Things I think have happened at the Hanged Man that I consider canon
Varric and Hawke have passed out drunk in the same bed and ended up spooning. They now regularly nap pile together
Fenris has carried each member of the party home at least Once. Isabela kept escaping his grasp and staggering towards danger
Merril has won multiple drinking contests. It’s like alcohol doesn’t affect her
Barkspawn regularly wanders over when the Hawke family aren’t home. He is always met with cheers and many pets. He’s like a bodega cat
Carver keeps making up card games, insists they’re real, and therefore wins every time. He’s almost been banned twice and killed seven times doing this. Hawke and Varric back him up for a share of the loot
Hawke, brilliant and flaming, gets brought down hard. Smashing into pieces that loved ones have to help pick up, delicate, as to not crack the poor mage further.
Or
With everything going so wrong, how can it ever get made right?
I wrote this in a fever like a year ago, and in a tiny little notepad that I remembered existing yesterday. Finally getting around to posting it, only after putting my foot in the door after posting Mercy. Technically part of a larger work, but that one is so seperate from this cuz that series is all in act 3, versus this is at the end of act 2.
I wouldn't have a problem with Morrigan being the Eluvian expert if it weren't for the fact that she tells the most basic information, like who is Mythal and a what is an Eluvian.
That's like someone saying they are a math expert but they just repeat the stupid formula for solving square equations.
The most inaccurate part of da2 was that you couldn’t invite all your companions to move into the estate. Even if it would’ve been cramped it would’ve been better then…
Varrics 6 year stay at the hanged man
I don’t even want to know where Isabela slept
Anders clinic/whatever hole he hid from templars in
Merril may have an actual house but I use house loosely here
Fenris some how living 6 years in someone else’s estate and not cleaning it
