1. How old were you when you found out you had DID/OSDD?

I believe we were 12 when we realised it wasn’t normal, but 14-15 when we started actually labelling it properly!

2. What symptom disrupts your day to day life the most?

Well, the dissociation and memory loss! We often forget things and then someone will bring it up and that can often cause arguments with relatives and such.

5. How often do you switch?

Sometimes often, sometimes not often! It really depends on circumstances!
