Here’s my Calabash comic strip feature in today’s Honolulu @staradvertiser newspaper! • As always, I was stuck for a last-minute idea the day the comic was due - When my mind wanders, it’s often thinking about associations. So last week, I got a Happy Meal from Mcdonald's, and they ran out of Pokemon cards, so I got a Mulan figure. I remember the little dragon from Mulan was Mushu. That morning I got a spam/scam message from someone claiming to be Taye Diggs about an illustration gig. Then I looked up Moo Shu Pork… OK maybe it was just random - lol ^_^;    •Anyhoo - Hope everyone’s having a great weekend! You'll get to go to Dragonspyre. Heck, you'll get to see the other arcs! It's been ten years since your time but trust me you'll find out that the work computers run Wizard 101 and your manager doesn’t care if you play the game during your morning shifts because it's so slow. We finally get to do what we always wanted to do and guess what? Our sister still plays with us, too.

hey arc 1 questing may be hellish but at least during that i know whats going on and why im doing what im doing... im in azteca right now and im chasing different people down and fighting four of each enemy over and over like okay so morganthe is up to something with a "deck of shadows" whatever that is... and we gotta stop her or else uhh... oh look another black lotus

i would arguably say that azteca and khrysalis are the ones where it starts to reach a kind of climax and ending... but i am also biased because i like azteca and khrysalis 😭

but yes morganthe wants the deck of shadows from the mirror lake and thats why shes there. ignore xibalba thats not important 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩 this isnt about them rn

from what i remember from speedrunning wiz the first time (still no max...) this is how arc 2 felt for me
