I’m insanely intrigued on the lore behind these two. In some ways I feel bad for Johnny, he was literally stolen from his actual mother and raised to be a monster.

(Also, I know Nancy is blind in her left eye, but I was trying to make her appear younger in this, I figured she got the blind eye later in her life.)

Alright, I feel what I’m about to rant about is an unpopular opinion. Maria should be dead. Sure, Virginia finds her mad they try to escape only to be captured. According to the devs Maria’s body will be found in the museum mode. That’s what I remember them saying when I watched the lore live stream. However, if they change this, if the devs make it to wear Maria is alive, I feel that ruins the whole theme of loss going on. It’s more gut wrenching when the person you love (Maria) is no longer alive. It’s brings a heavy weight to the lore. In a good way. Now, I’m hoping it’s just that Virginia was there before everyone else including Danny and then go from there. I like however that my theory about Maria being kept alive for a while before dying is still true. No to mention it wouldn’t make since for her to still be alive. We all know no one makes it out because this takes place before tcm 1 movie. Hardesty is the first victim to escape the sawyer. So if they survive (any of them) then it’s ruins that story. Now, it’s possible that there could be a mini game like petals but maybe you play mafia or Virginia and tell that little story of how they almost escaped. All in all, if Maria is still alive when everyone gets there, I feel that would ruin a lot. If she becomes a playable victim in tcm, that will also ruin the story and all the heartache and loss for the characters. It’s just makes better sense to me for her to be dead. I just see a lot of people saying they are so excited for her to maybe be a playable character and be alive. I am sorry, I love Maria but I’m the exact opposite. No hate to those people though.

TCM: Johnny and Nancy Head cannon

So I’ve seen a lot of people wondering if Nancy renamed Johnny after she killed his biological mother and adopted him. Which maybe she did but I kind of can’t see her being the kind of person who went out and found a random woman with a random baby she could kill to get the child she wanted. She seems more like she’d be meticulous about it. She probably would be looking for some kind of sign from God to find HER child. So I kind of have this head cannon that his name has always been Johnny and Nancy took this as her sign that God was delivering her the child she always wanted to give birth to (and I assume name Johnny) but was never able to do so, only this time through a surrogate( Jonny’s Biological mother) and that is why Nancy killed Johnny’s Biological mom because he was meant to be HER son delivered to her by God. We do know from one of Nancy’s lines that she was pregnant multiple times, and it’s implied she lost all ( I think in one voice line she says six) babies by miscarriages. After this line she always says the other voice line which is roughly “then God delivered me MY Johnny” and called Johnny her “little angel” in another line. So I kind of assume that however she meet Jonny’s Biological mother, which the TCM wiki says she befriended and then caused her death, was because she learned that the woman had a Baby named Johnny and Nancy took it as God delivering her the Baby she really wanted. Nancy's view is probably that Johnny was always meant to be HER son and because she had lost six pregnancies God decided for the 7th try to delivered him to her through a surrogate.

Also me: what if she actually had feelings for Johnny's bio mom and wanted to be with her but for one reason or another it didn't work out, leading to Nancy killing her, but deep down that's one of the only murders she feels remorse for to this day

I bought the TCM game last Sunday, and who knew that playing a killer could feel wholesome.

I'm a Johnny main, and I just had a very wholesome moment with his mom (Nancy). She was chasing Sonny. I was able to cut him off so, when he opened up the crawl space he wanted to go through, it was just Johnny waiting to one-hit him on the other side.

All I could think was Nancy must be so proud of her son.

Ok but Nancy's house is so nice 😭
