The Icicle puzzle in SDRA2 is so fucking stupid that the Mod didn’t need to come up with a made up scenario.

//Yeah, like...I complained about Chapter 3 plenty, but the icicle thing was another case of "Look at me, I'm so clever"-type writing. It felt more like an effort to be esoteric and mysterious, rather than something any human being would actually do in that scenario

//Why would Kokoro go out of her way to do something that cryptic? And don't say it was so Emma wouldn't figure out, because nobody in their right mind would put together. Why not just scratch names or initials onto the icicles? Why not arrange the icicles to say "EMMA" but they're a bit jumbled and viewed upside down, like with 11037?

//There were ways it could've worked, but LINUJ picked the most nonsensical and confusing one because he thought it would make Kanade seem smart. Except, if nobody could ever piece that together, it just comes off as ridiculous and unbelievable ^^;

//It's like Stephen Moffat's approach with mysteries in Sherlock, where we're not given any clues beforehand, just a meaningless and trivial piece of a scenario, not given any time to think, and then we're presented with an unbelievable answer and told it was very hard, we promise.

Our next person is a funny meme man. That’s right it’s 11037 himself, Leon! Now given that high velocity balls can be lethal, Leon would make a interesting agent. And as we know Mod doesn’t like how fucked over Leon got he’ll be redeemed here. Any fun facts for our baseball boi? Who is the cooler Mitch?

Yep. Let's do this.

So for Leon, he would be incredibly useful due to the balls being thrown with enough force to smash a man's skull. and that's not even including the baseball bat.

He also knows how to flirt around girls, albeit his attempts come off as tryhard and cringe for the most part. And he at least far respects women better than Mitch does.

He also has a preference for some girls, mostly for their personalities and stuff like that, though Leon wants to get into the music business just like our timeline, though for a different reason.

Also, He seems to like corn cobs and Elvis Presley music. Yes, this man is the type to listen to Elvis Presley.

Leon's trying his hardest to tell Kanon that he sees her as just his cousin as not only would that be inappropriate for them to be together, but Leon just sees her as family.

Leon is also friends with Naegi, and they treat each other as brothers. He also tries to give Naegi dating advice, even though Makoto already has known what to do.

right after that, this happens:

(and yeah, new world order starts playing again. we do love a good character leitmotif.)

naegi can't see or hear hinata, as becomes quickly apparent. alter ego is enabling this conversation to take place, but i guess ever since hinata and co. entered the glitched-out academy naegi and the other dr1 survivors haven't really been able to see what's going on on their end. they can't regain control of nor shut down the program, and have been helpless to watch as the killing game plays out. hm, i think the monokuma theater we saw earlier was directed at the dr1 survivors actually. possibly all the monokuma theater segments in this game have been aimed at them, watching.

anyway, naegi starts off by apologizing for this entire situation. he didn't anticipate anything like this happening, but he also feels sort of guilty for having tried to use the neo world program on them in the first place since it's untested software and he couldn't guarantee a good outcome even setting the virus thing aside. he did it because he felt it was the only way to save them.

the original idea for the simulation was that once everybody finished collecting hope fragments, the door to the ancient ruin would open and they'd get to take the "graduation exam." however, in a surprising moment of genre-savvy for him, naegi had some (mild) concerns that the AI mods might go rogue and so he included the "11037" passcode as a failsafe. he briefly alludes to the personal significance this number has to him, as a way to get the sincerity of his intent across. naegi figures the mastermind has hijacked the graduation exam and is going to use it to try and overwhelm them with despair in some way, but he wants them to hang tight until he can make contact again, he's got a plan. in another attempt to protect the group in case of rogue AI, naegi set up a way of activating a forced shutdown sequence from within the graduation exam site. he continues explaining, something about how they'll need to decide on it via majority vote, but his dialogue starts getting garbled and the screen glitches and then fades to black and then we're back to the old view of the classroom, with monokuma continuing his "death death death" speech exactly where it left off.

after another round of "death death death" etc., monokuma stops and demands hinata tell him what just happened. hinata's like "uhh... dunno" and monokuma's like Anyway that's all the hints i have for you! if that AI keeps talking to you i'll come back with more hints! and then leaves.

alter ego doesn't seem to want to say much more so as not to give away naegi's strategy or encourage monokuma to try anything else, so in closing they tell hinata that the rest is up to him and his classmates and to do his best.

(To anyone, i don't have a specific preference. Also all of you mods are amazing 💞 Akane ate the fridge, that's the third time this week!) I started a new school recently I'm not familiar with the concept of "fitting in" to a new school environment because I'd been going to my previous school since kindergarten. I made a friend already, but I'm pretty socially awkward so idk how to interact with them. Also, they go by they/them pronouns, and it's kinda hard to remember that. Any advice? Thanks!

Being the new kid sure is nerve wracking, at least, it's always been that way to me. Course, if you're anything like I was whenever I moved to a new school, you'd immediately want to be showing off like you're top dog. But I speak from before I hated my talent, anyway, it's great to hear that you have a friend already. Even if you are socially awkward, you've still taken the initiative to interact with someone else instead of isolating yourself. That's a big step!

Maybe before each day starts, you can think of topics to talk about? Ask your new friend about their interests, get to know what they like, hopefully, they don't dislike one of your hobbies. That'd be a little hard to get around if it's something major. But coming up with topics or asking questions within reason are good conversation starters.

As for the pronouns, perhaps you can write down a small note to help you remember. I usually write down something like that on my hand so I can have it on standby before I make myself look like an ass. At least you're trying and aren't one of those that know what their pronouns are but refuse to address them. Hopefully this helps!

Hey kiddo, I get ya. New schools and a new environment in general can be pretty hard to deal with. The fact that you're tryin' hard and still going, even though those things are hard? That's pretty freakin' cool if you ask me! You've already made a friend, you're obviously gettin' somewhere! Also, for the pronoun thing, ask them to correct you. If you say the wrong one, ask them to tap your shoulder and say the correct pronouns. Eventually, you'll get it bashed into your brain enough times that it should stick! It's just a matter of repetition, but they should realize that you attempting to learn is a sign of a good friendship!

The thing about "fitting in" is simple: it's boring, overdone. You're a person, an individual, and ya kinda gotta be that person til you die. Don't change that, they should be the ones adjustin' to you! You sound like a good person, ya just need that extra push of confidence. Let me know if I can help you with that, alright? Have been working on it since I've learned Necrodancer have made an official collab with Danganronpa and put some of ronpa chars and music in their game.

This was a bit difficult but good thing ideas went in :))

•It's a rare occurrence that Kamukura makes you roam around.

•You've been close to him more than ever for one purpose.

•You've obeyed his every command, joke with him (which he rarely cracks a smile), never did anything highly suspicious.

•You knew that this man was so much smarter and wiser than you think so you did everything very carefully.

•And fit a reward for being good, he lets you roam around your room, finally free from the ropes that were burning your wrists and arms.

•From your duration at the place, you can almost feel when he's watching or not. And right now, he is and you decided to draw in the cement floor with a chalk he gave you.

•For some reason you kept writing 11037. You don't know, it just came to mind.

•For countless days, you did this routine. And sometimes you would ask him for something and he has to cross the other side of the house and you would take your time exploring every window and possible exit from your 2nd floor high room.

•He would find you awkwardly dancing that makes him rethink his decision. It's nothing though. It's a minor price for freedom.

•Finally, after 3 and a half weeks of being good and patient, the day arrived.

•The day where you would see the sunshine again. Hear the chirping of birds and inhale the smog of the city.

•He sensed something was wrong because you were more restless than usual so he decided to go to you.

•You started fiddling all the locks but it dawned on you that it would be useless. You found a perfectly weak spot of the glass window decided to ram it. It took four tries for you to penetrate though it.

•And when you did, you felt yourself grow warm, bathing in the sun's rays. It wasn't long until you landed on the grass. Breaking your arm.

•By the time Izuru arrived, he slammed the door in a hurry. He felt anger and disappointment when he knew he was seconds too late since you started running away from his place.

•Houses there were meters apart. He hoped that you hadn't gone far yet. •In your part, this was an enormous achievement. Getting out of that hellhole? Avoiding tortures? Stopped corny jokes? Hell yeah.

•Although he swore to himself that you'd be his. Forever. He'll always find you. Always.

•Did you really escape then?

Alright, so I didn’t know if you wanted Shuichi getting comforted or the S/O being comforted so I did both in headcanons, I hope that’s okay with you. Enjoy your Americano :)

Shuichi x Reader Hurt to Comfort Headcanons (both ways)

(if Shuichi was in need of comfort)

-If Shuichi would need comfort, it depends on what type of comfort he needs as to what you should do.

-Sometimes he’d want to be alone with you

-And sometimes he’d want to be with you and his friends

-It really depends

-If he wants to be alone with you, hug him and let him vent

-Maybe get him coffee

-You better compliment him over and over

-Tell him how great he is, please, that’ll probably help

-If he wants his friends over

-Then for the love of god don’t invite Kokichi

-Kokichi will probably just make it more stressful for Shuichi (no offense saiouma shippers)

-He wouldn’t mean to, but he would accidentally do it anyway

-Maki might be a teensy bit aggressive with the comfort, so we should probably rule her out (sadly)

-Kaito and Kaede would probably be the best picks, considering they are so nice and optimistic :)

-They would also come ASAP like before you could even finish your sentence boom they are here

-I bet you, Kaito and Kaede could definitely make him feel better :)

-If you want to be alone with him then he’d probably compliment you and try to be as kind as possible
