To say Kisouna was a bit surprised at being given a Valentine's Day gift would be an understatement. She certainly didn't go out of her way to participate in this holiday. Not that she didn't believe in true love, but because she had more important things on her mind. Plus, she had put away things like, 'love', 'romance' and other such things on her backwall since she was so busy with her goal of getting rid of all crime in Japan. So for someone to give her anything was very shocking.
Still, it wasn't unwelcome. And better for the person to be someone that Kisouna had a good opinion of, like Nellie-san. Taking the bouquet from him, she gave him a smile and a nod of the head.
"Thank you, Nellie-san. I'll be sure to take good care of these."

Takumi blinked at the box upon receiving it, not really expecting any packages. But upon opening it and finding some a pair of brand-new kendo sticks, his mouth fell open and his eyes grew wide childlike delight. Picking up one of them, he felt it in his hand and smiled brightly. Testing it, he gave both several good swings and was happy with the weight and feel of them. As he packed both in his box, he only one thought left:
"You and my students are going to get along quite well!"

But the voices started to be louder,screaming him to open the eyes and demamding answers
Then Nellie gave them answers
"BECAUSE I'M INSANE TOO!!..hahaha""-Nellie opened his eyes prey of the allucinations,his eyes teared and crazy giggles out from his mouth with another episode
Kanon sipped her tea as she sat in what passed for her sitting room. The book Yukimura had given her in her hands as she read through the novel. It was a classic and obviously was a reference to her MC name Mz Hyde. While Kanon had read the novel as a teen it wasn't until her accident that Kanon began to sympathize with Jykell. They had both turned into monsters due to an experiment. Their minds twisted and corrupted until nothing was left but Hyde. However, unlike Jekyll Kanon refused to let her mind completely be destroyed not while she had her revenge to complete.
Kanon turned another page of the book reaching one of her favorite lines in the book.
“...‘It is one thing to mortify curiosity, another to conquer it.’ How fitting for me.”

"Nellie-san. Possibly the only Japanese person I know who can call themselves a journalist. For one thing, he owns his own publishing house and publishes his own newspaper, which is shocking since not many people read newsprint much these days. I actually worked with him on a separate project when he hired me to take some pictures. It was a bit weird seeing my own work on paper, but... it wasn't bad. Nellie-san was polite enough. He had his eccentricities, but no more than anyone else. I look forward to working with him again."

"When Nellie-san told me that this young man was his son, I was a bit surprised, but not very. From what I've researched, adoption is something that is fairly common in Asian countries, especially in Japan. On the person, himself, from what I know, he works as an underground idol, whatever that is. He seems 'okay', but I feel something... sinister about him. It's just a feeling, but... my instincts have rarely ever been wrong before..."

“Well, this is certainly… a choice of presents…” Anika murmured. To think I’d get a book on hypnosis… when I went to school for it… I’ll still give it a read, I kinda want to know others’ thoughts on regression hypnosis.
She picked up the bouquet and smiled.
