Kaeya had always been an efficient and hard-working individual (he had to be to support Diluc in the background as his brother rose thru the ranks after all).
He has so much free time because he completes all his work way ahead of schedule. And if he still has enough time, he adds more to the workload in secret.
And once all of that was done and over with, he makes time for everyone. He has to. He feels as if every moment has to be given to someone else.
No one knows how he does it. No one has to know.
Every mission has a dozen strategies in line, and every battle plan is made with efficiency in mind. His perfect record will not be tarnished. He can't risk it (even if it baffles others that he would willingly activate a ruin guard just to prevent a failed mission. Jean disagrees with his methods, but Kaeya can say that the results say otherwise)
He needs to be quick.
Efficient.
Perfect.
And so he comes and goes like the wind.
Kaeya values time because he knew every second counted. He can't just stand there as if he were frozen. Time could run out in an instant.
Kaeya had only been late once his entire life.
He'd rather he never be late ever again.
It took one day of being of being imperfect for everything to fall apart. On that tragic day...had he gotten there on time... then maybe...

" Come on, let's get moving, traveler. We're not frozen in place after all. " Kaeya teasingly says. He stiffles a giggle at the traveler's exhasperated sigh.
"Yeah yeah, we've heard enough of you calling us a slacker. Can't you be a bit more patient?" Paimon whines at him.
Kaeya snorts, but acquiesces, hiding the shaking of his hands at the thought of being idle.
He imagines hearing a clock ticking.
Kaeya knows that that is his own problem. He tries his hardest to relax as he waits for the traveler to finish whatever they're making on the alchemy table because, seriously, it is supposed to be a relaxing day. There's nothing major going on, and his schedule is once again empty as intended. What's the hurry?
Kaeya taps his foot on the ground as he waits. He wishes he could take his own damn advice when he tells others to relax.

It is actually insane that we hear him relaxing frequently and i bet its not because of the lack of horses COZ LOOK AT HOW#BUSY THE OTHER CAPTAINS ARE. Also id like to think that he is a toned down noelle and that is why jean told him to watch over her training#give us noelle and kaeya interactions pls i kinda need it tbh#to all those that reached this far into the notes i actually have more to say so get ready#if it wasnt clear the only day he was late was when crepus died. everything fell apart for him that day so i can see some obsessive need to#just keep running around and doing things as efficient as possible. #gmm voice. lets talk about that.#also back on my sam with epilepsy shit#anyway constant tbis is causing this guy to be half deaf and have regular seizures and migrains and shit#i think the weight of 'my GOD my brains been fucked' would only rly hit him once they move into the bunker and become more established#like their whole life theyre on the move always running to or from something so hes always got a distraction. something to keep moving for#and once he has a place to be and stay it kind of creeps up on him.#he cant research like he used to. cant focus or comprehend certain shit and even if he can hes prone to headaches and migraines and#he wants to keep going. to help out but the only way to help is to step away from any screens and just lie in a dark room for a while#and come back to it later. he doesnt really realise that ur head hurting all the damn time and his level of forgetfulness isnt just#a sign that hes getting older. hes been prone to nosebleeds and stuff his entire life so that doesnt register as weird either#and once theyre in the bunker and hes probably a little less stressed about being on the run for his entire life i think hed realise#that HUH thats weird i havent had a seizure in a while. i wonder why.#i DO this sam wuld have a lot of these things even before any brain trauma#like hes always had headaches and nosebleeds and the occasional seizure. but thats part of why he thought they were just like. normal#disablednatural

ough i need to actually like work on my OC askblog but im kinda rethinking my main oc's design? i love it sm but idk,,, can i get some feedback? personally i love his goofy appearance (he is MEANT to look very friendly/silly and bright, part of his backstory) but i worry some parts of it are too much (like his little bulbous antenna on his ears, or the mismatched colors *everywhere*)
some notes: the one on the left is more recent, but the colors are a bit less accurate (the face is more correct but the body's accent colors are mismatched like on the right. i cant decide whether i want him to have colored paws, im thinking i might go with the grey...)
i put a lot of thought into the more robotic and 'helpful' aspects of his design like the speaker ears he has that can project audio, and his tail, which lights up like a flashlight. his 'eyes' are on metal squares that can turn right, left, up, or down to make emotional expressions, etc.) some of his features are directly tied to his backstory, as he was created to be 'the perfect friend' by a corrupt genius, so he has physical traits to match, ie as the genius saw it, useful traits. Why have a friend hold your flashlight when he could BE the flashlight?
idk i love him he is my silly robocritter but i do sometimes worry he is TOO goofy looking

Not related to Bleach at all but I’ve been rewatching Inuyasha and TF Armada at the same time, which has been hilarious due to the shared VAs.
First of all, Miroku is larping as an all-American tween who is deeply passionate about always being right and being the Autobot’s favorite pet.
And one of the episodes introduces a new Autobot and the kids are like ‘I don’t know about him, but maybe we’re being unfair, let’s give him a chance’ and the dude rolls up with the voice of Naraku. Just straight Naraku with some reverb. So even if you aren’t like ‘wow, Sideways is a sus name’ you know the jig. That thing is malicious and should not be trusted.
Jaken is an excitable helicopter who has a chronic giggling condition and is peak Lackey.
Kouga is a cocky airplane who prides himself on being Real Fast and Tough.
Like the type-casting going on here is legendary.
There are some other big ones. For instance Sesshomaru and Megatron share VAs and so do Carlos (one of the kids) and Bankotsu but those aren’t voices I clocked right off the bat because they are playing into their range (and also they reverb the FUCK out of Megatron’s voice. His cadence is the same, but the VA plays Sesshomaru like such a whispery waif compared to Megatron). Aaaand there are plenty of others but they aren’t as fun.
Like, I definitely watched Armada before I watched Inuyasha (I think I found Inuyasha in like 2004?) so I think this is the first time I’m realizing these dubs both came out in 2002 and that casts reflect that 100% omg.
#Armada is not good but it is very funny and nostalgic#Optimus t-posing into a shower of missile fire to sacrifice himself made me hyperventilate#It is honestly astounding that THIS was my introduction to TF and it successfully got me into tf proper#I think Sesshomaru and Megatron sharing VAs is the funniest just because you could also still view it as type casting even if it isnt as#straightforward#like the heart is there but they rushed this puppy till the last minute and you can TELL#and like obviously all the characters are definitely not one for one like Sideways is Complicated he's a 'never let them know your next#move' kind of guy#but its just so fun switching shows and being like 'oh my god its Sideways i mean Naraku i mean'#especially since I'm usually focusing on work or something else on another screen

Welp. Cause I got a problem called 'I love me some rhythm games and video game music is the fucking BOMB' I picked up a copy of the new final fantasy theatrhythm. And I have absolutely no regrets so far. Which isn't a surprise cause curtain call is no contest my most played 3ds game bar none fhdjskshdkdkdg.
So here I am, having only beaten 2 of the like 30 stages (or however many ff games are on here lol) and thus played only about 20 of the songs included, and yet I'm currently staring at the ps store debating on buying the digital deluxe upgrade and getting an additional 57 songs to add to the 500+ that's already in the game.
I have decided though that I will wait until I beat the rest of the games to fully unlock their songs first... Then im gonna go ham and get even more music to rock out (mostly because it included music from twewy and there is no way on earth I'm passing up those bops fhdkslshdkd)
God this series *will* eat up my time like no other once again me thinks lmao
#No joke this series is by far my fav ff game like ever#Spinoff or mainline title it doesnt matter#Which is definitely helped by the fact that while i fucking love the music in this series#Ive only ever beaten 4 of the games#...the first 4 actually fhdksldhdkd#Honestly though considering the switch from ds touchscreen to tv#Its actually playing better than i expected!#Definitely more immersive with the stylus though#Especially the field music stages those just feel so lackluster now#Because the main draw of it was dragging your stylus across the screen as you followed the lines#Just moving the control stick up and down isnt *quite* the same lol#Plus they dropped the chocobo segements from those levels 😣#and the airship levels whenever you played their themes in each game...#Was nice to see that they included the ems stages as well#Mainly because curtain call had the new ones but if you wanted to play the ones that were in the first theatrhythm#Then you had to play that one#Even if just playing the stages on this one give me huge guitar hero vibes fhdjskdhdjd#Which i can see why they made the change cause there is no way those eould have been playable in their original states lmao#Cant wait until i unlock more songs though#Mostly so i can once again participate in the five daily songs lol#Though i am still super bummed that you cant play as all the characters from each of the games#Cause while i have yet to beat ff8#I would love nothing more than to play as irvine or quistis or selphie or zell 😭

#my close friend came to stay w me for a few days and it was nice seeing her after so many years#It was actually nice not being alone in my room and having someone to talk to that wasnt through a phone screen#we helped her sister move in to her college dorm#My best friend also started college back home and shes gotten immensely close to everyone on her residence#apparently theyre all like 1 big family which is so so nice but#i wish i had that. with even 1 person.#And the freshman are coming on campus and i always get weird when I see ppl younger than me doing stuff like that bc it makes me feel so old#And it's September and change is in the air and i havent cried like this in a few months#so really it isnt even my fault im like this#shut up kayla

question for those who know about 3ds repair
if my 3ds touch screen is broken in a way where if i wanted to draw a line and in some parts the line will veer off the the side and then return to being underneath where im touching would i need to just replace the touch screen or is there something under the touch screen that manages that stuff
#i probably worded this weirdly so#in multiple spots on my touch screen drawing over them will cause the drawn line to move in an erratic way that isnt underneath my stylus#and then when im not over those spots it will return to how it should be. yknow the lines actually underneath my stylus#it makes drawing in flipnote and everything else for that matter a bit frustrating#so please i need to know if i just need to get the screen replaced or what#do i tag this? what do i even tag it with#3ds#nintendo#nintendo 3ds
