my plan tomorrow: watch decked out vods during work bc it's probably gonna be slow. make myself food in my crockpot for dinner assuming i did indeed get all my ingredients i needed the last time i went shopping. make myself....some sort of alcoholic drink. sit down at my computer and spend the rest of the evening fully rewriting That Scene in firewatch au
#today and yesterday i've run into the issue where i need to do my daily writing but i'm kind of right at the big scene#and the big scene really needs to be written all at once with my undivided attention and not in pieces#and i've been soooo busy this weekend#so i'm like ahaha well i guess i can tweak wording and add a paragraph and get 100 words?#anyway tomorrow i /should/ be free all evening#i dont have to go anywhere i'll already have dinner. it'll be perfect#also i may go hiking over thanksgiving??? but i have a plan for 'easier' scenes to write while i'm gone again#but frankly? there's a distinct chance it WILL be done by the end of the month :0

#hush n shush wifi#not brainrot#wifi's daily life#thou shalt not comment on my subpar photography skills#anyways apparently they're called scottish bluebells!!#or harebells!!#i went on a hike today and they were everywhere and i was so happy because i love bluebells#the hike was up a mountain ridge and i highly recommend for people who aren't afraid of heights#because believe me there are no guardrails and the only place to go is down#anyways was very fun i saw chipmunks and grasshoppers and cool birds!!!#and now i am tired wheeeee#good evening :)#i'll be home tomorrow <33

adventure find in a forest after a windstorm
#I like walking with my dad we have kind of adjacent special interests and he likes to monitor the weather and report on it#We went to the woods the storm made beautiful sculptures of a lot of trees I picked up a cube of beautiful maple hardwood from a recent fal#which was not ok. I paid for that and got some learning bc I dropped my phone in the snow at the middle of the trail#we got twice the hike in looking for it using every dear inch of daylight. the full moon is beautiful right now go greet her.#He walks daily in this forest I grew up around and can tell you the when and why of almost every tree fall

#dogblr#dogs of tumblr#golden retriever#dog#petblr#Ruben#both me and my partner are working like crazy lately like we’re taking stretches of 9 or 12 or 17 (!!!) days of working IN A ROW#with one or two days off before doing it again#so we gave our blessing for this couple we know to take him to their family’s cabin for a week and a half#we’ve been getting daily updates and he’s having the time of his life he’s swimming he’s hiking hes getting attention from 5 people all day#i miss him a LOT but im also happy he gets to do this instead of just shitty neighborhood walks or to/from work or the train all the time#we try to do as much as we can and go on different routes all the time but it feels stale regardless and i resent the workload we now have#it’s temporary but still! i look forward to getting to do stuff like this with him again soon

yesterday on our hike we came across two deer and took cute pictures with them :D

hey genuine question does anyone know how someone would go about finding a cane for walking bc my knees hate me and im rlly thinking it could help to take some weight off them when i walk
#like it fuckin suuuuucks man#my mom (doctor) said that based on what i described it might b bc the articulations arent well aligned#that + i also have flat feet that make my ankles go in and kinda drag my whole legs along Including my knee#i use a knee brace for long walks like when we go hiking (on the biggest offender: right knee) but even that isnt perfect#esp bc the knee brace is uncomfy or even hurts if im sitting so its not great for daily use#guh.#having walking sticks during hikes helps a LOT w the pain too so thats why i was thinking a cane could be good?#lemonade talks
