He's my favorite Mega and yet I draw his hair rather inconsistently, so I'm putting these here for my own reference as the shapes here came out Just Right. And there's some additional doodles from a while back of Hub demonstrating his built-in cord.

(Next to it is the Jack-Out switch and a port for Lan's PET cord.)

alr so i tried to turn the hm 2023 hhg designs into modern human dudes bc i need them for my mall cop au but OMG I CANT TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY WHO DECIDED THEY WOULD LOOK LIKE THAT!!! apologies if these designs are garbage, i tried 😭😭😭

(i do not consider these guys the same characters as the ones from the rides, the comics, or the 2003 movies btw, theyre too different in shape/facial language to be the same guys, end of discussion)

anyways yeahh uh in my au these sillies live together in the same apartment complex as bruce, ben, constance, the mariner, and some other haunts that im gonna turn into human designs later. they play d&d with kent sometimes and their car keeps breaking down (hence the whole hitchhiking thing)

-phineas probably does business or finance or something that makes him need to travel a lot (he still lives w ezra and gus because living alone in your mid 50s/60s is lonely, and honestly good for him)

-this ezra looks like a fashion guy or smthn, idk he fancy ill figure it out later. he doesnt look like spamton in this movie and it makes me sad

-gus is their roommate who has been to prison multiple times and cant hold down a job. they keep him around because they love him and he "mysteriously conjures" free tickets to local plays a lot

(i will give phineas and ezra their hats + phineas his coat back i promise but i needed a ref of their hair/casual attire, so no hats/coats just yet)

I booked a few nights in a historic (and haunted!) hotel so I could have a nice staycation & change of scenery during the weekend I visited the symphony – I enjoyed visiting Symphony Hall in my royal purple blouse with the beautiful (faux) fur collar/loose shoulder drape

#had to wear heeled shoesies bc that adjustable cane even at its shortest setting #it wasn’t quite as short as I needed; I’d practiced before walking with a cane so things overall were fine #the LAST thing I want is to visit a fancy venue with a fashionable/cosmetic cane (something that v few people do)#and then look like I’m fumbling around with it 🙄#but yeah between my robust gait and nice heeled shoes and overall prissy uprightness #i made things work 😚😚😚#for the record I looked into how to fit a cane properly to whomever’s proportions #and the one I got myself in late March of this year fitted me to a tee #[sic] I can’t recall if it’s ‘to a tee’ or ‘to a T’#ANYWAY I really enjoy how much more I swagger around when I’m using a cane #I’ve had people (a LONG while back) see my very literal upright posture #and ask if I’d been in the MILITARY 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮#naw the robust upright posture is from marching band/ballet training/getting yelled at for arbitrary things that we won’t get into rn #this got away from me #personal #rant in tags #selfie #dyke #big mirror

mild problem encountered: he's too fucking tall

#soda offers you a can #i knew the tails would absolutely be an issue but this is arguably much worse of an outcome hrngh #i already scaled him down to check the proportions btw if i scale him down further those get all fucked up #i think what needs to happen is some careful adjusting in edit mode to fix the body's height #everything else /should/ work fine enough if their locations are adjusted. i hope

Im wondering (for quacks and giggles and also because I'm curious) do you have any tips to get better at an art style(specifically hands)?

oh im gonna be real hands are my weak point, i did some hand studies for class back in highschool but i dont think ive done a proper anatomical study on anything in years and it definitely shows KEKW

i kinda have a general concept of the shapes of hands in m’brain, sketch them in the most baffling cartoonish way possible, and then improvise the rest! my primary advice is to study and use references but i would be an incredible hypocrite (am lazy) so heres a general breakdown of my hand process LMAO

(again, keep in mind this is not remotely anatomically correct. i have absolutely NO clue, sometimes i look at my own hands i guess but theyre also strange looking. i dont wanna seem like im intentionally giving a bullshit tutorial LMAO)
