fellas is it gay to show up unannounced to your rival's house, just opening the door without knocking WHICH NO ONE IS SURPRISED BY as if he's just constantly over there, to try and comfort your sick boyfriend rival with fast food soup while blushing, winking, raising your eyebrows and calling him a lucky man?

Thinking about the fact that DL-6 was so close to Christmas so one of three things happened Post-DL-6
1. Baby Miles never got to open his Christmas gifts from his dad.
2. Modern Miles has a pile of unopened Christmas gifts.
3. (The most sad, in my opinion) baby Miles had to open up all his Christmas gifts, knowing they were from his dead dad.

Just got into the Ace Attorney fandom/franchise 🏛🏵⚖️
I have a question(or 2)(I tend to ramble) for the veteran fans followed by a few theories/ headcanons/ observations I made as I delved into the rabbit hole that is my shiny new addiction/obsession. (*Please note I'm awful at spelling. Spellcheck can only do so much for my jelly brain)
Question:
Is shipping WrightWorth just a natural part of the initiation/transition into the fandom or is that just the fujoshi in me getting a bingo on a card with all my fave shipping tropes?
These 2 lawyers act like rivals, claim to be friends since childhood, but are desperately in love with each other in reality and anyone with even half a brain cell can tell. This ship gives me strong vibes of "I hate how much I love you but won't say a thing because I believe you deserve better and I'm not ready to deal with the truth of how much I value you" Miles Edgeworth x "I will sing your praises if you'd just let me and alter my whole life to be within your presence because I don't want a life where you aren't a part of it" Pheonix Wright.
Theory/headcanon/observation(s):
I totally agree with the fandom that Pheonix would openly love Legally Blonde. However, I think Miles would secretly love it more after Pheonix forces him to watch both the movie and musical, but only deny his love for it because the song "Gay or European" calls him out too much and he feels offended by that. How DARE a song from a musical based on a movie call him out like that in front of his dearest-childhood-friend-totally-not-first-love-now-turned-husband and their adopted children like that!?!
I feel like even the homophobes can see Miles Edgeworth has the vibes of a bitter old gay man, but this prosecutor is so far in the closet that his shipping address is Narnia
How can anyone say Wrightworth isn't legit/canon? They're either a bickering old married couple or a newly divorced couple that's too proud to admit they still love each other and want to get back together. You cannot convince me otherwise. Either way they still always find things to argue about, but end up aggressively making out in a violent and heated passion then(if divorced) just as aggressively deny that they ever locked lips.
FOR CONTEXT: I watched the Game Grumps do a let's play of it and I'm currently playing through the Trilogy game(s(?)*) on the Switch and know bits and pieces through repeating themes in fan-made content. (I also want to watch the anime but haven't decided if I should finish playing before starting.)
* I'm still not fully used to how the story is structured like a book series, but I'm close. I'm at around 90% used to it. Like I understand it in my head but when I need to put it into actual words it makes my brain hurt.
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

So here I am, but I couldn't decided which color for their wedding clothes will be, so I create more than one ^_^

It doesn't seem like Phoenix is surprised by this little surprise guest by his side unlike Edgeworth! And rightly so because a new introduction is on it's way!

They just read wrong
Summary: People read Miles wrong, Phoenix decides its time to bring that up and see where it goes.
Warnings: None.
Authors Note: I think it would be neat if they got into a more than just friends relationship like this, and I've been meaning to write some wrightworth for literal years at this point, once again, I take reblogs as a form of currency over likes.
"I don't get it," was what Phoenix said, Miles simply hummed in response to show he was listening, "you dress like that and get all the woman, but you don't really look very... You know, likable."
"Look, it's not just the suit, it's not just the hair, it's not just the attitude, words make sentences, each of my aspects is a word clown," Miles explained, gesticulating vaguely as he did so.
"What?" Phoenix asked, more confused than he had been beforehand.
"So therefore I must be a sentence and they can't read, I don't see how that's my problem," Miles said, tilting his pen to the left as he finished his signature on a piece of paper he had been writing on for the last few minutes, he was sitting at Phoenixs desk.
"Hmm, that makes sense," Phoenix said, gripping a pencil tightly as he did so, normally, if he was alone, he would chew on the eraser, but not if Miles was around, he scribbled something on the back of his business card, "I don't think we ever traded business cards."
"Neither do I, although, I don't see how that's relevant," Miles said, clicking the back of his pen once, then twice, adding a small flourish to whatever it was he had been writing.
"I'm getting a new phone soon and I accidentally deleted your number on the current one," Phoenix said, he was half lying, he hadn't deleted the number, but he was getting a new phone soon.
"So that's why you haven't been calling so much, I presume?" Mile asked, quirking a brow as he did so, leaning back into the chair, it squeaked as it tilted.
"Yeah," Phoenix said, he reached for his mug as he did so.
"I thought you had gotten benefits from a different friend and left me to rot, guess I was wrong then," Miles said, barely able to suppress a smirk, the statement had Phoenix sputtering.
"I would never!" He quickly claimed in his defense, it only had Miles giving a sensible chuckle in response.
"I sure hope so," Miles replied with, standing and gripping the piece of paper on the desk, a business card, a blank one, he handed it to Phoenix, "you wanted one of them."
"You can have one of mine," Phoenix said, trading it with Miles who paused to read it, squinting a bit before pulling out his glasses, his face turned red.
"You're impossibly bad with words, Phoenix, and you don't even read mine," Miles said, glaring at Phoenix as he aggressively pocketed the item, Phoenix proceeded to read the card he was given, it was in cursive, he nearly dropped his mug after finishing reading it.
"I don't know how to read cursive anymore, but damn, sounds intense, does Friday work for you?" Phoenix asked, slowly putting down his mug on the coffee table, his hands were shaking a bit, but he stopped them by clasping them together, a faint smile on his face as he looked up at Miles.
"You don't- ugh, imbecile, yes Friday works for me," Miles said, he would have to reteach cursive to Phoenix soon, as it read with so much more power than basic writing, he used it frequently.
"That's perfect," Phoenix said, stretching his arms a bit as he did so, pops sounded off from his back.

Miles Edgeworth x Phoenix Wright - Advice with a Side of Heckling
Prompt Given - Write me a fanfiction about Miles Edgeworth from Ace Attorney asking Maya Fey for advice as to how to ask out Phoenix, and as he's talking with Maya his sister Franziska von Karma is heckling him from the corner of the room
Fic Generated -
Miles Edgeworth, the renowned prosecutor, stood in his office, nervously fidgeting with his cravat. He had decided that it was finally time to take the plunge and ask Phoenix Wright, his long-time rival and secret love, on a date. However, the task seemed daunting, and he needed some advice.
Taking a deep breath, Miles called Maya Fey, the spirit medium and close friend of Phoenix, to his office. He hoped that Maya's insights into Phoenix's mind might guide him in his pursuit of romance. Moments later, Maya burst through the door, her energetic aura filling the room.
"Hey, Edgeworth! What's up?" Maya exclaimed, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
Miles cleared his throat, trying to steady his nerves. "Maya, I need your help. I want to ask Phoenix… Mr. Wright… out on a date. But I don't know where to begin."
Maya's face lit up with excitement, and she plopped herself down in a nearby chair, ready to dispense her wisdom. However, as Miles began pouring out his feelings, he noticed a familiar voice sneering in the corner.
"Well, well, if it isn't my dear, weakling little brother seeking advice on romance," came the mocking voice of Franziska von Karma, Miles's formidable younger sister. She leaned against the wall, a smirk playing on her lips.
Miles sighed, knowing that Franziska wouldn't pass up an opportunity to taunt him. Ignoring her presence as best he could, he turned his attention back to Maya, who was listening intently.
"Maya, how do you think I should approach this? I don't want to appear too forward or… well, awkward," Miles admitted, his cheeks tinged with a slight blush.
Maya's eyes twinkled mischievously. "Well, you could try the 'unexpected confession' method! Catch him off guard and spill your heart out! That's how it works in romance novels, right?"
Miles pondered Maya's suggestion, his brow furrowing. "I'm not sure if that would work in our case. Phoenix might find it overwhelming, given our history."
At that moment, Franziska couldn't resist chiming in. "Oh, Miles, you always were such a bumbling fool when it came to matters of the heart. Why not simply send him a formal invitation? A prosecutor like you should know the importance of presenting yourself with dignity."
Miles gritted his teeth, irritated by his sister's remarks. He turned back to Maya, seeking a more practical solution. "Maya, what about a casual outing, like a friendly dinner? Something low-pressure that could lead to more."
Maya's eyes gleamed with approval. "That sounds perfect, Edgeworth! Just be yourself and let things unfold naturally. Phoenix will appreciate your honesty and sincerity."
As Miles absorbed Maya's advice, he couldn't help but feel a newfound determination. Franziska's heckling, though irritating, served as a reminder of his own resilience. He would not let her words deter him from pursuing happiness.
With gratitude, Miles thanked Maya for her invaluable insight. Maya beamed at him, offering words of encouragement as she headed for the door. "Good luck, Edgeworth! I'm sure everything will work out. And don't worry about Franziska. Love makes us all a little crazy sometimes!"
As the door closed behind Maya, Miles took a moment to compose himself. He knew that pursuing a relationship with Phoenix would require patience, vulnerability, and a willingness to face his own fears. But armed with Maya's advice and his own determination, Miles was ready to take the first step towards love.
And as for Franziska's heckling, well, he would simply have to prove her wrong. With a resolute expression, Miles strode out of his office, ready to embark on a journey that would test his heart, his resolve, and ultimately, his capacity for love.
