talonfur dies, and tallpoppy becomes deputy.
brief aside: but i must hype up deerstar. i was talking with kudo about him and like. he has seven (7!!!) apprentices! that's so many. and eight kits. and when he became mates with dawncloud, he was an excellent father and husband. he's just a great guy.
okay anyway, flametail becomes a seer. galeleaf feels really weird naming a cat three months younger than him.
moonbreeze dies.
dewshimmer dies.
fiddleheart and skytail become warriors. aspenpaw, talonfur's apprentice, is delayed due to talonfur's death. deerstar takes aspenpaw on.
swamppaw dies.
showerkit dies.
cypresstail has three kits, grasskit, hoarykit (well-muscled, calico she-cat with teal eyes), and oakkit (scarred, dappled, brown and white she-cat with yellow eyes)).
kinkfur has a litter as well, dewkit, mistkit, and sparrowkit.
and rowanclaw dies.

it's impulsively that he speaks, never once meaning ill and ignoring the reality around them. it's impulsively that he puts his heart in ajax's hand and closes it almost without realizing it.
it's in the kitchen that it happens, with he smell of freshly baked treats, when body and mind alike relax in the arms of the lovable man lavishing him in the sweetest of attentions.
' sometimes, i wish... 'he murmurs, the pause not yet for fear. he speaks in the warm skin of childe's neck, eyes closed. ' i wish we could simply... go. buy an house in both of our names, perhaps on the coast of another nation, with the sea lapping at the promontory... without anything else in the middle. we could simply be us, ' he suggests, foolish, ' and we could just exist together... without work or anything in front of us. and do this forever... '
it's a nice, traitorous thought that he expresses with a light mind, drunk on this quiet, happy moment. when mismatched eyes reopen again, they carry the sleepiness of craving a nap, knowing that he'll be safe when he awakens.
' you could fish, ' he throws the seducing idea at him, half smiling.
( the fear of what he dared to say will come later, much later- a gelid bite in his stomach. )
Sometimes the Harbinger status leaves room for something else and the man who holds it starts to fantasize about 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙛𝙨. A dangerous spiral, he's well aware, but the human mind is flawed like that, hellbent on clinging to scenarios and impossibilities. Childe has since trained it to stray far from the things that will eventually claw at the path he's drawn, but if he's honest with himself, everything has changed the moment he choose to share his life with another man.
His arms circle around Kaeya's waist, loose on the knight's body to allow freedom of movement, and his backside rests against the counter. There's nothing in the wish confided to him that anyone would label as absurd, the desire to chance a life woven as a tapestry of moments like the one they share is as natural as it is unaffordable.
Tragic, to concur. However, not every confession to it is an invitation to have such 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 snuffed out, and so Childe doesn't — his smile is present, with his hold narrowing and pulling his beloved closer until their bodies are their own obstacles. ❛ Until you told me it was enough sea life brought into our home. ❜ Laughter follows through a soft snort, buried atop the sea of cobalt and moved only in favor of nuzzling between the strands. Childe's eyes open through a crack to watch the appliances across the room, behind Kaeya. He runs his hand down the other's back, and then up, repeating the movement soothingly during their exchange. ❛ You could have a horse, you know? And we'd name it something imposing and strong, like... Mister Moonbreeze. ❜

Story:
Antpaw didn’t trust StarClan, and in the zealotry of PartridgeClan, that was a death sentence.
So he snuck away, hiding near the border of WhistleClan, despite the horrific stories, begging to join. Plumetimber vouched for him, and begrudgingly, Sapstar let him join.
That night, Nightspots confirmed some of the stories were true. And a black and white rabbit sat next to him in camp, pointing a single paw at Crestfrost.
Rabbithollow found him burying Crestfrost, and to his surprise, winked and left.
That’s when it started.
He met Stormwatcher, an exile from JuncoClan, and they fell in love. Antwave soon was expecting their kits.
Going throughout life was tough, vigil after vigil as one after another his beloved parents died. Even though Plumetimber and Fuzzytumble were the ones who felt like true parents, Rabbithollow was still his partner in crime.
His grief was strong. But ridding the Clan of the horrors softened the blow.
Hiddenstrike eventually gave him a piece of prey. Dizzy from heat stroke, he ate it.
The deathberries killed him quickly.

Hello everyone! For those coming from my other blog, sophswritingthings, hi! And for those just appearing here somehow, welcome darlings! Now let’s get to it.
Power At Our Paws is a series written on Quotev and AO3. It takes place in the Warrior Cats world, but has its own cast of characters and story. The story is still in progress and has a main series and it’s own stand alones.
Currently, the first book is being rewritten and will not be posted here, but the original can be found on my Quotev account.
Cricketstar's Journey

TELL ME ABOUT ISILDEN
ISILDEN ASHWIND
SO his last name before he was a death knight was was Amberwind but his family didn't accept him after his death except for his sister so he changed his name to be Ashwind to be edgy about it.
When he was alive the typical way, he was a druid student under Shalador Moonbreeze. He was a guardian druid so he specialized in bear form and protection and stuff. But! During the attack of the Lich King, he was killed and raised. Shalador lost track of him and went into hibernation because of the guilt.
When he got freed from the Lich King, he took up gardening and works with the Ebon Blade. He's terrible at gardening because he kills everything he touches on account of him being a dead entity. His girlfriend though, Nymphaeta Moonbreeze, sometimes sneaks out into the garden to bless his plants and help them go. :)
In his personal life he can kind of have temper issues but usually he keeps it under control. He's pretty commonly seen holding a little glass ball that seems to be soothing to him.
