[ He rolls his eyes softly before walking towards the fridge just in order to hide the small smirk that formed on his lips. To be honest he had much more affection for the kid than what he would actually like to admit or that he would even admit. ]
No, never did. I did had to listen to your mother drunkly talk about him though, so we could say I know enough about him. So basically he said you need to stop acting like a child and act like a grown up? You should start with the cooking.
Except you will, because you promised to keep on teaching me some things.
[ He’s going to shrug because truly, he can’t understand how is it that his mama and his uncle can live of leaves and carrots. And yet he nods and smirks because he can have a good time bothering Eric, but he is one of the most prominent male figures of his life, and one he also aims to impress and make proud. ]
I stopped trying to eat the dog after it tried to eat me.
And yes, I guess dad hugging me is a good sing. Did you ever met him, Unc’? But yes, and he seems interested enough in me. Mom promised he would, but for once I was half expecting she was exaggerating. He says I’m not yet ready to be introduced into polite society thought, at least not London’s. I need to start being so direct and am too young, something along those lines.

[ Eric stared at him for a couple of minutes, one didn't had to be a genius to notice the excitement and nervousness that had taken over the boy, and to be honest he did understood why he was feeling that way. ]

He balances on his forearms and the tip of his shoes, bouncing slightly with nervous energy. The meetings had gone far better than he had expected, he was liking his father so far. Very much. ]
Yup. I think it went well. He likes me, it seems. Which is great. He’s very old and very smart and definitely looks a lot like me, and he wants to teach me stuff and take care of me and he even gave me a hug. That was rather nice, though I’m a little older for that type of stuff.

It’s not acting like an animals, it’s being the one with the upper hand in the food chain. Cops are easy to deal with, other crime bosses and people from opposite familias are the one you need to be careful with. Cook me this one, Uncle. Next time I’ll pay attention if you teach me.
I could threaten to your Sherlock Holmes collection, but that would just be mean and unnecessary, since I like them too.

Well you should learn how to cook, at your age I knew how to cook. I didn't trusted the cook... he used to spit on the food. Well excuse me for not knowing the protocol, but no Dante, I'm not cooking for you. I'll help you cook, but I'm not doing it all.
[ Of course it isn’t. ]
Cook is the one to prepare my meals and I only can work with the microwave and the easy things. And I’m tired; you were supposed to make me food while I took a nap. It’s what uncles do and all that drill, you are supposed to take care for the developing body and brain and all that.
