I find it pretty awesome that I went from being deathly scared of flying to handling nine flights in two weeks and actively dreaming of travel.
It's crazy what I could handle when I simply do it.

I fell behind on posting Ages Chapter 33 and ended up rewriting the whole thing. The universe used my overfloweth cup of stress to say, “Nah, that ain’t it.” And you know what? The universe was right. Because it’s better now.
#what if all this drama with my car is just the universe being like#you impatient little so and so I told you not to buy that car last year#because It’s for sure getting totaled out they’re just waiting on battery estimate for insurance#I swear if they low ball me I’m going to RAGE#but also we are going to Ireland England and Scotland next month so just let it be done#I’m not going to lose my mind over not having a car payment until the 24 model drops#and that’s just more money in my pocket to save for later#buying the same car this year is going to cost me $7K less#tears#the universe just needs to make sure I don’t have to make another car payment#on a car I do not have in my possession because I am losing my mind about $3300 already in the bin

i tried to study abroad in amsterdam for this semester but it didn't work with my stem-major schedule. i studied in italy over the summer instead but i still desperately want to get to amsterdam
greece! i need to live out my best mamma mia life
and pompeii and the amalfi coast. i really wanted to get to pompeii when i was in italy but i didn't have time. hopefully i'll get to go back and can stop there if i do

I don’t mean to be rude but since when are Australia and Israel part of Europe
Israel is a member of the European Broadcasting Union! That's why they're allowed to participate. A few countries outside of Europe are members. I guess the others don't want to participate 😁
As for Australia, they were allowed to participate one time because of the contest's anniversary. Australia has always had a huge fanbase cause of course many people there have ties to Europe. I think they came close to winning that year and have been invited back ever since. They have to compete in a semi-final though! They're not one of the Big Five who always participate.

#so i guess i went over the tag limit and didn't realize so half of that vent post was cut off#cool cool#basically i said i think next year is gonna be a year of figuring shit out#probably not fixing anything but trying to figure out ways to make my life.. work better#i also really want to travel next year. because travel is the only thing that makes me feel sane and alive and happy#i already have a trip to amsterdam in the works to meet up with a bunch of online friends and i wanna make it work so bad#so i need to make sure i have enough money for that#but i also want to do a trip somewhere pretty that i haven't been like wales or scotland#or even a road trip somewhere in north america#but i cannot drive and so i can't go alone and also i like sharing my adventures with people#but i don't think anybody wants to travel with me so there's that#i need to figure out another way to make income apart from my shop bc i'm barely scraping by#and i WANT to do barn chores again#even tho it take a huge physical toll on my body i would rather do that than another job bc i can do things at my#own pace and i rarely have to interact with anyone and i can be around horses all day#but to do that i would have to move in with my mom and i don't think she wants me living there and idk how much she would charge me rent#it would also cause a lot of problems with my dad. he would be uspet and bitter and probably mad at me.#and would also try and convince me to stay like 'i'll drive you to the barn every week!' which would be 2+ hours of driving and#him driving me to work every day was part of why i had a breakdown and quit my last job bc he would cause so much anxiety#but my mom is literally surrounded by barns where she lives aND is on a bus route so#tbc
