One Piece Live Action Season 1 Stream of Consciousness (Spoilers):
This will be a suuuuper long post and will literally be a random string of thoughts and will probably make no sense as a lot will be without context. Maybe just random lines that I enjoy and random gifs that just showcase the random points I like but enjoy
Episode 1
I love this. I love that they didn’t make it the exact same. And having watched the anime, it just makes the subtle hints amazing and when they mention something that wasn’t brought up till later *chefs kiss*. Like they showed Zoro being recruited by Baroque Works when they didn’t even mention that till they were in the grand line I think.
And all of the small hints to the characters like when you saw Cabaji in the scene before he was actually introduced. That’s one of my favorite types of foreshadowing.
Luffy supporting Koby’s dream will always be awesome. And Luffy comforting Koby after see the bad marines is so kind of him. I love him.
The casting is perfect. Luffy. Zoro. Nami.
Nami is me. Everything goes wrong “This is fine.”

Zoro is my favorite. He already was in the anime, but it’s definitely true for the live action as well 🥰

They really have changed the way this goes. Arming came to them and Don Krieg died by Mihawk earlier. Not too mad about it though. I think it flows better with the way they made the show. Like I said it’s a little darker and I’m liking it. It’s different but a good different.

Oh lovely. I somehow didn’t realize I would have to watch all the sad things in another format. It didn’t really connect that
And Zoro being first mate again. That’s always gonna be my favorite thing. Even when it’s for sad moments
Nami’s screams… that was so real and heart wrenching and that “help me” scene was so on point. The one scene that was practically the same and it was the one that causes tears 🥲
Episode 8
The blood and chains and pain little Nami had to go through
“Finally I get to cut something” Zoro is so done with emotions 😂 he just wants to do what he does best
So I’ve thought this from the first time I watched Arlong, but why would he think a revolution started from the “weakest” sea have any traction. I get “plot” reasons, but still….
“Round Two, Arlong.” Yes Luffy! Go!
Buggy! That was so funny! I love this Buggy!!
And Zoro’s immediate response “Fucking clown” 😂😂😂😂 I love this so much y’all
Go Usopp!!! “No one’s around to see it. It’s okay. They’ll believe me” loved it the first time I saw it, love it now too.
Sanji gets kicked backwards and Zoro just casually walks out of the way and around him. I’m so glad they are still the same Zoro and Sanji as ever 😭
Sanji says that all the best fighters call out their finishing moves and Zoro immediately gets flashbacks to Luffy saying the exact same thing!!
The Garp and Luffy confrontation!!!

9-kageyama turns into a kid!
Everyone at inside the gym as Tobio couldn't help and smile at them cutely as Kenma, Akira, Rintarou and Shoyo took a picture and put it on Tobio file (they have a lot of pictures of Tobio as a kid well for Shoyo he has a lot of Tobio but its his eyes only.) While everyone being attacked by Tobio cuteness and the big shirt he has to wear who happens to be Atsumu shirt.
"Hey Suna can ya send that pic for me."
Rintarou just give Atsumu a blank look and says "No."
"Huh whyyy."
"Shut up Tsumu!"
Tobio lift the shirt up as Suga came and say "No baby boy, you can't show these perverts." Suga took him away from the others while the others try to process of what just happen as they yelled "COME BACK!"
"Poor king."
"Tsuki, do you feel bad for Kageyama..."
"Huh no when he gets back to his normal body, I will tease him even more." Kei just grins as he walks off while Tadashi sweat dropped at his childhood friend but he does know that Kei is jealous that it wasn't his shirt.
Tobio in Suga arms as Suga cooed at him as he said "Are you hungry Tobio?"
Tobio taps his chubby cheeks to think as he then said "Yes please."
Suga smiles as he takes Tobio to get something to eat to fill Tobio belly. "So, after this what you want to do Tobio."
"Volleyball!" Tobio excitedly said.
Suga chuckle as he should have known of his answer as he nods at Tobio as he cleans his mouth as he thought of something "Tobio, do you want to go outside with me to buy things because I don't think you can wear those big clothes."
Tobio just nods at Suga wanting to go out to explore.
Tobio couldn't wait to explore outside but off course everyone heard and went to their coach so they can go outside rather than stick in the camp.
And off course Tobio is excited for new adventures to go out with the other volleyball players even his favourite positions- setters.
But, when Tobio and the others are out something unexpected happen to Tobio, let's hope nothing bad happens to the cute Tobio when he show everyone his cuteness...

Here’s lore about Eugene’s mother, Nabi :3 (Eugene is the name of skids dad in my AU)
THERE IS SOME TRIGGERING TOPICS LIKE ABUSE AND CHILD DEATH AND DEATH SO BE AWARE!!
Nabi and Nari were born in Korea in 1941. But by the time they were 7, North Korea was established. Before things got rough, in 1949 their father had managed to get their family out of North Korea, technically making them defectors I believe. So, they left when the Ryong twins were 8.
They managed to get to America by age 12. Though, at first, it was difficult for the Ryong family to fit in and get around without going completely homeless. But, their father managed to start a business which turned out to become really big, making them pretty wealthy within a few years.
When the girls were 19, their family was invited to a big party that the mayor was throwing (Their father practically became best friends with the mayor at the time.) At this party, this is where Nabi would meet Harold Seymour.
A city official, age 21, was standing in the corner of the ballroom, alone with only a glass of wine in hand. Nabi had noticed him from the corner of her eye, it seemed like she felt mesmerized by him just by first glance. She made her way over to him, and the two started to talk.
They seem to hit it off right away, when it came time that the party was finished. Harold took Nani’s hand and placed a kiss. He told her that he hopes to be “graced by her beauty once more in the future” and said his farewells, leaving Nabi absolutely love-strikten.
Only a couple of days later they had ran into eachother again when Nabi was taking an evening stroll around the town. Harold and Nabi went back to her house so Harold could ask her father for permission to take her out on a date, which her father eagerly granted.
To the entire Ryong family (expect Nari), Harold came off as a young, charismatic, handsome, intelligent gentleman that had a good job and would be the best suitor for their sweet Nabi. Though, unfortunately it was all just an act. Unbeknownst to them, Harold was a heartless killer, a cult leader, a manipulative mind-controlling monster underneath his charming smile. He was only trying to wed Nabi for his own benefit, since he had the incapability to feel love.
2 weeks later, after Harold had spoiled Nabi in riches, compliments, and caring attention. He had asked her father for her hand in marriage, which unfortunately, Mr. Ryong granted him with his permission yet again.
Thus started a marriage that started out wonderfully for Nabi, but soon was turning dark as Harold started to show his true colors. Basically, for their entire marriage, he basically brainwashed Nabi into thinking that she was meant to serve him, be the loyal companion for him, made her think she would be nothing but dirt without him, forced his beliefs onto her, physically and mentally tortured her. Harold got under her skin in multiple ways and practically made her go insane with the shit he was doing. He practically made her submissive to anything for him, making her scared to even stand up for herself or He’d beat her.
However, despite their awful marriage, they had about 3 children before they eventually had Eugene. Keyword, had. Nabi got pregnant after her and Harold’s honey moon, giving birth to a beautiful baby boy. The poor boy only lived up to 5 years old before his body was found brutally mutilated in the forest just three days after he went missing. The Seymour family was grieving, well, Nabi was, unknown to her. It was her “loving” husband and the “caring” father of the now dead body who had committed the murder. He was just putting on the act of a father who had lost a child he had loved and cared for. But, He had tried to sacrifice the child for his little cult. The same thing happened with their 3 year old boy, who they had 2 years later. His head was found in a pond, his body was never discovered. Then about a year later, they had a girl, who Harold had sacrificed just when she turned 2 weeks old. Her body was never discovered.
Nabi didn’t have children for 10 years due to the grief and sadness she had been struck by. But, Harold managed to convince her to try one last time. That’s when she became pregnant with her 4th child, Eugene. However when she was pregnant, she discovered the horrible truth about Harold. She was mortified, but she couldn’t run. She grew up around others who were heavily against divorce. She didn’t want to give birth to another child, only for him to kill and sacrifice to that..THING. She couldn’t get an abortion, because again, she grew up around people who were against it. And, she still somehow loved Harold.
So, she had to give birth to what was to her…”a demon baby.” Which turned her to basically force Eugene to be the perfect “holy church girl” and tried to pray the evil and demons away from her precious child. She did certainly care more for him than Harold did, but still. She was emotionally abusive towards Eugene. She had only gotten physical with him a few times, but usually she let Harold do the beatings. “Pain was good for the soul” in her eyes.
Nari, who was against Nabi and Harold’s relationship from the start. Harold had given Nari such awful vibes from the second Nabi pointed him out to her. For years she had tried to convince her sister that Harold was no good and was awful, then she realized she was basically getting no where with her sister. She had to watch her own sister become just as evil and awful as Harold was. So, that meant that she was the only real family Eugene had. Despite realizing her sister was an awful mother, Nari still wanted to save her from Harold. Nari still believed that her sister, the one she once knew was still in there. So, she still defended her with her life and soul.
After finding out about the affair Harold had in 1990, which sent her sister into a depression. She confronted Harold and they had an argument. Nari ended up blaming him for everything that Nabi and Eugene went through, yelling and screaming at him for ruining a girl who once had dreams and a life. Soon after, he had stabbed her to death and fed her body to eyes. Nari is still labeled as missing since Nabi was adamant about finding her and bringing her home, and there was no trace or evidence that she could be dead, but there was no evidence that she could be alive either.
After losing so much and causing havoc on her son’s life. He had ran away at age 18. 4 years later her husband was killed. Then, 6 years later, she found out where her son lived then tried to kill him and his newborn child, thinking that the only way to get the devil out now was to kill its vessel.
Lila had gotten home early and knocked her out, which resulted in her being taken into custody and sent to a mental institution, where she stayed there for years until she was deemed sane again, released when she was 72. It is unknown where she is now….or…is it?

I really do get Oc’s preoccupation with Sora entering Nani’s life again, it’s not like babies don’t remember theirs first few months either, when my sisters husband had to go away for work when my niece was around 7 months old? She would cry more when my sis left her to my mom when she had to go to work, had more difficulties sleeping and my sister had to put the crib in her room again to assure my niece she was there and wouldn’t leave. (Nabi calming down when she sensed oc’s scent through her shirt is an indication of her sensing oc as an individual she can trust and can keep her safe)
So yeah imagine Sora leaving again and the emotional scar that would leave on poor Nabi :( she has her reasons for being wary and non supportive also Lwh Jk wtf, oc lit played mother role supporting you without doubt and taking care of Nabi as if she was her own, of course she would be hurt when her practically daughter was raised by another individual that has a bad record, it’s a (very loved) human life not someone that Sora can visit once in a while when the guilt is too much or when she the sense of responsibility lights you again.
Alsooooo (long af ask srry 😭) a nuclear family is not necessary to raise her daughter? (But I don’t blame him for believing so) especially with oc buuuut this is more debatable tbh my judgement is clouded here bc I hate Sora

Sawww Encanto
Warning opinion/spoilers, probably an unpopular one....
Part of me liked/loved it (mostly the characters).... other half made me feel like that youtuber Saberspark? where he said Luca was “okay”. Which I kinda have to agree I kinda wanted more from Encanto, I guess more action? Thought I’d get more of folklore and stuff like Moana. But oh well. And while the songs are good, nothing stood out. But again my opinion, I’m not saying it sucked. No it was beautiful and almost every character was likeable.
My only real takeaway was two things. But I wanna talk more on that, first of all LOVED Bruno, I didn’t even have to see the clips fully to know that the poor guy had been pushed as a scapegoat. I mean the irony. Mirabel was treated less by her family because she had no power. Bruno had a power and because his was not what they (or maybe his mother?) wanted, he was a pariah. Though the poor guy was CLEARLY lonely. Another irony... I don’t think Abuela Alma even had a power? I mean yes there’s that candle thing but as far as I know she had no real direct link to it or its powers, if that had been the case Mirabel would had been given powers... so another irony 8B.
But that gets to my takeaway near the end, while Abuela’s story or learning was earned... I dunno when Bruno reunited with his sisters... Pepa’s didn’t feel earned. I mean Julieta, I get because she had never really said much negative about Bruno only that he “strayed”. Butttt Pepa and her side of the family literally sang a boogeyman song about her own brother. Even if some of this was Alma’s influence, Pepa thought it was okay for her children to see her brother was the “bad sheep” of the clan.
Again thats probably an unwanted opinion, but I dunno the factor that she didn’t apologize for thinking bad of him.... just didn’t make it feel earned .Just kinda seemed her side of the family... sorta started trouble(not counting Antonio). Automatically saying her brother ruined her wedding (when lets be honest. The woman looked like she was having problems. I mean BIGGER picture being “happy” all the time when your mood can affect the weather sounds wearing). Then how Dolores just kinda ruins things. I dunno, I know its clear the family cared for Mirabel... but unlike Julieta & Agustín they didn’t try to make Mirabel feel loved or “Hey she doesn’t have powers but she’s still amazing.” She’s just “shrug”.
When they hear about the vision and Mirabel. Even if this was a bad vision, we all saw Mirabel’s face. She did not want to be outed to their grandmother. She KNEW the family would spread the word instantly to their grandmother. They all literally started a whispering chain. Knowing that Mirabel would face repercussions or worse they were treating her like Bruno when she hadn’t really done anything.
Maybe I’m overthinking it. Or maybe Pepa & Félix and that Dolores scene is suppose to represent like the gossipy side of family? I mean I have a sister I can’t tell crap too because she stirs shit.
My second take away.... I guess the sorta wasted character that was Mariano. I mean I’ll be honest... nothing made me wish for him to be with either Isabella or Dolores BD;. That could be the timing or writing. Just I dunno. I mean I’ve watched Disney films for a LONG time and some of their not so good direct video movies. I’ve shipped canon and fan stuff. But Mariano there was no real anything to his character or story.
I mean when I saw Lilo & Stitch, I loved David and Nani’s interactions. I still to this day ship them and think they got married, had a baby and raised Lilo together... along with their colorful blended family. But Mariano 8B, sorry nothing. Even with Dolores kinda wasn’t really cheering for her. The factor that she “hears everything” made it feel more stalkery then romantic BD;. Maybe if they had deleted scenes where they were friends or he had been her confided, maybe it’d feel more earned. But I was just “Oh this is love... how? How long do you know him?”
I’ll be honest thought/hoped Mirabel would get a love interest. Cause haven’t seen the “nerd” get a love interest since Atlantis... not that I’m sure she counts as a nerd? Does she I dunno 8B.

Ishqbaaz Liveblog, E1: Yeh Lo, Intro Waala Episode Aa Gaya
Nahi nahi, don't be afraid. I'll never leave IPK. I was just craving desi trash with our favorite tropes and classic scenes and @tellywoodtrash has convinced me that IB fits the bill rather spectacularly.
And since it's me - toh iska and things that could have been in IPK ka lamba segment toh hoga. And things that IPK did better.
In short it's this one clip of Omkara and Gauri that's been floating in my head, that's everything Khushi should've said to Arnav convinced me to watch this.

Well, see, I already did this post, but it just... vanished. I'm still confused. It's a good thing I was live-live-commenting on Discord so I have most of the stuff I wanted to share here, lol!
- Evil Towa being Evil.
- Info on Fuu! Does he know? Does he want to? I mean, the boy is super interested in experimenting and doing crazy science, I don't think he'd be the kind to want to rule anything.

- Girl how I love the idea of makaioshin (I really have to explore, finish Xenoverse and buy Xenoverse 2, haha).
- Main Character Syndrome always infecting the "plot".

- Love Fuu's transformation design. Saiyan-y, but also demon-y. It's cool. Love his nerdy psychotic crazy scientist persona. Suits him well. And the voice acting is perfection.

And once again, a question stays: Where is Cumber? I wanna know more about him. Why is his aura like this? Why are his eyes red? What's his story? What did he do in his life before Fuu? What did he dream of? Who the heck is he really, behind all the violent Saiyan-ness?
