New Fakemon!! I redid my old Muskox Pokemon and made a whole happy family instead!
The old design I made exactly 3 years ago in July 2020. I desperately wanted to create a Muskox Pokemon, but was a bit too hung up on keeping the original animal recognizable. The end result may have looked cute, but also felt generic and uninspired:
I'm much happier with the new designs now! I feel like I've learned a lot about properly designing a Pokemon over the past couple of months. It definitely has become a new hobby of mine!
If you want to see more Fakemon designs and watch my progress, you can join me on Patreon! I often ask my Patrons on feedback for color palettes and design choices and post the finished Pokemon along with their entries a week in advance, sometimes even longer.
