and doesn't pick up on it
❧ so when you eventually come over to check in on him, you see him talking to this one lady who was making herself just a little bit too comfortable
❧ this, ofc, makes you upset and you approach to stand next to mikael and you send a glare between the two of them
❧ it takes him a second, but mikael eventually connects the dots and figures that you don't like this woman talking to him
❧ then she has the gall to make a more direct move by reaching forward and grabbing onto his hand, to which you reach forward and slap her hand off of mikael's
❧ the woman looks at you like you just offended her entire bloodline, meanwhile you're staring her down like you're ready to throw hands
❧ sensing the tension, mikael grabs you gently by the hand, excuses the two of you under his breath, and leads you away from the party and toward the empty balcony for some fresh air
❧ he gives you a minute to collect yourself before raising a questioning eyebrow at your behavior, yet there's a soft smile displayed on his face
❧ "she was flirting with you," you state plainly
❧ he gives you a slightly incredulous look as if to ask if that's all it was, but at the same time he understands why you're upset
❧ getting annoyed by his silence, you decide to continue on, "she was flirting with you and you did nothing to stop her. i was the one who had to interfere; did you even mention me?"
❧ he almost cuts you off toward the end of your rant to defend himself, "darling, i didn't even realize her intentions. i promise if i had known, i would have shut her down"
❧ you stare at him in silence for a moment before responding softly, "but now you know and next time you will shut it down yourself?"
❧ he hums and nods his head in response, "yes, i promise"
❧ a small smile appears on your face and you hold your hand out to him, which he accepts eagerly, grateful you forgave him
❧ the two of you decide to spend the rest of the night out on the balcony, looking up at the night sky and enjoying each other's company, only returning inside to bid farewell to your guests

❧ he won't do anything to outright make you jealous, at least not on purpose
�� instead, he ends up doing a bunch of little things that eventually push you over the edge of jealousy
❧ for example, someone will call him cute while the two of you are in town, or someone tries to take advantage of his naivety and hit on him shamelessly until you eventually drag him away
❧ sometimes he'll come home and say something along the lines of "beverly has invited us over to her house tomorrow night for dessert" and you're like "who??"
❧ so you end up having a conversation about how it's okay to not talk to strangers and to not accept their,, invitations
❧ but the thing that really pushed you over the edge- it's so stupid really- is his garden
❧ it's harvest season for some plants he uses a lot in his concoctions, and he's taking full advantage of every opportunity he has to collect and treat each one
❧ ofc more time in the garden means less time with you, so you try to go down and help him, but he's just too in the zone and is in his own little world the whole time that it makes no difference
❧ it's actually ricardo who catches how you're feeling and talks to you about it
❧ he's listening to you vent about how you've been feeling almost neglected and how there's just been so much piling up, yet you haven't had much of a chance to talk to him about it
❧ unbeknownst to you, the clueless mfer in question is walking down the hall looking for you and overhears you talking to ricardo of all people and now he's jealous and absolutely does not know how to handle it
❧ fast forward to bed time and the two of you are being so petty, not really talking to each other like y'all should be doing, until finally, surprisingly, he breaks the silence first
❧ he looks over at you with a pout on his face, eyebrows furrowed, and he mumbles out, "why were you talking to ricardo? i thought i was the one you come to..."
❧ this makes your eyebrows shoot up in shock; now noel is jealous??
❧ so you sigh and explain to him how you've just been feeling a little jealous and a tad bit neglected lately, going over every instance you've felt so lately
❧ he's silent as he listens, as per usual, and once you're finished he simply apologizes and says he'll learn from this and be more attentive going forward :)
❧ to address his jealously, he just asks that you no longer go to ricardo for relationship help lol

❧ unlike the other two, this man gets flirted with and will flirt back just to get a rise out of you pls dump him
❧ it happens when lucia has some rich family visiting for lunch, and they bring their child, who just so happens to be around mefy's age, with them
❧ the three of you are having a lovely conversation, but somehow the guest assumes you and mefy are just friends and takes that as their invitation to start hitting on him
❧ you're staring at this person, eyebrow quirked up at this behavior before turning your gaze to mefy; surely he'll set the matter straight
❧ or not, because this bitch starts flirting back shamelessly as if you weren't there
❧ your eyes widen at the sheer audacity before you huff out a quick "excuse me," before making your leave of the day room
❧ you don't spare a glance back at your partner to gauge his reaction, opting to just hunker down in your room for the rest of they day to cool down and think this over
❧ mefy feels a slight twinge in his heart seeing you storm off like that, aware of his actions, but he decides to just let you be for now
❧ to his credit, he does at that point set the record straight with the guest, affirming his relationship with you and how he's not interested in them
❧ the day goes on slowly, until the guests leave and it's finally dinner time and everyone gathers around the table
❧ well, everyone except for you, and everyone is well aware of your absence
❧ although unaware of what went down, lucia, levy, and even kaim are all staring at mefy with a disapproving look that screams at him, "you fucked up"
❧ with that, he sighs, pushes his chair back from the table, and heads to your shared bedroom
❧ he hesitantly knocks on the door, waiting a second before letting himself in
❧ he finds you lying down in bed, back facing him at the door and refusing to say a word
❧ he makes his way toward the bed, sitting down at the edge, still not saying anything
❧ the two of you are held up in a silence competition, one that both of you know he's gonna have to lose
❧ eventually, he sets his pride aside and apologizes for his behavior. "i shouldn't have played along like that. it was a spit on our relationship, and it will never happen again," he tentatively reaches a hand out to place it on your shoulder, continuing when you don't move away, "i swear it. i hope you can forgive me, y/n"
❧ after a moment of silence, letting you take it all in, you turn over to face him and prop yourself up on your elbows. "you ever pull something like that again, mefy, and i swear it, i will feed you to the dogs. got that?"
❧ he gives you a soft smile, "understood"

What if Oswald’s ancestors were a sub-species of demons that were fallen angels?
That would explain why Oswald’s eyes are red, even though he's a demon.
I know that demons are regarded as fallen angels in Christianity, so in this theory I'm assuming demons and angels are completely different races in Nightmare.
