basically to be brief i think that jennifer is a very relatable and sympathetic character due to being a bratty teenage girl that is violently killed and is clearly in love with her best friend. however she is very abusive and cruel towards needy and extremely racist and genuinely enjoys and is grateful for the power low shoulder gave her. its also implied in the movie jennifer was destined for this and always a freak

i think she is also represented as a cutsie patootsie misunderstood lesbian victim when she is so much more than that. and its okay to have evil gay murder babies like hannigram or whatever but there is just such a glaring misunderstanding of her overall it makes my blood pressure go up

like at the end of the movie she could very easily get revenge on low shoulder as she is clearly attracted to all of the members and they are playing prom. they are physically in the same location as jennifer. however, 100% of her focus is on killing needys boyfriend solely to hurt and possess needy. she does not give a fuck about low shoulder because she says she is very glad they turned her into a succubus and likes killing. this is like the crux of the movie and the movies climax but no one cares because they choose to view it as a movie about an innocent girl getting revenge on band that groom her when thats not what it is or what happens in the movie. she victimizes other vulnerable teenagers. like go watch spit on your grave

and anyway, i feel like the topics of jennifer being grateful of her own sexually charged murder by adult men and her being a sympathetic victim yet racist villain, as well as being cruel and controlling towards her female love interest, are too sensitive for me to handle right
