Something I was thinking about today: I wish video games like Stardew Valley or those that mirror our world had the option of choosing hemispheres, you know? Just at the beginning of the game, you pick language, your name and your hemisphere. Unless the game is set on a specific place, I don't think it would alter gameplay too much, but it would be neat having events themed to the correct seasons, you get me? I don't want autumn themed events during my spring time
#personal#think of it more along the lines of like Pokémon Southern hemisphere and Northern hemisphere editions#This occurred to me while playing Animal Crossing Pocket Camp were they are all talking about spring arriving and here I am going into fall#same with Pokémon GO that has all things themed according to the Northern hemisphere#or even Stardew Valley that is not set anywhere in our world nad yet the year ends in winter and starts in spring (1/2)#which is a simplified mirror of winter december and spring march (2/2)

#i cant like. figure out what i want to work on#i have the superhero story open but im llike 3 weeks ahead of schedule for it so motivation is. urgh#im close to a chapter i really want to write too. it's the one before it that's just vague#and then like i finally opened the MG novel#and like right. i like this story and think it has a lot of potential#but man™#idk the edits i have done it's like 'wait a second these are good actually'#but i have to re-write a lot of things and i dont need to change the plot but it's just#and then while im debating hardcore on either of these my brain is like 'you have new video game waiting at home' so there's that#........okay im going to vomit out at least a page for the adult superhero novel and then work completely just on the MG one tomorrow#during my writer's group#someone teleport to this panera nad kick me#miscellaneous

The Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies are a lot of fun except for pretty much every scene MJ is in
#wren rambles#spiderman#me watching the last scene of spiderman 2 like this would be so cute if MJ hadn't left a dude at the alter!#the way they both kept leading each other on and hesitating and lingering nad ugh it was so dumb#(wow i can edit tags now what is this magic)#anywya other than that i am enjoying actually sitting down and watching the spiderman movies#the train scene was soso good#and i love aunt may in every iteration#ALSO interested by the concpt of Harry's character#the exection of his character isn't as good as it could be#but he could be done so well and that's fun to play with especially with franchise that had been remade so many times#and the remakes are part of the appeal now
