*•° you were never one to express much, whether it be through facial expression or tone of voice, you were stone cold. It didn't bother you all that much other, as long as it didn't hinder your work why should you care.

*•° this behaviour doesn't apply to everyone one, you've got a few select friends which you become more open and a warm around.

*•° everything you did was mystically attractive in Alexis's eyes. All thoughts he had somehow related back to you. 'What should i have for breakfast?' turned into 'does she prefer jam or peanut butter?'. Walking through the castle's hall turned into wondering what the pace of your steps are compared to his.

*•° all those thoughts came thick enough and would never shake away, be simply had to make you his and in turn become yours.

*•° and when i say he tried i mean he tried. Someone all of his advances came right over your head. All off them.

*•° calling you all sorts of words of endearment? Did. Hand feeding you his favourite food? Tried. Asked you to go out with him? Didn't work either.

Tucking your hair behind your ears? Sigh.

*•° were you doing it on purpose?? He was truly starting to belive you didn't like him and that your cold exterior was your hint that he should just give up. Unfortunately, to you it was all small and casual talk, done purley out of politeness. And this whole time your friends were quietly laughing at how oblivious at his advances.

*•° he distanced himself from you for a couple days, the sudden lack of interaction was a stark shif from your usual routine. You had grown used to the morning conversation and the afternoon walks he draped you into. Confusion clouded your brain - had you done something wrong?

*•° the subject of his sudden disappearence from your life was one brought up one day he just looked at you blankly for a little while

*•° "... didn't you want me to leave you alone?" He said frowning in confusion, arms crossed over his chest. You started back at his confused "...no?"

*•° you talked and the misunderstanding was quickly cleared up, he mentaly face palmed at himself for not connecting the obvious dots.

*•° the two of you slowly but surely got closer and eventually started dating. Your friends were quietly cheering in the background, heavily tired from your slowburn friends to lover lirl fanfic.

*•° in the relationship he leart to understand you better and you and you cold turned sweet attitude. No moment was him was boring and you had never felt so loved. Loved holding you at night and kissing you in the morning.

*•° waiting for your cold ice to melt was most definitely worth it.

I Did AARRTTT!!! So proud of it!!!! The idea of these three as gangsters was gifted to me from a discussion with @devilrosola where we discussed these AUs and our own works with these AUs!! So glad I experimented with the colors!!!!

003 | Give me a character & I will tell you

How I feel about this character: Neutral tbh. He is most certainly there but really I think he had the potential to be a much bigger character (as i feel for most magi characters :/ but thats just par for the course isn't it?) Overall I feel like I could've gotten to like him had he gotten any real development.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: Yunan. for kicks and giggles

My non-romantic OTP for this character: I want him to be besties with Titus, even after he said all that to him in the Magnostat arc- i want Titus to forgive him, and for Muu to be loyal to Titus without thinking of Schez

My unpopular opinion about this character: It's more of a problem I have with Magi's Fanalis in general but you can't separate the fact they are based on black people and the racial implications that faces? I like animalistic characteristics in characters but when it's attached to a group tied to a racial identity, how do you approach this gently? Is there a way to? I don't blame anyone for leaning into it because it's written into Magi itself, they aren't given a real identity outside of being former slaves and being animalistic and that's bad!

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I wish they expanded more on him running away from Reim, or the possibility that he and other Fanalis are only allowed to be free because they are a part of the Fanalis Corps? Or maybe that comic where its mentioned he doesn't have many friends? there's a lot of details that I feel could have just been. idk. talked about LOL- for that matter they could've covered how he and his later household members cleared the dungeon, did Scheherazade guide him through it or did he do it himself? so many unanswered questions that we could have known and gotten to know him through that!

a head cannon fact: I headcanon that he felt extremely out of place in Reim, as one of the first Fanalis to live outside of chains, additionally one of royal blood- but because he shows far more promise than Nerva does, the royals of Reim's court were willing to train him up as one of their own. I also think he gets along well with Alibaba because of this.

New MuuEn Fic!

Just wrote another fic! It's my first MuuEn fic tho with no original characters and in a different format, but I'm happy with it so far!

Just a quick glimpse into their lives over the years and their relationship

Might make this a series to give it more context, but oh well. We'll see if I make it to the end of this one first

And yes the title is meant to be a play on the line from "Take A Break" in the Hamilton musical where they say "'You've written My Dearest, Angelica' with a comma after dearest. You've written 'My Dearest,' pause 'Angelica'"

Magi Headcanons, I miss doing these

-So as you all know, I headcanon Muu with wild, curly hair. But part of that headcanon included than when he was younger even though him and Myron weren't enslaved they still faced discrimination and were made fun of for having textured hair, which resulted in Muu desperately trying to do whatever he could to straighten it, until Scheherazade came into his life and said that she thought his natural hair was beautiful, and that he should take care of it rather than attempting to make it 'normal' and damage it in the process. So then Muu learned how to properly care for his hair, also learning how to do different protective hairstyles. He did Myron's butterfly locs as a test and she's never changed it since.

-Talking about hair again, I think Alibaba has really thick hair, not necessarily long nor does it grow very fast, it's just dummy thick and takes up like half of his head mass.

-Hakuryuu and Hakuei have moles on other parts of their bodies as well. Specifically Hakuei has one on her left ring finger, the side of her right breast, behind her ear, and a few on her back. Hakuryuu has one on his lower back right above his ass, a few on his upper back, two on his inner left thigh, and one above his right eyebrow (small + hidden by bangs).

-Talking about moles again, I think Judar has a mole like directly under his lip but it's tiny so you'd have to be very close to see it, basically the mole Xiao Zhan has.

-Titus bruises really easily and also doesn't tan, just jumps straight from being really pale to being burnt.

-Sinbad wears too much jewelry to be stealthy. Any time Ja'far or one of the generals loses him all they have to do is stop and listening for the tinking noise of all of his metal vessels clanging together and they know where he is.

-Even though I'm 98% sure Ja'far's Persian I think he might have albinism which makes his skin super pale and hair white from a young age, but since people with albinism can't really have green eyes I would like you all to consider Ja'far with either red or purple eyes.

-Kougyoku and Judar can hold whole conversations with just their facial expressions and it freaks Hakuryuu out so much.

-Sphintus accidentally brought weed brownies to a Magnostadt class reunion potluck thing and EVERYONE got high as balls and he was never invited back to another one of those.

-Several attempts have been made to shave off Kouen's goatee in his sleep but it somehow magically grows back the next morning with him having no clue how it happened or that they even shaved it off in the first place. It's immortal.

-Spartos sleeps rolled up in his blanket like a burrito.

-Pisti collects squishmallows and over half of her room space is taken up by it.

-Alibaba once ended an argument with Hakuryuu by saying 'Maybe there was something good about you killing me because I came back with a bigger dick so fUCK YOU!'

-When Aladdin was first presenting as genderfluid Kougyoku took Morgiana, Hakuei, and Aladdin on a fem day out to a spa for a 'Girls Night' and it was super affirming for Aladdin and made her feel really pretty.

-Toto has pretty thick and dark body hair and just fully embraces it, doesn't shave and does not give a single shit if people judge her, she's rocking with the peach fuzz.
